Dr. Fogle and the entire ACRM staff were fantastic. They are the golden standard. The team goes above and beyond in every way. They are attentive, responsive and caring! I am typing this review as I am holding my 7 week old beautiful baby girl all thanks to the team at ACRM. In short, Dr. Fogle is brilliant and we couldn’t imagine going through this process with another clinic. We are so thankful for their efforts and can’t wait to go back.

I can’t say enough good things about the ACRM team and Dr. Patel! After 2 years of trying on our own we turned to ACRM for help. It wasn’t an easy journey but I wouldn’t be holding my little bundle of joy without the amazing doctors and nurses at ACRM. Everyone is extremely nice and rooting for you through the whole process. Dr. Patel and the entire ACRM staff were amazing! I am typing this review as I am holding my 6 week old beautiful baby boy all thanks to the team at ACRM. We are out of town patients and they worked with my clinic where I live constantly and communicated with us throughout the entire IVF process. We visited a lot of fertility clinics where we live and ACRM went above and beyond any of our local ones. We are so thankful.

I am extremely disappointed with this practices level of customer service. When attempting to schedule a consultation, I encountered numerous difficulties with scheduling.After having my initial consultation, I was instructed to reach out to them on a specific day to proceed with the second phase of the consultation, which has a strict three-day window. However, for the past two days, I have been diligently trying to contact them via email and phone, but I have received no response.This situation raises a significant concern, and I am reluctant to continue pursuing any fertility services with a facility that exhibits such communication problems. Consequently, I have decided to explore alternative options.I strongly urge others to consider seeking services elsewhere, as no one should have such a special and delicate moment tarnished by being ignored by their healthcare provider.

Dr. Patel and the staff at the Marietta location are amazing! From Tanya at the front desk who always greeted me by name to Caitlin the nurse who answered my laundry list of questions with compassion and understanding, this place is truly amazing. I have a rare anomaly and sought out Dr. Patel because of her knowledge and expertise. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions, even silly ones. I’m forever grateful for the gift this team has given me. Dr. Patel, you truly are a compassionate and caring doctor. I have referred many people specifically to Dr. Patel in Marietta!

Well I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment with them. I filled out the check in information NUMEROUS times. Then when told I would receive a link for the appointment, I never did. Instead, they proceeded to resend the check-in email again and again. Then, when I called to let them know what was going on, I was on hold for quite some time and an automated system told me to leave my number so they could call me back. Not going through this process again.

I have had the most incredible care while I’m at ACRM Marietta! Dr. Patel and Caitlin are so patient and caring! They take the time to understand and know their patients. They answer all questions even the “silly” ones! I NEVER have to wait for an appointment time, they are always on schedule! Everyone from the front desk all the way to Dr. Patel are so kind and caring through what can be a very stressful and scary time! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!!! Thank you Dr. Patel, Caitlin, and EVERYONE at ACRM Marietta!

Dr. Patel was the first physician to truly care about my reproductive health. I have felt unseen and unheard up until meeting her. Dr. Patel and all the wonderful people at ACRM were highly responsive and deeply caring. We look forward to having a healthy baby because of this practice. It was such a relief to finally feel like someone else was fighting for me.

We cannot say enough about this place. Every single person we worked with, from the moment we walked in the front door and checked in at the front desk, to the time we graduated with a successful pregnancy, we were treated with patience, compassion, and genuine support. Dr. Patel was the perfect mix of sweet demeanor and professionalism. We always knew we were in the best hands. Eternally grateful for ACRM!!

From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone at ACRM is incredible!!! I have never felt more cared about by any other practice. The staff here monitors every step of your fertility process and continues to monitor you through the beginning of your pregnancy. They even give you their email addresses so that you can ask questions as you go. I would definitely recommend ACRM if you are struggling with infertility. I am SO happy I went there!! I will definitely miss everyone there.

Highly recommend. Dr Calhoun and everyone else was always so amazing to us. We never had to wait for responses to emails or phone calls. You are always treated like family here. We will always be so grateful to ACRM for helping us complete our family!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel. IVF isn’t an easy thing to go through, but Dr. Patel made it much more enjoyable. We were excited to graduate to OB care, but we were genuinely sad to leave Dr. Patel and everyone at the marietta office. Our baby is now 6 months old. Dr Patel will always be incredibly special to our family.

I have really enjoyed my ACRM experience. While being a patient at ACRM, I have always been added to schedule quickly because they realize that everything is a timing process. In addition, I am seen within 1-10 mins when I arrive which is awesome compared to many Drs. offices. Also, to top if off having Dr. Toner, Megan and Janelle as my doctor and nurses have made a process which can be discouraging at times very hopeful with their positive attitudes and knowledge. In addition, whenever I e-mail/call Dr. Toner, Megan and Janelle, they always get back to me quickly. I highly suggest ACRM because they make a plan suitable to your individual needs and you can tell from speaking with them that they really care and are doing all they can. Thank you so much ACRM! This location has been incredibly compassionate during my entire process. Each person from the sweet lady at the front desk (i can’t remember her name), Mary, Kim, and to Dr Calhoun have made each experience personable, answered all my questions, and allowed me to express fears in a comforting environment. Anyone seeking fertility services knows how scary it is and would appreciate a team like this supporting you. Thank you!

Dr. Toner is completely rude and utterly unprofessional. We wanted to explore surrogacy because we did not want to spend the money on IVF and other such procedures. He asked why I didnt want to be pregnant. Its not a matter of want. I cant. Nor can we afford to waste money on procedures that likely wont work for me. We will not be returning to him, this office, or this practice.

Everyone at this office is wonderful. Dr. Patel has been incredible. My family is very thankful for ACRM.Rachel D
