I’ve been a patient at CommunityMed Family Urgent Care for over two years, and my experiences have consistently been positive. The facility is clean and well-organized, and the staff is professional and friendly. I have found the provider, Abbie, to be thorough, knowledgeable, and effective in her approach to diagnosis and treatment. She takes the time to listen to concerns and provides clear explanations.The check-in process is user-friendly, with online options for uploading ID and insurance information. Designated parking spots make the visit convenient, and the instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. Overall, my experiences at this urgent care have been exceptional.Please note that this review is based solely on my personal experiences and opinions, and I encourage others to conduct their own research and make informed decisions about their healthcare providers.

Love attending Community Med for all of my immediate needs for myself and family.. why? I trust this group and is always greeted with the most friendliest professionals that attend us with speed, courtesy and first class treatment. I pass as much as 10 urgent care to get to this one just because I trust them!!So appreciative of this group of wonderful professionals! Thank you for all you do!

This facility always very thorough. The staff is always kind, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable. They always have same day appointments which are rarely available at my primary physician.

I don’t even bother to call my PCP when I need immediate care, it takes too long to get an appt. CommunityMed always gets me in within an hour of reaching out to them. Everyone is kind, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. I am more comfortable at CommunityMed than with my PCP. Their online scheduling is easy and quick, the wait time for treatment is never more than 15 minutes. They can take x-rays and treat any emergency. I have had a lot of experience over the past few years.

While this clinic provides excellent care, it is the post care process you need to be mindful of. You can expect additional charges upwards of 6-8 months after the date of service which I will say is still legal in Texas but always comes as an unwelcome surprise. My major concern is the lack of communication when it comes to additional charges for routine services (stitches in our case). Doctors know how much services cost and it should be easy to communicate that additional charges might be expected for the services received. As with most clinics though, they perform services and bill you afterward with very little explanation. This certainly affects my choice in UrgentCare providers for the future. I can recommend their attention to care but please be persistent about getting good faith estimates for the cost of care.

I have been in Healthcare management for 25 yrs, Ive managed urgent cares to residency programs, and can honestly say that this urgent care is a 12 out of 10.NP Janelle Plourde is extremely knowledgeable and is a great asset to your organization, her bedside manner is great. The staff were attentive and also had smile on the face.There was no wait time, and call backs always are returned in a timely manner.Keep doing what youre doing because its working and it’s effective.This clinic and staff understands customer service!Kudos to your providers , staff, and management.

Was a bit of an initial wait, but I liked that I was able to wait in my car (mini nap).. after that everything went pretty quick. Everyone was very nice and kind and I’m on my way to feelin better.

The front desk clerk was exceptionally nice as was the nurse and nurse practitioner. I was very pleased with the timely manner in which I was seen. I appreciate the care and attentiveness I was given. Excellent customer service.

The care at Community Med was great. Sarah was caring and thorough in her examination. She even followed up with a phone call to check on me.

I love this Urgent care. I drive pretty far to go here because it is #1 always clean and #2 the staff is ALWAYS so nice. The NP at this location, Abbie, is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough and so easy to talk to. I hope this place never closes and of course I hope the staff stays the same.

Staff was awesome! I have been there twice and both times I was in and out in 30 mins. The front desk that checked me in was also very informative with the questions that I had.

Sliced my finger prepping dinner on a Friday. Pre-registered online before I drove there, and checked in from the parking lot. Once inside, every person that cared for me, from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor, showed great professionalism, knowledge and consideration for my needs. I highly recommend their services, and I would not hesitate to visit them again if I need urgent care in the future.

Best care in Mckinney. From the front desk to the provider experience, it’s top notch.Abbie is my favorite provider. She’s so kind and always knows what to do to get you feeling better quickly.

I have been to this facility a number of times beginning with COVID. Today for staples in my head after hitting it. People are always friendly, timely and efficient in examining and treating the issue

Very professional staff. Cares about the patient. They do a great job.

Dr. Erin Smith, Sophia, and Tiaria were an absolute joy. They made it a speedy process. Tiaria got me checked in after the easy online registration. Sophia took my vitals and made notes to questions very quickly. Then Dr. Smith trailed right behind and provided an immediate resolution. She prescribed exactly what I needed. Should any issues arise in the future, I will be returning.

I want to give big shout out to Abbie and the team at CommunityMed - McKinney. They were helpful, professional and I highly recommend them if you need urgent care. Thanks for being a part of our neighborhood!

Trustworthy, they value your time, staff is very professional specially the front desk. I really wish if other urgent care clinic learns from them. They are really setting the bar higher. Great care and immediate attention...no waiting

The staff were wonderful, I was able to get x-rays done, I was in and out quickly with a referral to a specialist if needed. Great experience for someone who has medical anxiety.

From scheduling the appointment to treatment and release everything about my visit there was amazing. The care was over and above. Definitely recommend them. Much better than sitting for hours in the ER with who knows how many sick people!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got in quick and out quick! I came in with a throbbing clogged ear and couldn’t hear. When I left I was able to hear great in both ears! The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable as well as the nurse staff etc. I’ll be back!

Nothing Urgent about this CommunityMed Urgent Care!!!!Scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am based on the availability indicated on the app. Arrived on time only to be informed to wait! Waited for ever till 11:20 am, and later informed that there are multiple people ahead of me. Poor Communication is really engrained within this location. No thoughtful consideration that it is winter and they make people wait in their vehicles until called to come in! Absolutely ridiculous!

Just left the clinic after scheduling a very last minute/late appointment for sick child. Seen promptly and had great service from Noah and the provider Mackenzie. A lot of things have to go right in order for the process to be so smooth….insurance verification, intake flow, automated texting system, patient flow and aftercare documentation were all spot on. Kudos to the entire team on staff that night!!

Very kind staff all around. Front desk, nurse and doctor were all kind and welcoming. They were able to see me quickly and I appreciated them giving me a heads up about a potential long wait time.

I’ve been a patient myself, most recently my 13 year old son, was seen here. Everyone is always so professional, and on point with diagnosis. They make you feel like they care, and we never felt like just another number. Great place for adults and pediatrics.

I went in the clinic yesterday for a respiratory infection. I arrived about 5 minutes before the beginning of my time slot which was 1-1:30and was called in at 1:22. I checked in with the very nice receptionist and immediately went back to the exam room. I was seen almost immediately by Abby who was very pleasant, thorough and helpful as so many have stated in their review. I felt very comfortable asking her questions. I needed a steroid shot and nurse Ethan I must say is a very good shot giver, didn’t feel it at all. I was very pleased with my decision to come here. The clinic is very nice and super clean which is great for me since I’m so germaphobic. I would not hesitate to come here again if needed

I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, seen quickly, diagnosed correctly and always walk out knowing I will feel better soon. Highly recommend for anyone in the family. I have taken my kids for illness to fractures... I cannot stop singing their praise!

Abby the PA took amazing care of me after a dog bite in the face, they were so calm, attentive and reassuring. They took extra time to numb before stitching and small careful stitches on my face, they took a tramatic event and turned it into a positive due to their medical care, way to go team! Will be back for stitch removal soon!

Making an appointment and registering on line is very easy and efficient. Liked waiting in my car for a call when they were ready to see me instead of in the waiting room. Facility is very clean and the staff very helpful and well trained.Had a very thorough examination. Even though they were busy, I was attended to with care and never felt rushed. Was pleased with the treatment plan. Will definitely use this facility again!

I HATE going to DRs. However, once I got through the on-line registration process the experience here at COMMUNITYMED FAMILY URGENT CARE was exceptional. I wish Dr Linda was my primary. I needed to see someone for my allergies about a month ago, and my daughter needed to see someone about her allergies too so I took her in this past week when we had the icy weather days. Both the NPs there are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their willingness to want to make sure you walk out of their clinic being taken care of shows. Abbie was so wonderful with my daughter, she informed her about her symptoms, provided her with what she needed and overall really took care of her. I definitely will refer anyone to this clinic. The service is thorough while at the same time, there was no long wait. We were in and out.

I like that you can make an appointment. Waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room and was out in another 15 minutes. The doctor listened carefully and thoughtfully to the symptoms and issues I described. Very happy and would definitely go back again!

Super efficient, friendly, professional, super clean and very competent clinicians. This is my 2 nd visit here, and I highly recommend them. Could not get in with my reg doc, they saw me within a few hours of calling, both times. Wish I could use them as my regular doctor all the time.

Pulled into the parking lot. The place looked blank and empty. It made me wonder if they were still there. I scanned the QR code and the name brought up did not match the name on the building. Needing help, I filled out the online registration. All the time I was looking for a business address. None was evident. I finally got out of the car to see if the door was open. It was and the receptionist said she had already registered me. After that, everything went well. The room was clean the people were friendly, courteous, and caring. They diagnosed my problem and furnished solution.

I have been here along with taking my child multiple times and could not be more pleased. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and complete a thorough exam. The check in process is efficient and easy. It is the perfect place for a sick visit!

Was happy to get an appt same day. Really easy, clear instructions on the check in process and patient paperwork is completed online. Got my results via text along with a work note in less than the hour quoted. Facility is clean, and the staff was very kind and polite. My provider, NP Abbie Emery, was amazing. She listened, seemed genuinely empathetic, and has the best bedside manner Ive encountered in a long time. I would definitely come here again if the need arose.

Good staff but be prepared to wait for 2 hr. plus they ask you to wait outside and they will call you when your turn came, so if for any reason they typed your phone incorrectly or call did not come thru you will miss your turn even you were outside waiting the 2 hrs. And if you still want to take the visit after that time, guess what??, you will have to wait for your turn again!!! Even it was not your fault. Awful, for sure my last time in this clinic.

I took my 5 yr old who was super sick to Community Med, we had the pleasure of having Valentina NP and Danielle NP, as our nurses, they were absolutely amazing showed so much care and patience. I could not have asked for better care anywhere; they were absolutely amazing. Love this place and love them.

I had such a great experience! I got in quickly, and the check in process was very efficient. The staff was amazing all the way around! Sarah was so caring and thorough! I will definitely be going back for all my urgent care needs!

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff and providers. I had to get an urgent travel RT-PCR, I was able to an appointment for my whole family within a couple of hours, and they were done with our whole family within 40 minutes after we arrived and we got the results within hour. Just to be transparent, this wasn’t peak Covid period but their service was very efficient. Thank you team!

We were able to get same day appointments for COVID tests. We were seen on time. Everyone was very nice and professional. The staff was caring throughout the visit. The test was a PCR test, not rapid, we had our results back soon after getting home, about an hour.I was impressed with the facility and all of the staff.

Unfortunately I’ve had to visit this clinic 3 times in the past 2 1/2 weeks due to having Covid, but every time I’ve gone I was able to schedule same day appointments. All the staff members are very polite and the provider runs on time. The office is extremely clean. Over all a great experience. I wish all doctor visits were as pleasant as they have all been here. Also want to mention the Cross Roads location is exactly the same and the PA at the Cross Roads location is amazing if you can’t get an opening here!

This place is awesome. Quick to get in and out. Easy to schedule. Mikayla at the front desk was very friendly. The 2 assistants were very nice. Abby was awesome to talk with and a huge help with the travel letters you have to obtain to travel. It’s difficult having to get blood drawn from your 2 elementary daughters. I highly recommend this place. Hopefully we will not need to come back here but if ever needed we will be here.

I was able to see my radiology tech Angel and doctor Alyssa super quickly. Both of them were so professional and I could tell they really cared about my pain levels. The medical assistant Corina and the lady at the front desk, Reah, were both lovely. The whole place was extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning if I ever need urgent care again, and I will recommend them in the future to anyone needing care!

All three of my kids needed to do the dreaded physicals for school. Made the appointment online and was in and out for all 3 in 26 minutes. It was perfect!

Nurses Valarie and Michelle are so kind and gentle. I had a tough procedure done, and they talked me through it. They are amazing. The urgent care was spotless and so clean. The front receptionist was also so kind. Go there if you need urgent care!!!!! They will help and be sensitive.

This is the best, most efficient urgent care I’ve been to. And the kindest people. No extra testing. Just the facts. They even sent my daughter a thank you card and remembered me when u went back for myself. I highly recommend.

Abby and Megan are truly the best. My daughter went here a few weeks ago with a busted chin and my son went in today with his knee split open. They were both so sweet, patient, and kind while providing care for our kids. Very grateful for the amazing care Abby provided!

Really wonderful care experiences here. My kids are young and one is difficult about nose swabs. They did a great job of dealing with our drama and test results were super fast. I highly recommend them for their science-based medical care and advice.

The staff was amazingly compassionate & efficient. I knew just from the initial phone contact that i had with the clinic that I was going to feel very comfortable & safe. I was VERY impressed with everything from the greeting, to the caring & highly skilled medical care by Alyssa Majka, through walking out the door receiving warm wishes. On top of all that, the appointment was prompt and I left having waisted no time there. WooHoo!! A+ from me.

We have used a different location and had good experiences. I am not so sure about this location. We came here for a sports physical. There has never been a failed vision screening. The tech took my child to another area to do the screening, which we did not think to follow. The nurse practitioner then checked my child over and let us know that she could not clear him because the tech had marked a pretty severe vision issue. I came back with the results from a vision screening a few months prior and let them know I did a home screening, also, and did not see any severe results like this. They told me their provider said that if we want it rechecked, it will be another office visit, since no one witnessed it. I wont let anything unwitnessed happen again. We had already paid double what other urgent cares do for these tests.

Have had nothing but fantastic experiences with our appts here. They are always quick but thorough and the check in process is so efficient and easy. Jamie Rogers is fantastic! So good with kids :)

Went in today for a rapid Covid-19 test, due to symptoms. It was easy to check in online and get brought back, and find out results in 10 minutes. The whole staff was incredibly nice and caring. I will definitely go back in the future if needed.

One of the best experiences of visiting an urgent care EVER! Michelle is our absolute favorite! And we love Abby too! Paige was awesome and very efficient and even the young woman who welcomed us as soon as walked in! They were all so very nice!

It was a great experIence visiting the urgent care vs the other places in the area. I went at 10.30 in the morning and literally had no wait. Melissa the med tech took care of me really good, courteous and gave all the required info. Abbie the provider heard things out patiently and helped with my problem.

I woke up with a Urinary Tract Infection; my MD had no available appointments for a week. Yikes! I was able to quickly register online with this Community MED Family Urgent Care and get an appointment quickly (within an hour!). The clinic personnel were very friendly and professional. I was seen very quickly by the kindest Nurse Practitioner, and I was headed to the pharmacy within 25 minutes after I arrived at the clinic! I will definitely go back; don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Awesome experience! They had scan codes at each parking spot for your appointment. Answered a couple of questions on your phone and then someone called you shortly after. Literally about a two minute wait before I went inside and got the covid test done. Everyone was very freindly! Definitely recommend

The encounter with the Nurse Practitioner was excellent. However, despite having an appointment, we waited over 90 minutes after we arrived to be seen with no communication from the staff. The facility was not busy, so it was a bit frustrating.

On January 16, my fiancé and I both woke up feeling poorly. Pretty sure we had Covid. We discovered that Community Med did rapid testing and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon.I can not begin to tell you how amazing the staff there was. All safety protocols were taken, but the staff. So very kind and understanding. The care that I felt we received would have been the same as if we went to our primary care (she is closed on the weekends).Do not doubt if you need a Doc in the box location, this is the place you want to go. We have been to other types of places like this and NEVER received such wonderful attentive kind folks as in this location.Thank you so much to the staff there for making it pleasant experience for us.

Was seen by two incredibly helpful & knowledgeable professionals, Alyssa & Paula. My 1st time experience was excellent. If i am ever in need of urgent care in the future im definitely going to CommunityMed without hesitation. Im so glad they are in my neighborhood.

Great place for urgent care.Very polite receptionist.Very knowledgeable medical staff.And in my case —From the time of my accident until I walked out of the facility 52 minutes ( that included a 15 minute drive.I have tried other urgent care facilities in the area, but this one has them beat hands dow. I highly recommend.

The front desk charged us $171 for an ear wax plug removal. Outrageous amount!There is no doctor but the nurse practitioner has led us to believe that she is the doctor.After the service, we receive a bill showing no payment and asked for another $102 payment. We tried calling but there was never an answer. Finally, we discovered that we can email so we did. We received back a note that they now posted the payment we made and will send us a refund by mid-May, meaning one month and a half after the service. This business has a dubious practice. No wonder there was no one there when we visited the practice. I hope someone will look into this practice. What if the person receiving the bill would have been an elderly or a disabled one? They would have been charged twice

Went to the McKinney location for my daughter’s physical. Outstanding service. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The nurse and doctor did the physical quickly, filled out the form fir school that we needed, and we were on our way. I will go back there when we need their services in the future.

This is the only urgent care I visit. The staff and nurse practitioner are so courteous. They take the time to listen and accommodate my needs everytime.

We had a great experience getting a pre- travel Covid test. Abbie made check in so easy and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Megan was amazing and made the nasal swabs fast and painless. She explained the process and put our whole family at ease. We will definitely go back whenever we have medical needs!

Super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough staff. Their hours are great, as we had something come up at 6:30pm and they were able to get us in right away. This was after calling 4 other places and being told there was no availability. So thankful I found this place using a Google search. Helped us all rest better knowing that my little one had been treated.

Fast, friendly, and professional in every respect. All staff are kind and compassionate, and I love the option of sitting in my car until they are ready for me.

They are very welcoming and nice. I just find it a tad bit expensive. But the did see me on the same day I called but for a $125 office visit(self pay). But they took great care of me and I would return if need be

The upfront cost was $170 that you have to pay before you even see a provider but that included any tests or tomography. They were very kind and efficient.

3 hrs before my Sunday evening appointment I began getting texts stating they could not provide the CoVID test after 6. However that was the only reason stated when I schedule my 6:30 appointment for Sunday. Then I received several more texts asking me to come early for cancellations. It didn’t take me long to realize they didn’t want to work all day on Sunday. Lol it would have been easier to text me that in one text instead of 7.

Went to this location with a wound/cut + pain and they sent me back saying go back to the doctor instead. Doctor is most probably back at his home. Am I now supposed to go to his house? What kind of service is this? No explanations either as to why. The only clarification was someother doctor touched you so we cant touch you. Went with very high hopes and came back home extremely disappointed.Hope these people change

I needed a PCR test result same day for travel. They got me in and out within 5 minutes. The nurses and front desk reception are kind and answered all questions that I had. Got my test results within the hour! So happy. They’re legit! Thank you!!!

Did a walk in for a Covid test and the nurses and doctors were very nice. And it was the fastest I’ve ever been in a hospital for anything. But after calling back for some information I have spoke to one receptionist that does not need to be answering the phones. Whoever should be answering should be pleasant, patient, and try to answer best to their knowledge and not impatient and dismissive like she can’t be bothered.

There are very few same day Covid Rapid Antigen testing available and I was happy to accept an evening appointment. They had a few different instructions to check-in for Covid testing which might be confusing, but they all led to the same sign in page. The wait wasnt terribly long. The test was not pleasant as expected, but the staff was great, and the results were very fast.

A great experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone is kind and professional and practicing responsible Covid protocol. You wait in your car until and a clean room is available. I’m very happy they are in our neighborhood.

The McKinney location was amazing! They were VERY prompt, clean, and super friendly !!!! We had the hardest time finding a place to get our Covid test until we found them and they made this process so quick and easy. Thank you guys so much🥰

6 days later no change in my condition, went back for a second visit, and they wanted to charge me.What?Its all about the money for them. Not accountability.On the first visit the guy spent 6 min with me pushing the covid test, and when I would have questions he took off.Never going back!

Really love this facility! Everyone is extremely nice. They have a really cool schedule system where you wait outside and check in via phone. Super easy and literally I have been here 2 times in the past two weeks and i come out with a smile on. Thank you amazing staff!!

First time visiting. The wait was was exceptionally convenient! Scan..confirm...answered some questions... confirmation....call... and we were in! Staff was very courteous and friendly. Very professional! Comfortable atmosphere, will definitely recommend to others! GREAT JOB STAFF!!

Lovely staff. Efficient service. And the less than 2hr turnaround time on the COVID PCR test is pretty much unparalleled, most places have 40hr wait time. This is outstanding when requiring results for travel. Highly recommend. A+

Check in is a little different from what I am used to but I understand why they do it. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff. In and out quickly but made sure I was taken care of. Great place. Will use them again if I need them.

I have taken appointment for travel rtpcr test and arrived 30 min early, completed all paperwork previous day and stayed for 1hr and still waiting in parking lot. When asked at the front desk I get answer we dont know when we can do and appointment doesnt guarantee the time. Supposed to be 5 min swab and after taking a15 min slot appointment, after 1 hr wait still I am waiting in the parking lot... I will post the time taken after I am done.Pleas dont go here for covid testing... I would say based on the staff style of communication, avoid this location even for emergencies.After 1hr I get called in and told I have to pay $170. I ended up anceling the appointment.

Were new to Texas an are very impressed with this Urgent care! Not only do they do their best, they are efficient and really nice. This is the first time we have used this specific location & will happily use it again should the need arise!

My first time visiting Community Med McKinney was a pleasant experience. The wait time was very short and I was promptly greeting by the friendly staff. The NP was very nice and professional. I will use them again in the future.

Only selected 4 because I wished there were paper on the table they had me sit on. Feels more sanitary that way but am sure it’s cleaned regularly. Process was quick and easy. Staff friendly and kind. Helpful info and felt thorough.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful as I was working with a super stressful situation (with another business, not Community Med) with my COVID testing for travel. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because of the cost of the covid testing, which they had no control over. I would visit again!

I called for a Covid Test appointment, the staff member was very accommodating in getting me in as soon as possible. Upon arrival for my test the staff were great, friendly and efficient. They are Wonderful !!

Went for Covid-19 testing!!! Very professional & personable staff with true compassion for their patients.UPDATE: Y’all watch out! They claim they file your insurance & send you a huge bill!!! I called my insurance company & the claim wasn’t even filed!!!! I am receiving bills in the mail from ComminityMed wanting immediate payment, saying the amount due is what insurance didn’t cover!!!! I have had to contact them several times with no luck resolving this issue as of yet!

This place bills us at their will. We did a covid test and paid them the amount they asked when we visited their office. Then they billed us another big amount later and I called them and they admitted I owed them nothing. I thought it was an error and this thing was over. However I just received another bill with a different amount. I am so confused. I understand you want to earn profit as a business however you can not randomly send customer bills to try to collect money.UPDATE: someone from the business called me and clarified the last email was another error and my problem was solved. thank you

I usually dont leave reviews but this office was incredibly organized and fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes for my daughter so appointment. I was so thankful for their efficiency!

Worst place EVER. I went in on the 14th and kept calling for my results. They kept saying they would call me soon as it comes in. It came in an email sent to me and no one ever called. I had to call them and waiting on the phone for over 30mins. Every time I call they transfer me to 3 different people and then still wait for another 25-30mins to talk to someone. Luckily the results sent to my email. This is RIDICULOUS and the ppl attitudes there are terrible. NEVER EVER coming back again!!!!!!

I sit in the parking lot for two hours waiting to be seen, only for them to tell me they can’t see me because I ASKED If they took Medicaid. I Have insurance through my job and even showed her I don’t have Medicaid, but she refuses to let me be seen because I ASKED about it. I’ve been sick for three days trying to be seen only to sit out here sick in my car for two hours and now I have to wait another hour or two for another urgent care. I hope this place loses their license, because you can’t treat patients “sick patients at it” like this!

This location was great! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and everyone was fast to get me in an out. I was looking for a location to receive Covid testing and very glad they had an open appointment.

We needed a quick Covid test for travel. The staff was very accommodating and professional giving the test and results. They also answered questions and concerns regarding Covid in general.

Dishonest business practice. Billed for extras that insurance wont cover for a well check. Charge $75 for making my kid to fill out a mental health form. So i guess to have to pay for the privilege of doing that. Will NEVER use them again. They wont answer any questions about this either

Very kind medical assistant. But to the very rude PA who let me know following a negative rapid COVID test that everyone just assumes it’s COVID and that it was probably just “one of the other 100s of things we consider a cold…” I tested positive the next day.

The office and staff were great. The while process was great. The office was very clean and sterile. The testing process was very quick and you get your result very fast.

Please be aware if you are coming in for a Covid test, scheduled or walk-in, you WILL BE CHARGED your copay for a DOC VISIT. This is not a testing center but an urgent care facility, meaning your visit will be a separate charge from the test.

If I could give less than a 1, I would.Appt was at 1. Didn’t see the doctor until 3:30. The appt was useless and doctor just complained the entire time about how busy they were instead of actually doing their job. Avoid this place!!!
