We’ve have had SUCH a positive experience with Dr J and his team. The office is always a calm, peaceful environment and very organized. I’ve never had trouble reaching the front desk or the nurses, who take amazing care of every patient.My nurse/patient coordinator, Su Yeon, is AMAZING and never misses a beat with so many moving parts and different patient protocols. Nurse Rachel is always lovely and super on top of it and Ive also had the pleasure of seeing Catherine who’s an exceptionally thorough PA.I really appreciate Dr J’s patient nature and detailed eye, who always give his time and attention during every visit. He’s a true expert and internationally educated, bringing a well rounded perspective to his approach to the process.The entire team at CFC has made our experience feel supported and cared for during what can be stressful and sensitive time.This is a hardworking, educated, thoughtful, dedicated, and caring team. I just had my first appt with Dr J and his team after coming from another larger clinic. The feel is already so different- I finally the attention and support that I am looking for during this week sensitive journey. Everyone is very attentive and the office is efficient and organized. I am confident about the plan that the doctor came up with. He did a thorough medical history review and is making sure all the bases are covered. I don’t feel rushed- I feel like we are taking the time to do it right so that we are successful. They even offered places to look for discounts on the meds which can be very expensive. I’m so happy I switched clinics and am much more excited about this journey now!
