Dr.Liang and his assistant Jenny are a great team I had surgery I had a large stone in my bladder Dr liang spent three hours getting rid of it I feel alot better afterwards. I would definitely recommend Dr Liang to anyone looking for a urologist he is the best of the best and Ive been to alot of other urologists. Like it says in his website he doesnt see a lot of people so he doesnt rush through people to have more time to talk to them in their specific issue in their appointments. 5 stars definitely

Honestly, I have no idea how the receptionist has a job. She does not do her job. I called twice and no answer. I called one last time and she answered. You can tell she lacks experience and is unqualified for a receptionist position. She needs to go back and get some training. Hopefully they find someone qualified to fulfill her duties.

There are angels from heaven living amongst us here on earth and urologist Leonard W.Liang is one of those angels sent from heavenI had a 9mm kidney stone which almost ended me but was saved by this great urologist who stepped in to help cause of my very critical situation and performed an emergency surgery on me ,even though he was supposed to go on vacation but he choose to save me instead.Now am healthy, strong and back to my normal life thanks to him.Words can not be enough to appreciate Leonard W.Liang what he did for meThanks you 🙏Will rate you a 10 over 10 cause you are the bestGod bless you and your familyMe and my entire family wish you all the best in lifeFrom Ikenna Simon

The worst customer service! No one ever answers the phone. When I finally got a call back, the miserable lady was the rudest person Ive ever had the misfortune of talking to. The disrespect was mind-blowing. Someone like this does not have the people skills to deal with patients, or anyone for that matter. I wasnt going to let some low level employee get to me, so I booked an appointment anyway, out of convenience, and they didnt even honor it. With service this bad, I honestly dont know how theyre still operating.

Dr. Liang performed surgery on my kidney, I am doing great now! I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am. Dr.Liang is beyond knowledgeable in his field.his bedside manner and patient care are unmatched! I had sooo many questions and concerns about my surgery and he answered every question, explained the procedure in terms that I could comprehend and always made me feel welcome to ask questions. Jenny always returned my calls and made sure that I was on track for every pre op and post op appointment. I was initially afraid of getting surgery but Jenny made every appointment so seamless. They are truly both the VERY BEST at what they do. I’m so fortunate to have found them. If you are reading this RUN don’t walk to the office because you are in the BEST hands 😊Thank you Dr.Liang and Jenny you guys are the best of the best❤️

Dr. Liang and team are great! He performed a surgery on my dad and happy to say he is on the path to recovery despite the grim diagnosis originally. He listens and answers any and all questions. Definitely recommend Dr. Liang for all your urology needs.

Dr. Liang & his nurse/operations/receptionist extraordinaire, Jenni, are an amazing pair!I can’t recommend them enough, he removed my left kidney using the Da Vinci Robot! I was home the next day by noon & didn’t spend any extra time in bed! If you can choose Dr. Liang don’t hesitate he is the real deal and gets above 5 stars in absolutely every category you can think of & them some!! Wonderful doctor! So grateful and glad we found him, he operated on my mother— removed a difficult tumor from her kidney, and a month later she is doing so great!I wish there were more doctors like him, so kind and dedicated to his patients’ well being!! 🙏🏼

Extremely happy with my bladder sling surgery and Dr.Liangs professionalism. He has provided information regarding The Mona Lisa touch therapy and answered my questions truthfully. I have been under his care for over a year and have felt comfortable discussing my incontinence. His staff is also very efficient.

If the medical field had more doctors like Dr. Liang, it would be perfect. I was told I had a difficult surgery, Dr. Liang made everything so comfortable. He even had me laughing before surgery. His office staff is awesome too Jenny comes out like a rockstar.

I wish I had the name of the person who picked up my call. She is rude, and has no customer service! She hung up on me like shes the boss! As a healthcare colleague, its shame that this industry has this type of person still doing the job. Were here to help patients, and solve their problems! At least give some respect to each other! My son is so satisfied with his surgery, he told me it was an easy experience and he is already seeing some healing. I was surprised to see him so active afterwards. The staff is awesome and I really enjoyed that the doctor took his time with each patient, great service cannot be rushed and I respect that. And if it matters I traveled from Las Vegas and my son is 16. Thank you guys so much.

I highly recommend Dr. Leonard Liang. 5 years ago, I took my son to him for circumcision. My son was 13 years old then and was about to enter high school. He did a thorough assessment on him asking questions why and the risks. We came back on the day of the procedure. I was there to witness the whole thing and it turned out successful. Financially, we were hard up at the time and Dr. Liang accepted my payment on a sliding scale for $500. I have consulted other doctors and they charge no less than $2000. I am very grateful to Dr. Liang for being compassionate and reasonable. Today, my son is freshman in college at UCI and I still think hes the best doctor weve ever had.

Daisy the person that books the appointments is rude and doesn’t have any customer service experience by the way she addresses the patients. I called to make an appointment and she was very rude she gave me an attitude and she clicked on me. I called back numerous of times and I asked for her Manager she said her Manager’s name was Jenny and then when I called back she said the Doctor was her manager and that he was going to call me back it has been days. I hope her doctor is taking notes and she gets the proper training she needs to be able to answer the phone and address the customers that call to get helped. It’s not Daisy’s office so she shouldn’t be giving people attitude.

Dr. Liang is an EXCELLENT doctor. His confidence and expertise was clearly seen by all. He was very kind and took time to explain every procedure and test clearly to me and my family members. My words cannot express how much I am indebted to him for the care he has given to me. His office manager Jenny and staff are a clear reflection of how he runs his practice, with excellence and care for each patient. I’m very glad my primary doctor sent me to Dr Liang. His staff is friendly and professional. He understood and listened to my issues carefully and thoroughly assisting me in getting better. I highly recommend him.

This was my first visit and I was definitely impressed with the professionalism of everyone in his office. Dr. Liang seamed to just absorb information while he listened attentively to my concerns, then patiently explained my best options, leaving me feeling like Ill be in good hands going forward.

Dr Liang is great at what he does. He did a Uroscopy on me, I’ve been a patient of his for about 5 years and always have had a comfortable experience. Staff is wonderful and always very helpful.

This is Dr. Liang. I am responding to the review posted by Brian O. I do not know what patient encounter this review is referring to. I have an idea, but I cannot confirm it. I will say that in my urology practice everyday, I see all different kinds of patients. Patients of all different ethnicities and races, patients who are wealthy or famous and patients who dont have any money, old patients and young patients, patients who are intelligent and patients who are mentally challenged. I know that I am not perfect but I do try to be fair in my treatment of my patients. If you do come and see me, please know that I will try my best to help you with your urologic problem.

No one ever answers the phone. No one calls back. This is the worst doctors office I have ever seen. I cant believe that the doctor will let his name go that bad because he has no one to properly answer the phone. And if this is the initial impression that the doctor wants his patients to get, how worse could be his treatment?????

No one answers the phone. No one calls back. I was a patient of his and I now must have surgery to correct it. I cant get the information I need. What is wrong with this Drs Office. Is it because so many women are sick and in permanent suffering due to bladder mesh?

Worst customer service! An appointment was booked online for a family member, called the clinic several times on different days to confirm and they never answered, never got a call back, only an email saying the appointment was cancelled.

I arrived with severe pain in my stomach, through corresponding examinations, I had large stones in my right kidney, which, through the surgical process, destroyed them with a laser, turning them into dust and the stone was removed and I am better, I give Thank God for Dr Leonard Liang for his excellent work and human talent.
