Great experience with the staff and doctor; warning below though that I highly recommend this office (and all fertility clinics) to disclose.WARNING FOR WOMEN TAKING CLOMID: part of the fertility tests for the female involves taking clomid to trigger ovulation. I didnt know this, but it increases the chances of an ectopic pregnancy. This is exactly what happened to me, and I had an emergency surgery at Park West week 8 and lost baby and a fallopian tube. Although I had a good experience with the medical professionals at this clinic, the financial practices are less than appropriate. I have been in contact for several days regarding issues with billing. They decide what to charge and when to charge it and they change the prices of items at will. Those going thru infertility are very vulnerable (as I was) and its extremely disappointing to see a clinic steal money from those suffering. I work in the medical field and understand that this is how they make a living, but they could do so without exploiting their patients. They do take insurance but because they do most bloodwork in house it will not apply to your deductible or out of pocket. From what I can tell the claims were never dropped to my insurance company.Like I said, the provider is great, but I would ask for itemized copies of what to expect for billing PRIOR to signing any contracts or making any payments.If I need fertility services in the future I will not be returning here due to the shady billing practices.*After the response I need to clear up the fact that there were several times I visited the clinic and did NOT have a package-- during these times there were NO claims dropped to my insurance company. My insurance company does cover blood draws.

Our family had such a great experience with The Fertility Center of Knoxville. We are so grateful for Dr. Donesky and all of his staff! The Lab tech is absolutely amazing, NP and Nurse was always so welcoming and kind and very knowledgeable and always gave me a peace of mind so thank you Kirsten and Alicia. Front desk receptionist always had a welcoming smile on her face every time I came in and always greeted me by name she was very friendly! We could not ask for more professional and friendly staff! We would definitely recommend Dr. Donesky and his staff to help others grow their families. We are forever grateful for all of you and your help! Thank you!

Wonderful people who care about you and are good at their jobs! Front desk was always pleasant and helpful. The lab tech gave the most painless needle sticks ever. Nurses and all staff were great at responding promptly to questions and concerns. Cannot thank them enough and looking forward to meeting our baby!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and overall kindness every single person showed to us. Our time here was seemingly short overall, and being a patient in the infertility realm is difficult enough. However, Dr. Donesky was quick and decisive with my treatment. He listened to my concerns and responded to the things of what I felt comfortable with and did not feel comfortable in pursuing. We worked together, he led the charge, and we got pregnant with fraternal twins. I was referred to him by a few of my friends, and I’m very glad I listened. Thank you to Dr. Donesky and crew!!! Love each one of you!!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr D and all the wonderful ladies here. If you are looking for a good atmosphere and people that feel like family, this is the place to go. They are all simply amazing and truly care about you. This will be my first, but I have no doubt if I want to carry again that I’d be right back in this office.

AMAZING all around! The Fertility Center Knoxville was our saving grace in our infertility journey! My husband and I now have a beautiful 3 month old daughter. We could not have entered this new chapter of our life without them. They will forever be part of our family!

The staff was always so sweet and caring. Dr. Donesky figured out my issues really quickly and set up a plan that worked wonderfully. I will always be thankful for this office!

Just left my first appointment with Kristen, the Nurse Practitioner- she and all the staff I met were phenomenal! She listened, was very understanding, and helped come up with a great plan. I highly recommend!

Dr. Donesky and his team were wonderful. We tried unsuccessfully for years to get pregnant and we are happily staying up all night with our six month old. His team was kind and knowledgeable and have become friends. You can see on their faces when you have success with your fertility how truly happy they are for their patients.

I have been with Dr. Donesky since 2014! He has successfully helped grow our family. We moved out of state and tried a different fertility center and ended up back with Dr. Donesky because we just loved them so much! The staff are so compassionate and truly support you every stepof the way!

Me and my wife have always love dr d and his crew.!! We’ve ALWAYS felt welcomed, and love from all of the ladies here and dr d himself.!!! We HIGHLY recommend fertility treatments here to everyone.! Ohhh… and they helped create our baby boy who will be ONE tomorrow ❤️

Dr. Donesky, NP Mary Katherine Roberts, and their team came up with a targeted approach that wasted no time and gave us the best possible outcome - our son! Outstanding doctor and fantastic nurses. Very dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend. If you do IVF, do the genetic testing that Dr. Donesky recommends no matter how old you and your partner are. It increases your chances to have a baby dramatically.

I have been here in this center before so I would love to let others benefit from my honest experience, I advise every couple to come to Dr Donesky and fertility center in Chattanooga and Knoxville, he is the best doctor, has a great knowledge, gives you the best plan ever, makes you even save a lot of money on medications and he is the best surgeon ever, you will never feel any postoperative side effects.There are many good people in this center(NP Mary Katherine as she did a great job during my ultrasound follow up and she always was of great help, the nurse Alishia who was very helpful, the embryologist and the lab manager Selena(she helped me always about any concern I have, also the embryologist Marie was very great and helpful, Ericka( the receptionist ) was very good in giving the best help she could offer and being very friendly).Here you feel you are dealing with a nice united medical family, everybody in this center is communicating very well with each other to let the patient reach to the best care, I do love their portal system very much , it is a great system that you will never find in other places, your questions and concerns will go to all medical team at once and you will always get an instant answer.If you are in Tennessee or other near states, here is the best doctor and center for you.

He is expensive and has little to no idea what to do. Had 5 attempts with him and no results at about 1000.00 a pop. Then he wanted to do the 17000.00 procedure so we went to another Dr to get a second opinion. She looked at the same labs and made a med plan. First attempt and we got pregnant at a very much lower price.

They couldnt give my NEW fertility doc the correct numbers of my husbands test. We are having to redo his test and wasted $185.00. I would not recommend!

The team at Fertility Center is the real deal. I have seen first hand how much they care for their patients and would highly recommend!

From the very first appointment I felt comfortable and that they truly cared. The entire staff is amazing!
