Foxx Laboratories and Screening

Do not use this location especially if it’s the 109 building. Unprofessional staff to the point the worker almost caused a fight between two people. The worker almost let someone else go before someone who was on time for their appointment but started to let a different person go. If the person with the appointment did not say something he would have let the other person go just because he walked in before someone else.

Our family sought pre-natal paternity testing thru Foxx, who (at the time of making the blood-draw) told us to expect emailed results within about a week. So, after a week & no news, we inquired, and the person answering the phone seemed to think I was completely ridiculous for imagining “pre-natal” results could be back within a week. So, I resolved myself to wait for another week. After STILL no email, I called again, and was again given the incredulous response for imagining results would be back within 2 weeks. 😡 So, I pressed the rep for her recollection of “the longest” she recalled someone having to wait for prenatal test results, and she replied 3 weeks was about as long as she recalled. I must be the new record holder, ‘cause I still haven’t received an email. And they’re not TOO good at answering their phones…especially after you’ve paid. 😡

I was not impressed with my experience here. It was difficult to find the right entrance. The area was not marked well. I arrived at my appointment time and the door was locked. There was a doorbell to ring, but no one answered. I had to call them to get someone to come. He arrived 15 minutes later to let me in. The office felt sketchy at best. Not very welcoming. He was efficient to get the business done, but it did not feel clean or professional. I definitely would not go here to have any tests run or blood drawn. Would not recommend.

Went by to do paper work for a new job and literally no one was there or came to the door. Sign said internet outage...so they didnt pay the bill. Horrible facility, do NOT recommend!

The facility is almost like a make-shift location. Desperate to hire people. Workers did not show up. I had to call to ask about my appointment standing outside their locked door. The woman on the phone sounded like she was driving and told me to return later in the day. Her behavior gave the impression like all clients took the entire day off just for fingerprinting.Can you come back later?No, I cant come back later, I purposely made the appointment for a specific time. The facility does not even open till 11:00am. They have nearly the entire morning off. There is no excuse.Message to the owner who responds to this: I have read the reviews, and I was also with another lady outside your door. Your systems ARE NOT down... That is a bold face lie. You, and your employees are lazy. Plain and Simple. I made another appointment in a different location. Hopefully you will be out of business soon.

Extremely unprofessional.To list a few problems Ive had,Address was listed wrong, but my understanding is the moved very recently, and no harm was done, I still made the appointment.The office is in a suite and has a number card to the right of the door, with nothing to identify it other than the office number.The tech did not respond to my knock on the door until after the 3rd knock.She was on her phone for the entire duration of the fingerprinting.She did not explain the process before or during it.I was given no warning or explanation before my hands were grabbed and my fingers were rolled uncomfortably on the scannerAfter messing up the digital signature (my fault) I was told that my signature on a legal document with my sensitive information (SSN, DOB, name, address, fingerprints, etc.) didnt matter.I was given no follow-up when it was done, she just said Youre done before shooing me out the door.

Needed a blood draw for drug test. Came to the first appointment and they said no one was available because I did not send a 50$ deposit. I then paid the deposit and came back another day. The employee was late, after I arrived to a make shift office. I waited to be seen after a line of people who were there waiting. Once it was my turn I was told they do not do blood draw drug test. I was not ever refunded my deposit and basically was professionally robbed. Pathetic. Still have not been refunded. I would go to labcorp, which is what I did. No deposit required, and no money stolen.

Little to no directions on location, the gps leads you to the wrong spot. Myself and two others stood outside waiting over 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment time because no one helped us. When you call the place it goes straight to voicemail, overall very unprofessional.Update: there were 4 people waiting and we waited an hour, don’t take a lunch break if you clearly had people scheduled for appointments that have already paid. There is also not someone always at the office because the other tenants said that “there’s days where they don’t show up and we always have people asking us where they are”. It also took over a week and a half to submit my documents.

Plus the door is complete glass. It is the only door marked for suite 300 and inside of the LOCKED glasss is door 16. Which are not only in the printed directions but also listed on the site.Also I called the primary company and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in office as well. So keep laying to yourself not only is a complaint filed but an investigation ticket was placed.I hope this site gets shut down!

This place is a JOKE!! The customer service is horrible! I had a 2:20pm appointment for GAPS fingerprint, when I arrived to my appointment there was already a couple sitting in the hallway. There was a sloppy hand written sign posted on the door that read “Do not come in before your appointment.” The couple that had been waiting stated that they had a 2:30pm appt. When finally allowed to go in, the worker said “who was here first?” I told him I had a 2:20pm appointment he didn’t even acknowledge my appointment, instead he insisted on taking the couple with the 2:30pm appt! Thankfully the couple denied his request. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Kenya and Javier are the greatest! Although I scheduled my appointment for the next day, I stopped by to see if they could see me earlier. They did!! I was so happy especially since I was working on a timed schedule for work. BIG Thank you to Kenya and Javier!

There was no nurse there to draw a lab for my 2pm scheduled apt. I waited 40 min and still the nurse didnt show up so I left. They called and asked for me to come back so I did but I STILL ended up waiting because the nurse STILL WAS NOT THERE despite them hounding me to come back. On top of everything, the man helping me tried to place blame on me because I moved my appointment weeks ago. Currently it is 4pm and Ive been waiting 40min.

Was scheduled to be here at 3:10 on a Saturday for job requirements and no one was here and door was locked. Attempted to contact via phone on website with no success as it only allowed me to leave a voicemail. Really just a wasted trip. Another lady was there at 3pm as that’s the time they open and she said that she had been waiting on someone as well with no luck.

This place is highly unprofessional, don’t even bother wasting your time. I was scheduled to come here by my job for pre-employment requirements. I along with three other adults were left waiting here outside the office. There is a sign that says do not come in until your scheduled time of appointment. There is a sign that says ring bell for service. We all rung the bell and no one came. We called and no one came. Finally on my third attempt I was able to get someone on the phone, only to be told the computer systems were down. My options were to wait, come back, or reschedule. The gentleman before me had been waiting for 50 minutes with no notice of anything. To top it all off, no one was physically in the building. I informed the other three people who were waiting with me. This was so unprofessional and I would hate for others to waste their time.

This place was great and professional. I had no trouble finding it. The guy let me in early before they opened at 11am. I felt welcomed and they offer additional services that I did not even know was available. I will choose this location for any of my job verification needs. Thank you

Hard to find. The worker had nothing on indicating he actually worked there. Door was locked when I arrived, waited 30 min before I was able to get in. Thinking back it was dumb of me to hand this person my ID and social security card. Left legitimately wondering if my ID was stolen.

Very quick process! I mixed up my dates and they accommodated me a day before my appointment for fingerprinting which was great!

The person working there was friendly , but he didn’t know what to do for my screening and didn’t know what documents to use. Even after providing the necessary documents , he didnt upload the documents. Now I have to reschedule the appointment in a different location .

Very accommodating with my early arrival. It was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend them for any of your future needs if applicable.

Company had their systems down and still charged me even though they couldn’t process or send my fingerprints to the relevant companies. I called them afterwards and they denied any issues with their system. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the time.
