This was my first time going here. The staff of the two ladies were very friendly and nice. My appointment was right on time. I would recommend this place.

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. My experience was fantastic. Blood draw was painless and they were great when helping answer all of my questions. I will be back 👍

Was a very good experience for me I walked in and immediately the young lady named Zouhour took care of me. She was very polite and efficient at her job, barely felt the prick of the needle.

Went to get a fingerprint done for a job application and was a bit confused about the whole process. Fortunately, the staff there are extremely helpful! Israa helped me out and the appointment took less time than I expected. Super professional, efficient, and kind. Overall positive experience and super welcoming environment.

Today i had the best experience at Any Lab Test Now. It was so easy going, i was in and out in no time. The girls up front (Zeinab and Zouhar) were very welcoming and helpful. Israa took my fingerprints so fast and she was very helpful with guiding me on what the next steps are! She was very friendly too.

Came in for my scheduled appointment at 8:00am and no one was there. Gave it about 10 minutes before I went to try the door again, which was still locked and the lights were off when I noticed the sign on the door said new hours started today, 7:00am to 3:00pm. It’s 8:15 and they’re still closed. Very disappointing since I made an appointment and I’m not a walk-in.

Got my fingerprints done here and it was an absolute breeze. I was in and out fast and he staff was so kind. Israa was the one that helped me and I will definitely be coming back in the future because of her.

Visited here for my work’s random drug test. I made appointment for 1:45pm. When I got there, no receptionist. There was only one staff and she said I needed to wait for receptionist to come back from lunch break. I was forced to wait for 30 minutes. My appointment time meant nothing for these staff. There were many people waiting throughout the time I was there. Some customers were upset. This place seems to be disorganized and short staffed. The receptionist was telling one of the customers who was upset that there is no manager in this office who can resolve administrative issues.

Professionalism and Helpful from the one phone call thru my appt the next day! This type of service could positively impact Preventative healthcare. Just waiting for my results and they will send to your Dr.

Fatima and Ms. Donna are a dynamic duo! Fatimas customer service was stellar. She was patient as I had not correctly secured an appt, but was unaware. She was professional and helpful with me and went an extra mile trying to see if I could still get my prints done. The next day I went and I did not have my wallet! Ms. Donna told me to go home and come back and they would help me. I came back and Fatima was there to get me signed in and had conversation with me that was just delightfully refreshing in this time of many her age who do not communicate well, handle customers with respect, nor show professionalism and nor patience! Ms. Donna took me in right away and was professional, patient, skilled, well spoken, and overall pleasant. They together made me want to stay and work with them! No kidding, I drove away with thoughts of working with those two ladies and loving it. They created a wonderful atmosphere of old fashioned wholesomely good customer service. Great job! They should get a raise!

Showed up and there was a sign on the door stating the machine was down. When I questioned the girl at the counter why they had not called to update people with appointments she said I wasnt acting right. Long dark hair extremely rude.

Came in to get fingerprinting done for work and witnessed Fatima literally be verbally abused by this older woman, who was questioning everything she did. Fatima was patient, kind and very professional. As I was called by Israa to fingerprint, she also was very kind and professional. These ladies were the only employees in the facility and it was busy, however they handled it beautifully.

My experience was slow. Very slow service. I went in for a simple drug test and I was in there for an hour and a half !! Very unhappy:( don’t get your drug test here ! Altho the finger printing goes by fairly quickly ! In n out !

The ladies at the desk were amazing. I had stopped in on Friday with some questions on an independent lab I had ordered online outside of AnyLabs. That provider referred me to AnyLabs for the draw. Being an ill person, I have more anxiety than usual having to do all these extra tests and asking questions on them because not everyone gets it or is kind about it. So it was a huge relief that when I came in to ask them questions about doing this lab together, the girls at the desk were so kind and receiving towards me. It made me want to cry tears of relief. This has been a hard journey, so to have medical professionals like them that were so kind and understanding was exactly what I needed. I wish all medical people were like them because this journey is hard enough. They were not only so kind but also so smart and clearly competent at their jobs giving me great directions on how to do this lab with them. They helped me get an appointment scheduled for Monday (today) and for once I felt like things were coming together. Thank you so much Fatima and the other lady that was with her on Friday for your kind reception and warm hearts

I went here to get a lab test done. The process is very simple- just choose your desired lab test, make the appointment online and a medical assistant will draw your blood when you arrive. I was out of there in no time and my results were available in 24-48hrs as promised. The medical assistant there was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I believe her name was Zeinab. It was kind of busy when I went and it appeared like she was the only one working there, despite this she never showed frustration and she continued to treat customers nicely. I plan to go here again for future lab tests.

Hi there! I went to Any Lab Test Now, to get a blood test. A little background about me. Ive a very hard poke. I really only have one good vein and its in my hand. When Ive been in the hospital getting blood drawn, it usually takes them 3-5 tries. I was serviced by Fatima and she got my blood on the second try! She was very nice and patient with me. Easy in and out. Cash pricing beats what my insurance gets charged by other labs, for which I am responsible due to high deductible. I know what I need done and also saves me the cost or time bothering a physician for the order. Still, I recommend everyone discuss their results with a doctor. Clean. Friendly.

Daughter had a appointment for finger prints. She had to wait 40 mins just to be seen . Had to wait another 20 mins in the back. I’m sitting out here worried about her and the lady’s at the desk on her phone and eating chips like there’s a wait. For what she had an appointment. She was even early there were no people here but an older lady . They need to get it together. People don’t have all day to wait. They only have 5 chairs and peopleHave to stand outside & in their cars cause this place is so slow

Zeinab -VERY nice associate!! I walked in 2 mins before closing, there were errors on my employers end, & even while dealing with all of that she remained patient and friendly! Most companies would not even allow this. I greatly appreciate her!!

Completed my drug screen on Saturday 11/19. Informed that my results would be avaliable in 2 business days on 11/22. 11/22 came and went. I contacted the clinic on 11/23 and was informed by one of the staff that my results were back and they would be emailed to me. Never recieved the results. I guess its more like 4 + business day because I can guarantee I will get my results friday or later. I needed these results for school ASAP and I chose this place based on turnover rate. Never again!

I felt like I was lacking energy from my frequent travel schedule so i decided to go in to get a B12 shot and when I went in they told me about another option they have which was a b12 lipo that helps with fat burn so I ended up getting that shot and also getting a vitamin c immunity booster and Vitamin d booster. It was good until someone called and said the transaction form my debit card didn’t go through but it show it was taken from my bank.

I called anonymously and had a zillion questions about the process of a dna test and the lady was so polite and friendly and informative and answered all of my questions. When I came in for the test the process was so quick I barely felt the needle.

They were very nice and had me in and out. Knew what I needed and answered my questions.
