Dr. Best helped us make our dreams of a third baby a reality and she is hands down THE best. We now have three perfect, beautiful IVF babies but our experience with Dr. Best for the third far exceeded our experience with our first two in a different state. She is soooo knowledgeable while also being incredibly genuine, patient, kind, and considerate. I will sing her praises and recommend her all the days of my life!

I have been working with Dr Best and her team for the past two years. Although I have yet to find that golden egg they have been great with communication and working with my early schedule needs.

UPDATE ON REVIEW FROM 1 YEAR AGO - Happy to share that I have my little person thanks to Dr. Best! I went to another fertility center here in GA before going to RBA, it touted a unique and custom experience - to be honest...Im a results person - really happy with these! Keep up the great work!Dr. Best is incredibly knowledgeable and Im excited to go on this journey knowing Ive got the best in my corner! Also, the office was incredibly efficient and accessible!

Very disappointing experience. I felt like a number. I only did 1 cycle here and went elsewhere for the second IVF cycle.I talked to Dr Best once before my cycle - by video call - and once TWO MONTHS after the IVF cycle by phone. That’s it. For $12k out of pocket one hopes for a better experience.It was a disorganized and chaotic process at the beginning in November when I started - and extremely stressful. I was told that they were trying to get many patients in by the end of the year and to be patient. Why is that the patients responsibility vs the clinics to ensure a good experience for each patient?More than once I was not given proactive information and had to reach out to ask so as not to mess up the timing of things and compromise the IVF cycle. I was told their notes showed a nurse already told me the info - which was not the case. I felt I had to micromanage it from my end which is frustrating when it’s already a difficult process. You should be able to trust wholeheartedly in the care team and that they are on it.For my second IVF cycle I went to Spain and paid 1/3 of the cost with 1/3 better results! I also had lower number of injections (29 in Spain vs 66 with RBA) and a shorter cycle (12 days Spain vs 16 with RBA).If you have insurance to cover treatment, it’s fine but if you’re paying out of pocket, would recommend going elsewhere. Or maybe not doing your cycle at the end of the year when they try to push many patients through.

Dr. Best and her ENTIRE clinical staff are AMAZING! I have had the best experience with them. Things have not always been smooth on my fertility journey but they handle everything with a gentleness that is necessary in this field. They answer every single question I have no matter how silly or dramatic it may be.I mean I could go on and on but y’all get it!

Our consultation visit with Dr. Best was amazing. She reviewed our records prior to our visit and was genuinely interested in hearing more about our journey so far. We are extremely happy to have a plan and feel confident with Dr. Best and the RBA team.

I dont recommend this place. We did two rounds of IUI and both times they messed up the timing. Its not an exact sciece I get it but they messed up both times and it costed us thousands. the billing department takes their sweet time getting back to you too. We wont be back. Well go to a place that has a more personal and focused approach.

I really can not say enough about this office and their entire staff. I have never been more impressed with the attentiveness, level of care, and genuine compassion from every single member of a team. Dr. Best is amazing, and her staff is incredible. They are on top of everything, always call when they say they will, their scheduling is always perfect, literally I have not a single complaint. They are a well oiled machine and I have never seen a doctor’s office administrative side that was so good at their job. I’m so thrilled to be pregnant but I will genuinely miss seeing everyone here.

We did tons of research before we arrived at RBA. They had the best results according to the CDC, and we can see why. Dr Best is unironically, the best doctor to help us. Shes a light in the darkness, and very statistics oriented. She gave us a plan customized for us, and gave us hope when we were at our bottom. I truly cannot recommend them enough.The entire staff, from the front to the finance were so helpful and responsive. Everytime we submitted a question via the portal, we would get a response within the hour.

Wow! I had the best experience today with Dr. Best. I was terribly nervous going in to see her because I did not know what to expect. She made me feel so comfortable and sure of the decision that was best for me. I would recommend Dr. Best to ANYONE!! Notnonly eas she amazing, but her staff was too. Kristina made my experience making appointments so easy and convenient for me. Savannah, Janice, and the sweet untrasound tech added to the great experience. Thanks to you all!

Dr. Best truly made me feel like I have a chance and someone in my corner to help fight this fertility battle with me! I felt heard and I felt like she had a game plan. I truly appreciate her patience and warm demeanor during a difficult time.

**Be careful if being referred here by your OBGYN** I found out about this location through a consultation voucher from my OBGYN. I called and scheduled a consult telling them I want to use the voucher. They then booked a different appointment from what I scheduled and charged me $350 for a virtual 30 minute consult that the doctor was 15 minutes late to. Taking advantage of women while we are exploring a very vulnerable process is beyond unethical. I no longer trust them with this process and will look elsewhere.

Terrible. Dr. Best does not actually listen to her patients. We went in to learn about what can be done to get pregnant naturally and all Dr. Best did was push IUI/IVF. We had told her on numerous occasions that our wish was to understand reasonings why we could not get pregnant and what are some alternatives we could look into to assist. Immediately went to IVF/IUI.Learn to actually listen to your patients.Also, if you call, expect a 24-48 hour turn around. Even if you call before their 1pm cutoff.

While trying to have children and being in a lesbian relationship, my spouse and I decided to visit all the fertility clinics around Atlanta. While other clinics were nice and friendly, RBA was that and much more. They did not group us in with heterosexual couples experiencing fertility challenges like other clinics did. They have a special session just for LGBT individuals and couples realizing that we have different needs. We felt comfortable and loved the overall atmosphere and all the employees. I have never experienced a doctor like Dr. Best before. She is so personal, caring, gentle and just an all around wonderful person. Hee professionalism mixed with immense knowledge and skills were amazing. I had no doubt that I was in good hands. Here we are almost done with all the preliminary procedures and very excited for the next step towards conception. I have no doubt going forward that we are in the best care possible.

This facility has to be the worst we’ve ever dealt with. It takes being on hold for an hour to get someone to answer the phone, just to make an appointment. They told us they would call with results in 3 business days, it’s been over a week with nothing. As a couple already going through such a sensitive time, this place will only make you stress out more.

Trash facility. Called for 4 days. left messages emails and sat on hold for a total for 3.5 hours over 4 days. Not one call back email or anything. People are trying to start families and get results for tests that may or may not effect thier future and the future of their family. this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced from a medical facility. Ive called all locations too. They are all the same and all terrible. RBA should be ashamed of themselves

It was life changing, literally. Dr. Best is already my favorite doctor and I have a few. I wish I could make her the doctor of all specialties. I felt so broken before I entered today. I left hopeful!
