I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hannah Ashitey. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions put my mind at ease. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the personal care she provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist who genuinely cares for her patients.

Ive been a patient here for over a decade now and I must say they have really improved on the wait time. They even have a sign that says if youve been waiting for a long period of time let them know. Even when I moved to Dallas temporarily I happily commuted almost an hour to make my appointment. The staff are so friendly. One of the nurse practitioners helped my oldest daughter deliver her 2 babies who are now 12 and 6!

I definitely do not recommend this place. Their website claims they are compassionate, but they couldnt be more careless. I was sent to the McKinney office for a procedure and tried to schedule the appointment for the morning or after 3:30 PM, but they told me the only available time was 2:00 PM. This forced me to leave work in the middle of the day. After waiting for half an hour, I asked what was going on, and they told me they would call me soon. Finally, they called me at 3:00, after an hour of waiting, only to tell me that the doctor was behind and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. This is unacceptable, rude, and careless. They didn’t even have the decency to call and ask if I could reschedule. They only care about their own schedule. They apologized, but apologies are meaningless when the damage is already done.

Josie Roberts is a PHENOMENAL midwife. She was with me every step of the way, any crazy question i asked she had an answer. Listened to everything i said and never rushed my appointments. Got my induction in immediately and talked me through my labor and was my biggest cheerleader. She Made my pregnancy journey amazing. Cant thank her enough. I will be moving 4 hours away and will make the drive to come back to her for my 2nd baby.

This was my first visit to this practice--I was referred by my PCP. Prior to the appointment, I read reviews and some were negative. However, the entire staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The environment and decor were lovely. I did not have to wait more than five minutes to be taken back and then to see my provider. Some reviews complained of long wait times, which can certainly occur in any medical practice. In most cases, my provider is spending quality time with other patients, just as I would want him/her to spend with me. Without hesitation I would recommend this practice to anyone. Jessie Maurer

I recommend Laura Kennedy. She overcomes the aspects of a very large practice that can make it feel impersonal. She does this by having reviewing the notes she must have taken on my last appointment, asking me great questions and being patient and thorough with my questions. I appreciate her care.

We love the location and aesthetic of this clinic, which is why we chose this OBGYN office to take care of our first pregnancy but unfortunately looks can be very deceiving! First, we had a mix up with billing and the receptionist at the Prosper put my wifes insurance on file as out of network and told her shed be paying $500 a month for her appts, we continually questioned her about this pricing but she assured us that it was correct. A few months and $1500 later we found out that she was in correct because her insurance was in network. Though she was able to pay her Global package quickly - this really caused her a lot of stress because she was so unsure of how she was going to continually pay such a large price throughout her pregnancy and it seems like our efforts to question such billing was over looked. We are also concerned about her appointments because they seem to be hasty, especially if you are scheduled towards the end of the day. A lot of the times it feels like we are staring at the doctor and the provider is just staring back. As funny as this might sound, its concerning to us because the providers dont seem that informative. My wife is now in her third trimester and we have never been told what the baby is weighing and what her uterus is measuring... it just seems as if they ask what shes been experiencing, they tell her its normal, listen to the heart beat and then she leaves... I feel as if the people are nice but the appointments seem so pointless. I honestly feel like we have learned more on google then asking the provider questions - her What To Expect app seems to be way more informative and this really saddens us. Hopefully things will change in the near future for this office but for now we are concerned.

This was my first visit to this office, and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. My nurse, Ashley, CNM Josie, and the phlebotomist, Ann, all made my visit exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease thanks to their warm and welcoming demeanor. I truly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring my comfort and well-being. I will definitely continue to visit this office as long as I live in the area!

This place is a treasure! I am lucky to have found it. I am treated with care and concern Jennifer Nuspel FNP-BC is my provider. She and her assistants are awesome. I needed a reset and got it. The McKinney location is inviting. The staff is front and back are awesome, professional, and I found my spot. If you are looking for a OBGYN, please give them a try. Its totally worth it.

Requested a new patient appointment. Took 2 days for someone to call me. Then they said its a mandatory 6 month wait for a well womans exam.... Im sorry thats next year. I need it this year. They wont see you sooner unless youre having a problem. Which is honestly the most frustrating part. Womens health is not taken seriously and the fact they wont see sooner unless theres a problem is proof.

I cannot say enough positive things about Adriatica Women’s Health! It is the most professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable office and staff I have ever been privileged to be a part of as a patient. From scheduling to check-in to the nursing staff, all make you feel like you are important. Although I am no longer of child bearing age, I still need OBGYN care. I am so grateful for Jennifer and all she does for me! She is truly a huge asset to Adriatica Women’s Health. Thank you to the entire team! You all are so appreciated by me!!!!!

Dr. Ashitey was awesome, very explanatory and answered all my questions, she also seemed very caring and interested in my baby and my well being! I felt comfortable talking with her. She’s the best OBGYN I’ve had, never had that experience with my first child.Overall service at Adriatica is awesome! Great service, very polite staffs.

Dr. McCloud is an exceptional OB/GYN and woman. She’s very passionate about being an OB and bringing babies into the world as safely as possible. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and Gestational Hypertension (considered high risk), never once did I question if I was being taken care of or my needs were being met, she always addressed my concerns and made sure to keep my babies, as well as, my health priority. Although a c-section is never someone’s first choice, I’ve had two and I am proud to say that Dr. McCloud and the entire OR team at BSW made me feel safe. A C-section would not have been considered if not medically necessary, which it was and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences. Also, my C-section scar looks incredible even after two pregnancies/procedures and every nurse/medical assistant/provider, etc. that sees it is impressed. Makes me feel reassured that I truly had the best of the best, which I already knew! :)Special thanks to:Dr. Wajahat for assisting Dr. McCloud with my most recent C-section this past August 2024 and being a vital piece to our twins birth story. For listening to my concerns and making sure Dr. McCloud knew I was going to deliver.Breona Black for being a bright light in times that are difficult. Conception, pregnancy, and postpartum are far from easy, she has always made me feel empowered and cared for in each season. A midwife that is the definition of “jack of all trades” she can do it all!These women at Adriatica are top tier.

Dr. Wajahat is probably one of the most passionate doctor I will ever meet in my life. I didn’t have the best pregnancy journey because of all the negative symptoms that comes with it but having her as my primary OB gave me comfort and a lot of ease. From that 8th week consult, up to the delivery of our baby girl she gave us nothing but an unforgettable experience. For that, we will forever be grateful.

I was referred to the clinic via a local community fbook group and since I started my visits I have a very good experience. I never felt rush by the providers. They take time to listen to my concerns and respond with care. I’m on baby number 3 and visiting this clinic is my first and best experience of medical care while pregnant thanks to Midwife Breonna black , Dr Ashitey and all the staff. I will definitely recommend.

Jennifer Barbosa is a fantastic provider. She is kind understanding and helps normalize what is happening with you. She’s also willing to really listen and get you what you need. She is on my side for sure. I’m grateful!

I’m giving 5 stars towards midwife Josie Roberts ! She was amazing the entire time from the first appointment all the way to my 6 weeks postpartum. She helped me get my VBAC that I wanted so dearly and I’m beyond Thankful for the support she gave me the entire time. She listen and explain everything to me so well in every appointment, I never felt rush she took her time . During my delivery she was so patient and when I wanted to give up as I had 3 hour of pushing … she encouraged me every step of the way ! Josie is a sweet caring kind midwife that I fully trust and highly recommend especially those wanting a Vbac !

This is probably one of the worst medical facilities I have ever heard of. My daughter recently had her first ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. The fetus stopped growing at 6 weeks and 3 days and the sac was measuring 9 weeks. My daughter was told to go home and come back Wednesday (today). The clinic had her sit there for an hour and had no idea why she was there. My daughter was told to go home, log in to their portal and leave a message. If she didn’t hear from anyone by 1 pm Thursday to go ahead and call into the office. The fetus is dead inside her belly. How traumatic is that. No information or asking what decision she had made if she will pass it, when it could happen or giving her options for a D&C or misoprostol. They haven’t even spoken to her about chromosome testing! What’s even worse is they should have empathy as they are hosting an Angels Support group at 6 pm this evening. Really? Then the facility should treat first time pregnant women with a little bit more compassion, empathy and respect. DISAPPOINTING AND DISGRACEFUL.

Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Barbosa, was incredibly kind, light hearted and comforting in an otherwise uncomfortable type of doctor appointment. I would highly recommend her and this clinic to anybody in need. I had a deep appreciation for her ability to clearly explain the information at hand and patiently answer all of my questions.Aside from my appointment experience, the lobby was welcoming and clean, not to mention beautiful. I had little interaction with the office staff but it was still very pleasant. I feel comfortable that I’m in good hands at Adriatica! No complaints.

Dr. Ashitey is nothing short of exceptional, she truly is a gem. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery, her care and support were unparalleled. Her expertise and knowledge instilled a sense of calm in me during what could have been a stressful time. But what truly sets Dr. Ashitey apart is her genuine commitment to her patients. MD Hannah Ashitey is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns. She is very great at what she does and I definitely recommend choosing her as your MD!

Friendly and helpful staff. They were so helpful, the appointment setting and check in process is simple. Though the waiting area was busy, it was a great flow with minimal waiting. Jennifer Barbosa is amazing!! The monitors on the ceiling are a plus.The ambiance is cute!

My daughter and I visited today for the first time and I am so grateful for the kind staff at Adriatica Womens Health that I came to leave a glowing note of appreciation. The staff with quick, efficient, and friendly. Our nurse, Ryan, was compassionate and kind and couldnt have made our visit any more comfortable. Doctor Laura Kennedy has impeccable bedside manner and was so wonderful every step of the way. Todays visit could have been difficult, but the staff at Adriatica Womens Health made our appointment comfortable and full of care. I highly recommend them. The office is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Five thankful stars.

My husband works for Baylor and the nurses recommended this place. Its an all women practice and I love it. The receptionists are really nice and welcoming and my OB, Dr. Steininger, is awesome and informative and very attentive whenever I see her every month.

Josette Roberts was amazing and friendly, she took a really good care of me during pregnancy, labor & delivery and post-partum visits. definitely coming back with her in a few years for our next baby!

I visited Adriatica Womens Health for the first time today after moving to the area from Michigan with my family. Every staff member I spoke with was kind and welcoming, and Dr. Wajahat was wonderful to talk with and discuss my health with. I felt very safe and cared for by each staff member I spoke with and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful OB/GYN and office.

Office experience was great. However the in call experience was horrible. I called with a simple issue that needed a rx. The in call dr was in the phone for 30 seconds and said just do over the counter. Even when I said I had never used it. She said just try. Sounded like a party was going on in the background. Then they turned around and charged me $20 for a 30 second call to not do anything.

For starters the office is beautiful. It has a calming feel to it. I am someone that gets extremely bad anxiety when I visit a doctors office or hospital. The lighting in the office was great. The halogen lights in most doctors offices bother me but this office did not have those. It was very nice to see that first thing walking in. The I got to meet JENNIFER NUSPEL. She was AMAZING and one of the most genuine caring doctors I have experienced. My anxiety was pretty bad and she was so calming and soothing. Never once made me feel that is was an inconvenience for her to take a little extra time to make me feel as comfortable as she could. I wish I could see her for all my doctor needs. I will definitely continue to come back to this office and see her for my lady visits each year!

Breona Black is my provider and she’s the absolute best. She is thorough, patient and very kind. The wait may be a while but it’s worth it.

Not impressed w this place at all, staff did not seem educated when asking questions and seemed in a rush and not there for me to explain in detail and make sure all my questions were answered, they were just rushing out of the door. And when I called before hand even the scheduling department couldn’t provide their services effectively, I got misinformation on anesthesia being provided and I showed up the day of my appointment and couldn’t be provided any as promised and my only option was to book a month out for birth control! As a victim of sexual assault I would not recommend this place to anyone who has sensitivity with their intimate parts being handled due to to the rushing nature and little aftercare provided. Additionally karley should be fired she was insanely horrible at her job in every way, extremely unprofessional.

Best experience at a doctors office! Dr McCloud is incredible and all the support staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!Renise (mammogram) was outstanding. Not painful at all! I no longer dread getting it down. Super gentle touch and wonderful personality.

I had to schedule a new patient visit 6 months in advance for Dr Halderman. Then today on the day of my appointment when I got there I was told that I was rescheduled with another provider at a later time. This was so upsetting. I had taken off early from work just to get to my appointment in a rush and to be told that and front desk couldnt have cared less.

After scheduling my appointment at the clinic based on a friends recommendation, I stumbled upon some negative reviews online, which made me quite apprehensive. However, my experience turned out to be extraordinarily positive, completely defying my initial concerns.Elizabeth and Sierra at the reception were the first to welcome me. Their warmth was immediately noticeable. Elizabeths proficiency in handling my paperwork swiftly and Sierras reassuring calmness as she navigated through the insurance complexities were commendable. Their patience and kindness set a comforting tone for my visit.Trudy Brown, who conducted my ultrasound, was a beacon of professionalism and compassion. Her expertise was evident in her gentle approach and meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to create a calm and reassuring environment was truly heartwarming.Riley, assisting Dr. McCloud, impressed me with her attentive and caring demeanor. She was always at hand, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that I felt at ease throughout the procedure.Dr. McCloud herself was the highlight of my visit. Her caring and sensitive approach, coupled with her attentive and lovely manner, was deeply reassuring. Her ability to connect on a human level, especially understanding my situation of having recently moved to a new country, was incredibly comforting.I am overjoyed and relieved to be having my daughter under the care of such an exceptional team. Their dedication and support are invaluable during this significant phase of my life. I want to tell other women not to be swayed by everything they read online; sometimes, youre in for a wonderfully surprising experience, just like I was.

I don’t ever leave reviews so you have to know it’s bad enough for me to say something. I set up an appointment as a new ob patient and decided to read the reviews after. After reading several horrible reviews, I decided it was best to cancel my appointment and find my care elsewhere. Can someone please explain to me why I am still getting a bill from this office (that I have never gone to) for $2,600!? I read they were scammers but this is insane. They will be hearing from me. There are other reviews similar to this but I didn’t think it would happen to me. Do NOT go here. Or, even think about going here, in my case.

Don’t recommend coming here if you’re a new patient. Took forever to speak to someone after being first in line. They also don’t book until 6months out, so if you’re needing to do your annual now they won’t have availability.

Pregnancy is a wild ride and there is no one else I would want to journey with than Team Halderman. Each appointment, before I meet with Dr. Halderman, Vanessa provides thoughtful care, understanding and shares in the excitement of bringing a new baby into the world! Thank you for making the whole experience so special!

I have been coming here for over a decade. They are a very friendly, caring and efficient office. Today was my first visit with Ms. Nuspel. She did a terrific job caring for my daughter. Wonderful bedside manner, explaining everything in a way we both could understand, answering all our questions, very kind. Would absolutely recommend!

Horrible expérience lost my first baby the next day after my « follow up » appointment… no follow up nothing all the doctors are extremely busy you can’t even ask them a question. No sympathy or anything towards your loss… lowering your voice doesn’t mean you feel bad if everything that’s coming out of your mouth is mean. No explanation on my loss… I changed doctors for my second baby and she quickly knew what problem I had . I had a problem with my cervix and she immediately referred me to a specialist and today I have my first healthy baby. I just asked myself what if I didn’t change doctors. I Would’ve kept having miscarriages over miscarriages no follow up on your pregnancy. You book an appointment you get there on time they receive you an hour later.. this is just crazy.They do not even deserve 1 star.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience here, the ultrasound tech, Dr. Kidd and Dr. McCloud all lack bedside manner and make you feel like any question is not worth their time. I understand doctors have many patients to see and are very busy, but speaking to people kindly and respectful goes a long way when people are putting their trust in you to deliver their baby. I would not recommend this office to anyone I know

All of the staff, my award winning midwife holly Costello and nurse Ryan has been very prompt in responding to my queries related to pregnancy and my health status. I am very thankful and blessed I found this adriatica practice in McKinney. I never felt rushed during my visits they became like my family in the past couple of months 😭🙏🏻. When you see faces each week during the third trimester it feels so connected emotionally hahaha!Thank you for all the love , care and respect !

This review is mainly for midwife Breona Black. She is hands down the absolute best provider in this office. Her bedside manners are top tier. She delivered my baby this past weekend. She was always thorough and answered all my questions. And I had a lot. She knew my goal was to have a vaginal birth and she gave me information on all risk that I was faced with. But she did it with grace. Because of her care and my team I was able to have a successful induction with a vaginal birth! Bre, needs to be recognized.Ann who always took care of my labs is also top tier. I adore her! Shes the best.Tonya one of the MAs at this awesome was so professional and took really good care of me!!Dr. McCloud managed me due to my gestational diabetes and she too took great care of me.My only issue was with songrapher Kelly. She was rude and I dont recommend her. Alexis and Trudy are my fav. And there is one other lady I dont remember her name in the Mckinney office they were all nice except Kelly.But back to Bre - choose her. You wont be disappointed at all. Shes professional, shes educated, she is well respected at Baylor Mckinney. I can go on and on.Thank you Bre for taking care of me!!

I’ve been coming to Adriatica since I moved to the area in 2017. Dr. Tracey Banks was my provider for the birth of my third baby and she and the office were amazing. I was high risk due to my age and she ensured that I was well cared for and closely tracked my pregnancy and care. 6 years later I needed a consult for peri-menopause symptoms and I recently had a visit with Dr. Steininger. Dr. Steininger is a rare gem in healthcare. She is patient, thorough, fully explains everything, and gives options for treatment as well as pros and cons of each. I highly recommend this practice.

The doctors and staff here are so friendly and top notch!!! Been a patient for over 10 years and through struggles I’ve had with fibroids that led to a hysterectomy, they always put my needs first. I highly highly recommend them!!! It’s so amazing you can get everything done right in their office from bloodwork, ultrasounds and now mammograms. Also the office is always impeccable and so clean.

Its a beautiful place with everyone there ready to help.I met Jennifer Nuspel and I must say shes one of the best people I have come across.She wants to help the patient in every way she can.She goes above and beyond to put a smile on ones face.She genuinely cares about people, the smile on her face, not in a rush to push you out, great personality.I also want to say thank you to Evie.Would come back there anytime, any day.Jennifer Nuspel made my day, I am glad I met her.

I’ve tried to give this office, another chance, but of course, my experience was horrible. After having another miscarriage, I saw Dr. Kidd for a follow up appointment. Her bedside manner was horrible, she was rude, and did not show any empathy whatsoever.She asked me what was I doing there and what did I need from her?After I explain to her my situation. She proceeded to say. “well, what do you want me to do”.She also asked if I want to be on birth control. I said no, and she proceeded to say, “ You know how babies are made, right”.Of course I know how babies made tf. I won’t be coming back.

My Spouse and I are so privileged to have Breonna Black as our provider. We loved our experience with her. She is such a lovely and genuine person. Her bedside manners are also top notch! All of us along with Our baby boy..aka King Chunky, thank you for being awesome Bre!

I’ve been going to Adriatica since 2017. I started with Dr. Banks and she was my absolute favorite! She’s extremely knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Some appointment times took a little longer to start, and I did find myself bothered. However, I began to understand how timeliness is challenged once I became pregnant and that gave me patience for future appointments. Pregnancy brings so many unexpected occurrences and emergencies. I think that’s what people fail to consider when thinking about appointments with OBGYNs. I had three high risk pregnancies with unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate Adriatica for their attentiveness to my immediate needs. Dr. Banks was my provider for our first two pregnancies and I was bummed to discover she was providing limited maternity services at the time of pregnancy for our third child so we decided to give Dr. McCloud a try.I had mixed feelings about Dr McCloud initially, but she proved me wrong. She is amazing! Dr. McCloud is personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares. I had severe complications postpartum and she was with me every step of the way; she made sure I remained calm, had the right people looking out for me in her absence, and made calls to follow up on my well-being. I am very critical and extremely picky when it comes to my healthcare needs, yet I’m still here seven years later after three pregnancies. Adriatica is all about patient care and, for these reasons and more, I trust them and recommend Adriatica to all.Special thanks to Mrs. Renee (OB Nurse), Tameka (Dr. Banks’ assistant), Dr. Wajahat, Jennifer (the NP), Dr. McCloud’s assistant, their ultrasound technicians, and the best needle poker ever (I can’t recall her name, but everyone knows who she is)! These ladies contribute to my positive experiences as well.On another note, I think some expressions of dissatisfaction can be eliminated if Adriatica provides some sort of disclaimer regarding potential for late starting appointments in advance. It sets expectations for patients who are then better able to plan their day.I hope this lengthy review is helpful to all.

Dr. Banks has been my OBGYN for the last 20 years and she has been amazing. She delivered our daughter “Evelyn” and even though I was considered a “geriatric pregnancy” she handled everything with kindness and grace. Thank you for everything, Dr. Banks.

My wife and I had a number of negative experiences at this office, but heres what caused us to leave...We went in for an anatomy scan to ensure our baby’s health and find out the gender. The ultrasound tech, Kelly, was overtly rough with my wife’s belly - she continually jostled the baby around, saying “c’mon, c’mon, you’re being uncooperative,” as she attempted to scan different body parts. The tech was much too aggressive, and lacked warmth and respect for the baby and mother. This is not our first baby.The tech’s attitude and verbiage felt dehumanizing. I can’t imagine someone being frustrated with an unborn baby, labeling them as “uncooperative,” and then complaining to the parents about how difficult babies make their day’s work harder… All while the mother is in the middle of the procedure. The tech also made a number of inappropriate comments about our baby’s body shape.This should have been a wonderful experience. Going in, we were so excited to find out our baby’s gender. After numerous negative experiences at Adriatica Womens Health, this situation in particular encouraged us to switch to a different office. We now have a much farther drive, but we couldnt be happier with our decision to leave.Also, Adriatica Womens Health is a poor choice if youre looking for something politically neutral. Pride masks and transgender pins abound.

Decent people working here - everyone is nice and knowledgeable. The facility itself is relatively clean and well-maintained, if a little dated.HOWEVER, the last few times we’ve been here for our scheduled appointments, we’ve had to wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes just to be seen. The wait for the midwife, nurses, technicians, etc. add even more time to what should be a relatively short visit.

I would definitely not recommend this place.Liz Marley was our midwife and she dropped the ball. During delivery she would disappear for 10-15 minutes every 2-3 minutes. Shout out to the nurse at Baylor though, handling her job for her.Dr. Michon McCloud from Adriatica ended up coming in to do an emergency C-section. We were in the hospital for 5 days after and she nor her staff followed up with my wife. My wife had some issues post surgery that she herself had to complain about to get Dr. McClouds office to get her assistant to give a call. Dr. McCloud a complete no show.Based on Lizs recommendation to deliver early, we are now having inguinal hernia surgery for our child. Had she given us all the information, we wouldve waited maybe 4-7 days and we would not be going through this today.

This Doctors office is simply the best. I have never experienced such impeccable service before in my life. I am very grateful, I am Brazilian and they are extremely understanding and patient during my appointments. Doctor Wajahat is wonderful. She really cares about her patients, she is kind, she explains everything very well, she is gentle and simply the best doctor I have seen. I strongly recommend.

I recently had worst experience of my life with Dr. Christi Kidd when I visited her recently for my 2 weeks post-surgery visit.I realized how one person (Dr. Christi Kidd) ruins the reputation of whole organization, the way she treats patients is horrible behind the close door.She was frustrated why I was scheduled with her at first place I overheard her talking to MA that why she needs to see me she made me wait 40 minutes after my scheduled time with my newborn waiting outside with my husband and I told MA I cannot leave him like this for longer.After walking into the room, she stared me and asked me why I am here, never checked my incision and asked me I should go to ophthalmologist instead of coming to Adriatica and for every problem I told her she just gave me one answer rudely I DONT KNOW! I DONT KNOW! IS THAT IT? I was never checked , she left my visit incomplete and only focused on letting me know that I was not supposed to be scheduled with her.I couldnt believe this was actually happening and any Dr can talk like this, it was so shocking and humiliating.All my pregnancy visits were with Dr Wajahat, and had good experience with Adriatica, met Dr Mccloud once, very kind and professional.Dr. Christi Kidd attitude was surprising, and I will always remember her as a bad medical experience of my life and as a bad example of medical professional.

All the doctors and staff here are amazing. I loved having Dr Halderman for both of my pregnancies. She was supportive, experienced, and overall just a kind person. All the nurses, front office staff, check out staff, etc. are friendly and always trying to help. Even when things ran late (which is expected with any OBGYN - babies don’t have schedules) they did the best they could and made sure everyone got seen in a reasonable time. Can’t recommend enough!

Let me share my experience with doctor Holderman,I had a fear of surgeries for years even I knew I had one uterus polyp but I never thought about doing it and I had problems with infertility as well for almost 10 years as well as my period.First I want to tell people go ahead and take care of yourself and don’t wait.Almost everyday I was telling my husband I want to cancel this surgery I’m afraid something bad happens, especially the sedation part.When I met Doctor Lori in the hospital she is so sweeeeettttt and comforting, she came to me with the best smile ever that made me even forgets I will do a surgery :)She had the best sedation doctor in the hospital, so I woke up and I thought I didn’t do the surgery yet, it was so quick.In 30-40 minutes time doctor Lori was able to take out 4 polyps !!!! I was able to leave right away as well.Thanks so much Doctor Lori 💕Honada Ismail.

Warm, inviting place with wonderful staff! Admin is friendly and efficient and even called me to let me know when a doctor had left the practice so I could get rescheduled right away with a different doctor with no issues. The technicians/nurses all have wonderful beside manner and make it a point to ensure the comfort of the patient. The doctors are all knowledgeable and kind, with wonderful attitudes. Its great to have found a place that listens to your concerns and takes the time to fully answer any questions or address any other concerns you might have. Cannot say enough great things about this place!

I was early to my appointment and got into a room 23 minutes after the appointment time. I was told the doctor was with one patient, there was a patient in front of me, and then I’ll be seen. I had an appt with Dr. McCloud- her bedside manner was terrible. I about walked out mid appointment because I was struggling to communicate my concerns with her without being cut off and dismissed. She is belittling, did not listen to concerns, and was quick to tell me other specialists were wrong my whole life (they’re not and these diagnosis were done by specialists that are outside the scope of an OBGYN). Her excerpt online said “I feel that ALL women should have a healthcare provider that listens to them, understands their needs,” and she provided NONE of that. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly. EDIT TO ADD: the office commented below on being unable to reach me. They called one time during work hours and I’ve called back multiple times with no response.

Love the atmosphere and the women who work here. They have always made me feel welcome. Liz Marley is amazing and the with my midwife who helped bring our firstborn into this world and cant wait for her to be there for our second next year.

Dr. Kidd has delivered both of my babies & I couldn’t be happier! With my second pregnancy I moved an hour away but still made the drive to see her because she’s worth it. Her triage nurses are amazing & always get back to me quickly. While in office appointments can be very long I do realize babies come on their own time so it may throw schedules off. Will continue coming here for our next baby as well!

I called the office as soon as you opened and Im number 20 to make an appointment, this is ridiculous. You obviously dont have enough help to handle your calls.

Updated response to whoever responded to me-No, Dr. B again, left the practice. AGAIN. I finally had the surgery in August after seriously needing to throw a fit about everything. They are just seriously horrible. They constantly left me just sitting in various places.I do have to say that I TRULY like the nurse practitioner that is at the practice. She was just very, very kind and while others in the office gave me attitude, she explained everything and actually treated me as a human, with emotions. It is not an easy decision to just have a hysterectomy. But she explained why this would be beneficial for me. She explained the procedure. She truly is a gem there!I would say, go somewhere else. I feel like a number and like I am not at all important.Ive been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for a mammogram. I go to the desk, they acknowledge me and still waiting.I also was scheduled for a surgery and it was rescheduled so many times. To the point where I got really really annoyed because my condition does not allow for a lot of time. Then, the doctor is back now for the surgery and it has literally been a year since I first visited for the condition. Yes, they have reached out to me but to come in and do a consult with someone else and by that time it was 7 months I to the condition.Go somewhere that cares and not to a place that just takes your money and then makes you sit and sit.

I truly recommend this place for women’s care and pregnancy/birth care. The midwives and doctors are very attentive and truly care about you. My midwife Breona Black is amazing and she really advocates for poc women and black women in a way that I’ve not seen in any healthcare space. I highly recommend her as a provider and patient advocate!

Love love love Adriatica!! The office is gorgeous and clean, and the staff are all so friendly! Each provider I’ve had has been very friendly and kind and knowledgeable, and they listen to my concerns. I’m sticking with them for sure!

If you value your time, I highly recommend you find another office. It’s a shame because the nurses and doctors are phenomenal.As a patient and customer, you are left to deal with the way they manage and schedule their office at your expense. Just as the Google review responses reflect, all they can offer are words, but it’s their actions that show you everything you need to know.I have had several instances where my appointments are canceled or rescheduled with no voicemail communication. The second time this happened, I learned I didn’t have an appointment AFTER I drove 30 minutes to the Prosper location. Most recently, I checked in for my appointment and 7 minutes into that appointment, I received a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled. I was sitting in the waiting room, and the receptionist told me I needed to reschedule for a different day. After making a scene, I was seen that day. But in order to be seen, you have to be pushy.

Ive been seeing Dr. Halderman for many years, even way back when she was over by Medical City Drive. I had an appt today, it was a reschedule from last month that they cancelled because she had to go into delivery. Understandable. So when I rescheduled, I opted for the next available with whoever. So they scheduled me with Christi Kidd. My appt was for today, 8/01/23 @ 2:10pm. They took me back quick but I sat there in the gown for over an hour. When I looked at the time, it was 3:28pm. I got dressed and walked out. The back ofc girl, Alana, was very sweet. I told her its not her fault and that its a shame that if I were 10 minutes late for my appt, Id be rescheduled, but a doctor makes you over an hour and only spend 5 minutes with you and thats supposed to be ok? No, its not ok.Anyway, I recvd a call back about the sample I left, but no apology from Christi Kidd. I think its time to look for a new GYN. I love Dr. Halderman, you just have to schedule a year in advance with her.

After using a family recommended obgyn for my pregnancy and having a very uncomfortable first few months, we switched to Adriatica Womans Health and they have been a breathe of fresh air. I have seen all the midwives and they are all wonderful. We picked Holly as our main midwife and absolutely love her care and knowledge. We will happily use them again in the future for future children no matter how far the distance. We have never had an issue with scheduling, billing, and even had excellent luck getting rescheduled when we needed to even around the holidays.

Edit: funny response from them, telling me to “give a call”. My wife lost so much time trying to get hold of anyone. They also never reply to voicemails. Avoid this place. Also, they just out of the blue charged again our insurance a ludicrous amount of money for something that had already been charged months ago. Clowns.Impressive how inefficient and absurd a health related company can get. They are constantly trying to rip us off months after failing miserably on what they had to do. Customer service is terrible, and trying to fix up their mess is a colossal waste of time and money. Also, don’t expect any common sense from the “professionals” at this facility. This place was probably put together just in order to milk insurance companies with the cheapest labor they could get.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. McCloud and Dr. Costello. I saw Dr. Costello for many of my appointments near the end of my pregnancy. She took time to listen to every concern I had and explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything going on. We were high risk and she put us at ease every appointment. She stopped by on her day off to pick up paperwork and made it a point to stop by and make sure I was doing okay while we were there for some routine testing. Dr. McCloud is hands down one of my favorite doctors. We started seeing her at the end of our pregnancy and you would have thought we had been seeing her for months. She talks to you like you are old friends and is very personable. She answered questions for us that were sent in the wee hours of the morning and took action when we had a concern about our little girls growth by scheduling an extra appointment to double check everything. I will forever appreciate everything both of these doctors did for us and our baby girl. They will hold a special place in our hearts for years to come and will always be who we recommend when someone asks for an OBGYN.The OB Coordinators and Nurses are wonderful as well. They never made me feel like a burden when I called in with questions or concerns. They were prompt with their responses and always followed up.The front desk gals were warm and welcoming each appointment. They got to know us by name so that was comforting knowing that they knew us by name.

Great experience with Jennifer as a new patient I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns and delighted at the treatment plan she offered. Will be referring my daughter.

I usually do not leave reviews unless needed and i am very disappointed in the way Adriatica does business. I was schedule for an ultrasound and was charged upfront which i paid for. However during the procedure the technician decided to also complete an abdomen ultrasound since she was not able to find what she was looking for. I was not told at any point that by her doing this i would be charged for a second ultrasound. I was forced to pay for this even when i was not asked if i was ok with this. I was never given the option to decline and was later told that i should have been made aware but either way since it was done i had to pay for it. This is very frustrating as i had called previously about this and was told that they would look to see if they could make an exception since i should have been made aware of this and i waited several months for someone to contact me and no one ever did until i called them back and to be told by the manager (Asha) that i should have never been told that as there is no way they will be removing those charges. I was already in collection as this happened 2 years ago but i did not receive any communication from the clinic at all. I even had a follow up appointment after the ultrasound and was not told that i had a balance due when i went to their clinic. I will definitely not be going back to this clinic. Please be aware to ensure you ask of every procedure done as they will not tell you and just do it to charge you without your knowledge.

Recently came to Dr. McCloud as a new patient and had a great experience! She is very warm, genuine, and makes you feel like a friend right away. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. Looking forward to continuing to get to know the office better over time! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

What a BEAUTIFUL office this is! From the start, the communication was always polite and thorough. Upon arrival, I was floored at how beautiful the office was and the warm hello I received immediately from the receptionist. I was escorted back to my exam room and only had to wait a short time before Dr. Laura arrived. SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!! Talked through everything, asked questions, was SUPER nice and immediately calmed any nerves I may have had. I never felt rushed. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Laura.

The staff at Adriatica is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend this clinical team for any of your OB/GYN needs. They are informative, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for all you do!

I am beyond frustrated with this office and the MD. I have been seeing this doctor for years now and the inconsiderate behavior is becoming too much for me. 3 years ago when my daughter started having female issues, of course I would have her to start seeing the same physician I see.My daughter had an appointment scheduled for Monday 11/21. I schedule her appointments around the times she will be home from college. Since it was Thanksgiving week, I knew she would be home and would be able to go to her appointment. I received a call on Friday 11/18 from the office stating they would need to cancel her appointment due to scheduling conflicts with our MD. The appointment was rescheduled to December when she comes home for Christmas. I asked the young lady right then if they could go ahead and call in a prescription refill until she comes to her appointment in December. I was told yes, since the cancellation was our fault . Fast forward a week later, that prescription refilll still has not been called in. The pharmacy and I have made several attempts over the past week to get this refill done. Ive called and left messages since my pharmacy informed me they were not able to get a response from anyone. I called the answering service today to speak to the on - call doctor. I informed the young man of what was going on and that my daughter was leaving going back to college today.He asked who our physician was. I told him and he said it was our physician that was actually on-call. He then reached out to her. It was her response that has frustrated and disappointed me. Tell her I cant call it in today, call back on Monday. I again informed him that my daughter was leaving today. He said she said call back on Monday and well figure something out. Well I want to see how they are going to figure it out. Call it in, pick it up and take it to her dorm???WOW, Im just in disbelief of the inconsiderate, non- chalant attitude. If I had not done everything I was supposed to, then yes, I would take accountability and responsibility for my part. But, after doing everything in my power,THIS is just outright we dont care about you or your daughter . Very disappointing. Ive had several appointments rescheduled and I just went along with it. I didnt like it, but being a nurse I understood . When it comes to my child, thats something different. I understand the rescheduling need, but dropping the ball on her prescription I cant let it go or understand. This is medication that this MD knows my daughter needs.Im over it. I guess its time to move on after 7 years.

Update: AVOID. DO NOT GO. After a horrible first visit (see below) on 2/7/22, I called and canceled my next appointment and requested my records switched to another hospital entirely. A month later, a bill shows up for $570 for an appointment on 3/10/22 that a) they forgot to cancel and b) I never went to. They are trying to bill me for an appointment I canceled after I switched services entirely. The sheer incompetence of this office is astounding - DO NOT GO. They will swindle you, mishandle documents and screw up the most basic functions required to be called a “service”.Original review 2/7/22:40 minute wait for a doctor to show up, and I finally had to leave. People have jobs, and if they are unable to do theirs, I will have to leave. Unfortunately, every service/appointment rendered was late, despite their insistence that I complete paperwork 24-48 hours in advance and show up 20 minutes early. My time is just as valuable as a doctor’s, and if they are unable to run their office with the efficiency of a business, they will lose my business. Perhaps they operate under the assumption that just because a woman is pregnant she will be beholden to wait for a doctor no matter how late. If I were 40 minutes late, I would be charged and my appointment canceled. So, proceed with caution with this doctor’s office.

I had a truly stress free, wonderful experience here. I was excited to find an all woman practice after having two male doctors handle my last two pregnancies. Dr. Halderman delivered my son and I couldnt have asked for a better DR. I experienced only professionalism from the office staff and never felt like my time was wasted or devalued at any time. Calls to the nurse were answered promptly and I did call after hours more than once through the answering service was connected to a Dr immediately. Even when my water broke at 3am. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I felt I was in good hands at all times and successfully had a vback which is what I wanted. Thank you to everyone for all your help.

I cant say enough good things about Holly! She consistently puts her patients first and gives everything she has into caring for women. I dont know that Ive ever felt as cared for by anyone in the medical field. She is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate. She cares for the entire family, and works hard to support and empower you in your health. She is a true gem. Anyone under her care is so incredibly lucky to have her! The schedulers, check-in and check-out staff are also friendly! All in all, a great place.

Just had my annual at Adriatica yesterday and am so impressed with both the office staff as a whole and with Laura Kennedy, in particular. Ms. Kennedy has such a terrific bedside manner and seems especially well equipped to make one of my least favorite medical procedures so much better than I expected. Her professionalism and joyful spirit make her a real asset to the practice. Altogether a wonderful experience.

Courtney Wastson is the best midwife a person could ask for. She helped me deliver my 6th child and it was the best labor experience I had by far ( I wish she could of delivered all of my kids). She stayed by my side and gave me the confidence that I needed to get me through my labor by coaching me through the pain.At my appointments I felt so comfortable and understood by her. She is also so welcoming and she genuinely cares about you and your baby. I cant say enough about this great woman! If you come to this office I HIGHLY recommend you see Courtney!

Very negative experience. My appointment took 3 hours. I laid half naked on the table for an hour and a half while being updated about every half hour that I was next and the doctor would be in in 5 to 10 minutes. Other women were coming out of their rooms into the hallway asking if they needed to reschedule. I listened to the nurse tell them the same thing, that they were the very next patient. There was a lot of manipulation and untruth going on. I thought that the experience with the doctor would be better especially since I had to wait solong. It was even more disappointing. Would not recommend, I would be very leery of anyone delivering a baby at the hands of these gynecologists. Ask for c-sectionstatistics, ask lots of questions and if you feel a gut feeling listen to it before going any further.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office, the rockstars that work there and the care they provide.Ryan at the front desk is always there to great you with a smile and despite all the women they see each day she engages with each patient personally and goes out of her way each and every time.Vanessa works for the lab and has been so kind and loving to me through my rough pregnancy she is an expert in her field and makes all pokes seem painless. She too takes time to build relationships with her patients.Haley is such a wonderful nurse, she goes above and beyond her job to make you feel comfortable, feel safe to ask questions and make you feel calm. She is wonderful and made every visit stress free.Dr. Bhaidani there are no words to describe just how incredible she is at her job. She is so through in every visit, she makes you feel like you are the only patient she sees. Given the tough circumstances of my pregnancy she stood by my side, kept me strong and I could never thank her enough for all she has done for me. She’s a superhero in her own right.

My care from Doctor Lori Halderman is always outstanding. She has been my doctor for 22 years and her care is always gentle and caring.She is always in my thoughts and prayers.Thank you for caring.

I was very grateful that my family member referred me to Dr. Banks. I was dealing with an underlining issue and was very nervous in approach. After the first initial appointments, I knew that I could trust her as my family did. She ensured that I was knowledgeable in all aspects of my surgery and what her approach would be. Dr. Banks took care of me all the way through, along with her amazing staff. Again Im very grateful a major surgery went very well.Number one choice for me, you wont be disappointed💕

I have seen Dr. Dani for years, who is a sweet person and patient, considerate doctor. Hard shoes to fill, since she has been out of office.Recently I made an appointment with Dr. Kennedy who did not disappoint. I have terrible anxiety and panic attacks, and she was so understanding and kind during my appointment for IUD removal (big ouch), as well as the assistant in the room.Front desk has a negative vibe (she literally rolled her eyes at me) but I shrug it off as they are not the reason I come there and don’t have to talk to them very long.

I saw Liz Marley while I was pregnant, I think that she was great through the whole pregnancy. I did have to wait for some visits, but working in a doctors office myself, I know that a lot of times that is actually out of everyones control. But she always answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, she made her recommendations, but always left the final decision up to me. Which I very much liked. I will however say that I expected a midwife to be a bigger part of Labor, and I did not see her until delivery time. Though the nurses at Baylor were fantastic! and a wonderful support through the whole process.Everyone I encountered at each visit were fantastic and friendly. Liz, the ultrasound tech, medical assistants, front desk, and the scheduler. Though the phone nurses dont return calls very quickly.All in all I really like it here and will continue to see Liz for my well woman checkups, and when I have another child.

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at this facility was AMAZING. The entire office was helpful and accommodating. I have been an advocate for my daughter all of her life and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Knowing that my daughter has neurological and cognitive challenges, the staff worked with her beautifully. I am grateful to everyone at this facility for their time, efforts and consideration. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I love this office. The front desk is always there to help and make things easy. The nurses are caring and always have a great attitude. And Dr Banks is the best! I love her. She is short & sweet and to the point. From going here for just my annual checkups to now being pregnant. Every experience has been nothing but above par.

I have been going here since 2004 for my yearly checkups. Never has there been an issue. The past 9 months our world changed and I have had the best experience with the practice. From all the nurses, office staff and doctors everyone has been kind and genuine at every visit. I was lucky enough to deal with 3 doctors during my labor and they all made me feel at ease during one of the happiest yet scariest times of my life. These ladies here are 5 stars across the board!!

Everyone was so nice! I saw a Nurse Practitioner and she is awesome. This was my first visit and I was worried because I really loved my old GYN. Insurance change made me have to change to a provider that is in Network. I am so happy that I was able to find someone that I feel comfortable with and feel confident that my care is important to them. Ive been to doctors who are constantly behind in their schedule so you end up waiting hours to finally see someone only to be rushed through. That was not the case here!! I was seen on time and my NP was awesome! She made me feel like I was her only patient for the moment. She talked to me and genuinely tried to get to know me. I never felt as though she was trying to rush and get out to see the next patient. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. So happy I switched!

I saw Nurse Nuspel for my annual appointments for a little over two years. She is the most thorough, caring, and personable women’s health care provider I have ever been a patient of. I wish more nurses and health care providers were like her.

I have been seeing Dr Kidd and find her to be a very competent and kind doctor and am super glad to have found her . 5 stars for her ! She also has a great sense of humor .My 3 stars is for the general organization of the clinic. The scheduling / appointment promptness has got to be fixed. Every time I come I wait an average of 15-25 minutes to be called back, and another 10-20 waiting for the doctor. This really adds up when you are a working individual and have other appointments or a job to get back to . I’ve been frustrated with the scheduling process in general, as I feel like I’ve had to keep THEM on tab for when I need to reschedule rather than the other way around. There have been many times I would just been out of luck for an appointment if I wouldn’t have brought it up, and they always have very little availability . Toward the end I finally booked out all of my appointments which was helpful to just have over with and done . Otherwise it was like pulling teeth to find a time for my next appointment. It would be really nice if they had a more organized process that made you feel like you knew what was coming.

I am very happy with this place ! Dr. Tracey Banks is an amazing doctor who is caring , kind , and brilliant . She is very thorough and takes her time with me .She goes out of her way and is so thoughtful . I am very thankful to her for resolving my infertility issues . Her nurse Kendall Morin is wonderful . She is nurturing , sweet , and knowledgeable . She promptly gets back to me patiently answering all the many questions I have. She quickly lets the doctor know of any concerns and gets back to me right away . I feel like I am in good hands with both of them !

I had an amazing overall experience with AWH. Ryan at the front desk is so pleasant in checking me in and getting me paperwork before my appointment time. Amanda in sono is also a rockstar. No discomfort whatsoever. But Dr Wajahat was the star of the visit. Such a pleasure to have my visit with. She listened to me and took her time with me and all my problems. I didn’t feel rushed and I feel she understood what I was going through. Her assistant Marj is the sweetest. She was also very informative and helpful. Such a great team. There was little to no wait and I was out in no time. Emie in surgery scheduling was so helpful in getting my surgery scheduled extremely fast. AWH is a 10/10. Highly Recommend

This is the first review I have ever written. I had THE BEST experience with this clinic. From the moment I set up my new patient appointment up until I left the clinic. Not only is the clinic clean, the staff is AMAZING! so friendly and welcoming! I come from the medical field and have to say this is exactly how a clinic should be. Best customer service! Saw Courtney and Jennifer they were both great! Highly recommend. Thanks again guys!

Worst experience ever! Yes the office is nice, but the calls are hardly ever returned or answered when transferred. Records are not transferred in a timely matter. The doctors/midwives make you feel rushed and bombard you information then ask if you have questions. Worst bedside matter I have ever experienced. They forget that not everyone deals with certain serious health issues on a daily basis. They forget that it is a very personal environment that they are working in and seem oblivious to how people might actually feel. We are humans, not patient numbers/paychecks! This is the feeling I left with and exactly why I am switching. I do not recommend Dr Lola Glass or Midwife Jeanean Carter. The nurses/techs who take vitals and labs however were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Good luck if you HAVE to be seen here!

It hurts to write this but I must be honest. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner at the Adriatica Women’s Health in McKinney, Texas (Ms Holly) and she was amazing. She diagnosed my condition of having an ovarian cyst. She was patient, and answered all of our questions. She told me that I needed a consult from the actual doctor in order to get my laparoscopic surgery done. I saw Dr Kidd on March 3. She was almost 1 hour late for our appointment, however my husband and I patiently waited. She was kind however she focused more on herself and her background story and focused little on my condition and options. She did state that she recommended that the surgery be completed the following week (today March 11th) and that someone would call the next day (March 4) to schedule another ultrasound and surgery. No one called March 4. I called the office on March 5 and left 2 messages. The surgical manager finally called me back and stated Dr Kidd was in surgery all day and didn’t put my work order in so my name wasn’t even in the system and someone would call me on Friday to schedule the ultrasound for YESTERDAY (March 10) and the surgery TODAY (March 11) I still have not received a call from anyone from the Adriatica and this is very unprofessional. I would not recommend the Adriatica or that doctor to anyone. The facility is nice but the process of getting a surgery that THE DOCTOR recommends is a big joke. If anyone has had great experiences at this facility then great, I’m happy for you but my experience was not. I have transferred my records to another doctor to get another consult and second opinion.

I booked an appointment with Adriatica clinic almost 2 months in advance as I really wanted to see a doctor. They confirmed my appointment for 04/04 with dr. Kidd. The person booking the appointment wrote down incorrect email address as well as my mobile number, hence why I never received a reminder for my visit and I ended up at the wrong office location. Once I got to the right office, Dr. Kidd was professional, she noted my concerns and suggested I should do an ultrasound. So, I got an appointment for that 2 days later. My biggest worry was not having the ultrasound performed by a doctor, but instead by some junior staff member that couldn’t describe anything while performing the ultrasound. She told me that she will forward the ultrasound images to the doctor and they should get back to me shortly. But when I was checking out of the clinic they told me that I might be waiting from 1 week to 10 days before I get the test results. So after I haven’t heard from anyone for a week I decided to give them a call. They still didn’t have any information to share with me and insisted that this is quite normal. I don’t know how normal it is to wait for the doctor’s feedback for more than a week (after waiting 2 months for an appointment), especially when you have a relevant health concern.Now it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my test results to be uploaded to their portal. They did call me after I complained, and gave me a brief opinion on my condition. They then offered me a Telehealth appointment with the doctor a month from now, even though they told me the doctor is very concerned about my condition and suggested I should have a laparoscopic surgery.If you’re having pertinent health concerns and need a timely feedback, maybe this is not the best place for you.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my doctors themselves have been so nice, Dr. Bhadini (not sure if I spelled correctly) and Dr. STEININGER. I have been going to Adriatica for 8 years and they have been my only women’s health office. I have never had a consistent doctor due to the atrocious scheduling, you almost always have to schedule your appointments months in advance or you’re out of luck. I was looking for a new Woman’s health office anyway then found out I’m pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I’ve been exhausted since before I found out (weeks) however though I’m exhausted I have suffered awful insomnia and have not had a full nights rest in over a week. I have called Adriatica 3 DAYS IN A ROW, 6 times to speak to the nurse about what I can and cannot take for sleep and have gotten no answer. When she did return my call and I missed it I called right back when the phone hung up. It’s now 2 days later, still no sleep, still trying to call. As a first time mom I am relying a lot on what other people tell me is healthy for my pregnancy and the fact that I don’t feel much urgency to get to the patients’ (not only myself I’m sure a lot of calls are going unanswered) needs is ridiculous to me. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with Adriatica and I know it will not be the last. Hire more people or change your practices and procedures but please do something different.

I urgently needed an OBGYN so I called this place to make sure they take my insurance and they said yes. I then went to my primary care doctor and got a referral to see them in early April. This place ignored me until the end of May, throughout it all I kept calling them to ask when I could be seen and their response was whenever the doctor gets to your referral file.Finally they call me back and set up a virtual appointment over a month later at the end of May, Im disappointed because I really dislike virtual appointments but its better than nothing. I went ahead and completed all the patient paperwork (15 pages) in advance of my appointment. However the morning of my appointment (around 8am and my appointment is at noon) they call me and leave a message saying my insurance is invalid and to call them back. I try to call them back and, of course, no one answers. Im so frustrated and I cant pay for the appointment if my insurance wont be accepted so I just ended up canceling an hour before my appointment.Just a very bad experience, your insurance is invalid, excuse me what?? You couldnt have told me that at any point before the morning of my appointment after making me waste a month waiting for your office to call me back? Why did your office tell me you accepted my insurance if it wasnt taken? So unprofessional

I cannot recommend Courtney Watson enough! I never felt rushed at appointments as she takes so much time and care to answer all of my questions and make sure I was informed about every medical decision and procedure. For my labor and delivery, Courtney stayed with me the entire time coaching and cheering me on to stick with my birth plan to bring my son into this world safely. Counting my blessings I chose Courtney as my women’s health provider.

I was a little nervous about what to expect since this was my first visit to the practice. The office was very clean. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kidd was very professional and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable. She sat down and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely go to this practice again.

I loved my experience here! The front desk was polite and helpful, I didnt wait long until taken back by a nurse, and very little wait for the Dr. I had Angela Judson CNM, and she is just lovely! Ive never had such a thorough doctors appointment in my life. I absolutely recommend this place.

• I’ve been with Dr. Banks since I became the proper age, and my Mother has been with her even longer!1.) The facility is gorgeous. There’s not a single lady (or gentleman!) that won’t feel pampered and important when they enter the building— very calm, spacious, and quiet waiting area.2.) Yes, they are always busy (which is a good thing!) Yet the Staff always works extra hard to ensure each patient is seen with exemplary service in a reasonable time. You can feel confident that the staff takes your comfort, time and well-being seriously.3.) The Nurse Practitioners exude the standard of excellence you’d expect from your Doctor— Jennifer Nuspel, NP, in particular, exceeded my expectations today by providing tactful, efficient, and personalized care for me during a stressful time.• I’d highly recommend expecting mommies, university students, young teens, and ALL women to take responsibility of their health with the wonderful staff at Adriatica Women’s Health Mckinney, or their brand new Prosper location! Angela Judson is an amazing health care provider! I had a medical problem surprise me like a living nightmare, & Angela saw me immediately. She is confident, professional, & is terrific at listening & communicating. I was given excellent care & attention & my health was restored. I highly recommend Adriatica Women’s Health, & especially Angela Judson.

I switched OBs during my last pregnancy to Dr. Banks and couldnt be happier! From the front desk staff to the nurses to all of the providers and support staff I have been treated with personal attention and compassion and not like a number. They are a very busy practice yet you never have to wait long to be seen and their customer service is amazing (plus the decor is gorgeous, which is an added bonus). I am currently pregnant with baby #2 and am still so very happy with every experience I have had at Adriatica Womens Health. I would recommend them (& I have already to many friends) to anyone looking for an OB/GYN/midwife who will truly care about YOU!❤

I love Adriatica Women’s Health! I started going 9 months ago when I found out I was pregnant. Being “advanced maternal age” I spent ALOT of time in the office the last few months- twice sometimes 3 times a week in fact. Everyone was so nice! Other reviews mention wait time, but for as many appointments as I had, I never waited more then 5 or 10 minutes. When I needed to switch a few of my appointments at the last minute, they were very helpful in making it work. Dr Halderman was amazing throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr Steininger was at the hospital and checked on me the next day and she was great as well! The ultrasound techs and Lori the NST nurse- everyone is awesome!

I hate that it has come to this but I am going to write my truth because the safety and security of my child is more important. Please note that before my 20 week visit I probably would have stayed until the end but what I experienced I wouldn’t wish on anyone pregnant.I am transferring care from this place due to the following reasons.1. They were not considerate about their scheduling.-I was called twice about rescheduling my 20 week visit because of pregnancy. The first time I did and then right before my second visit they called me again. I am a working mom and as much as that may be shocking to you my time is very critical especially in an economy where almost 40 million people are jobless. I informed the scheduler that for every appointment I have to take time off of work therefore i will not reschedule two weeks in a row. She finally rescheduled me and I mentioned that it’s a 20 week visit so I will expect the necessary anatomy scan and everything that comes with it even though I was seeing someone new.2. The doctor “unfortunately I didn’t get her name” blamed the scheduling negligence on me and rushed me out of the visit.- The nurse gives me a glucose drink for test which i thought was part of the visit; therefore came in an hour before my appointment. Then after my urine sample I am sent straight to the doctor. I ask why there is no ultrasound and the nurse doesn’t say much. The doctor comes in and says that I did not need my glucose test which I was requested to come in an hour early for and also mentions that they did not do an ultrasound because of the scheduling. I ask the doctor when will the anatomy ultrasound be done and she responds it all depends on the schedule. She rushes me out of the visit and hands me a paper to come back 4 weeks later even after being aware that I missed an anatomy ultrasound.3. The person in charge of transfer “Candi Kail” does not value my immediate and prompt request of documentation especially because I have had a high risk pregnancy.- I decide that because I am in charge of my pregnancy I will not complain instead I will process a transfer and just let this go. I made sure that I sent the transfer form a day ahead of time and so I just decided to call to make sure that the details have been faxed to the other physician. The lady tells me that she will “try” to get the information there, even after me sending it way ahead of time . I told her that that response and negligence is the exact reason why I am transferring and then she tries to rush me through the conversation to hang up. I literally had to say wait I still have more questions. This is extremely rude because it doesn’t matter what your perception of me is I am only requesting what is legally required to be provided to me.4. Billing inconsistencies- on my 20 week visit I am handed a bill of $192 dollars I ask the receptionist what is the bill for. At that point I had paid my ultrasound bill , my test bills and my visit bill from the prior visits . I offer to pull my amex statement to show her the transaction; that’s when she’s like it must have been something on our end and tells me I do not have to pay it. What if I hadn’t asked?!Moral of the whole situation is . I am glad that I am aware that my anatomy scan is important because I have had high risk pregnancies before and that no matter how much this place has disregarded and disrespected me ; I am the only one responsible for my baby’s health. And as long as I breath I make sure that my child is treated with the same care and respect that I can afford them.

Very clean and professional place and all staff. They always work hard to accommodate. The front desk staff is very nice. The provider I see Laura Kennedy, Love her, she is super sweet and professional and makes the process easy and fast. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I had an all around bad experience. We started with Dr. Kidd and even though we were always early for our appointment, Dr. Kidd was always late. The best day she was 45 minutes late and the worst day she was 2 hours late. We never received an apology for her running late. For one appointment that we showed up on time for, we were told by the front desk that two other patients did not show up for their earlier appointments and so if those patients showed up, then they would be seen in front of us. Yep, you read that correct, if you show up on time, you will be pushed to the back of the line to make room for patients that show up late. Then we switched to Dr. Steininger, who did better running on time, she was usually able to see us 30 minutes after our appointments. However, one time when my wife had some bleeding at 22 weeks pregnant, we called their office to make an emergency appointment and they told us that they didnt have any openings, so we should just go to the emergency room. Everything was fine, and we paid a $6,000 ER bill. The next day, Dr. Steininger saw us and told us, everything was fine and we probably didnt need to go to the ER, but she just didnt have time to see us. So, if you are a patient here, make sure you schedule your emergencies for when they have openings. Finally, my wife checked into the hospital at 1:30pm and delivered our baby at 7:26pm giving Dr. Steininger 6 hours to be there. Our baby was delivered by the hospital doctor and Dr. Steininger showed up when it was over, but Adriatica still charged us for delivering our baby. So, I would recommend finding another office.

If you want a great doctor, but like to experience long wait times call, waiting 4 months for an appointment, having to re-schedule the appointment due to an injury, then waiting 5 more months for the re-schedule only for it to be re-scheduled on you the 2 weeks before, then the new appointment not being with the doctor, then you trying and trying and you cant get ahold of their office. This is the place for you.

Dr. Danny (Steininger) is the best and most professional OBGYN I have ever seen. She is attentive and very good with diagnosis. Her staff is very friendly. And if you have to wait for her, it is worth it. She will address every question you have and give you all the options for you to see what is best. She doesnt push but gives a very good medical advice. Im lucky to have found her! Ive had 4 different doctors dismiss me for years, but she knew exactly what was wrong with me right after I described my issues to her. I wish all doctors were this attentive!

The people on the phone scheduling appointments are rude. They all have a stuck up attitude that they are a popular office and have plenty of patients so they don’t care about me and my annual physical. The doctor books out 6 months in advance and will not work with you to reschedule. The past two years of going here I have had to see a nurse practitioner instead of the actual doctor. I wonder if they care more when you are pregnant because based on this service I would never have a baby with these people.

I love everyone Ive encountered at this practice. I see Dr Tracey Banks and love her. Dr Banks delivered my first child in 07 and my second in June of 2015, both by caesarean. Ive also seen most of the others for quick appointments to familiarize in case they deliver. Liz Marley assisted with my surgery in 2015 and Dr Halderman in 2007. Sometimes you might have a bit of a wait but usually its back in a private room. I spent lots of time here doing non stress tests and ultrasounds during late pregnancy and they took great care of me. In fact they sent me to the hospital for observation at 34 wks 5 days and I ended up in labor later that night. Great call on their part even though I didnt want to go! The lab techs somehow magically make it painless when usually Im stuck multiple times elsewhere. The front desk and check out staff are super friendly. The office is very very nice with upscale decor in a very cool area of McKinney. Check out the rest of Adriatica while youre there!

There isnt enough stars given....Dr Laura Kennedy so Im gonna star it here **********10 stars.I value and trust her more then I thought I could ever a Dr. This amazing woman has a heart like no other... Ive never met a Dr so personal and like family. I have had two appts with her and feels like Ive have known her years. I just love how speacial she treats you. I have anxiety and she brought a stress ball into my appts. Thats pure gold to me the littlest things makes the biggest impression. She made me feel at home. The office was very clean front staff and nurses were amazing. Great team.. But If a co pay for her was 500.00 I would pay it I cant comment enough on her bedside,DR,Professional,and caring side. Hope this helps everyone.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. I’m came here initially because they worked with my difficult insurance but I’ve loved returning because of their providers. My midwife Courtney Watson is the best of the best and makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment.

Although it was self pay and I could barely afford it this was the first doctor that hurried and did what needed to be done which is a surgery I have been needing for a year and several months now. Thank you so much for caring and doing your job. It wasnt your fault that I couldnt afford the facility side of the surgery. If the next doctor which would be the 7th doctor that I go see doesnt do the surgery as soon as possible I will see yall again. But I know I cant handle this pain any longer. Thank you for caring about your patients ❤

Very positive experiences during two pregnancies - including one that ended in miscarriage. Dr. Halderman was very compassionate through the experience! My one complaint is that there have been a few miscommunications between staff - where an ultrasound tech will ask me why I’m there, seeming genuinely confused. Or I’ll get a call saying they need to reschedule an appointment... and I have to explain I just walked out of my appointment, so no need to reschedule! But my actual interactions with the staff have all been very positive! Everyone has been exceptionally kind.

The reviews on Adriatica do not do it justice. The staff are all very kind and do their best to get you in and out quickly. I highly recommend seeing Courtney Watson. She has a very relaxing and trusting energy, just as I thought from her picture on their website! I was so happy to have found her and have her help me with this chapter of my life. I felt no judgement from her, just reassurance that one day my time will come to be a mom. I am sure that there is a special place in heaven for someone as kind as her. I will always remember my time with Courtney, and the staff that helped me, fondly.

I was referred to come to this office by my doctor after relocating here from MN. And I haven’t even made it to my appointment yet and I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience. Christina at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. She rushed me through my appt scheduling, huffed and puffed the ENTIRE call and had a snippy unwelcoming attitude. I wonder if the doctors know that she is possibly running away new patients?!I will Google somewhere else to go and CANCEL both appointments I have scheduled. DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE. YOU WILL BE SPOKEN TO horribly by the front desk staff! I’d rather go back to MN for my healthcare.Christina also left me on hold twice for more than 15 minutes each time when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

Probably worst medical service Ive ever received. Refused to help in an emergency situation. Said I needed to make a phone call, or make an appointment in the future, which literally defeats the purpose of receiving help when you need it at that moment, not two months down the road. Will not be returning.

This place is a pain to deal with for so many reasons— they are nearly impossible to get a hold of in a timely manner, their billing department is extremely rude, their scheduling department is extremely rude, etc.They denied a prescription refill request from my pharmacy, and now I can’t get in touch with anyone in their office to find out why… and I am on my last pill. Ridiculous. Why is there no communication?It is clear to me that the employees of this facility are not happy, and unfortunately, it is evident in their customer service.

I drive 45 minutes to have my well woman exams done here. They’re wonderful. After a couple traumatic gynecological experiences elsewhere, this place made me feel so safe and cared for. Highly recommend for quality, well rounded, and sensitive care.

The front desk is completely useless and clueless. They are never willing to help with anything. I spoke to multiple people regarding a situation and every time I physically went up to the office, the front desk was NO HELP and not to mention rude.The doctors, nurses and midwifes are all very knowledgeable but I don’t think that makes up for the terrible customer service of the front desk. The front desk can read emails about donuts in the office but can’t find the answer to my already confirmed question…… priorities.Not to mention you wait over an hour EVERY SINGLE TIME you come in… to see the provider for 5-10 minutes.Will be changing offices as soon as I can.

I saw Dr. Halderman for my entire pregnancy and we absolutely love her. Unfortunately, she got sick just before I went into labor and Dr. Steininger ended up delivering my daughter. Dr. Steininger was awesome, she came in and just ran the show and was very professional. I was very relieved as I was extremely nervous since it was my first child, not knowing what was going to happen, and seeing someone other than Dr. Halderman or Dr. Banks. I took off 1 star for wait times, I didnt super mind the long waits since I scheduled my appointments on days when I didnt have anything else going on, but 2 appointments had pretty long wait times and others might not be able to wait like we did. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for over 16 years. She is an amazing doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner and she is knowledgeable on the latest medical technology. Everyone at Adriatica has always been courteous and professional. I am grateful to have such a proficient doctor who has such a caring, knowledgeable and professional staff.

This is Kylee Cantrell. I am not making a google account to leave a review for this office.I have been going to this office for about a year now and usually have a decent experience. Today was flat out terrible. First, they called me the day prior to my appointment to move my appointment up and make it earlier. I thought thats nice theyre planning ahead, no problem, my appointment is now at 11:30. I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment and watch every single person who came in after me go in to see their doctor. Now its after 11:50 and I am still in the lobby. The ultrasound tech finally calls my name and I go in LATER than my original appointment time.So, I left work 30 minutes early because they moved my time up only for me to sit in the lobby the entire time and wait passed my original appointment time!!! Why call me in early?! Why did I leave work early for my appointment to be later than my original one?Then I go in and I knew I wasnt going to see my doctor, but I instead saw Dr. Kidd. Never in my life do I ever care to see this woman again. She was rude, rushed me out of there, and the whole 5 minutes was extremely unpleasant to say the least. She had a horrible attitude problem and flat out acted like there was anywhere else she would rather be. Thats all it was too, was 5 minutes with this woman.Then I go to schedule my next appointment. I was told every four weeks I will see the doctor and have an ultrasound, the paper they gave me even says for my next visit to schedule a sonogram. So I ask the lady for their latest appointment because clearly they dont follow their own schedule and I dont want to miss an extra hour of work to sit in a lobby. Then I realize my husband wont be able to attend at that time and I dont want him to miss the ultrasound so I apologize and say I actually do need another lunch appointment instead. All within about 1 minute.I cant describe the disgust and attitude of this sloppy young girl booking my appointment. You would have thought I was asking the absolute worst thing possible. She literally rolled her eyes and scoffed with disgust for having to click a few more buttons.She then makes my lunch appointment and tells me there wont be an ultrasound. WHY WOULD MY HUSBAND GO TO SEE ME TALK TO THE DOCTOR FOR 5 MINUTES?!?!? I just clearly explained I wanted the lunch time so my husband could come to the ultrasound!!!! The doctors appointment part isnt the least bit informative, this time she didnt examine me she simply reviewed the ultrasound report, and asked how I was feeling and said I was doing fine and have a nice day. Without the ultrasound report she would have had nothing to discuss because she clearly did not care.Bottom line it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Every single person was rude, rushing you out of there, and down right miserable. I found out later they closed at 12:00, so I am assuming everyones terrible attitude is they wanted to leave for the weekend. I was walking out at 12:40 only because they made me wait in the lobby so its YOUR fault Im leaving late and youre stuck here. I did my part, I came in to the adjusted time, I even came in early and now youre going to be rude to me because you want to leave?? There is no excuse. This was down right inconsiderate of every person involved, unprofessional, and just a miserable experience.I am already 20 weeks pregnant and dont want to go through the stress of getting a new doctor. I do like my doctor Dani Steininger, and shes the only reason I will finish my pregnancy here. If I wasnt halfway through my pregnancy I would switch in a heartbeat.I still will not recommend this office to anyone, ever.

Overall I had an awful experience here. Both times I came they where extremely rude and not helpful. I still never got to meet the lady who was supposed to deliver my baby. And they treated black people very strange I noticed just from me sitting there and watching. They would be very stern and strict with the black women and super compassionate and comforting and nice with the white ladys. I found that odd. They told me three different times of how far along I am so idek how far along I am. Then there where rude to my mother and husband as well. Don’t waste your time. Especially if your pregnant it’s a lot of unnecessary stress for no reason I wouldn’t feel comfortable having my baby with them they fail to listen when you need actual help. It’s like because they are a women too they act like we are all the same and have the same problems.

Absolutely horrible place. Drove from an hour away to get to my appointment. Tried to call the office to let them know I would be about 10 min late due to weather and traffic. It was an actual down pour and the road I was on flooded. I did my online check in and called the office number I called to tell them what was going on but the office was closed and said it didn’t reopen until 2:15, I called at 1:20 and my appointment was for 1:50. I left a message as directed and filled out my online check in so all the paper work would be completed ahead of time. I arrived at 2:10 and was told I couldn’t be seen and would need to be rescheduled. No care or compassion. When I asked the office girl what about my online check in and that I had completed everything and signed in on time and that I would have just been sitting in the waiting room anyway, she lied and said I would have been walked back at 1:50 for my appointment. What Drs office on the planet has ever taken someone back on the dot at the actual appointment time? Nope you sit in the office for atleast 30 min filling out paper work … which I had already done. Don’t recommend them to anyone! Very impersonal care!

This has been a great place for me to go for my pregnancies. Jeanean Carter is my CNM there, and I am always impressed with her sincerity, kindness, and enthusiasm! The nurses have also been very kind, and I have always had positive experiences there. Sometimes I have to wait quite some time before being taken back, but it is worth it to me with the service I have been given!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Steininger. I appreciated her listening to my concerns and making me feel comfortable as we discussed next steps with my treatment. I would highly recommend her!

I made annual check appt before an half year before. Because i have heath condition and visited multiple doctors before and decided to wait dr. Halderman’s available time. Then today morning before left my home I got a call and dr is not able to see and they told me next available time for again an half year or see another doctor. I explained that i waited an half year and want to see dr.Halderman and do not want to wait again an half year. The. They gave 20 mins later time. When i was there dr.Halderman is not there. And front desk women told me that another doctor will see me. Since my home is 30 mins away, excused from my job and i already there i accept it. And waited. After my check out, i found our i met a nurse 😮. I mean i do not say nurse is not good. She was nice. But my concern is that my condition is not easy. I met another doctors. But could not help me. So tried to see dr.Halderman as my friend suggested me. Why front desk woman did not tell me that anither doctor will see me before i went a office. Why did not tell me i am seeing a nurse. Might be doctors are good. But my experience os bad for service 😤😤😤😤😤

I’ve been going here since 2017 and Courtney’s been my primary physician and I can not recommend her enough. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does. She makes you feel extremely comfortable to be open with her in order to give the best healthcare that she can but also in order for me to get the most accurate healthcare from her as well. If you can get on her schedule, then I wouldn’t think twice because you’ll get amazing care from her. :)

Dr. Dani is amazing! She explained everything to me in detail, made me so comfortable and far surpassed my expectations. My doctor in CA was going to do a much more invasive procedure, but Dr. Dani did what was best for me and Im feeling fantastic. So glad I was referred here by my coworkers.

If you choose to go to Adratica Women’s Health for your prenatal care, plan on waiting an hour before seeing the doctor every time!!! You will wait an hour to only see your doctor for 10-15 minutes. I will say that they were helpful and kind during the delivery. If you have to have extra sonograms or stress tests, be prepared to pay their rate, instead of the procedure being processed through your insurance first. I have been waiting on a refund of over $350 for more 3 months, even though I have called several times. At this point I consider Adratica Women’s Health as a thief for not refunding my money.

I see all the reviews about horrible front desk (they’ve never been anything but awesome to me), I see the horrible reviews about waiting (often labor and delivery have emergencies), I see horrible reviews about not being worked in (they’ve always worked me in).I love Adriatica so much, and I was so happy with their care for my first born, I drive over an hour and a half to see THIS PRACTICE. You need blood work? In house. You need a no stress test? In house. You need your urine dipped? In house. Emergency ultrasound? In house.I’m not sure where everyone else got the preconception that most doctors offices do not adhere to rules and guidelines, but they do. Be on time for your appointment, and except the unexpected. The care I’ve received at Adriatica cannot be outdone anywhere else.

Ive been a patient since 2000; I see the Dr. every year. This was different, they took me seriously had me in quickly and helped me make informed decisions. I am pleased with the care, concern and help I was given. It is reassuring to have professionals who have the grace to acknowledge my concerns and act like I am the only one that matters. I was not rushed, could ask a lot of questions and received needed information to make my decisions. Dr. Steininger is the best. Ill be back! (sounds like a threat - but it is meant in kindness.)

Absolutely love the people there!! I was nervous when I first went there, being pregnant with my first child, I had so many questions and concerns but they patiently and lovingly helped me every step of the way. Dr. Kidd is who I usually see. She is like the big sister I never had. Always caring and looking out for me. The other doctors Ive seen are just as nice. I would never recommend anywhere else!!

We had our first OB appointment and ultrasound scheduled for today. After both taking off work and driving 3 hours here we were told I wouldnt be allowed in during the visit. They told us we could FaceTime during the ultrasound. We were never told when the appointment was made that only the patient was allowed in the building. The doctor even told her we could schedule our visits around my work so I could be there. From someone that works in the medical field Im disappointed. We canceled the appointment.

Borderline scam!!! Avoid at all cost! Charged me over $500 for a VIDEO appointment (which my insurance gives me free on an app) that the unprofessional doctor was late 1 hour too!!! They changed my appointment 3 times and made me feel stupid for coming at the wrong time and gaslit me that it was my fault and they couldn’t fit me in for another 3 weeks. I tried to call billing and the front desk and they never answer or immediately put me on hold. The hostility I was given for being late to an appointment they changed was so unpleasant I just canceled. I’ve always had the worst time with gynecologists but how dare you charge anyone $500 for a video call that you were LATE to! My husband was only charged $350 for an in person specialist visit!!!!

Kim Rodriguez is so incredibly rude and represents this company poorly! My sister in law warned me not to come here but I tried it anyways because it was really close to my job. Big mistake! I never been so disrespected by any employee anywhere. I get better treatment at a fast food joint than at Adriatica! The sonographer had a bad attitude too. The office manager, Senia Rascon, didn’t care to hear my concerns with her fake smile, contradicting, and passive aggressive attitude. I waited in their “large and comfortable” waiting room for just over an hour. This business has no concept of time when you’re waiting. I saw a couple come in 5 minute late and they were forced to reschedule! Even though the office was over an hour behind schedule and it’s not like the doctors already saw the next patient! Zero compassion! Nobody in this office cares about anyone who walks through their doors.Ps Owners- don’t bother commenting that you can’t find my name on record as a patient... Dawn Break isn’t my real name. Looking me up won’t fix anything. Y’all need to look at KIM and fix that situation! Thank you!

They have been absolutely dishonest and horrible. I called to ask the cash pay amount and even specified the TOTAL including processing of the labs. Unfortunately I received a bill for a different amount! I spoke with the dr regarding blood work and we agreed which tests to order and on the bill they charged almost double for blood work I NEVER authorized.I have called multiple times and left messages, sent messages through the portal and nobody will call me back or at the very least send me a corrected bill!I have only talked to 1 person in billing who said she would look into it and call me back and it NEVER happened! Do not go here!!

I am about 4 months late posting this review and wanted to give my feedback. I completely agree with Jessica Vanmeer and do not understand the less than stellar reviews.My story : Last summer, my Internist found some growths in my abdomen and I was diagnosed with leiomyoma (uterine fibroids) shortly after. They were large and fast growing. After chatting with a couple of OB/GYNs I was most comfortable with Dr. Banks and decided on her for fibroid removal. Dr. Banks listened to and addressed ALL of my concerns(and I had quite a few) as I had another surgery scheduled around the time I was diagnosed and was dealing with some heavy duty medication. Dr. Banks and her staff addressed all of my concerns and took great care of me. I forgot her name, but wanted to also make a special mention the nurse practitioner that worked with me pre-op. She was excellent.The hysterectomy went off without a hitch, and I was out of the hospital and walking around in less than 3 days(before Christmas). Dr. Banks removed about 5 pounds of fibroids. My recovery went much smoother than expected -- and I feel SO much better these days.The staff, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors at Adriatica are absolutely wonderful, If I could give Dr. Banks and her team a higher rating I would. Brilliant doctor, brilliant nurses + practitioners and an absolutely wonderful staff.

Stay away! They are too big, waited for over an hour to see the doctor then the next time waited another hour and my appointment was cancelled, they kept rescheduling me, today I showed up and asked if they were behind and the lady said 3 ahead of me even thou I had an appointment so I left! Good riddance!UPDATE: Dr. Banks, who deliver my daughter spent all but 2 minutes after she was born in the hospital room, it turns out I had a rip and she did NOT, DID NOT, sow me up, I suffered for months and could not get anyone to see me, I ended up going to another clinic and they were disgusted by Dr. Banks just not fixing me. I had to have surgery.Response to comment: so now I get your attention? I stand by my review and I just got records that prove that your clinic cancelled on me several times when I had been waiting already and then then I was looked at by dr Kidd she also missed the obvious rip.

Adriatica is a wonderful place to prepare to have a baby. Dr. Halderman delivered my son, and we are visiting her as we prepare for #2 now. The staff is friendly and professional. They have evening appointments available, which is great for working moms. The facility is very nice and comfortable. I recommend Adriatica to all of my mommy friends.

I have been seeing Dr Halderman for over 15 years. She is an amazing doctor & loves her patients. She delivered 2 of my kids and walked with me through a few surgeries. She is now caring for one of my daughters that has reached adult hood & I plan to send my others to her when the time comes.

Love, love. love this place. From day one, I have never had an issue/problem with the front or back of the house staff. My OB/GYN is absolutely awesome! She listens and takes in everything I say and is truly concerned (and I have a lot of pregnancy history). I have been a patient since April of 2016 and I think the longest wait I have had was 15-20 minutes, the remainder of the appt I had to wait less than 10 to be called back and less than 10 minutes to be seen once placed in a room.I am considered a high risk pregnancy patient, so I call and/or email through patient portal with a lot of questions pretty often. The nurse, OB coordinator or physician usually respond to me within 24 hours if it is not an urgent matter.Im not going anywhere! I would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Ive been going to Dr. Haldeman for 20 plus years now! I have always enjoyed her mannerisms and professionalism. Shes a very personable person as well. Ive never felt rushed or unimportant. Very rare do I have to wait long waits. Great doctor!!

I love Dr. Banks, and a good doctor is hugely important when it comes to womens health. Unfortunately, even the best doctor in the world cant counteract the horrible management of the place. From schedulers to phone personnel, wait times, return communication and even advice have been subpar my last several encounters. Warning, this post gets real.When trying to reach someone on the phone, I almost always have to wait more than 5 minutes (after listening to 5 minutes of options) to even speak with someone. I leave voicemails when my concerns/needs are not emergency, but if a patient is calling their OBGYN, it is probably an urgent matter and calls should be returned within 24 hours, not 48. I understand weekends can interfere with this.Scheduling through their online portal is even more ridiculous, as you may or may not get notified if your requested appointment has been scheduled.When trying to get information or assistance on the phone, my experience has been hit or miss. This past spring, a major miss was when an on call nurse missed obvious signs of a miscarriage. I called with concerns of cramping, major/excessive bleeding, etc., and the nurses response was just wait it out. She dismissed my concerns when my symptoms werent exactly on the soak through in less than an hour mark.When, after a week of more bleeding, I called back, a different nurse immediately suspected miscarriage. I had never had a miscarriage and had just had an IUD removed, so I was concerned about perforation or something else. I was honestly shocked when diagnosed with a miscarriage. Unfortunately, the amount of time between when the miscarriage began and when it was completely rectified was a little more than six weeks. Dr. Banks, because she 100% cares about her patients, called me AFTER HOURS, with concerns about my numbers and tests, and less than 24 hours later, my miscarriage was resolved. I am so thankful nothing more serious than a D&C was needed due to the negligence of the one nurse and her wait and see attitude. If it were not for Dr. Banks attention and excellence, I would not be going back to Adriatica.

Oh I do hate writing reviews such as this, especially when I was referred by a dear fiend. But my experince at Adriatic’s was far fro great. I had been going to this practice for about a year when I began having some unusual things happening with my cycle. I expressed these things to my Dr., tests were done and I waited almost right up to two weeks before hearing anything (after being promised I would receive the results back within the week). I called and got pushed back to the voicemail several times and it would take hrs some a few days to get a call back (I get it, I’m not your only patient, you have several to take care of. But communication is a big thing). When finally given the results, a plan was set in action. Birth control for 3 months to regulate things. Started on that and at the end of the first month I had different symptoms began to appear that lasted all through out the 2 month. When reaching out to the dr, I was told these are of no concern, this is normal, when the website for the birth control said otherwise. After speaking to one of the nurses, she said these symptoms were not and that she would contact my dr. Well I never heard back from either one of them. I was supposed to go in and redo my testing to see if the birth control was working and if so, then I could come off of that. But instead I was told we would re-evaluate the birth control and continue (I EXPRESSED THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED) and this was ignored. This is the thing, I never felt truly heard at this practice. The experience I had at the front desks were not friendly, communication was not/ and is not a top priority there. More than anything I felt as though if I wasn’t an OB patient, then just hurry up and get her out. Which is so sad to me, because I hear their OB practice is wonderful. I had really high expectation for this practice and was let down and never felt truly heard or like my problems mattered. I just recently switched to a new dr and have had a totally different experience.

I have been going to this office for over 5 years and love the staff. I would like to say how WONDERFUL Ann is. She probably isnt the most liked person in the office because she draws blood, but she is the best! Always so friendly and funny. We could talk for hours.

I LOVE Dr. Banks she was very supportive and her staff is awesome. I felt completely understood and that she is capable hands!

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. I have been in pain due to a cyst on my ovary. Since my sonogram over a week and half ago I have been waiting on this appointment. I get to my appointment, wait 30 minutes before they call me up to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment because the Nurse Practitioner had to leave. I asked when can you reschedule and they say in another week and a half. I have taken off work for this appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get to the appointment. I have been in pain the whole time waiting for this appointment. Now you cant see me for another week and a half. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

I came to see Liz for my pregnancy. She assured me that I could have a natural friendly birth. I transferred from a birthing center, where I had delivered my previous child (due to insurance issues) and expressed my desire to have aa birth experience similar to what I had there. I was told by Liz I would be able to utilize water for pain relief, the staff was very familiar with natural birth, etc. When my labor began (this was my 3rd child, I knew I was in labor) I called Liz and was instructed to head over to the hospital, a 45 minute drive. I explained to Liz that I transition quickly and went from 6 cm to baby delivered in 30 minutes with my 2 children. I arrived at the hospital at 10pm and was made to wait in triage all night. Liz told me I would be monitored via Doppler, not hooked up to a machine. I was made to be hooked up to the monitor for 20 minutes of each hour. Since I was forced to remain in triage until I was 5-6 cm I was not able to use water for pain management. By the time I was transferred to my room, I was ready to push. I was in my room less than 15 minutes before my baby was born. When Liz arrived, she literally caught my baby, delivered my placenta, and left. I felt like she would rather stay home and sleep than keep her word to me and give me the birth experience I wanted. If you want a natural birth experience, go to a birthing center!The whole experience was very traumatic for me. Even on the way to my postpartum visit, I was crying in my car.With all that said, the only redeeming thing about this place was Dr. Halderman who performed a tubal ligation on me approximately 10 weeks after my baby was born. She was absolutely fantastic. If it was not for her, my rating of this place would be 1 star. My rating for Liz Marley is one star. Do yourself a favor and find someone who cares about you!

Ive been seeing Dr. Halderman since I moved here 5 years ago and she even delivered my daughter. Shes amazing and the staff is good too. I was in and out of my appointment quickly and she thoroughly answered all my questions. I wish I would have lived here when I had my boys so she could have been there for those pregnancies too.

Stay away from this place. Their patient care is horrible.Flag #1: I set up my first appointment to see Dr. Kidd for infertility issues (per my friends referral) and when I showed up to my first visit, I was informed that it cancelled because she had to go do an emergency C-section, which is completely understandable. I was rescheduled for another day to see Dr. Kidd and when I showed up, I found out I was not going to be seeing Dr. Kidd at all and was re-assigned to midwife Liz Marley. When the mid-wife came into the room, there was no explanation that I would not be seeing Dr. Kidd and only halfway through our conversation, did she tell me what her title was. I initially thought it was a nurse doing an initial consult before the doctor comes in. I thought that this was inconsiderate, considering they rescheduled me due to Dr. Kidds schedule only to have me be seen by another provider. Whats the point of rescheduling?Flag #2: After I finished up with Liz Marley in the room, I was informed to go to the scheduling desk to have my next visit scheduled. The girl who works at the scheduling desk was so disinterested and rude. From past experiences, theres usually communication between the provider and scheduling to let them know what day I need to come in again. Instead, I walk up to the scheduling personnel and she said what day are you coming back? I knew it was cycle day 21 that I would come back but I had not calculated what day it was so I had to take my calendar out to count the days. The scheduler seemed annoyed that I did not know right away.Flag #3: I had bloodwork done during my first appointment and I was told I would hear back in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks passed by and still no information was uploaded onto the portal or phone call. I left a message and thats when I finally got my results back. Communication is very poor with this officeFlag #4: The office does not consistently use the portal to upload lab results. At one point, I received a message from the mid-wife Liz Marley through the portal telling me that my progesterone level came back at a higher level. I inquired what that level specifically was and the response I got back was 9.8 I think. This is so unprofessional, I should be able to get my exact results, not what she thinks it is. I asked if the actual lab value could be uploaded onto the portal but she said it couldnt and requested I come into the office to get the paperwork physically. By the way, it was NOT 9.8.Flag #5: After four months of repeating progesterone level day 21 and still not falling pregnant with use of clomid, I was never provided with any additional consultation with the provider or work-up. No ultrasounds were done, no treatment modifications, nothing. This is when I finally gave up and decided to look elsewhere.Flag #6: I needed to get my husbands semen analysis from when it was conducted back in November 2017 to provide to my new doctor. I called 3 days in a row and each day, I was directed to a voicemail. First day, medical records. Second day, office manager. Third day, results nurse. No one called me back. I did get a message from Liz Marley indicating I could pick up the copy of the analysis in person but when I called to verify if that wouldnt be a problem, no one could give me the answer and thats when I was routed to the results nurse voicemail. Liz Marley then sent me another message indicating that I ask the original clinic who did the analysis to send me the results. I dont understand why it was so difficult to get the results from the office when the office is the one who communicated the information to me.Overall, I have had several unpleasant experiences with this office. Communication is poor, the portal is not used to its full capacity and it seems I have to beg to get results of any lab work done, and the personnel is unhelpful.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I got my first baby here ! And honestly the worst experience ever with my pregnancy, I used Dr. Kidd and she has not kind over my symptoms and pain, she thinks I have to go through all this pain because was supposed to be normal, I got 5months painful and after 3 days trying to get delivery (c-section $$) my body after 18months still pretty bad. Bad experience but the staff the receptionist and the nurse I really love the services

I have now delivered two babies with Adriatica and have LOVED my experience both times! Courtney Watson is my midwife and she is fantastic! Along with Liz Marley and Holly Costello! All three ladies make a great team and truly made me feel valued.

I have never posted a review online for anything but I feel compelled to for this place. Worst doctors experience i have ever had. Both the dr and the office staff do not care. My simple IUD removal was a nightmare. Even with that, they overcharged me and over 6 months later I am still waiting for my refund. They keep promising it will be processed or has been processed. No one answers the phone unless you call endlessly. I regret ever stepping foot in the office. Save yourself the headache.

Ive had Dr. Lori Halderman for almost 16 years.I have received the BEST care ever.Her nurse Lazette goes above and beyond on a consistent basis! Always calls to keep me informed. I NEVER have to wonder if they got a message.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Adriatica womens health and dr Banks. My wife and I just had our second daughter and the care and support of dr banks and the entire team at Adriatica was exceptional. The office staff is awesome as well, very short wait times and super friendly. Dr Banks is amazing and spends as much time answering questions as you need. I recently moved to TX and feel so lucky to have found this practice.

Waited 45 min for my appointment. They made ME call my insurance, instead of figuring out what was covered for me— and then they tried to argue with me when I told them I only wanted my test sent to labs my insurance covers. They try to do in house lab work, which your insurance won’t cover. I have federal insurance, if mine doesn’t cover their lab, probably no insurance does. Make sure to check! On top of the horrible admin experience- I was misdiagnosed, multiple times! given prescriptions and tests I didn’t need. Told me I needed to change my medication to help with ovarian cysts, well- that medication did NOTHING for cysts and isn’t know to help with them- so they basically changed my mess for no reason. They don’t listen, and clearly care more about pumping you with expensive in house procedures and drugs than they do about finding out what’s wrong. Thank the lord my OBGYN in Colorado brought that to my attention. Seriously- I wouldn’t go here, I wouldn’t give any of these people my money or time!

Dr. Tracey Banks, MD is the physician I highly recommend. Her sterling professionalism, kindness and expertise has always been on display during my appointments with her. I trust Dr. Banks sincerely.

I’ve been a patient at Adriatica for about 10 years. I met Dr. Halderman in the ER. I had a torsioned ovary and I feel that she saved my life. I followed them when they changed locations. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Halderman surrounds herself with an extremely professional and compassionate team. I’ve seen just about every provider in that office and feel very confident being cared for by any of them. I have a hard time understanding the negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience ever, and neither has any of my friends and family that have been referred there.I hated to hear that Stephanie moved to another state. I really like her :-(

I have seen doctors at this office for several years and I always feel comfortable and heard. Every single person here is thorough and so sweet. Highly recommend.

They provide fast service. Waiting room time is minimal. I appreciate the staff’s helpfulness. Jeanean Carter did a great job and is very friendly. She made my appointment quick and painless. I’m also a fan of Dr. Halderman, who was my Obgyn in the beginning of my pregnancy.

I was referred to Dr. Banks by my primary doctor. Adriatica Womens Health fit me in within 3 business days. Everyone was friendly and efficient, from check to check out and scheduling tests. Dr. Banks explained everything and discussed options with me in a very understanding manner. This health practice is a pleasure to work with.

I have been a patient and fan of Dr. Banks for 8+ years. She recently performed my hysterectomy and did a fabulous job. I had an easy recovery, I feel great and I am beyond thankful to her for giving me my life back!

This is an outstanding practice from the front desk staff to the docs and nurses! I had a unique issue where I needed a really quick turnaround and Dr. Banks and BJ were so responsive and went beyond what one should expect from a medical practice. I highly recommend this group and love these women who are ON MISSION!

I have used Adriatica Womens for both of my pregnancies and annual exams. I love Dr. Kidd. She always takes the time to answer all questions and make sure I understand everything that is going on during my pregnancy. The only issue I have ever had was the wait time (in the lobby or on the phone).

Been coming here for over 10 years, battling PCOS and miscarriages, and now through the birth of my second child. Everyone is kind- from the receptionist, to the nurses, the the doctors, from the sweet ladies who draw my blood. Very happy here- especially with my favorite midwife- Courtney Watson!

Ive had all 3 of my kids with Adriatica. Fantastic clinic. I cant say enough fantastic words about midwife Jeanean Carter. She is amazing. Their clinic is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I actually look forward to my yearlys just to go in for a visit. They are so friendly to my kids when they come with me. I love Adriatica!

I waited almost 3 weeks for my appointment. I kept getting reminder text but not once did anyone from the office call me and say , your insurance shows inactive. My policy changed 2019 and i gave the wrong id number. Nonetheless had i known prior to my appointment i would have gave them the correct information and had the correct card. I take off of work for this appointment im on time. I am given the paperwork and i sit to find my correct policy number. I get all my information and the receptionist tells me since im not done with my paperwork i have to reschedule. So inconsiderate of peoples time! Im so mad i couldve went to a more professional office and not waited so long for an very important appointment. I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever come here in my life.

Highly recommend this practice! Dr. Halderman came highly recommended by my reproductive endocrinologist after getting pregnant through IVF. As a high risk pregnancy I spent a lot of time at their office during my pregnancy. The staff was always very kind and when they were running late (usually due to someone having a baby or an emergency) they apologized. I understand sometimes with an ob you have to wait bc they can’t predict when their patients are going to deliver. Dr. Halderman has the best bedside manor and was very proactive throughout my pregnancy.

I cant speak to the quality of the practitioners, as I never saw one. The person answering the phone was not overly friendly, and seemed to dismiss a condition I for which I wanted to be seen. She then would not schedule an appointment for me because I was missing one piece of information regarding insurance, and would not let me call back with the information. I understand there is protocol that they need to follow, but its very frustrating when you are seeking out a physician as a first time patient with a condition that is sensitive, and not particularly shown any compassion.

First time mother in December 2018, Adriatica was my first Dr.’s appointment, ever. Dr. Kidd saw me for about 10 minutes, if that. Knowing well that it was my first pregnancy, she still decided to hurry me out the door with NO information and scheduled me a follow up and ultrasound for 4 weeks later. She was short, rude, and it was clear she didn’t care. I got NO first-time pregnancy information, a welcome packet, a recommendation for Prenatal vitamins, OR even a prescription for anti-nausea medicine. **NOTHING. They sent me home COMPLETELY empty handed.** I didn’t know what I could and couldn’t eat, what medicines I could and couldn’t take. I shouldn’t have to rely on GOOGLE for this information when I am paying a DOCTOR, PERIOD. There is absolutely no excuse. I left terrified, stressed out, lost, and I felt completely alone. If you want a company and staff that cares for you, go somewhere else. Doctors, if you’re burnt out on this career, do something else.

I cannot day enough good things about my doctor. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes and they were BUSY. My MA listened to every word as I poured my heart out and reassured me they’d take care of me. My doctor listened to every concern I had and made sure to explain every detail of my treatment. I’ve never been so well taken care of in a doctors office. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for a while now. I am utterly disappointed at the way I have been treated today by the receptionists. Have my mind set on finding another OBGYN as I believe customer service is imperative and sometimes there are valid reasons why a person is 5 mins late. Even if there is a grace period rule doctors and their staff should care ENOUGH to care and also be cognizant of the fact that when we do make it to our appointments on time they too ask us to be patient with them as we wait for them when they are busy with other patience for periods longer than 45 minutes or longer at times!! Great customer service is about showing some understansing and empathy!

Do not go here. They will charge you for walking in the door. My story - Ive been going here for years, mostly because of the close proximity to where I live. I was having a problem with dandruff, which I thought could be linked to hormones based on a friend telling me her experience with the same problem. I called the nurse, BJ, to ask her if this was an issue that was worth coming in for. I explained the background to her and let her know that Id only want to come in for an appointment if she thought it was something they could do something for. She advised me to come in, so I scheduled an appointment for a week later. At the appointment, I waited an hour for the nurse prac to come in and basically tell me there was nothing they could do for me and that Id have to go to a dermatologist. So, I essentially spent time at the office for nothing, after I had been ADVISED to make an appointment. I didnt pay anything walking out, as I didnt think I should. A month later, I received a bill in the mail for the appointment. I was very confused, as the appointment was essentially null as they didnt give me any sort of diagnosis, treatment, etc. I called the billing specialist to explain, and she transferred me to the practice manager. The practice manager finally called me back and said she would have to ask Dr. Banks about the charge. She just called me back to let me know that the charge stands as is because I talked about getting back on birth control.... what?!?! Not once in my appointment or phone call with BJ did I talk about getting back on birth control. They completely put words in my mouth that were NEVER said just to justify the appointment charge. Im going to pay the charge because fighting it further is not worth my energy, but I will not be returning to this office for womens health needs.

This is a great place to take care of your OB/GYN needs. Everyone takes a special interest in your care and makes sure that you are comfortable. Recently had a surgery that Dr. Banks conducting. My scarrs are minimal and nearly nonexistent. I highly recommend this facility for your personal care.

I like the atmosphere and location which was my primarily reason for choosing the office a year ago. Today I had to wait for almost an hour and a half to be seen with an appointment. The reason I was told was because they had a different appointment time (10 mins apart) even though their office verified the appt time. I dont like feeling like my time is less valuable that any one elses. It was pretty obvious this office could care less about losing business. Not a happy patient.10/2/17I really dont understand what happens with your scheduling that makes your wait times so long. Im waiting now, after being on time, for over 1:15 minutes. Yes, over an hour and I still havent been seen! The same thing, unfortunately, happened last year. The only thing that gives me peace is knowing I dont have to return for a year. Please improve.

This whole office is horrible, stay far far away if you are expecting. The only nice person was the receptionist Stephanie and Dr. Halderman. Everyone else has some major attitudes. The nurse was not helpful at all, I was miscarrying and knew it..but the nurse told me not to come in and that I was fine. Well guess what? I did miscarry. When I got there they were EXTREMELY busy, way too full. I got there right on time and I was still in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Finally a really snobby and unprofessional ultra sound tech took me back. She had NO bedside manner. She made me extremely uncomfortable. She had the audacity to ask if I was sure that I was pregnant when there was nothing showing up on the ultra sound. She asked me if I took pregnancy tests. All while Im crying my eyes out knowing that I JUST LOST MY CHILD. My husband showed her and she shut up but just shrugged. She had NO sympathy at all for anything I was going through, she didnt care. I do hope that if something like this happened to her or one of her loved ones that someone will be caring unlike her. She was awful and I wish I would have gotten her name, I would have reported her. Dr. Halderman was very kind and knew what was going on. She gave us all of the information that would help us at that time and told us what our next steps would be. I called a month later because I was concerned we wouldnt be able to conceive and wanted some testing done to see what was going on. Again that snobby nurse denied me coming in because I didnt go to them as my regular Dr. Ok? My husband and I are expecting again and I called there right away like I was told so they could take blood and immediately go into action with our plan that we talked about with Dr. Halderman. Well...they wanted to schedule my first visit weeks down the road and then called me back a week later to possibly schedule something for blood work. Needless to say Ive found a different place!

Do not recommend at allWaited two years for them to take a problem seriously enough to test. Front desk doesn’t look up, scheduler very grumpy. Forgot to take blood and the two docs I’ve seen are condescending and unfriendly. Had to go to another practice to take care of my issues. Very unprofessional!

Worst customer support. I set and appointment 3 months ago (I understand, due Covid everything takes time). In less than 24 hours for my appointment they cancel it and said to “wait” for a reschedule call (that we don’t when when is going to happen). I really need this checkup, I have health issues and it’s not fair that I should wait 1.6 years for an anual. So sad they don’t give a solution. They feel “sorry” and don’t offer a solution. They’re not profesional from their side, as a patient I don’t feel appreciated.

I made an appointment and followed all directions concerning the web check in and app for billing. The staff was very friendly and helpful; I had a 20 minute wait and felt Covid safe. Everyone was very professional. I highly recommend Adriatica women’s health!

Every interaction I have had with this office has been unpleasant and unprofessional. They charged me money for my visit when in actuality my insurance covered it. The nurse who first came into the room and spoke to me was unpleasant and standoffish. She never even introduced herself to me. When I finally met with the Doctor she dismissed my symptoms and gave me incorrect information about the birth control I wanted saying patients should not get IUDS unless they ate in committed relationships which is completely false. She did not want to give me an IUD because I havent bore a child when there are currently 3 different hormone IUDS on the market and they can in fact be insered into women who have my not bore children. I told her I wanted the IUD the hormones would not need to travel throughout my body, I had been on Depo and I did not like the side effects or the bone density loss. She said it does not actually reduce your bone density, which also, is incorrect. I told her the symptoms I had and she also dismissed them. She recommended Nexplanon. The whole conversation made me uncomfortable as if she was letting her own personal opinions cloud her from giving me the correct information. She once again gave me incorrect information about endometriosis, again dismissing my symptoms. They are terrible at answering their phones and returning calls. When I called to schedule the appointment the nurse I spoke to was rude. I did not know anything a consent agreement, no one told me. No one told me I had to be on the first day of my cycle to have it inserted, which is not actually true. She kept pushing the fact that I needed to be in the first day of my cycle and was rather rude about it. I was planning on getting my birth control from them so I wouldnt have to go through the hassle of having consultations from anyone else but honestly I do not want these people inserting anything into my body. I will not be returning.

The doctors and nurses are great and very nice, but the red headed receptionist with the tattoo sleeve is very unprofessional. She was rude, loud and offensive to not only me but other customers in the lobby. If they get rid of her Ill give it 5 stars. I wont be going back because of her.

Dr Banks and everyone at Adratica Womens Heath are awesome. I had a high risk pregnancy and they took good care of me & my wife every step of the way. I also love how the front desk staff remember my name even months after I had my baby!

Ive been a patient here for several years and have always been very pleased with the care from the front office staff and medical staff. However, after trying for THREE days now to simply refill a prescription with NO success, its been very trying. Its now 12:30 on Friday and their office is now closed! Very frustrated with the process. I can understand being busy, but incompetence is inexcusable. Thank you to BJ who finally submitted the prescription electronically after I called the after hours line.
