At this location these eligibility people supposed to be helping us not giving us problems and difficulties every time because they call you and they don’t update the info you provided to them! they don’t save and every time is the same thing. It’s a bunch of idiots and you talk to supervisors, for your surprise what you to expect if they’re the same!

It’s honestly sad to see such great providers with such terrible staf, they don’t answer the phone and never return calls after you leave multiple messages.

I’m going as far as to make an anonymous account just to confidently post my review! But I think this clinic is the nicest clinic in the world. I agree, you want to be friends with everyone that works there (: They’re so sweet and they genuinely care about helping you to the best they can.I am a straight woman, who was not assaulted. I don’t understand the reviews that say they won’t get attended for those reasons. It’s not true at allI would recommend it here to absolutely everyone

Honestly this clinic is really friendly and nice. I swear I wanted to be friends with the people that attended me. Their services are good and they’re free. Would really recommend it to anyone and would again just make sure if I’m doing good.

I came by to get tested and sincerely I was really scared. But the staff that helped me was really kind and gave me so much information that the fear went away. I don’t know why people complain after all it’s free and they do their best to help you yes sometimes the experience might not be the best but again it’s free aside from that they are not trying to sell you anything so customer service it’s not really their strong. But even then they are trying to make your day better or even your situation better by putting themselves in your shoes and being kind to you and helping you to be strong. And letting you know that they can help.

After weeks of worrying I finally went and for being my first time it was a great experience. Elijah the person who attended me was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

The staff ⚕️ is very nice and treat everyone with the upmost respect. In fact, theres no reason to ever complain, cause theres always a staff member on sight.

Ignore other ignorant reviews that state you have to be gay, bisexual, etc.This place offers amazing services for free. The staff is nice and provides loads of relevant information.Inform and protect yourself and others.

This place is life saving, quick results and great staff, super friendly, got tested and got results within 1 minute. Will definitely continue to come and highly recommend

Anyone at risk for contracting HIV and STI can come to get tested for free. Straight or LGBTQ testing is free. Call ahead if you dont believe me, other people are misinformed or dont want you to know about a free service.

The staff was super helpful and super nice. A friendly face makes the difference when youre afraid you might have something.

Ive always had a good experience but today I went to go get a copy of some forms that needed to be filled out and got shouted at from across the hall by a grumpy staff.

I thought they were there to help people not pass the buck to somebody else. 🤬🤬
