I love parenthood and respect what they do for everyone. I have been going for 10 years now. I recommend them to everyone.

I love when Denise helps me out ! She is so understanding and provides you with so much information. I honestly never feel as confertable with most staff that brings me back for questions before seeing the Dr.I also Did some blood work and ofcourse on the first try she got it. She didn’t have to poke me acouple more times . Thank you Denise.

I went to an appointment today to have an IUD removed and it was a waste of my time because they couldnt take it out. The doctor even brought in another person to help. And they couldnt find the strings. They said to go to another gynecologist. How embarrassing because they are supposed to be professionals and they were the ones who inserted the IUD a couple years back. Im very upset and dont want to come back anymore.

Good experience, kind people. Doctor Barbara Anai was kind and made me feel safe.

Ridiculous wait times despite having made an appointment, was told I could not accompany my fiancée to her appointment, or even so much as WAIT in the waiting room despite the Planned Parenthood website stating that both are more than ok. Was not aware that the inability to handle appointments or run an efficient/timely business was an excuse to not let people so much as wait in your waiting room for their partner.

The staff is so nice and fast. Did not wait at all , was seen extremely fast. very clean facility. I feel comfortable coming here dont feel judged , nurses and providers are the best .

Every time I come here they are awesome with their service. The one who helped me out went by the name of Cecelia and she was very nice and answered my questions with much thought put into them.

Unfortunately my visit here left me with no choice but to switch to thepillclub.com, I came in with appointment only to be told an hour later that they don’t take my insurance, which I recently enrolled in due to the pandemic. I was told I had to pay for an office visit and prescription($$ per pack). I mentioned I didn’t have that type of money and they said sorry. I thought it was care no matter what, I guess not I would have walked out of there paying $200+ for the visit and prescription. I went on their app which offered birth control pill packs for $20 each but at the end my friend mention thepillclub.com which was way cheaper and a better alternative. It was easy to deal with and time hassle free too!

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star based on my experience 2 days ago. I have been coming here for awhile now and have never been more disappointed then I am now. I went there for a routine service and low and behold I now have a big bruise on my arm from where the Nurse Practioner gave me my injection. In all my years getting injections or having blood drawn, I have never had a bruise that looks like this. I took photos of what it looks like, unfortunately this review section isnt letting me include them

Friendly staff. Always helpful. I will say some days are better than others. It can either be busy or not busy. But its worth the wait.

I definitely recommend this planned parent hood facility! I went on 05/26/18 and was greeted very kindly by the staff . I went so they can remove my IUD and I got BARBARA to remove it and she was the best! it was fast & PAIN FREE . Thanks Barbara .

Always come here to get prescription refill, staff are very accomodating and very pleasant. Wendy was nice and very thorough with details and answering any questions that I had. 😊

The staff is wonderful except for this time a staff female I never seen was just straightforward rude and unprofessional and unclear about the appointment system it takes one person to ruin clinics reputation hope to never encounter with her again! Did I mention she said no walk ins almost kept being to persistent about scheduling an appontment when I have came before in walk insugh horrible expirience

You should make an appointment, will save you some time. Walked in at 9:50am just got out at 12:45pm. #morningAP

Said they were open at 8am online. Once we got here, they buzzed us in to tell us they open at 9 ? They could of told us that through the little buzzer they have. We were walking in without appointment and they still had us wait another hour, weve been here befor for the same thing and they helped us quick, probably becuse they herd us complain about the time they opened, they gave us a hard time to wait for something simple, this location sucks. Not welcoming at all ! Was late to work because they werent accurate with there openeing time.

When in before closing time which is 5 p.m. got off work just to get a plan B and they refused and said I had to make an appointment for the next day. I dont have another day this is why I came here. Unacceptable

Clinician Annie was so amazing!! With her communication skills today. So gentle inserting my birth control implant. I would love to see her again here at the East Los Angeles office.

I can trust the nurses will help me whenever i need the help. They have great attitudes and enjoy doing there jobs.

Well I do gotta say my visit was very friendly very nice staff made me feel very comfy i wud recommend to any of my friends if needed 👍 answered every question i asked and didnt mind repeating it to me realky nice staff 😊

I made an appointment for 2:15pm. It’s currently 3:26pm and I have not been seen. While the staff is very friendly, they need to work on staying on time, ESPECIALLY for the clients who have made an appointment. The wait time is ridiculous AND I got here early!

This place is always overbooked.They always say there system is down or updating ,Wait time is longer than an hour.What’s the purpose for an appt ?

I had an appointment yesterday and they really helped me out to choose the right birth control for me they answered all my questions and were very helpful

They gotta work on giving needles to people, left me all bruised up.. wouldnt hurt to be a bit nicer too...

I was JUST here and the people here are so rude !! I would not recommend coming here I left as soon as possible , the moment I walked in they started laughing , very rude and unwelcoming , don’t come here !! I would give 0 stars if I can

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and they have complete discretion with their clients. They dont make you feel bad at any time and they explain everything very well.
