I have been coming to Kingwood Urgent Care since we moved here sixteen years ago. The ladies are very kind and understanding! Dr. Z and the other Doctors are professional and on top of your healthneeds! Kingwood Urgent Care is the absolute best kept secret in Kingwood! You will feel better and amazed that you can get out and enjoy God’s Beauty again!

We took our 4 year old son in to be checked out. The front desk was very friendly and helpful! The nurse who came into the room wasnt rushing to get vitals and was patient with our son. The doctor listened and answered any questions that we had. He was also very nice. My husband and I go here when we need to be seen so we knew they would take care of our son.

Anytime I come here it is hands down the best experience Ive ever had in urgent care. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between are kind and fosters a great environment. The doctors are very personable and very efficient with diagnosis and treatment. Out of the 4 times Ive come here Ive never had to wait long to be seen.

In and out in about 45 minutes. Was in so much pain in my shoulder I am so glad I came to this urgent care. Gave me a shot and 2 prescriptions. They were very empathetic to my feelings and really helped me. First night of sleep in 4 nights. 🙏

Top notch and friendly front desk. The doctors bedside manner was excellent. He explained things at a level I could understand. Listened to what I was feeling and discussed the treatment plan with me. X-ray tech and RN were also very friendly and competent.

Our first time using Kingwood Urgent Care. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The doctor’s attitude and bedside manner was amazing. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. We will definitely go back.

Great experience! Went in on a Sunday morning. The entire staff (from check-in to check out) were professional, responsive and attentive. And efficient! - I was in and out in less than a half an hour, and my prescriptions automatically sent to the pharmacy (I can’t tell how many times the pharmacy doesn’t get my prescriptions even with my regular doctor). Can’t say enough great stuff about my experience here.

I came in the clinic and it was busy. I was seen and out of the clinic in an hour. They took into account my drug allergies when coming up with a treatment plan. I’ve used Kingwood Urgent Care for many years for our family and never had a bad experience.

From entering the parking lot to getting back in the car to go home, I was shocked, it was less than an hour. That is faster than my PCPs office.Plus, they made sure to arm me with a good plan to get better. 💉🍑(2) And a few prescriptions and I was feeling much better within 24 hours.Would totally go back❣️

Dr. Iranmanesh is a great doctor. He knows how to treat every symptom and prescribe the right medicine. Being going here for years and both doctors there are great. The front desk receptionist are friendly and very welcoming when you enter the office. Highly recommend them.

I can never get into my primary care doctor and they always tell me just go to urgent care, well my family and I have been coming here for years. From the front desk to the nurses and of course the doctors, you are all amazing...knowledgeable, patient and so kind. I thank you ten times over!!!

Dr. Zamirpour was outstanding during my recent health concern. He provided me with advice and suggestions that were more effective than what I have received from several specialists I have seen about my condition. I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist who checked me in and was so pleasant and helpful. She was outstanding also.

When my family and I feel sick we only go to that urgent care. The doctors are super good, they treat us quickly, the staff is very attentive. We have been going for the last 5 years. We recommend 100%

I have been going to the clinic for 22 years. Both Doctors (Z & I) Are always proactive, kind and very concise in all the process and diagnostics. Mrs. Sabrina, the receptionist is an ANGEL and treat all people with respect and kindness. All personnel are very professional. I totally recommend Kingwood Urgent Clinic! Great experience.

Wait time was really short considering there were several people ahead of me. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Doctor who treated me was informative, discussed the solution and did a great job dealing with my fear of needles. Overall very pleased with the service.

I wish I knew the nurses name that I had. She was professional, kind and caring and gave the best shots. She was young and brunette. Dr. I explained my situation very well, even wrote it down, due to his language barrier. I think Kingwood Urgent Care Clinic is a good place to go if needed.

We love Kingwood Urgent Care. They always take good care of me and my family.I took my youngest there yesterday after dealing with a fever off an on for over a week and an incredibly bad cough. The physician he saw knew exactly what was going on and ordered a chest x-ray. Little man has pneumonia and Im thankful that the team at Kingwood Urgent Care got him diagnosed, set up a treatment plan, and sent his prescriptions quickly to our pharmacy.Thank you Kingwood Urgent Care for taking care of my family 💗

I always bring my children here. The physician and staff are always so nice and friendly. They listen and make sure you are comfortable. Recently I had to make a visit. I was seen quickly. The front office administrator is always nice and willing to help!

Everyone is always very friendly and efficient. They all show real concern for any problem presented. They aren’t just an urgent care. We go there anytime we need a doctor for just about anything since it’s difficult to get same-day appointments anywhere around here. The doctor’s are always helpful and take their time diagnosing the issue.

This location was top tier . They were all very welcoming the nurses and especially Dr. were all great . I was referred and will be referring others. I would also like to add the receptionist was so very helpful and patient with all patients . Thanks again staff!

Other urgent cares turned us away saying the stiches were too much to go to an ER. After waiting in the ER for 4 hours with no X-rays, no pain meds and zero treatment other than a towel to hold on it for all the blood we left and went to Kingwood Urgent Care where they were able to suture my daughters hand after a bad cut. Highly recommend.

Kingwood Urgent Care is my place if choice. Even though I moved a bit farther away, I still come here. Never a long wait. Doctors are friendly and take care of my medical needs. I highly recommend them.

This urgent care has the WORST front office staff! I had to walk out and go to another urgent care because of them. I went in at 12:32 pm on 05/18/2024. The two women in the front office completely IGNORED me and my daughter (who was very obviously not feeling well). They just kept chatting with each other while ignoring my poor daughter the entire time! I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism- especially not from an URGENT CARE staff! I am so very disappointed in this staff. Based on other reviews, I highly doubt they’re going to do anything about the poor quality customer service from the front office staff. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

We have used this clinic many times in the past but will not again. Last night my daughter went in with many symptoms indicative of an infection. Having been recently diagnosed with staph she was concerned and it was after hours for her regular doctor. The place was nearly empty but after we got to a room and vitals were taken we waited 30 mins for the doctor. When he came in he was very dismissive of her symptoms. After testing for several things he came back, said they were all negative but recommended a course of antibiotics. My daughter asked for something to take for yeast infections which she gets every time she does antibiotics and the doctor STARTED LAUGHING. I was so shocked. When he stopped laughing he said he would prescribe something for her to take after the antibiotics IF she developed a yeast infection, again very dismissive. My daughter told him of her history and asked if she could take them together and he didn’t explain anything, just said, I’ll prescribe if it’s needed you can take after the full course. Then he announced we were done and he walked out chuckling and shaking his head. The whole visit was so unprofessional.

Very profession staff! I was only in the waiting room 5 minutes before going into an examination room. X-rays by a knowledgeable technician followed quickly visit by doctor to explain results. Extremely satisfied!

This is a Great place to receive the Best Urgent Care!! The doctors, nurses and the entire staff go up and beyond the call of duty. They are professional and Very Kind and Loving to all their patients!!

Saw me within 5 minutes! The Doctors had a great sense of humor which really helps when you are nervous. Kind clean and helpful.

Very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and ease of getting in/out. Thankful for an urgent care doctor who was willing to work with me to get immediate relief for my ailment. All in all, was there for about an hour from start (check in paperwork) until walking out the door. Would definitely go back if/when I need an urgent care clinic again.

Very strange place. I brought my 5 yr old grandson there with a 103.2 fever. We were never acknowledged. The receptionist was having a long leisurely conversation on the phone. Eventually she got off and had another long discussion with a lady about weight loss drugs. She then called up another patient to discuss his deductibles. No sense of urgency whatsoever.I stood there at the desk at 7:45 am with a sick child in his pajamas and was never acknowledged. After 10 minutes of being completely ignored, I realized this was not a serious urgent care place so WE LEFT.Based on all the weight loss and IV vitamin signs I dont think this is an urgent care place, but more of a weight loss clinic.

My experience at Kingwood Urgent Care was perfect.The doctor diagnosed my ear infection quickly and gave me relief that day, this is the best walk-in care in the area.

I had a bicycle accedent, I came in and they took very good care of me. The doctor and staff are very professional. Very sanitized and everything here is great. They have most necessary equipment and tools to handle urgent medical matters. Dr. Iranmanish and X-ray Tech Mr. Francisco are awesome people.

Had a severe allergic reaction and went in. All staff was amazing despite Katherine at the front desk whom was very rude. I have been to this clinic before but was charged the ‘new’ patient rate. They even found my information in the system and accidentally gave me what I should have paid for the visit. When confronted they said it had been too long and then instead of refunding me or applying that credit towards the shot I received, they charged me additionally. Money grab after money grab here and do not care about patients. Will not be going back.

The doctor was very through in the exam. Both doctors and nurses very knowledgeable. The treatment is perfect. I’m beginning to feel much better later same day and a day after. Just a few minutes wait to fill out paperwork.My family and I have been coming to this clinic for urgent care for years and are very pleased. Highly recommended it

This is my preferred urgent care to go to even though there are several really close by my house, first because I have been here several times and have taken my children here as well. Second, they are very accommodating, less wait and friendly. The facility is clean, spacious and easy to find. The staff has always been pleasant and the attending physician is sympathetic and understanding of what your complaints are. Overall a pleasant experience for me and my family.

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr were so attentive! I really felt like they wanted to make me feel better! They ran all the necessary tests and gave me the RIGHT meds and I was already feeling SO much better when I left! I would HIGHLY recommend this Urgent Care!

I love Kingwood Urgent Care. I been coming here since 2016. I have since moved a little further away, yet still would rather make the drive than to go anywhere close to my house. The doctors are amazing. The entire staff is great. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I bring all 4 of my children here as well. Weve been in for stitches, dog bites, and the regular virus type of stuff. Thank yall for all you do!

I sincerely consider the physicians at Kingwood Urgent Care as my primary care providers. Dr’s Iranamesh and Zanipour are compassionate and skilled in every essential process imaginable. They’ve put me on a successful regiment to control my high blood pressure and issues I’ve had with a swollen prostate. Whenever I or my family have health issues I readily go to them first. They’re excellent at giving referrals to specialty’s if necessary. The support staff there is great as well.

Had a little longer wait than usual for this clinic, but there were more patients in waiting room than I had seen on previous visits. Love the lady at the front desk! She is so kind and efficient! I love to come at this urgent care because theirs no hiding fees. They charge up front you pay see a doctor and leave with your prescription. I take my son all the time because it’s fast service and effective.All other walk in places I have been takes forever to be seen:I will keep coming back

I have been to kingwood urgent care clinic a few times now. Each time I am cared for in a timely and professional manner. The care That I have required has mostly been for an onset of bronchitis or pneumonia. The doctors have been able to diagnose it, and treat me before it becomes Serious. Facility is Very clean and the times I have visited I have not Had a long wait time early in the day. x-rays are done right there at the facility. If you are in need of urgent care, this is a great facility

The Doctors are great, they listen, and they quickly get you past some of the common quackery of modern medicine and give you what WORKS. Ive used Iranamesh and Zanipour for years and I love them. Plus theyre both funny guys which doesnt hurt!

They were so so awesome! Staff was super nice and helpful. Doctor was straight to the point super efficient and had great bedside manner. Unfortunately, I can’t remember names because I was diagnosed with Covid at the time and it all feels like a fever dream. But I can remember that they got me right in and out which I appreciated!

The waiting time was bad. I came around 11:20am, and was called to exam room around 2:25, and came out in 10 minutes. The medication is helping my bad coughing.

As usual, when we have a health problem and cannot see our primary care doctor due to a shortage of time, Kingwood Urgent Care is a great place to have close. Always courteous, and the fact that a doctor is always there is a positive for me. This call was due to a hearing problem. I was satisfied when I left.

A 30 minute wait at mid - morning. Not bad! I believe only one physician at the clinic. He saw me very quickly after the initial exam from the nurse and I felt he was very thorough and gave me great instructions. My only issue with the visit was that the doctor never introduced himself, nor did he explain the person he brought in. I asked if he were a med student, but I think he said he was a med-tech. I can forgive these faux pas since I felt I got good service and excellent medical care. I will definitely go back.

Kingwood Urgent Care has been GREAT both times I have been there. Folks are extremely friendly & thorough. I’ve never had a long wait. Being told to “have a blessed day” as I was leaving warmed my heart.

Havent had the need to visit a Dr for many many years. Unfortunately I hurt my finger so I was nervous about going to have it looked at.They were great. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me get registered. The medical staff was caring and kind. The Dr was able to diagnose my injury after X-rays quickly and with concern. I will definitely feel comfortable going back to them should the need arise.

As far as the Doctor he could not have been nicer andconcerned with my problem. Took care of problem and I was out in probably 20 minutes. Within 45 minutes my prescription was ready to pick up. Ive been there a couple times both for myself and my little one and the staff is always great.

Kingwood Urgent care took good care of me recently late one Sunday afternoon. From checking in at the front desk to being examined by the doctors and lab tech, their efficiency was top notch! I was in and out within 45 minutes and that included an xray and strep test. Prescriptions were immediately sent to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up right away. This will definitely be my go-to Urgent Care in the future!

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Even after my visit, when I called for additional help, they were friendly and quick to assist. The clinic is always well kempt and organized. Even when the waiting room was busy, I was in and out of the clinic in no time. Highly suggested!

My second time going here, and both times I received attentive, thorough, professional care.

We love Kingwood Urgent care. I use them for myself and all 3 of my kids ranging from 4-16. They are quick, professional and do in office testing with usually very quick results. They even did a minor surgical procedure for my daughter when she experienced a cyst and couldn’t get in with her other surgeon to clean out an infection. Any time I need same day service I know I can walk right in. Their office is very clean and their staff professional. No complaints and we have visited over a dozen times within the last couple years.

We had an excellent experience! The staff was very friendly and empathetic, and we were seen by a doctor quickly. The doctor was exceptionally nice & very helpful. Hopefully, we will not have to visit again anytime soon, but if we need to, we will certainly be returning to Kingwood Urgent Care!

The place was so clean and calming… and calming matters to me because I always have anxiety going to the doctors… the receptionist was so sweet and patient always smiling… the doctors were thorough and asked questions and I truly felt so comfortable… I am new to this town and this will be my permanent doctors office…

I went to Kingwood Urgent Care recently & I had the privilege to be treated by Dr. Iranmanesh, again. He is still so kind, very caring & diagnosed accurately. Shots & meds helped to get well. Katherine at the front desk a sweetie & efficient with a room full of people. A+++

The Dr. Was very detailed. He gave me an IV, and told me to come back tomorrow because he wanted to check up on me at no charge. You can tell the staff really cares.

Excellent and quick service as usual. We visited another Urgent care Thursday and nothing was done about my sons hand. Doc immediately diagnosed as staff and put him on antibiotics and ointment. They are the best!!

Kingwood Urgent Care is the greatest urgent care I have ever experienced in life!! Their front desk is unbelievably helpful, always went above and beyond! They work closely and so effectively and quick as a team, totally exceeded my expectations.

I went to Urgent Care yesterday to have my ears cleaned. Dr. Z wouldn’t clean them because he said only 10% was blocked. He told me to get Drops to put in my ears.I could have gone to the pharmacist at Walgreens and asked for ear drops!But I went to Urgent Care KW because I wanted them to clean my ears.Shame on you Dr.Z for not being a doctor and doing what I came there for you to do.It’s not your decision, if I want to have my ears cleaned. It’s your job as a doctor!

I was happy with the end result, but the 2hr plus wait was difficult. The staff was very nice & the Dr I saw very thorough. I received several medications & am already feeling a little better!

Back had locked up. I was in a lot of pain and. The doctor gave be me two shots an a prescription for muscle relaxer and for two pills. The difference between night and day. I’m not pain free, but I’m a lot better and heading in the right way!

Great care, and I was seen immediately, with no waiting. They took six X-rays. They put a knee brace and a wrist brace on me, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them for fast and effective treatment. Plus, everybody there was super nice!

All started with a phone call, the way the young lady answered me on the phone and gave the information to what I was asking was very professional. Went in for their IV Therapy and it was such a nice experience. Nurse was very friendly and explained the whole procedure. Left me with a TV and remote and checked on me regularly. Definitely coming back for another infusion as Im already feeling refreshed after one session. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a healthy pick me up.

As a first time patient, everything was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful with me as I tried to navigate their set of forms. The nurse who first saw me put me at easy and was very kind. The doctor was patient, listened to all of my questions and answered them in a way I completely understood. I will continue to visit this clinic.

Have used Kingwood Urgent Care many times and they have always been top notch. The wait to get in is short and the doctors take time to talk with you. You get most test results back while you wait and they are very thorough. Also the business hours make it convenient to get there. Nothing bad to say here - all good.

I’ve used KW Urgent Care for many years. It’s always a great experience. The doctors and staff have also been there for years. AND best of all they keep digital records on you (most urgent care facilities don’t). They are efficient and communicate wait times to set expectations.

Glad I found this place my husband was having a severe bursitis sciatica attack that really needed a cortisone injection to relieve some of his pain the wait time was short the staff was wonderful the doctor was wonderful they sent a prescription showed me on the map what were the Walgreens was where exactly I needed to go because it was New Years Day and there were not hardly any pharmacies open and today my husband is much much better thank you so much for being there I have no idea what we would have done if we would have had to wait till today. Not only that but for New Years day he got to be assisted by some beautiful women that work there LOL happy New Year!

What a great experience! After visiting a RediClinic and going thru a week of meds, I was still sick w/sinus and chest congestion. I came here on recommendation and was taken in quickly and visited w/one of the Doctors. Not a PA, not a nurse practitioner but an MD. Not that they dont help but sometimes, a mature DR can give extra insight. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. My family is rarely ill but this is definitely our new go to clinic.

1st time was very nice. My Doctor with the mustache was very nice and very professional. I know he had other patients to see but he listened and answered all of my questions . And the wait was not long.

I left them a private review via the link they emailed an no one contacted me.I went on a Sunday, only a very short waiting time and the check in lady was nice.Where it went completely wrong was the following:- no one, including the nurse, doctor and his assistant introduced themselves. I have no idea who treated me and it made for an impersonal experience- I disclosed to the nurse that I had a pre existing condition that would make my exam somewhat painful. She didn’t write it down and did not acknowledge or ask about it if she didn’t understand the medical term- then the doctor came in, asked a coupleQuestions and started the exam. It became clear to me that the nurse did not tell him. I was in tears and the doctor could clearly tell I was in agony because he said “sorry, sorry”. He found nothing wrong and told me not to worry and enjoy the weekend.- then he and his assistant left and I was alone in that room in tears. I was in shock.- There was no soap to wash my hands and no visible trash can to put the paper towel.- maybe the staff had no ill intent but how do you leave a patient in the state I was in (physically and emotionally) and just go about your day?? You might have ticked the box of “saw a patient” but you missed the point of helping them get better.

Didn’t wait long at all. Receptionist at the front was super sweet and helpful. 6 year old fell and busted his lip and needed stitches. Dr was very cut and dry, no coddling. He came in and did what needed to be done and got it done quick. Didn’t give my 6 year old anytime to panic about the stitches, which was great. Only urgent care we ever use.

Great doctor and staff. Have been coming here for years. The doctor always listens. He gets to the point and gives what you need to start feeling better ASAP. Never lets us down.

I got an IV drip Meyers cocktail and saw the doctor. Both were great! Was feeling better when I left the Urgent Care. Did not have to wait long!

The staff and Dr were phenomenal, professional, and empathetic to those of us who needed their help.I received a thorough exam and explanation from the Dr and Nurses.As a public health professional who advocates for improved health equity, I have all kudos for this urgent team.This was the third visit over the last two years and Husband and I have had the same great experience.In and Out was about 1.5hr...not too bad, I was feeling much better later this same day after my prescriptions and injections.

I had a wonderful experience here for an urgent care. Came at 8:10 AM shortly after they opened and waited about 30 minutes to be seen for a broken ankle. X-rays were done quickly. Doctor was caring and I didn’t feel rushed. The facility was clean and has a large waiting room. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very pleased. I did not have to wait long to get in. The Dr was very good and did an excellent job. I will definitely go back if I have an urgent situation again and highly recommend them!

The doctors and nurses were very caring and helpful.I was examined by the same physician who diagnosed me with Covid and who sent me to the Houston medical center for pneumonia treatment back in 2021. He really listened to me. When I told him I felt the same way yesterday as I felt when I had pneumonia in 2021, he sent me for a chest x-ray, although none of my current symptoms pointed to pneumonia. Lo and behold, the X-ray said I have a pneumonia again. I saw my regular primary care physician today for the follow up he suggested, and she told me that he did all of the things she would have done. He gave me the same steroid, muscle relaxer, and antibiotic injections she would have given me, and he prescribed the same oral medications that she would.

Wonderful place to go when it takes to long to see your regular doctor. Fast, courteous and accurate. I have used Kingwood Urgent Care multiple times and highly recommend them.

Update: We had to visit them again and theyre still as amazing as before, great doctors and they listen to your concerns.Amazing staff and excellent response time, they were able to see our daughter probably quicker than any urgent care we have ever been to.They took great care of our concerns, this is how urgent cares should be and we hope that they keep it that way 🙌

Great service always. We got there 5 minutes before they were closing and staff very welcoming. My son was able to see the doctor.

Front desk very niceVisit was very thorough. Dr. was very nice and thorough. Minimal wait time. Scripts called in promptly. We always drive 40 minutes to this clinic because we like the service.

This is an amazing clinic. I had horrible chest pain and went yesterday at 5pm and was out the door by 7pm. Pretty awesome for having X-rays, EKG, diag, prognosis and a quick shot. Everyone from the young lady at the front to all the nurses in back were very kind and attentive. Doc was thorough and pretty funny. A major plus for me they accept VA insurance if you a disabled vet. This is now my home clinic.

I’ve come here a few times and I can’t say I have a negative review. They are quick and efficient. The doctors are pleasant and take time to explain to you-no rushing. I recommend this urgent care! Thankful it’s close to me!

Quickly seen. Front office staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The facility was extremely clean. They also had a well-equipped xray room. I saw Dr. Iranmanesh. He was excellent. He did a thorough and excellent job diagnosing me. He ordered an xray for me, which was done in house! Therefore, I immediately received my results. Prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy. I feel like I received excellent service and will definitely go back there, if I have the need.

This is definitely our go to spot for our 6yo daughter. The professionalism, medical treatment, and prompt service is top tier. This was our 4th visit this year, and we will be back again next time a situation arises. Thanks again for all that you guys do keeping the community well!

I had a place on my face that wouldnt stop bleeding . My friend became concerned about it, and said it should be cauterized. We found this urgent care. They agreed with my friends diagnosis. We were in and out within 20 minutes or so.The staff was caring and efficient.I will definitely use them again if necessary!

Doctor Payman Zamirpour is a good doctor. He’s very efficient and has a good bedside manner. I was seen right away and he prescribed the medication I needed to get well. I highly recommend Kingwood Urgent Care.

Always 100 percent satisfied when I come! The doctor is amazing! My daughter primary doctor is always booked for same day appointments and I always come here for urgent care. The doctor is kind, patient , he listens and explain everything with detail. Staff is also very kind. Zero, absolutely zero complaints!!

As always, I was seen quickly, and the doctor was very thorough. He took his time and explained everything to me, prescribed exactly what I needed, and gave me a timeline of when I should feel better. I really think highly of this urgent care.

Excellent care. I came in after going to the ER. I have been coming to this facility since 2008. These doctors found my husbands cancer before our regular doctors did.

I would love to make this my GO TO primary medical facility. Everyone there was so polite, thorough, patient, and genuinely concered for my health. And my visit there was after 4pm on a Thursday. You can tell they love their work and helping patients. I appreciated everyones diligence and tone when speaking to me and other patients. Thank you for making my experience a good one! 👍🏽

I felt very well taken care of from intake to exit. Competent staff and the doctor had a gentle touch. They were also very thorough with the services offered. Hope you never need urgent care, but if you do this is the place to go.

After living in Texas for over 3 years I haven’t had the need to visit an urgent care facility until yesterday 12/4. From start to finish my experience at KUC was great-from check in to check out. Dr. Iranmanesh (I hope I spelled that correctly) called me personally to discuss my test results. If I ever need to visit an urgent care facility again, it will definitely be this one.

I would rate this place 10 out of 10 if I could. My husband called around for prices, and the women who picked up the phone was extremely nice, reasonable on price, and provided all the information we needed. The people we called prior off Northpark were trying to charge $350 as their base pay which is insane! We found someone lower, but because she was so genuinely nice, we decided to go there. I saw Dr. Brown who was very professional and detailed. I thought I needed to only treat one thing but he made sure he covered all bases without actually charging me for what others would have taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place! And kudos to the receptionist for her great customer service that even got me in the door.

We came in at the last minute. But they still took us. I’m so grateful cause my daughter had strep throat. They were very friendly, polite, and fast. They made us feel comfortable. The doctor even let my daughter have a box of Kleenex. Lol Thank you, you all were awesome.❤️

This was probably the quickest I’ve been in and out of an urgent care place and I took my two sons. They saw them both at the same time which helped speed things along.Everyone was polite and took time to explain everything.Also the place is very clean. That should be expected but I’ve been to some dirty places before.

Thorough examination, diagnosis and treatment. I was able to have a full nights sleep without fever and chills with medication prescribed. The Doctor really cared about how I was feeling and helping me to recuperate.

Kingwood Urgent Care always goes above and beyond to take care of me. The staff is friendly and sufficient.

Efficient, responsive and competent service. Had little to no wait time. The doc is wonderful and knows his stuff - he quickly understood my issues and prescribed me the right medication to address my issue. Also had x-rays taken, which was quick and efficient - and digital. Good technology and everything is stored in digital format. Patients can access their records easily through the patient portal.

Once again Kingwood Urgent Care helped to make me feel better. I had been sick for quite a while with a bad cough. I had already been on meds prescribed by a different clinic and they werent helping.Doctor Iranmanesh and his staff took such good care of me and made a correct diagnosis through chest xray and examination. By the next day I was feeling so much better with new medication.

I call my doctor office on Monday and they did not have no appointments available. They told me to go to an urgent care facility. When, I got there at 8 o’clock in the morning, there was only three people waiting after doing my paperwork. The doctors got me to the back they figure it out. I was going through a heat exhaustion from working outdoors for 3 hours. The outdoor heat index was 115. The doctor told me, I was dehydrated and needs to add an IV bag to me. I said sure, but I would like to add the vitamins to the IV bags that my company insurance does not pay. I will pay it out of pocket just to get the vitamins in my body after one hour of treatment. I felt 300% better. Thank You Kingwood UC for taking care of me !!!Luis M.

I love the clinic. I have ALWAYS been taken well care of, given a print out of any testing done, and given clear further instructions concerning my visit. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Dr Brown and the front receptionist Sabrina were awesome! Their mannerisms and sheer concern was some of the best services I’ve had when going to a doctor!

I always take my family here. The Dr’s are top notch and really listen. We usually get attended to fairly quickly. The last visit was longer because of so many people needing attention. Well worth the wait. I took my 82 year old Dad there and he received an X-ray & treatment on the spot. Highly recommend.

A friendly atmosphere with all of the testing and diagnosis equipment to allow Dr. Zamipour to diagnose effectively and efficiently. No wait time and results driven urgent care. I would go there again if ever in need for great medical care!

Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistants were polite and knowledgeable. The physician was very good. In and out within an hour.

I have been to this location several times over the years and have always been happy with the staff and the doctors on call. For an urgent care, I think this is one of the best in the Kingwood area

Other than a bit of a wait, it was busy, my visit was excellent. Doc Brown has got to be one of the most attentive, thorough, and professional docs I know, and I know quite a few as a medic.......

I just lost my husband 2 days before my visit and was a basket case. The Dr took really good care of me. He cleaned my toe and found me cheapest pharmacy to get 2 antibiotics. Great place. Definitely will use again.

I continue to have really good experiences with the docs and healthcare folks at KIngwood Urgent Care near the library. I saw them yesterday for a terrible ear ache and got in and out easily with everyone being kind. They listened to me carefully and got me medicine to get well quickly. The office and exam rooms are all very clean and comforting. I’ve had five good visits and there over the last few years. I will continue to go when I need help.

Very fast service. The doctors here really listen to your problems and have always taken care of the meds I have needed to recover. They are the best!

The Dr knew exactly what my problem was. The receptionist was phenomenal. She helped me in fill out the initial application.

We have been here twice and each time received thorough care. One of those times, the doctor wanted to see us for a follow up the very next day to make sure everything was going as it should and there was no charge for our second follow-up visit. The wait time is never long. Also very importantly, I have always paid a very reasonable flat rate in advance (when you check in, before you see the doctor) and that’s all you pay. No surprise follow up bill. Last time, we even got imaging done and we were not charged extra for that. Very thankful to have found this place.

Love Dr “I” and the way he shows concern and answers questions. Has a lot of patients and I saw him at end of the day and he was still smiling. Front desk is always so sweet.

I was able to be reasonably quickly. The office staff was personable and helpful. The paperwork was short and easily completed.The doctor who saw me and discussed my symptoms was thorough and professional.I would recommend this practice to anyone who has the need to see a physician with a problem quickly.

When Im sick and need to be seen, I always come here. They are quick and the doctors are caring and have always made sure I leave with everything I need to be comfortable during my recovery. If you have questions during your visit, speak up. Other than that, your visit will be swift and youll be out the door. But at least youll be on the mend and feeling much better! If youre thinking about coming here, do it.

This is my go to for urgent care, they are so kind, quick, and caring. I’ve taken my children here a few times and whenever we pull up to the building they say, “Oh I remember this place, the doctor is so nice!” And you know, if a kid says it, it’s true! Dr. Iranmanesh is amazing and has such a calm, happy presence. Never rushed, very thorough, and answers all questions/concerns. Thank you Kingwood Urgent Care, y’all are amazing!

This is a wonderful clinic. everyone is extremely nice and helpful, very professional and really know what they are doing. it is the only clinic I visit. awesome staff. the wait time is minimal and they get you in as quickly as possible.

This is an amazing place! I’ve been an ER nurse for 25 years (I never tell anyone that when me or my family are patients) and was totally impressed by the staff and physician. From the front door, through the entire visit — they do not disappoint. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! You don’t get that very often in healthcare. Definitely recommend!

Very unsatisfied with service. I was prescribed an antibiotic, however unfortunately the pharmacy was out of the antibiotic. The pharmacy made multiple attempts to get in contact with that ordering physician with no success. I also called the urgent care directly multiple times over the course of 3 days, spoke with employees multiple times and was assured the prescription would be changed with no success. Finally on the third day after multiple additional calls was able to get the prescription resolved.

Great customer service! The front staff was so nice and the Dr was amazing. I saw Dr. Z and he helped me so much! I had a terrible case of swimmers ear ( I know I’m an adult but can still get it lol) and he helped me with the pain and gave me a few shots. It literally knocked out my pain and I’m so grateful for him. I have never experienced that before and so glad I went to him. They really care and want you well!! I highly recommend them!

We are returning patients of KW UC. Everyone was friendly, from the front desk, to the nurse, and to the doctor. I was listened to, and treated quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes. And already feel improved from their treatment plan. My family and I will continue to use Kingwood urgent care in the future.

Both my husband and I visited the clinic, it was our first time there. We were so impressed with the care we received and how nice the staff was. The was very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely will be returning when we need an urgent care.

Only Urgent Care covered by my insurance taking patients on New Years Eve, so had to wait 2 1/2 hrs. Reception was pleasant and efficient. Entire system was very organized. Was seen by PA or nurse, vitals and background taken, needed specimens taken. Then, within a very reasonable time, Dr came in with test results, checked me, asked pertinent questions...was quite likeable, knowledgeable, efficient. Arranged for needed Rx, and I was done. I would definitely recommend Kingwood Urgent Care...and Im sure the wait time is shorter at other times!!!

Wonderful experience. The doctor/ staff here listen to you. They are knowledgeable. I was referred to them after a horrible experience at another urgent care center for kids in the woodlands. My son was very sick. They took care of us and gave him the medicine he needed to get well. I traveled 40 minutes to go to this specific urgent care and I will only be coming here for my family from now on. Worth the drive!

My best experiences with urgent care have all happened here. They are quick, reasonable and helpful. Ive taken my kids here and have used them for myself as well.

Over the past week 12/18/21 I had visited Kingwood Urgent Care for an infected finger. The staff was always friendly and Dr. Iranmanesh took the time to fully understand what the issue was prior to providing a treatment plan. The day my procedure was done it was painless and professional. I highly recommend him for your urgent care needs. Every time I have used this facility, I have always received great service and normally in and out in less than an hour.

Check in was quick and efficient. The entire staff was kind and pleasant.

The front desk and vitals nurse were warm and kind. Dr. Z was incredibly thorough and gave good treatment advice for my son’s eye. We had already seen two other medical professionals at a different organization and experienced no improvement; we are so grateful for Dr. Z actually taking time to examine and ask questions. Thank you!

The receptionist at the front desk was less than friendly when I called and once got there. I actually heard her snap back at someone on the phone for hollering at her. The wait was over an hour (to be expected for a weekend trip to the ER). I was not impressed by the nurses or doctor. They barely looked over my daughter and before we even addressed any concerns, they immediately flu tested her. Everywhere else Ive been, they have asked first and AFTER they have thoroughly looked over the patient. Needless to say, I wont be going back. There are much better options out there.

I’ve been here a number of times of the years. Stitches, Covid, the flu and a brown recluse spider bite. The staff and docs a KWEC are great. Fast and efficient. It is my go to when I need patched up or to recover quickly

Wonderful caring physicians and office staff..the doctors listen to every detail as you describe symptoms and render diagnoses after careful and thorough examination and tests as needed. The doctors listen to your concerns and answer questions in a non rushed manner. My husband and I have been going to this clinic for years and will continue to do so. Our community is so very fortunate they are here.

We love Kingwood Urgent Care, very convenient. The nurse, NP, and Dr were wonderful and kind. My complaint this time was the front check in, Ive never seen her before but she seemed rude and unprofessional. She was asking about the insurance and I tried to explain weve been here several times and daughter had the same insurance. In my opinion, it look like she didnt know what she was doing. The other lady upfront was great.Thank you for taking care of my daughter.
