Went in with my son not really knowing what to expect.Entire event was quickly assessed, all staff were helpful, kind, and courteous. Felt welcome, taking care of my son and treating him like a person and not just another check mark to the day. . Office is very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I was so happy with the service I received yesterday at this urgent care. Beth and Dr. Emily were nothing short of amazing. Even though I had arrived near closing, they took their time in assessing my situation with patience and the upmost care. They were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Beth even called today to follow up on how I was doing. You do not see that type of care everywhere. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me.

Staff was great especially the (2) ladies at the front desk. My buddy Katia (unsure if spelling is correct) was hilarious very personable. I liked that I was able to schedule online and submit insurance card & ID in advance. As soon as I arrived I was checked in and taken to the back. Emily McCullen, PA-C was able to quickly access my issues. We were in and out less than an hour. My script was sent to my pharmacy of choice and was ready for pick in 30 minutes. My overall experience couldn’t have been better and will definitely be my first choice when going to urgent care.

I was treated so wonderful. Staff is out going and very friendly. Listened to my concernes and the visit was so easy. I have already told my friends about the place if they ever need Urgent care.Thank you for giving us a great alternative place for treatment when our Doctors arent available. I received great care at this facility. When they couldn’t help anymore with my issues they got me a same day appointment with a specialist. They give awesome care!

Fast, Friendly, polite, compassionate nurse and Dr. and staff. Katia and Dr. Steve treated my daughter fast. Katia made it fun, connected talked about her family. Felt like she was my friend. it was a very nice visit. Highly recommend them for most injury/illness, especially over other clinics in the area.

I have always used this location for any urgent care need and they never ever disappoint . Henry Ford Urgent Care truly has their Patient’s healthcare is the first priority never hurry me through my exam/concerns always take their time and are very informative All the way from being checked in to seeing the doctor/PA. I would recommend this place to everyone..

They having an amazing very thorough staff! Beth at reception and Emily the PA go far beyond what one might expect at an urgent care office. They are kind, compassionate and patient. Emily the PA actually referred me to Pulmonary. Where some concerns she had were confirmed. Had it not been for her thorough exam and recommendation, I am not sure how long my condition my have gone undiagnosed. Thank you Emily! Your commitment to practicing medicine is clear! Thank you Beth for your awesome ability to connect with the patients who come into your clinic!

Beth was amazing! It honestly felt like my mom was taking care of me the entire time. It was a quick and painless experience. The office and exam rooms were nice and clean.

The girls up front were super nice and I had to come back because the antibiotic i was given before was bothering my kidneys..(back pain)..so they just changed my meds..and i am good to go!!Thank You to all staff!!

Great care. Professional from the checkin to my checkout. Very clean everything was explained in detail to me regarding my treatment. Would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff took care to diagnose my issue with my shoulder and made the referral to an Orthopedic doctor on the same day. I really felt they cared about my problem.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! I took my 10 year old daughter for a strep test. No one was at the desk for a good 15 min when we arrived. They did testing and sent them to the lab. Sent us home with no guidance. I called 48 hours later as she was not getting better. White bumps on her throat and fever of 102 plus she wouldn’t eat. All those signs say call your medical provider. They were RUDE. Did not assist me when I called over 2 times I showed up and still the PA on staff Emily wouldn’t even try to speak one word to me to try and help my child. I was also told it would be a 2 hour wait to see her. And the receptionist told me her grandkid was sick for 2 weeks. I take my kids health serious I wouldn’t ever let my child suffer for 2 weeks. But I also will never ever be back to this place. It is a huge shame for the face of Henry Ford medical.

1st time and that time will be my last time! Im new in the area, so I decided to try this place out! Everything went well til I went to pick my prescription up. How in TF did they send my script to who knows where, but it definitely wasnt in Michigan! Unbelievable ... Remind you that Rite Aid is up the street from them ,so how could this be ! So I called, and they told me oh we did send it to the wrong location.Just give me a minute. Ill send it right over there ,so 20 minutes have gone by the lady in pharmacy in sured me it still hasnt came in yet,neatness to say I leaves out goes right back to clinic which is right up the street and can you believe they Closed and left me dry and they also lied about sending it over in the 1st place! Thats totally unacceptable, and Im so disappointed I would never recommend or return to this kind of service and treatment from anyone, and neither should you ,just my opinion! Terrible customer service, and Im calling the state and making a complaint as well ,because this was totally very unnecessary, and I dont appreciate it at all !

I couldn’t be more satisfied! I slammed the door on my finger. Broke my nail and fractured a bone. The PA and staff were nothing short of amazing! Thank you!

Went again today for a test (8/1/2020). I was very impressed again with the entire experience. Appointment was at 10AM on a Saturday and the place was dead. Wait was less than 5 minutes. Since Ive been in last I noticed a childrens section which was nice. Receptionist was very friendly, the MA was very kind and reassuring. I saw Steve today - very thorough. I was out at 10:30. Place very clean. Again, I really couldnt recommend this place more.Very nice experience! I went with my two small children (one had a cold, the other pink eye). The wait was very reasonable; thats my biggest gripe with Urgent Cares - usually youre the only one in the office and you have to wait over an hour. Not here though. We walked in at 9am and there were three other people in the waiting room, so I assumed the wait would be long. We filled out your typical paperwork and waited less than a half hour. The facility was very clean, the receptionist friendly, and the doctor very nice; thorough but quick. We never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. We only waited in the room to see her for less than 10 min. There was a TV in the room too which was nice for the kids. All in all, we were in and out in less than an hour. Id definitely go back.

I love this urgent care, my neighbor recommended them and we definitely be coming back! The front desk Jasmine was very sweet and helpful and answered all of my questions about my insurance and gave my son some stickers that he loves. Brianna the nurse was very funny, she has plenty of jokes and kept me and my son entertained! The Doctor on staff was sweet and understanding as well. They got us in and out fairly quickly.

I almost dont want to leave this review because I want this place all to myself.By far the BEST urgent care experience of my life. Ive been to many, all over the USA, and I have three kids so... Im a frequent flyer.I booked an online appointment for 540pm. Easy online appointment maker.I showed up at 530pm. Did paperwork and was seen at 540pm.Nurse was sweet and down to earth. She listened to me and set me at ease.I got a strep rapid test, and they said it would take 10min.I LITERALLY heard an alarm go off just after 10 min of the nurse departing the room. I heard them doing paperwork and doc came in to talk to me and check me over.I was out the door, paid, percription sent over by 610pm.Clean.100% recommend, but please go somewhere else so I can keep them to myself.

I went to this location because it was the closest one that opened at 8 on Saturday. This place was great! We were seen checked in and brought back quickly. The lady that took did the test was phenomenal! I was there with three young children and we all had to get multiple test. She did so well with the children. If all the people are half as great as she was I will drive to this location everytime. The PA was very informative.

This was my first experience using an urgent care facility . It was easy to do all the appointment and documents online . I was able to get an appointment in the time frame I wanted , had short time to wait to be seen . The staff was attentive, professional and most importantly they took care of my health issue . I was relieved I could get such excellent care on a weekend literally as a walk in first time patient .

My experience began with Elser on the phone the night before my appointment. She empathized with my nasty toothache and offered to check my insurance right away to save me any out-of-pocket costs on the morning of my appointment. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the PA Steve was thorough and caring. My experience was truly excellent and I am very grateful.

Man, we walked in at 5:30, with no one ahead of us, they said it would be a 10 to 15 minute for us to be seen. My girlfriend and I were in the back in 10 minutes, I was like sweet this was fast! But then they made us wait in the back for 53 minutes in back. We just won’t be coming back! We don’t recommend!

Best urgent care around! Wish my regular physician’s office was this good. Everyone is empathetic and very kind. Even when they’re busy they still get you in/out quickly. Highly recommend his location above the others in the area. Even follow up afterwards.

The personal from start to end were attentive and helpful, they explained what was going on and reason for medication and tests. I liked being able to fill out forms before coming in and the ability to schedule an appointment on line.

Great customer service! I scheduled a appt for Rapid covid test. The front desk medical receptionist was professional, polite and welcoming. The technician I had was very kind and did a great job. The other technicians working were also very polite. The atmosphere was pleasant. Will return if needed because of the amazing experience. This was refreshing.

First, they are incredibly professional and courteous from the front desk to the medical assistants to the providers. I have 4 children and whenever my wife and I need to take them or our ourselves - they get us in very quickly and are always thorough. We are very happy with the quality of the service and how knowledgeable the staff are. We now go to the urgent care first, as our previous providers office is always very busy and they cannot get us in. It is very convenient and we very happy overall. We highly recommend that you give them a try if you havent already!

I have been in a tremendous amount of pain for five days it got worse on this day that I went to this urgent care I felt like I couldn’t breathe my back hurts so bad I was having troubles sleeping because I could not get comfortable. I was greeted by the receptionist that was so kind and then I didn’t wait very long at all to be seen there were other patients I had of me I think maybe 10 minutes I waited then another gal took me back to the room and did my vitals and she was so very kind as well the doctor came in He was also very kind and caring. Well before I left they already helped me by giving me a pain shot and I was already feeling better they all told me I hope you feel better with a nice kind smile on all their faces. It was such a wonderful feeling to be treated so kindly especially when you’re not feeling well. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

The best people work at this place!!!! I went to 1st choice across the street and they did not weigh me! they did not take my temperature and they did not check my blood pressure and I have a bad infection coughing up brown and green mucus and was not even given antibiotics. That being said I went 3 days later because I was not getting any better to healthy urgent care and I was treated as someone who is sick should be treated. They nurse whos name started with a T (sorry I dont want to butcher her name) was the nicest lady I have met in a long time and was very kind! The physician was amazing and got my the right medication to help get me back to work. All in all this place is the best Urgent Care in Livonia by far!!! Thank you for the care.

I had a great experience at urgent care at Plymouth Rd in Livonia! This is my first time visiting this location and had a wonderful experience! The receptionist lady was super friendly and nice! The nurses and the doctor was amazing and attentive! The doctor did her best as she can to figure out what’s going on with the pain and issues I was having she did everything she can do and ran all the test she could do at urgent care office location and we had to do further testing to figure out my situation! I had an awesome experience at urgent care in Livonia location! Thank you ladies for your awesome customer service!!

Friends of mine had recommended Healthy Urgent Care to me and I am so thankful that they did. They were quick, efficient, clean and very friendly. I appreciate the professionalism that was shown and the respect they gave, knowing the severity of the situations they are in on a daily basis. Front line workers are going through it and I commend them for all they continue to do. I have already recommended them to others. Overall, I give them nothing less than five stars.

If I could give a zero rating I would. The receptionists tried to get my insurance to go through, originally they told me that they may not be able to see me because I did not have a physical insurance card (I only have digital, I was in my insurance app and could send a copy directly from my insurance company I told them all of this and they said that they dont like to do that). Luckily because I had visited a different henry ford medical office previously they were able to accept my digital insurance card. I should have just left when this happened, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and I felt ill and I just wanted care/treatment. Once they received my card they did not know how to get it to work in their system, granted I have had difficulties with other medical providers previously, they were talking loudly and trying to figure which of the insurances to bill from their pop up and tried to bill one out of another state, I was dismissed/ignored when I told them a few times that it was based out of Lansing (there are other branches of it but I have a very specific insurance because of my employer). After over 30 minutes they finally figured something out, I am hoping they did it correctly so I dont get overbilled/misbilled. While all of this was happening another patient came in and was asked to sit and they would get her checked in after they completed mine. The other patient sat in the waiting room until the doctor came up and noticed them. Apparently she was a family member, so the doctor told the receptionists that he was taking her back ahead of them even getting her checked in, nepotism at its finest.Once I was taken back and all prelim questions and vitals were taken the doctor came in for 5 minutes, listed off about 10 different otc medications I could be taking and told me to mix them around for my different symptoms, he ordered a flu test and left. My flu test came back negative, I knew because the MAs were speaking incredibly loud about all patient results with names so not only did I know my test was negative I knew the little girl in the room next to me was positive and the person down the hall was also negative. The doctor came in to tell me my results and said he would have paperwork for me. I waited over 20 minutes for a MA to come in to discharge me. I could overhear them planning their lunches and just casually talking in the back area. I am confident that the only reason I was discharged when I was is because one of them decided to clean my room for the next patient and realized I was still in there when she came in without knocking. She became flustered and quickly tried to shut the door before I alerted her that I was waiting on my discharge papers so I could finally leave; to which she said she would meet me in the lobby (?) she had to retrieve and print the paperwork because they had forgotten about me, and then tried to review my medical documents and information in the full lobby.So not only did I receive no information other than that I didnt have the flu and to go home and mix otc medication, I wasted almost 2 hours for a 5 min doctor consultation. All employees were nice enough but it seems as their procedures and communication as a team was messy and highly affected my experience negatively. Save yourself and just go to one of the other urgent cares in Livonia.

Easy check-in, kind and courteous staff. Receptionist was inviting and polite. Nursing assistant was polite and asked thorough questions. Medical provider was kind and resolved my concerns by coming up with a concise and effective plan.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. They were quick and precise. Had me in and out in a half hour. They save my cook out I was having on Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone that need quick an quality care. And the best part was they thought my son was my husband. We both got a big laugh out of that lol

Been coming here since I was a freshman in high school. As of recently I’ve been coming here a lot more often as I’m an adult now. I enjoy coming here to get any testing or work I need done. As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, I hardly bat an eye when one is near me here. ALL of the staff that I’ve met here has been extremely caring, kind, careful, and patient with me. Not only that, but they’ve always been direct and straight to the point as well, which I enjoy. I also enjoy my wait time before I’m seen, which is a relatively short time. I have anxiety really bad and waiting for a long time (or a short time that feels long) can drive me insane. I usually wait about 7 - 10 minutes before I’m seen, which is fine for me. I count the strokes on the painting on the wall while I wait, and they usually call me before I finish. Again, all of the staff is very sweet and they make me feel welcome. I love it here.

I had such a great experience while being seen at the Livonia location! The woman at the front desk was welcoming and kind. Toya took good care of me and I appreciate her kindness. The Dr. was quick, efficient and knowledgeable! The staff was AWESOME, laughing and working so well together to take care of patients!

Not the most luxurious of facilities but that doesn’t stop me from giving them 5 stars. I have been twice now for covid testing and they have been great. In and out within 45 min of my appointment time. I have already recommended to multiple friends and family. Keep it up. We all appreciate the front line workers.

It was my first time going and I live 35 minutes away and would pass several urgent cares, but I definitely would chose Healthy Urgent. Wait time usually can’t be blamed on the staff, but they did even better than expected. I came in around 6 pm and the staff was friendly and notified me that their rooms were full Atm so there could be a wait. I only waited in the waiting room for roughly 10 minutes before they got me to a room and took all my vitals and got me set. The staff was detailed, cooperative and moved quickly. Given past experience in physicians offices and other urgent cares, my expectations were low but this location did way beyond that.

The staff is always professional at this urgent Care. The lobby wait time has always been under 5 minutes. I elected to bring my 15 year old son here for STITCHES. We were in and out, in less than 25 minutes. I didnt even have time to pass out...Thank you

Amazing experience when compared to your usual trip to the doctor! Called in by the nurse within 10 minutes of the appointment time. All staff involved were friendly and professional. From start to finish the whole process (making online appointment to seeing doctor to picking up prescription) took an hour and 40 minutes.

I just want to give my roses to the amazing professional and passionate staff here!! Especially the PA’s, MA’s and Clerical staff! Always always giving the upmost respect to my family and myself by listening and treating patients as humans! I’ve been a patient for years and Travel to this location as my go to when my provider is available, and not ONCE HAVE I had Nothing But Excellent Care and Service! The ladies are truly what keeps me coming back being their demeanor and smiles alongside medical knowledge! Thank you all for hard work daily!

Would not recommend. Was a horrible unprofessional and rude experience over a annual MUST drug test. My employer not on file, they do not do them, my employer gave me a generic request and it has to be site specific to them . 🤣😆🤣I need to pay 50$ out of pocket as my personal insurance cant be charged either . Not very knowledgeable what a m.u.s.t drug test even was. Long story short Google map urgent care near me. went across street to other urgent care and was a very pleasant quick painless experience in out 15 min tops ( as usual for an annual screening) Mrs. Washington ( from Alere urgent care.)if your reading this Karen review I appreciate your professionalism and you had the most welcoming bedside manner. Very clean, professional staff. I love that every time I go I’m in and out never have I been in there more than 30-40 minutes. I almost always walk in and there is either one person in the waiting area or no one waiting. They have remodeled and it looks better than before not that anything was wrong before. The Henry Ford Health System is always my first choice. Having an Urgent Care facility so nearby is a great benefit.

This is the only urgent care I go to now. Both me and my daughter have been here multiple times, the front desk workers are always very friendly and helpful and so are the doctors. My daughter is terrified of doctors and they always work so well with her and make sure her experience there is smooth as possible!

I’ve been going here for about 4 years on and off. The staff has always been welcoming, kind, encouraging, helpful, and relatable. They also move fairly quickly. As a black woman I often wonder if I’m seeing the right doctors or physicians, and if they genuinely care about my wellbeing. I feel seen and heard at this urgent care. They all seem to be in the right profession.

Horrible. Stay away. The rude and extremely slow nurse would rather walk around instead of help anyone. Urgent care is definitely not urgent or good here.

Highly recommend. I went here at 7 pm, an hour before they closed, and there was no line. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor was friendly and helpful as was the staff. I would definitely go back. I also like that they have a “get in line” feature on their website.

Staff was not willing to help after I was given mixed appointment info from staff members! I understand if things were out of employees control but thats no excuse to disregard the use of attentiveness!1st choice urgent care across the street I would recommend over anyone! The staff was amazing, not to mention they couldnt help my situation either but they were so accommodating!

I had a terrible experience here. The check in was fine; very nice people.The doctor came in and couldnt help us we needed to go to a plastic surgeon.My daughter pulled her backing of her earring into the earlobe, and we couldnt get it out. The doctor was very quick couldnt be bother by our problem, really Urgent care??? what the heck!Im not paying I will fight this

I am experiencing problems with Healthy urgent care in the Livonia location they billed the wrong insurance they billed my dental instead of my medical this time and day most health care companies are able to see the difference and also locate the correct insurance info well in my case I have been to this urgent care a few times also submitted the correct insurance info as well still they did not correct this. Then they put into collections with American Profit Recovery in which I called as well and redirected to healthy urgent care so I contacted them note prior I spoke with my insurance company they told me that they billed the dental and they should be able to correct it also they can’t hold me responsible for a bill that they processed incorrectly so I contacted them and they refused to bill the correct insurance I have always had coverage for years and they want me to pay out of pocket although the insurance is willing to retro pay this is absolutely ridiculous and now they want to ruin my credit as well they are getting paid regardless but prefer my out of pocket pay I do not recommend this company for your urgent care needs it is another urgent are directly across the street I prefer to do business with this is there mistake that I have to pay for unfair and unfortunate also now they put your credit card on file if charges incur after your visit in which they should have knowledge of the insurance requirements they are incompetent in that. They are a total thumbs down 👎 do not give them your credit card they will find a way to charge you always follow up with your insurance company if you use them my recommendations you will be charged extra or wrong billing so in my case I’m stuck with a bill that was not necessary because I have good health care insurance they were not competent enough on following up with the insurance company. I never had this issue before and never heard of a company that refused to bill the insurance company when it’s permitted and will be paid.

Came in for a COVID test a little late due to confusion in which urgent care I was supposed to go to for my test and they did not mind. Place was very clean and the two people running the front desk were both nice. Was in and out pretty quickly for how crazy things are right now.

Been in a few times. Nice facility. Friendly staff. They do have a children’s waiting area which is nice. They also have a pediatric exam room. When I was exiting last night, an employee was in the lobby disinfecting the chairs which is reassuring.

Staff was helpful, kind, and caring from front desk to provider. I was taken to a room and saw the provider quickly. She was professional and personable and gave excellent discharge instructions and follow up recommendations. I will definitely be using this location again!

Went here for shingles pain. Dr. Was excellent, told her I needed something for pain but I didnt want narcotics because oftentimes they make me sick. Gave me prescriptions that worked and told me to call with any questions or concerns. She took the time to listen to me and explained everything in detail. If people complain about the wait, which there was one, they dont realize that the doctor takes time with each patient so your visit isnt rushed and you leave with the feeling the doctor truly cares about you.

I like the staff very friendly and accommodating. What I dont like is when I go back months later for another issue and Im told I have a balance. Front desk cant tell me why and wont see me unless I pay towards it. I have very good insurance, I also work for one of the top insurance companies in Michigan so I know my benefits. I am not going to pay towards any balance when 1. I never got a bill and 2. I have to call billing (which is closed at the time I get there) to find out what the charges are for.Then to top that off my son who is on my insurance went for services and he was told he had a $60 balance and he had to pay that and his company to be seen. He paid it and then we found out that the $60 balance was an overpayment. Billing said they would mail him a check. Guess what...he never got it.Please dont respond with your not in our database because I complete a form each and every time I visit.

Weve been to Healthy Urgent Care 4 times now, for 4 very different health situations, and weve been seen by 3 different doctors. Weve been very happy with the quality of care weve received here, and the wait times have not been long at all. Would definitely recommend.

I take my children here often when theyre sick. I travel quick a bit past my house just to go here . The tsaff is amazing . Theyre all so amazing with my young children and VERY patient. I highly recommend

Staff was exceptional at hearing me on my symptoms and familiarity with my diagnosis and tremendously accommodating, going above and beyond to help me get as comfortable as possible as fast as possible given my level of pain.

Love this place. Every time I’m sick or my daughter is sick I don’t dread going to urgent care. I’m always out within half an hour and always properly treated.. the staff is the nicest I’ve ever associated with in a medical setting.. seriously. My daughter (5) had such a comfortable time here today that she kept asking for a shot. 😂 I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Had to get a rapid Covid test. Everyone from the front desk, to medical assistants to the PA were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Luckily my test was negative! I have a severe cough which is causing other issues and they offered me a bottle of water, which I don’t think would happen at most primary care physician offices!

I was a walk-in patient and they took me in while we information on how to be seen by a physician collected my information they were very courteous and kind and took the time to explain any questions that I might have which I did have a few. They explained in detail the pre-payment process and I understood. I had to recommend this place they were quick and easy to work with very courteous very kind the nurses and the PAs were very knowledgeable listened to my issues and concerns and provided a medical process path forward to getting better super job on their part thank you very much

The worst experience I ever had in my life was at this healthy urgent Care! I was the only one in the waiting room while the receptionist to the left wall was whispering to the receptionist on the right. The right side receptionist was staring at me so hard and long while they were whispering, I became very uncomfortable. So I asked her, Is everything okay? Then the receptionist left side called the nurse up front (the nurse that puts the covid tests together) and told her to go get that then all three of them were staring at me. The nurse said, Okay, Ill go get that, then left and put my test together came back up front told the receptionist, I got that! Then immediately the nurse called me to the back with the covid test that she put together in a ziplock bag. The doctor came in and swabbed the walls of my nose. I pulled back and said, Wow! What is that highly strong chemical smell on the swab? as it was burning my nose. The doctor said, I dont know its probably the plastic. The chemical smell and taste was left in my mouth I couldnt get rid of it for 2 days. I have taken several covid tests and had never ever experienced a highly strong chemical smell. That swab must have been highly contaminated! I had to go to ER that following day. Urgent care P.A. was Matt who swabbed my nose. Nurse was Beth, who put the swab kit together in the bag. These were the symptoms that I had after being swapped from this urgent care:(1) Could not stop uncontrollably sweating 1:00 am woke up at 4:00 a.m. uncontrollably sweating(2) Extreme dry mouth.(3) Diarrhea at 5:00 a.m. still extremely dehydrated. I kept drinking water not doing any good. Lips were dry and starting to crack, nausea at 9:00 a.m.

First, Im in the medical field so Im not giving a review from an uneducated standpoint. Ive worked in hospitals and doctors offices. Ive roomed patients and done coding and billing. Receptionist and M.A were very standoffish. Receptionist needed to make me aware this will not be a short wait time, just so youre aware. M.A. didnt even make eye contact with my 7 yr old daughter, just pointed in the general direction of the scale and the same when placing us in a room. The provider my daughter saw wasnt even sure what dosage to give my daughter or if she was even comfortable prescribing because she didnt work with children a lot.A month later, I receive a bill stating our visit wasnt covered at the time of service. When I called to get it situated, the # wasnt the correct billing company, and the forwarding # was incorrect as well. When I called our insurance company to try to make sense of it all, they tell me the company NEVER attempted to billed them. So, I was sent a bill stating my insurance company denied their claim, then was told I was responsible for the balance. Just so were clear, THIS IS ILLEGAL. When I finally get to speak to someone, I explain this isnt legal, she rushes me off the phone the best she can and tells me shell get this issue resolved.Horrible experience and Ill make it known.

They did a great job taking care of my 4-year old who cut his head from a fall. They took him right in and were very friendly and comforting with my son who was freaking out at the sight of his blood. He got stitches and we returned for follow up later, a very good experience.

Ive used this location several times for myself and my children. The staff are always very pleasant as well as quick and efficient. Ive always had short wait times and have been satisfied with the PA diagnosis and treatment.

The receptionist are very friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and quick respond to your medical needs. I found the examining rooms spotlessly clean. If you come here for a quick health care or needs you come to the right place.

I love Healthy Urgent Care. I come here all of the time. The receptionists are super nice, the PCTS and MA’s are super nice. They are super fast! Covid test takes 2 mins and the results come back in 15 if you chose to do rapid!

Ive taken my kids here a few times, and the doctor here is great! The staff and nurses are very nice too. I am very satisfied with the level of care we get. I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

I took my daughter in because she had a bad cough and wasnt acting like herself. Mind you she is 19 months. They did a throat swab and said it wasnt strep. Then they said they were going to run some tests and have it go to the lab. After calling every day to see if they received anything, the lady at the front desk got an attitude with me and my fiance, we both tried calling everyday. So after a week, they came back and said it was allergies. The only reason we took her there is because it was a Sunday. Our daughter started acting normal but still had a cough so we took her to our pediatrician. Come to find out our 19 month old daughter has pneumonia. The doctors were very unprofessional from the minute we walked into the rooms. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Tried to charge my twice for service that was not done right the first time. This was my first visit. I made appointment a day before, when I signed in there was no appointment under my name. I was told they need few days for lab results. I called three time, because the meds. wasnt helping, but no call back. When they called, I was told my lab was unreadable or contaminated, and I needed to came back in and it would be a second charge for the visit. I would not, could not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.

Medical assistants were very rude & unprofessional. I could tell one in particular was in a rush to leave because she input the wrong pharmacy in the system for my daughter. When I asked for her to change pharmacy because they were closing in 30 minutes she instead gave me a paper copy. Once again I asked her to change the pharmacy and it was nothing but attitude. I explained to her i wanted it sent electrically so it would be there before they close and I could get it tonight for my child. Very rude no beside manners at all. The doctor did seem nice

The office is extremely clean! They staff is excellent, great with my kids. I cant say enough good things!! This is by far the best UC clinic Ive ever been too. Highly recommend!!

We had a medical issue come up on a Friday afternoon, insurance said this center was on our list. It was close so we came here. Everyone was nice, it was quick and looked super clean. We occasionally have a need to go to urgent care during the year and next time the need arises we will definitely return.

I have been here myself and have also taken my daughter here as well. Every time I have been in I have been met with kindness and professionalism. They are very thorough and always give very good care. They have always answered any and all questions I have had and I would recommend this location to anyone!

We traveled outside of the country and we wanted to take a covid test to be on the safer side when seeing any of our loved ones and for work. We made appointments, walked in sat only 10 minutes, got tested and walked out. They were professional and quick. Took us all together less then 30 minutes which we loved!! Thank you to the frontline workers for all their hard work!

A Nurse here, Jessica Roberts, is literally PSYCHOTIC. She will not leave my brother alone nor family and friends of his. She keeps making multiple fake numbers to harass him. Please check on her and make sure she’s psychologically good for the patients under her care and tell her to leave us alone.I apologize to the managers for putting this on their website. She has us all blocked so she can do it through fake accounts and numbers.

I signed it at 11:30 am and was called to the room around 11:45, got my vitals checked in like 10 min, I was waiting for about 45 minutes until I had to open the door and say something! There was only one patient a head of me! The PA her name was Britney comes in and checks for 1 min ONLY and leaves! The people are nice! But the wait time is horrible! They totally forgot about me! Not happy at all with place, gotta find myself a better urgent care!

I ALWAYS go to this urgent care specifically—the crew that work there are SO nice, and they are very helpful and great at listening to their patients. I have always had wonderful experiences at this place, and I trust them completely.

Excellent care. Gone twice in the last year for bronchitis and the wait time is minimal, excellent doctor and she remembered me from the last time I was there. Clean facility. No insurance billing issues yet, which I get often from my primary doc 😒.

Searched high and low for COVID testing that was ISO 15189 certified. I was referred here and was amazed! I was able to register for an appointment online within minutes. I completed my registration online by taking photos of my ID and insurance card using my phone. My appointment was at 8:00 am and I promise I was out by 8:20 am for a PCR test. Great service!!

Dr. Pathik is AMAZING! We never have to wait long and the staff is absolutely wonderful and so caring. With 3 kids, our life is busy and my husband and I appreciate everything the staff from here does for our family. Our pediatrician is 25 min away and its so convenient that healthy urgent care is close to home. Dr. Pathik has treated our children better than hospitals and even our family Doctor. She has even called to follow up and that is just so wonderful. I Highly recommend!

Ill tell you what you come right in here you get seen within an hour and out. And theyre very good with children Ive been coming to the center since my daughter was ten or eleven if we cant get in to see her primary. My daughter wont go to any other urgent care but here. I forgot to make an appointment with our regular family doctor for a school sport physical in time for spring sports. HUC was able to get us in same day, we checked in online and the wait in the office was minimal. Only $25... no complaints.

Extremely rude and incompetent office staff. Harley mismanaged my insurance information and sent a bill 2 YEARS LATER. I called to talk to her manager Nicole. She was beyond rude and insisted on talking over me. She told me that she was the owner of the business and there was no one over her that I could speak with regarding their mess up. After telling me she was the owner again she hung up the phone and would not pick it back up again. They were in no way trying to resolve the issue that they created. I found out that Dr. Sarmed Gabriel SInawi is the owner of Healthy Urgent Care, not the manaher Nicole.

I usually always have a good experience with this urgent care except for the most recent experience. I was having UTI symptoms for a couple weeks, antibiotics I had taken prior didnt work for me so I finally decided I needed to head into the urgent care because my doctor was booked up and couldnt see me. The doctor at this urgent care had me leave a urine sample. The same came back in normal range so...negative for a uti. They also let me know theyd send it in for me. Not sure where they sent it, but less than a week later at work I experienced HORRIBLE pain. I had to leave work and figure out what was going on with myself because it became unbearable, but I was told there was no uti so I went into Beaumont urgent care and sure enough they took another urine sample and it came back positive for a UTI!!! How healthy urgent care had a different result I am not sure, but I was honestly pretty upset seeing as how I let this go another week almost untreated! When I called them before going into Beaumont explaining I was having horrible pain I was told Id be treated the same way with another urine sample and there wasnt much more they could do. Glad I went somewhere else to finally get treated and kick this thing!

My children and I come to this location Ashley was awesome while I had to come in today and be seen. Although I was in pain she made me smile which helps a lot as many of us know not feeling well sucks and a smiling face n someone to lift our spirits always helps even if it is just a lil.

Quick turn around time. I checked in online, they texted me 20 minutes before my appointment. I think I only waited about 10mins or less before being seen. The staff and doctor were great. I felt the place was really clean and not worried about covid exposure.

There have been so many times where I leave somewhere and think, I need to write them a good review! and I never follow through with it. Im following through with it because they deserve that.I avoid Urgent Cares in general as much as I possibly can because every time seems to be a sh*t show with long waits and rude (likely overworked, underpaid) staff - but this has been the one and only location where I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness, friendliness, and empathy from any UC Ive ever been to. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, each individual treated me with patience and warmth as if it were my primary care. Even as I walked out they all made me feel like friends who actually cared that I got better by wishing me well.This is a long-winded love letter to say, definitely go here. There is an MedCare across the street that I went to first and were less than polite about not taking my insurance. I only went there because this location was hidden and I wasnt aware it even existed until being turned away at MedCare. I am so grateful that I was because this place was above and beyond better.If youre googling for something to sway you between the two across the street from one another, here it is. Choose this one.

Super quick, friendly staff. I went in for a COVID testand was out in less than half an hour. Facility is clean and a next-day appointment was available. Overall, a very pleasant experience.Update: The test results came back in two days, the office called me to confirm a negative result. Again,quick and friendly service.

Went for a sprained ankle. Staff was very nice and well trained. Lots of smiling faces. The Dr was very nice and very personable. Id go here for a family doctor without question. Nice little urgent care.

This place has always been good to me. You get in quick too. And currently they are doing covid testing, no questions asked and my results took less than a week to get back. The P.As and Nurses there are nice. Highly recommend.

This is the best experience Ive had at a medical clinic ever. Very fast and efficient throughout the whole process. All the staff was friendly, and patient as I was nervous about the appointment.

I love how Ive been in the back for over an hour now and the nurses are sitting out there talking about their boyfriends and other dumb stuff. Im sitting here in pain wanting to be looked at. Ive been here for 2 1/2 hours. This is the most Ive waited anywhere. I know things can be busy but a doctor hasnt even seen me yet, besides the nurse that gave me a urine sample over an hour ago. I could be at work in pain and making money instead of here, wasting money in pain.

Since Dr pathek left, this place has gone downhill. She diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer when everyone said there was nothing wrong with me. Every time I would come in and I know my symptoms, she would listen. Now, they have some 20 year old blonde girl that doesnt even want to hand out a bandaide. I am now having to go to my family Dr to get treated. What a waste of my time and especially when I am not feeling well. STAY AWAY !!!!! The nurse was the only good thing bout this place. Maybe she can give the so called Dr some lessons. This is my post from 2 yrs ago. Thought I would give this place another try. I get the same young blonde girl. My lungs are really bad and she doesnt want to even hand out a cough drop. This place is a joke. Get rid of this girl. All she wants to diagnose is covid

I had to have covid testing before my surgery and was directed to go to this clinic for the test. They did a great job, and followed up with me to advise my results. The staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly.

For the first time visiting an urgent care, I was really pleased with my visit. Got in the virtual queue and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving at my time. Everyone was super helpful and nice!

Very professional staff, kind, understanding. Seemed knowledgeable. Only left off a star for time...took a while in the room for the doctor but is an urgent care...to be expected. They even have tvs in the room for toddler entertainment. Will come back if I ever need to

Very professional atmosphere, I saw a great doctor, took X-ray of my lungs to ensure that it wasn’t pneumonia that I had. Digitally sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy, not a long waiting time. It was perfect !!!!

Called ahead to find out the waiting time, and was able to go when there was no waiting. They also take appointments if you dont want to just walk in. Staff was friendly AND kind, which is not always the same thing. Dr. Pathak was AWESOME!! Very helpful and explained things very well. I am sad to see this place had some bad reviews. It was as good of an experience as could be for me and my son who sprained his ankle. Thanks you guys! :)

Ive made the mistake of going here 2 times and they have tried to overcharge me both times. The first time they sent me a bill a month after my visit with no explanation. Even though I paid in full before I left the building. The second time I had to get stitches and was told to come back in a week to get them removed. The doctor said removing them was part of the original fee and I wouldnt have to pay for an office visit. Then I go in tonight to have them removed and was told I would have to pay another office visit before getting them removed. When I explained what I was told by the doctor I was basically called a liar. Ill get my stitches out somewhere else that is more professional and organized. I will never be going back.

I received great care when I had dropped my motor cycle on myself while working on it. Dr. Pathak was caring and understanding. Robyn the medical assistant went above and beyond to make sure that I was ok and not in any more pain that I needed to be. Such great teamwork from all the girls. Please make sure these girls are rewarded for all their hard work.

I had a great experience coming here today. Healthy Urgent Care, from the staff, were very friendly and helpful. I have been at this Urgent Care before and clean and provides a great care.

I chose Dr. Pathak as my primary physician and have not regretted it one iota! She collaborates with me on my care and takes her time with me. Shes professional and personable, which means a lot to me as a healthcare professional myself. My intake is usually done with Robyn, who is no exception for the professionalism and personality I appreciate from Dr. Pathak and her colleagues. Of the multiple times Ive made appointments, Ive only had one long waiting time, which I presume is because of the office being an urgent care. Even so, the staff apologized for my wait and still gave me excellent care.

Im confused 😕. There is no professional on site.. I called up to urgent care explaining how my man is having chest pain and shortness of breath accompanied by a fever and bouts of vomiting 🤢. I specifically asked on the phone prior to appointment if they can do a x-ray to check out his lungs , they said yes of course. We get there we pay then they only prescribed a inhaler . NO xray they said unlesshe is sicker? What excuse me he looks like he is dying a grown man and this little kid dr. Or nurse wa the actual worst. They dont care .period.

With six kids i am always seeing doctors. When i cant make it to my family doctor this is my place to go. Everytime i have been here the staff has been pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the Drs. My time spent here has never been more than 45 minutes an appointment. Highly reccomend this place!!!!

Dont bother going for a Covid test. They want you to pay 50 dollars out of your own pocket for a rapid test. The patient show not have to pay extra due to the incompetence of the facility not being able to communicate with insurance!

Clean facility. My experience was not what I was hoping for. When you go to urgent care it is because something is wrong. My ears was looking with pus so I decided to go in. The dr suggested I go see an ear, nose and throat specialist but there is push coming out of my ear and she was telling me to go see a specialist (this was on a Sunday or else I would have went to my regular dr). So she finally decided after me questioning “are you sure there is pus pooling in my ear” to treat me with swimmers ear. I didn’t feel she was completely confident in the decision but I was pushing her for something. Well the script they called over was going to cost $230 and they did not say to allow generic. So after going back and forth we finally got a drop and some hydrocortisone cream. So I didn’t feel comfortable with the decision so on Monday I went to my primary care doctor who said I had an outer ear infection and prescribed me a all in one ear drop for $30. I was very disappointed that the dr here wasn’t able to clearly identify an outer ear infection. And to think some urgent cares are trying to be your regular doctor. No thank you. We will not be coming back. If urgent care is needed I will go to one that is tied to a hospital.

Healthy Urgent Care in Livonia is always clean. The staff is nice and welcoming. The wait time is short with an appointment. I would highly recommend this location.

So i have visited this urgent care ( many times) and was assigned one of the Doctors as a primary. I got a 30 day prescription and no refills. When I called back I was told that this is an urgent care and I would have to come in. So this Healthy Urgent Care has told me I have to pay $95.00 for a 30 day prescription meaning 95.00 for every prescription they should atleast give a few refills for Blood pressure medication for life sake... On top of that I got a bill for $155.00 and Im a cash patient. Cash patients have to pay for everything in advance so how can they owe anything?

I visited Healthy Urgent Care today and was welcomed by a very kind lady at the front desk, followed by a very friendly nurse once I got to the back and the doctor was very kind, courteous and helpful with explaining what he felt was going on with my issue today.

Great service and wonderful people.

My first and last visit here. It took 2 hours to see the doctor. I should have gone to my primary physician. Id have waited 2 hours there too, but at least Id have known it going in.Staff was really nice or it would have been one star.

They’re advertised as a Covid testing center but when you arrive they inform you they’re not. They can do the testing after having you complete a ridiculous amount of paperwork and ensuring they have your credit card on file. Just for a Covid test. Still sitting here 30 mins later waiting to be seen. I’ll never return.

This place was awesome. And clean Took my son there for a covid test for football and the lady katia was awesome considering I was nervous bad experience with testing and she made me so comfortable and did a good job and didn’t hurt my kid highly recommend her

Paid up front for charges and brought my three kids and wife. They told me later that they didnt charge me enough after a month of bringing my family. So I offered to make them my primary care. When I spoke to the accountant she said that they were not taking any new patients, even though the office said I could. They were just worried about getting extra money out of me.

Everyone was great, professional, friendly. The wait was not long at all, but I came in during morning on a weekday. After school hours or evenings get more crowded. So if you can, go during slower hours 10 to 2. But if there is a wait it is worth it.

I made an appointment for a health screening.I was promptly served. All levels of staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The facility was very clean.

Went in for what I thought was an ear infection, and from what the nurse said I was pretty much dead, gave me every disease in the book I was terrified. So after we go to an actual doctor and they said these people had no idea what they were talking about. Point is now theyre charging me 200+$ for something they knew nothing about...... I mean you can come if you wanna pay them that type of money but..

They advertise that they close at 10:00 but my wife shows up at 9:50 our sick six year old and the receptionist tells her that they cant see him because the doctor had an emergency. However my wife can see the doctor in the back room behind the receptionist just standing there. No emergency, just lazy.

I would highly recommend this urgent care. I was able to make an appointment and fill out all my paperwork online. They texted me information and I was in and out in no time! Thank you for running so efficiently!

The staff was very accommodating, smiley and polite, from the receptionist Em to Dr. Pathak. I had asked for an appointment and they fit me in when there were no other patients - fantastic!

Friendly staff and I have been here before. Waited far too long in the room (40 minutes) for the doctor to tell me what I already told them was wrong. They then sent me on my way. I came here because I wouldnt have to fill out paperwork again. Going to try somewhere else next time. A new one opened across the street!

Lol so their new policy is to either have your credit card number or you have to give them $100 for no reason. Even if you have valid insurance. So when they overcharge you or say your insurance doesnt work like they did to me in the past.. They take your money until you can sort their mistakes out. Then give you this to call if you have questions (in the picture). Can they be more professional?

Love this urgent care not only for myself but for my little one as well, she absolutely gives them no hard time like we have at her primary dr and they are always so nice and yes there is a wait at times but never a long time and they have always kept us informed as to what was going on behind the scenes on wait time and last but not least they listen to me and take their time to make sure everything is understood and when examining my little they make it fun even though she isn’t feeling well, they always put my mind at ease ☺️

They where very detailed, extremely professional and nice down to earth people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get lab work or physical’s done. I enjoyed the experience!

Friendly and professional staff. Going to any healthcare provider can be a cause of anxiety, but the staff and the environment made my visit stress free.

$100-$150 for a CoVID Test out of Pocket. Healthy Urgent Care is more concerned with a healthy bank account than a healthy community. Disgraceful & unbecoming of an institution that names itself urgent. Find somewhere else that has your health at number one, you wont find that here.

Had someone call and told me they would follow up with me and when I finally reached back out to them come to find out they did not even test for everything I wanted to get done and vary long wait time when no one else was there

I registered online for a covid test, made an appt and arrived 10 mins early as requested. 45 mins later still no test. I left.

The PA I saw in Livonia was awesome, but the front office staff told me incorrect information about my insurance. Very difficult to speak with a manager. Would not recommend and will not go back. BEWARE they will give you the wrong information about being in network with you insurance and will not call you back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BY FAR THE WORST URGENT CARE EVER!!!Walked in a was greeted by the rudest staff who informed me because I didnt have a credit card to put on file, I was refused medical care.People dont waste your time... Go somewhere else.

I love this urgent care, its 5 minutes from my house and the staff is super nice and they have a very clean clinic and they take care of you, i highly recommend it.

Have been to this location twice and both times the place was very clean and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the PA was very helpful.
