Dr. Padilla is the nastiest person in terms of attitude and bedside manners I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.I had an apt with her today and regret it.AVOID HER.If you have to go here for some reason, Dr. Jimenez is the way to go.

Not very cordial at all. I was suffering that morning with a migraine headache and she was insensitive and unprofessional trying to pick a fight with me by saying her staff had left me a voicemail. She kept this awful grin on her face and argued with me back and forth. I became angry by her demeanor and told her I would not return. She said Good. I walked away but not before letting her know how I really felt. I placed a complaint to the VA office.

I love Dr. Padilla , Lisa and all staff . Dr. Padilla is so attentive , educates us patients and takes her time with us . I am so glad that I came to her for my last pregnancy, I highly recommend anyone and have given best word of mouth recommendations to see her DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE GO TO DR. PADILLA you will be very pleased 😊 ❤️

I am not sure why this office receives negatives reviews as I have only ever had positive experiences here. I see Dr. Padilla-Williams who is always really personable and willing to answer my questions. I have also had to take my daughter for issues related to her menstrual cycle and again, Dr. Padilla, has been wonderful to work with. The front office staff is always personable and professional and my wait hasnt been long. I have been going here for 4 years. A positive that I love is that they have a lab on site for blood draws, etc. which is extremely convenient. The lab person is really nice and does an amazing job.

First time seeing Doctor Padilla and her and her staff were very helpful. Had a pap exam with no pain. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a OBGYN.

Being a Military Vet and having to get treated at the VA is not really the OBGYN care I needed... Got seen by Doctor Padilla and my view on papsmears have changed... the Military left me a very negative view on OBGYN care for females ... Doctor Padilla was nothing but kind and understanding of any situation i had been in and i can truely say she cares about her patients!! An A++++ for her awesome attention and care, I recommend her hands down over any VA Doctor!!

I think the negative reviews here of Dr Padilla are people not telling the full story, and flat out lying, because I’ve gone to her for 11 years now, even before she had her own practice, and I’ve seen her in all kinds of instances since she’s delivered most of my babies, and even though I moved back to Dallas, I literally DRIVE 500 MILES JUST FOR HER to continue being my Obgyn because I don’t trust anyone else, and believe me I have searched the metroplex of DFW. No one else cares for her patients and about doing the right thing and the best thing for the patient like she does. Dr Padilla is the best Obgyn in The Valley, and she won’t always tell you what you want to hear, but she will always take the best care of you. I’ve had 4 babies, and she’s about to do my hysterectomy. I’m traveling 500 miles for my trust in this doctor, because that’s how much I know she will be careful with the most delicate parts of my body, during such an emotional surgery for a woman. If you want less than the very best, go somewhere else. She is the best. I trust her with the most precious things in my life, have for 11 years, and probably will for as long as she is practicing, even if I have to drive 8 hours. The peace of mind is more than worth it.

I am a veteran with PTSD. Dr. Padilla was so accommodating to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was very professional, great bed side manner, and understanding. I highly recommend this find doctor. Lady vets she is kind and understanding of all situations.

My girlfriend was seen by this doctor at DHR and it was the worst experience. She was going through what turned out to be a miscarriage with her 1st pregnancy and this doctor was so insensitive. She was upset that my girlfriend wouldn’t get blood drawn, when really all we wanted to know was if the baby still had a heartbeat. She never checked the baby and walked out of the room. A nurse came to see us out.I filed a complain with DHR, whom took the doctors side and said because I registered at the front desk I was responsible for the $1,300 bill. Didn’t matter that Dr. Padilla had a horrible attitude and didn’t examine me at all.Be very aware that this doctor is practicing for the money, not because she cares for people.

Dr. Padilla brushed off the lump in my breast for 2 years in a row, which I brought to her attention both years during my routine Pap smear. She told me after examining the lump, I was too young and my family didn’t have a history of it. After my second visit with Padilla, I tried explaining what I felt and I got dismissed as if it was nothing to worry about. Finally, I went for a second opinion with my family physician, who monitored the lump for 6months and it had grow within 6 months; so I was sent for a surgical biopsy which came back positive for breast cancer. If I didn’t go with my gut for a second opinion I would’ve been way worse. No doctor should brush aside a patients concern. Cancer doesn’t discriminate. I never returned to her office and found a more detailed oriented OBGYN who likes to explain everything who has outstanding bedside manner-Dr. Aida Montalvo Garza

The most insensitive doctor I’ve deal with. I tend not to not focus on the negatives and I know doctors have a hard job , but I went to her clinic and was treated by this doctor Who turned out to be insensitive, disrespectful, and didn’t wait for the anesthesia to kick in before proceeding to cut me open. I addressed my pain and discomfort, but she was dismissive and inconsiderate. On top of it all, I had to be rushed to the hospital the following day due to the bad procedure.

The best OB in Mcallen!!!! Very meticulous and attentive to detail. She has a great reputation among the residents.

Very kind, professional woman. Gave me all the information needed and assisted me every step of the way. Would recommend for anyone!

I had the worse experience of my life!!

My only terrible experience with this doctor. I attended a clinic where she shared with other doctors (she was not the doctor who regularly saw me) I was already in the last few weeks, where they check you up weekly and do the examination. That day was not the day of my appointment, I made a mistake and arrived a day early, the people at the reception signed me up however they wanted, so I stayed. When it was my turn, I walked in, undressed and waited. When she came in, she had a look of annoyance on her face, but I didnt give it any importance since we all have bad days. Thats when she started checking me and without any care she hurt me, I screamed and looked up and saw that she was wearing long nails and rings. He told me that it didnt hurt, that he had to check me inside and I told him that it hurts, its hurting me and he told me that was like that, that I had to do it so I just cried and let it end, with a lot of pain. , I got up, got dressed and left, I got home and I was bleeding. I was already in my 40th week, so I thought it was normal, but it wasnt. I went back to another of my regular doctors and had my baby until 41 and a half weeks. I would never return to an irresponsible and inhuman woman.

Very good treatment from Dr. Padilla and her staff during my high-risk pregnancy in 2018. She did what was in her power to make sure everything went well, since the baby stopped moving and she scheduled the cesarean section and Thank God everything went well. , and he told me that he did want to have surgery so that I would no longer be pregnant, (5 children and 40 years old) I am not going to charge you much, and I will get money back from the copay, always grateful Dr. PD it was my best cesarean section.
