Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

My only complaint is that i was initially the only patient in the place but it took well over a half hour to be seen. Seemed weird. Other than that, I received good care. The P.A., Matt, did a great job in evaluating and treating my injury. They also scheduled an appointment with an ortho specialist for me. Very much appreciated.

I was able to schedule an appointment in advance of my arrival,I was seen promptly, and staff were professional,courteous and kind. Dr. Tate was thorough and took her time with me.

I love this location. The staff is very friendly & Mr. Luttrell listens to you & makes you feel seen..It doesn’t feel like you’re just another number on the waitlist. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends & family.

Went in recently. Staff was nice. Saw Dr. Luttrell for second time (first time was for Covid.) A very personable doctor. He listens to you, doesn’t rush and was down to earth. Facility is clean.

Getting into my visit was quick and amd check in was seamless. However the nurse practitioners recommendations for my visit made my symtoms worse. I stopped taking what was recommended and the illness subsided.

Physician assistant evaluation was thorough and pleasant. Sent rx direct to pharmacy. Front desk staff could use a more welcoming approach. Im not getting my tires checked. Im sick and Ive been up all night. Thats why Im here. Be nice.

Clean office. The online registration didn’t seem to help as I still had to present documentation. Receptionist was flat and not welcoming. The doctor was nice and answered all my questions.

Matthew Luttrell, PA was outstanding. He was professional, carefully listened to my healthcare concern, provided the appropriate treatment and provided a follow up call with test results. The front receptionist staff was also war, welcoming and professional .

This is my second visit here and I came back because the first time, the provider I saw was really great. Today on the other hand, the staff member who checked me in seemed to have an attitude. She was also the same person who took my vitals (which was done incorrectly). Left a really bad taste in my mouth and I probably won’t be returning to this location.

My visit went well; everyone, including the physician and office staff, was very friendly. The appointment was brief, and I was seen promptly.

Everyone at the office was spectacular. Very polite and professional. Appreciated their kindness and recommendations. 5 stars.

I trust henry ford, so when i hurt my toe and thought it was broken, i knew where to go. Efficient, reliable, and done in one visit. I cannot say enough about the way the medical team treated me. They even got iup to get my id seeing i was hobbling and had already sat down. Thanks henry ford for fostering such wonderful treatment.

I was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I saw an NP - she was super nice. The front desk/med techs were good. I will come back in the future if ever needed.

The facility was nice and clean The staff was very friendly. Doctor helped with my issue and I will definitely return if need be in the future.

Requested appt online-same day; when i arrived I signed in and within 5 minutes i was escorted back to a room; Saw PA, Matt, who was attentive and timely. Xray done at the facility. Diagnosis provided

I was here on 1.29.24. The doctor is really good and I have seen him twice. He is thorough and curtious. The 4 stars are for him. The front desk staff (a lady) has a lot of room for improvement. I was going to write a long story about what happened, but there is no point. Businesses are short staffed and just need a warm body.If you choose to go here, ignore the front staff lady because the doctor is good.

I appreciate the antibiotics but I still had to get the abscess drained unfortunately.

PA Luttrell has been great every time I have been to this urgent care. Typically, I have had no issues going to any Henry Ford urgent care, but my last visit the nurse working the front counter truly made my visit less than satisfactory. I have never been so nervous to receive care from a medical professional. I needed to receive an injection for a muscle spasm and it seemed like it was her first time ever giving an injection. I have gotten injections for muscle spasms in the past and know they need to be injected relatively slowly and this one was not and now im in more pain than I was before going to the urgent care. Not to mention she couldnt do basic math and seemed incredibly unsure of everything she was doing. I understand staffing is difficult right now - but when it comes to people getting injected with medication and medical issues at hand, I think there needs to be more caution. I will return to this urgent care, but will absolutely request a different nurse next time.

Shani P needs to be fired. She was extremely hostile and was eating Doritos when I came up to the desk to ask for help. She yelled at me for asking to see a doctor to check me out and make sure I was physically capable to work. She said they couldn’t do that but thought I was asking for just a sports physical. I went to a different urgent care and they gave me a return to work slip. I could not believe the way she spoke to me and even her coworker next to her was surprised by her attitude and tone. If she continues to work here they will continue to lose business. She turns people away when they can be seen and has a nasty attitude. I could not believe her tone when I came in so nasty just needing help. She cut me off when I was explaining what I needed and She verbally assaulted me. I will call corporate on her because I felt like she cut me off to continue eating her Doritos and licking her fingers while she’s working the front desk.

Im impressed with the online scheduling tool and the modern looking facilities. The Dr was great!I’ll definitely return if needed.Front desk staff and the nurse practitioner were very helpful!

The facility was very clean and welcoming. I was a little caught off guard that I had to wait 30 mins or so to be seen despite having an appointment, however Brianna was the only MA working. She was doing everything, a one woman show! She was answering phones, registering patients, rooming patients, doing their vitals and taking information on the reason for their visit. Despite doing all of this, she still was chipper and had a smile on her face. Oh, and not to mention the fact that she normally works at a different location. Dr. Ward was also very nice, welcoming and willing to listen. You never felt rushed and your opinion/needs were considered.I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The care my 2.5 year old received was amazing. The nurse and doctor went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. This hands down the best urgent care weve ever been to and we will continue to come and recommend to everyone.

The desk staff and provider were friendly, efficient ,and good listeners.I didnt experience short answers on the phone or the cattle experience as I do at some urgent care facilities.The 3 ladies I interacted with and received care from, ran this place like a well oiled machine. They portrayed a feeling of concern and it was appreciated during a personally rough medical time.

Was seen in5 minutes. Nurse ordered an Xray to ensure I didnt have a blood clot.

I was seen today because I was in so much pain. The office was super crowded when I got there at 8:30am. I did have to wait a couple of hours to be seen. I was very patient with waiting. But, once I was seen, my time in the oplitory went nice and quick! The doctor was able to get me out of pain A.S A.P and attentive to all my medical needs! The assistants was nice and friendly, so was the doctor. The office was nice and clean also. I will go back if I had to.

Every time I go they take me right away fast efficient, everyone is kind, professional, courteous, they take care of all my needs!very pleasant! The doctors are always wonderful and thorough ! Rooms and lobby very very clean!!! When I leave they always say feel better !! I love that!!!

Dr Matthew Luttrell didn’t address the reason for my visit. He prescribed a medication to treat my symptoms instead of prescribing one to treat my condition. He recommended I come back if what he prescribed didn’t help. I presume this is to collect another copay. This isn’t my first visit to this urgent care but given my experience this time, it may be my last. If you’re in need of urgent help, do yourself a favor and consider going elsewhere because visiting him will be a waste of your time.

The Henry Ford-Go Health center on Seven Mile near Middlebelt was outstanding! I liked how friendly everyone I encountered was, how quickly I got in and out, and how the doctor took me seriously and listened to what I had to say and diagnosed me right away. I highly recommend this urgent care!!!

Had a great experience at this clinic! Both the NP and the MA were great. Fast service, explained everything, The procedure went smoothly, got the script sent over immediately and the online check-in service was easy and convenient. Will definitely use again in the future!

The staff is every friendly and they get my son and me out there as fast as possible and I dont sit there more then an hour and even with there a lot of people there. They also let you check in online or in person. They have multiple locations. They can do a lot there too.

Went to this location normally I go to the novi location the receptionist was very nice there was only 1 person in the waiting area so it wasnt busy or crowded. The receptionist asked whats my pharmacy choice I told her I dont have one because of some changes that was made with the insurance company so I have to have paper prescriptions until I figured it out I dont know why Hap dropped Kroger pharmacy. The doctor came in examine me than told me your prescription will be ready for pick up at CVS I replied and the receptionist replied I wanted to take them to rite aid or the pharmacy of my choice and CVS doesnt except good RX. She flipped out on me, embarrassed me in front of her staff, and 1 other customer yelling that it was against henryford policy to give me a paper prescription. So I checked with henryford and thats not true at all and so she lied to my face and refused to accommodate me , and was very unprofessional because of a simple request and no one had one of the prescription she requested its on back order or its discontinued. All of this could have been avoided if she would had listened to me. And I personally wanted this doctor to know I dont know about your up bringing but its not nice to disrespect any customers especially a senior citizens I would had hated to see how you would act under real pressure and if you had a lot of customers I will never go back to that urgent care and I will report her as soon as I find out her name its not on my paperwork learn how to be kind to all patients from all walks of life and keep your dislike for others to your self be professional and do your job. Without customers, you have nothing its not nice to be a bully, and its not the henryford way.

The Nurse and Doctor were very kind and friendly.Everything was Fast and efficient. The facility was very nice and clean. And per all the doctors recommendations, Im feeling better! I will recommend it to family and friends

I was treated very good at this facility. The staff was caring and very professional. The place very clean and accommodating. I was pretty amazed and grateful that they took such great care of me at my time of need.

It was very unusual but I was the only one there & got help right away. Ainslee Rubino was very efficient, thorough & skilled in doing stitches. The other young lady assisted. She recommended a CT Scan due to my age so I then went HF W. Bloomfield Hospital.

Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Front desk gals and care provider are just the best. Care provider spent extra time make shure I understood treatment prescribed. Highly recommended. I had been to other urgent care prior twice, this is the right one.

Everyone was polite, but I went in basically asking them to rule out pneumonia. They did a flu test. I wound up in the hospital less than 12 hours later to get antibiotics for pneumonia.The feedback link provided by the owner doesn’t even work for this location, and today I received a bill in the mail in error. Never been more frustrated with a healthcare establishment

If they offer you a brace or any equipment from DJO/ENOVIS do not accept. You’re better off buying it from Amazon. I was billed $200 for this product and DJO will not allow refunds after 14 days…the statement was dated 3 weeks after my appointment date. Definitely feel like I’ve been scammed. Henry Ford should choose a better vendor.

I had been ill for over a week. I was concerned that I may have had pneumonia. I called and got information on the services they provided. When I arrived I was seen immediately by the most courteous, kind, and efficient medical professionals ever. I am so grateful for the service I received. If you need to go to urgent care this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed.

This place was so clean, well organized and the care I received was phenomenal. From my check in, discussing my issue, nurse diagnosis was spot on. She followed up with xray to make sure and she was right. She not only sent me home with getting meds but gave me home remedies I can do to assist me what to look out for etc. They care more than the hospitals. Thank you ladies for everything

My son went in to be seen this morning. No one in waiting room. Was told to sign in and the receptionist would be right with him. He could see Dr. In back walking around, no apparent patients. 30 minutes later, still no acknowledgement. He called out, receptionist just looked at him from the back and didnt say a word. He walked out. As a Henry Ford employee Im disgusted..

I went to the Liviona Location on 9/28/22 and it was very nice and clean place. The nurse and doctor was nice and friendly, I was in and out. I’m glad they now have Henry Ford Urgent Cares!

I was seen fairly quickly and the PA took time to explain what he found and why he decided on my treatment.

I made my first visit to Urgent care yesterday and I am glad that I selected this one. Frances and Alikia were very friendly at the reception area and Deya was fantastic in treating my wound. There was a little blip in my prescription and Deya called and straightened it out within 5 minutes. Thank you.

Staff was very efficient took the appropriate test on me and gave me the appropriate medication. The doctor also called me at home with the results. Thank you.

Dr. Krisseda Solomon was very kind, knowledgeable, and caring! She listened to my concerns, and gave me the best advice for my healing. She is a wonderful person and doctor!

Everyone was professional and most of all polite. During the time I went there was less than a 5min wait after registration. Because its a newer facility, Im sure it will not be such a hidden gem and wait times may become longer, I would suggest making an appt online if you have time constrictions, as Im sure theyll become a lot busier.

Clean facility, but super liberal doctors. Dont go here if youre looking to get medication prescribed to help your health issues. Waste of time and money

My son liked that he got stickers at the end and everyone was so friendly. We were in and out of there in a little over an hour. Definitely save your spot online before you go.

Even though I was in pain due to my back, my wait time was short and the staff was very accommodating. I also like the fact that this location is close to my home.
