Update: it’s been two weeks and still waiting for our money back. They are still refusing to pay us back even though we showed them we should have only paid $20 co pay from the claims that were processed. Absolutely horrible service!Do not go to this place. My husband went for a simple blood test to check testosterone. We have amazing insurance with only a $20 copay and no deductible and free blood tests. They charged my husband $100 dollars upfront for no reason. I then called them after he left asking for a refund because I checked with our insurance and everything was supposed to be free with only the copay. They tried saying it was the deductible and then said check the card we have no deductible at all. They still did not issue a refund and then said we have to wait since the claim was processed. I checked with the insurance and it still has not been processed and then they called my husband asking for $20 more dollars…..We will never go back there again. Horrible experience and still out $100 dollars.

Went to the McKinney South location. When I walked in, the receptionist and MA (medical assistant) were very friendly. I was there 10 minutes and they already had me in a waiting room. After the MA did her prelim work, I was there about 5 minutes before the provider came in. (Kudos to the MA! I have rolling veins and she was able to stick me only once!!) The provider was professional and cordial. Great experience! I will definitely be going back!

The doctor I was paired with was very knowledgeable and helpful in my personal situation. The nurse was very nice. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time.And, the lady at the desk was very sweet and made me feel welcome.

I went here today for a annual checkup. It was refreshing to go somewhere that was nice, explained everything, and showed General concern about you and any issues you may have. There have been so many times that I have gone to a doctor and either they act like they are doing me a favor or just dont freakin care. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Update: after the below review, their regional manager approached me and solved my billing issue. I would like to take a moment to appreciate their effort and service!I went in for annual physical exam covered 100% by my insurance but later on I got bills from Quest Diagnostics. When checked, it turned out that my provider did not use preventive codes despite knowing it was a preventive exam. Despite my repeated follow-up for several weeks, the issue was still unresolved. I keep getting reminders from Quest laboratory for payment just because Total Mens Primary care can not fix their billing mistake!

I went for an appointment. They offered no male doctors on staff. That seems a little suspect for a place thats named total mens primary care. They said I would have to go to another location to see a male doctor. I schedule and went to the other location off El Dorado. When I arrived I stayed at a rather location and told them what I needed. They said had that I would have to get a referral to do an online consultation. So I wasted about an hour and a 1/2 of my life driving between locations to find out I could have went online and never left the house. The woman behind the counter was less than sympathetic. I cannot recommend these people at all. I would have to say that youre just better off doing everything online nowadays.

5 star rating on my first and only experience so far. I needed to find a PCP and my app listed many options for me to choose from. Initially I chose them bc of distance from me, avg cost of visit and that they listed the price of every service they provided. When I arrived I was greeted and noticed how clean the space is. The physicians asst asked me probing questions and I had a laundry list of concerns. She was very nice and listened to me. When I met my Doctor (Tommy) he also asked me probing questions about how I felt and my outlook on my life. After sharing my experiences and thoughts, I really felt that he took my information and delivered it back to me with good suggestions and a caring tone. I didn’t feel rushed at all, I didn’t feel shy at explaining my concerns bc he made himself feel present and I appreciate that very much in my PCP. I hope to continue here and looking forward to a healthy lifestyle.

I went to Total Mens Primary Care in McKinney-Dallas TX , setting the appointment was easy they responded so fast, they started at 8 am sharp, place is so clean, check in was easy Brittany arrived on time she was so professional, the provider was so good and listened for everything I told him.I thank Donna for following up with me before and after the exam to be sure everything is good, she is wonderful.If you look for a good primary care I recommend Total Men’s Primary they are the best

I recently moved to Texas from out of state and was looking for a new Primary Care Physician to establish. This is NOT the place! They were incredibly hostile and misleading. Im glad I got a refund and walked out.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Got seen quickly. The doctor was friendly and down to earth. Plan to return.

I have never met a business that is so hard to get services provided.The call line sucks isn’t the actual clinic. There’s no communication between the call line to the clinic, there’s no communication from the clinic to the patient… i have made 4 wasted trips to this place. It’s a huge waste of my time. Last appointment I was running 20 min behind because of my kids, I called them and told them I was running a little behind and told them the time, they said that’s fine, and they would let them know. I drive an hour to the place, and they tell me let’s see if we can get you on the schedule next week.Total Mens Primary Care is the 3rd test clinic that I have used, and I’m telling you on a scale of 1-10 this place is garbage, and doesn’t belong on the scale. I don’t even understand how they’re in business. Must be a money laundering business.

Amazing! No lie, quick, easy, professional, and extremely helpful. Perfect for those of us that hate traditional doctor’s offices that waste your time and money.

I was considering a change from my primary care physician to this practice. I had an appointment at 830AM Saturday morning. When I arrived at 830 I was told their doctor didnt show up. I was offered another location about 15 miles away. When I got back to my car I had a message from them received at 826AM to cancel or reschedule. Would you trust your health care to people like this? Sign says they open at 8 am, but three or four employees were just arriving to open the place. My current doctor is great, just not as close as I would like but highly competent unlike these clowns.

1 year update. This place has never disappointed. They have the best staff ever. Rachel is very professional and Brittney is awesome. Don’t forget to pet the dog on your way out! Everyone is really nice and I’m happy to get my treatment here.

The empathy and care that they showed me was something I’ve not ever experienced before in a doctors office. They were patient, clear, understanding, supportive, and a list of other great things I could keep saying. The doctor spent time with me too. Which is not something that’s typical in my experiences. I asked him for help and he gave it to me without judgement; assuring me that he would continue to help. This is the first time I’ve been hopeful of my health journey in a very long time. Very quick and easy process for annual physical exam. Sat in waiting room for only 15 seconds before being brought back to room. They answered all my questions and were in and out in about 20 minutes.

Closed during the lunch hour and they charge $150 per office visit , but they were polite.

Very friendly staff and always helpful. Even as a walk-in they are quick, thorough, and efficient. I have been going here for a couple years and I feel comfortable bringing my children in with me. Very clean!

Front staff was very friendly but the doctor that attended us was very rude and asked my wife to step out of the room. I had a very uncomfortable experience and would not be returning to this place again.

Today I visited the facility in McKinney Tx.Front Desk persons friendly and helpful. The PE thoroughly asked questions. The Doctor did a good job following up and preformed an expected ck up. Ears,Nose, Throat stuff.I liked most that this facility provides T- therapy options to men it allowed me to do a yearly exam too.

I had the privilege of being cared for by Nurse Practitioner Brittany Delaney at Total Mens Care, and I cant say enough positive things about my experience. Brittanys knowledge and expertise are truly outstanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and provide comprehensive care that exceeded my expectations. Her compassionate and empathetic approach made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Brittany Delaney to anyone seeking exceptional healthcare. She deserves every bit of those 5 stars!

Personally, I hadn’t visited any doctors whatsoever for 4+ years until today. Today was my first annual physical appointment as an adult, and to say that this place did a great job is an understatement. They made me feel very comfortable and safe within their facility, they’re all really kind. Also Kelly is a very sweet employee! She definitely deserves a raise!

Total men’s in McKinney is honestly just what I needed. I have been coming here since the start of the year. I have to say the staff here really takes care of their patients and they follow up to make sure you are doing well. Alfredo is seriously one of the most compassionate and caring type of person you will ever meet (truly genuine) and that’s not something you see a lot of these days. They don’t make you wait long for TRT and they will be sure you are at your optimal range.Previously I was going to a Texas health center that was absolute garbage the PA there even made fun of myself and another man who were desperate to receive treatment. Also broke the nose of an elderly woman and did not apologize.It’s hard for guys to accept they can’t do something alone. And trying to be a man without the proper hormones is just not going to happen. If you want to go somewhere where you are treated with respect GO HERE. Brittany does a great job following up with her patients and the communication is top notch.So glad I decided to check out a place that specializes in men’s health. Take your health seriously and when selecting a place to go to at this point honestly forget general med and family practice that spectrum is too wide for my liking. Like taking your 69 mustang to a mechanic do you take it to BOBS all auto care. Or are you going to take it to Classic Ford house. Really it’s up to you.As for me, my health is serious and I’m glad the staff here takes it seriously as well.

Terrible service. Went in for a physical 2 months ago and never heard back. I was told I was going to be contacted and never was.On top of that, I had a sleep test setup but they did not warn me it was an out of network test until I saw it on my insurance claim summary. Despite the provider being in network. They did let me know when the results just came in. The receptionist offered me a CPAP without me even talking to a doctor or wanting to go into details with me before hand. Good thing I didn’t.As someone who already dislikes going to the doctor, this doesn’t make it any easier.Do yourself a favor and skip out on this place and find a doctor who cares.

Was in and out of there in no time. Appreciate the willingness to assist quickly so I can get my finger healed quickly.

Went today to get a surgery pre-screen, and they were super nice. Im a hard stick for blood and they did great job even taking blood. I will continue to use them in the future for my medical needs and would recommend them to anyone based on my experience today!

I was a new patient there today. The NP Brittany did an amazing job, she listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough. She is helping me to get all of the care I need after a recent ER visit. The Medical Assistant was a great guy as well. They both made a difference for me.

Staffs are nice and place is clean. Easy going save a lot of my time.

Just a nice modern-day facility for men! Prompt service, pleasant and knowledgeable staff….I’d recently moved to the area and was seeking a new primary care provider. Like most other doctors, I anticipated a long waiting period before I would get my first appointment but this wasn’t the case at all. They were able to be get me right in to address my immediate needs and made plans for my preexisting conditions. Overall, very pleased!!

Loved the place, at first I was taken aback a bit just because it was darker than most places, but the staff was excellent. The waiting are was lovely with the complementary coffee and bottled waters. 10x better than my last clinic.

It was my first time going to Total Men’s and I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was super friendly and I didn’t feel embarrassed to ask any questions or explain my situation. They were also very quick. At my old doctor an annual exam would take over an hour and a half. I was in and out in under an hour.

Very friendly and professional staff! Had an appointment for a rapid test done today and both my dad and I were in and out in 30 minutes. The staff here was really nice. They even had snacks and drinks in the waiting room. I would recommend getting there a little earlier just to get checked in. The wait was not long at all and my dad and I were seen at the same time. The test itself was not as invasive as the others, the swab was smaller than the others I’ve taken a couple months back. Only a slight discomfort for a couple seconds. Overall I had a awesome experience and would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Id been putting off scheduling an appointment for a long time but finally committed and found this place after a quick search. Scheduling was super simple, easy and fast to do online. Upon my visit I was greeted by the front staff and check in was fast and simple as well and wait was under 5 minutes to be seen. Overall the appointment was went smooth and everyone on staff was friendly. Im glad to have made the decision to get my health checked out. Id for sure recommended this place and encourage anyone putting it off to schedule!

I’ve had low testosterone for a while and it’s been a struggle to find the right doctor that actually has knowledge and knows what they’re talking about. Went here and got all my problems solved, shout-out to Dr. Ethan! He was extremely easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns as well as gave me feedback and his thoughts right back. Left this clinic with a smile on my face!

Although I’m not a man, my daughter told me about how convenient this office was in providing COVID testing. Wow-she was right! Jumped on line and made an appointment (for 20 minutes later!) and ran up to be tested.The office is really comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and received my results (by text) quickly after I left.I highly recommend this location. Can’t wait to tell my husband to check it out! :)

I just moved to Texas and I was able to find Total Men Primary Care. It has been a great experience until recently. There is a receptionist or nurse aide that answer the phone name Brenda who is extremely rude. Every time I have called and interacted with her; she has always been negative and very condescending. I understand its a doctors office but there still should be a level of customer service that is provided to the patient. This is my second complaint about this same individual and doesnt seem like it matters. I am honestly contemplating finding another provider just to avoid being treated like Im a bother whenever I call to make an appointment or ask to speak to the doctor.

Very fast from check in to seeing the doc. Everyone was very friendly. Joy, the doc was very thorough in the physical exam. The gentleman that drew my blood & did my EKG was fun & friendly. I would highly recommend this office. The Admin at the front desk was very nice and thorough. Great staff all around.

Today I had my first appointment with this place for my health checkup. If I had to say myself, the staff was the most friendliest people that I have ever encountered in any medical facility. They were very knowledgeable about the health aspect and also listened to everything I needed to talk to them about. They make suggestions on not only your health but also if you need to further into your testing. I would and will highly recommend this place for any guys looking for a good and comfortable atmosphere to give them a try.

It was my first time here. Everything went well. Doctor knew exactly what I needed. Came here because my previous doctor wants to do virtual visits. I have Gout and sometimes have to do blood work. Can’t do that virtually. This will me my new doctor of choice.

The form was simple and kept your place in the que while filling out the required information. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and the waited less than 10 minutes. Had a great experience today while getting my COVID test. Awesome waiting area with food and drinks available. Quick service and set solid expectations for my visit.Got off the phone after setting my appointment and the person on the phone even called me back to make sure I wasn’t ambushed by the $20 new patient fee. I visited Total Men’s Primary Care in McKinney to receive an anti-body test. For a practice that focuses on men’s health, my experience was wonderful. The facility is clean and organize. The waiting area and appointment process allows for a comfortable and safe experience.The staff Amy, Anna, Victoria and Brittany were polite, welcoming and informative. I had trouble completing my appointment online so they assisted me when arrived the day of. They even helped me get my appointment scheduled over text message. I was informed of policy and pricing changes that happened very quickly, and gave me every opportunity to decline services. Victoria did a wonderful job making sure I knew what to expect throughout my test. Her positivity and gentle approach made the experience much more enjoyable.

Had to switch my P.C.P. recently due to a change of insurance. I had one of the best Dr. visits and would highly recommend Brittany and her staff to anyone needing a change in Drs.I had to do bloodwork and an EKG and it all took less than an hour from arrival to departure. They addressed all my needs and were the most friendly professionals I have ever dealt with in the medical field.If youre looking for a change in PCPs, Brittany is highly recommended and if I could rate over 5 stars I would. Alfredo Sanchez and Alex Timmermans were awesome to work with as well.

A great experience on this visit. Was in and out with no hassle. I have been going here since Jan of 2019 or maybe we’ll before that.Checked in and waited less than 10 minutes to see the practitioner.The place is chill and pretty relaxing. The staff was very friendly and professional!Was able to get my follow ups/refills done as well as my referrals.Didn’t feel rushed and was relaxed during the whole appointment.I would recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Made an appt online for 4pm via their website, which said there was an appt available, but showed up and they seemed baffled because they had no provider on site. After wasting wayyy too much time answering sensitive HIPAA questions in public with no privacy to an untrained receptionist, I was told they could even see me for a telehealth appt. A VERY frustrating experience and a total waste of time!

Great First impression , I never felt the needle stick and the guy was very personable, Dr Britt was peasant and caring, the whole office had a warm feel to it. Quite pleased with my pcp selection.

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Appointment started on time and filling out details was fast. My young son was scared of getting the covid rapid test, but everyone was very encouraging and helped him through it. Results were fast and we both enjoyed snacking in the waiting room.

Fellas, if youre like me, going to the doctor is at the bottom of the list. Yesterday I was struggling with some symptoms and stopped in at Total Mens and I do not regret it. I was greeted with their professional staff who seamlessly accommodated my walk-in visit. The hassle free registration process was a huge plus and I even enjoyed their complimentary snacks while awaiting my exam. The PA who took my vitals was friendly and put me at ease. And the physician was knowledgeable and encouraged conversation, so I felt free to discuss all aspects of care. I felt so good about the visit, I (finally) scheduled a long-awaited physical. Thats saying a lot from this guy! Definitely check this place out.

Wasn’t quite as advertised. Wasn’t able to just walk in, but got an appointment later in the day. Great experience, took care of what I needed. NP Brittney was very thorough and talked with me about my health. Having a yellow lab as a greeter is a big plus.

Services haven’t been as great since the new rotation/staff spring to summer 2022. I go to them because of rapid 15-min testing. My labs & test results are due to my employer within 24hrs and they are unable to provide them. There is no one on call or standby at the facility to resolve the issue, and the assistant who took my call could only apologize & provide 0 resolution. There staff has not sent my results in the timely manner twice in a 3wk period. This is unfair to the patient & irresponsible as a practice.

While everyone at this location is great, the billing and handling of insurance is not.They are still trying to bill me for service that I was told in-person is covered by insurance. My insurance said its covered but no claim was ever made -- and trying to contact them doesnt seem to help . Its typical corporate-run labyrinth where one department has no idea what other departments are doing and youll get bills with late notices all the same.Ill probably end up paying just to avoid the hassle, but then I wont return because this kind of bureaucratic incompetence is really not worth the trouble.

I had asked about vaccination for Hep A and Typhoid which can be transmitted by food handlers when traveling. The person at the facility suggested getting all my food well done. A complete lack of understanding that these are transmitted by the PEOPLE handling the food, not the food itself. Really inexcusable lack of basic knowledge.

Im usually nervous when going to the Doctor/Dentist office, but your staff was welcoming and put me at ease! I felt very comfortable and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the whole visit. I highly recommend the Eldorado location in Mckinney for your primary health check ups.

First visit to a medical provider in a long time. Have really always been confused by how to navigate getting care. I am a lot less anxious about that now that I have had my appointment with Brittany Delaney FNP-C. She was kind, listened and explained thing very well. I look forward to using this clinic in the future.

Been very pleased with Dr. Britany and staff. They always are nice and welcoming. I can get an appointment within a couple hours. The facility is very clean and new with lots of free snacks. Theres even a friendly service dog who keeps everyone in line.

I was needing a rapid COVID test done due to upcoming business travel and was not able to get that through my usual provider. I walked into the Total Men Primary care in McKinney without an appointment and was able to get a test done immediately. They were pretty busy but I was in and out within 90 minutes. The lady at the front desk was nice, friendly and polite, and their registration process was easy and streamlined. They have a small waiting room with snacks and refreshments. The technician that performed the test was also nice and friendly. The only negative was another patient in the small waiting room with his mask under his chin. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

This was a compelling experience for my husband.  The staff is friendly and very detail-oriented, to the point that I inquired if they see women. Victoria and Britt are amazing!  The receptionist was courteous and offered helpful money-saving advice!  My husband was so delighted with the visit; he called me to get the information about the facility because he shared his experience with his coworkers.Healthcare is a team effort, and this staff has mastered the art of collaborating, listening, and making their patients feel at ease!!!!

I needed a rapid covid test and everywhere around me was booked for days. Total Men’s Care has available appointments! They were so easy to work with and my appointment was great! They were kind and I was in and out in no time. Their building was super nice and clean. I will def go back here when I have medical needs.

Typical online check in and online paperwork. Once inside, checked in and to the waiting room. Less than 5 minutes in, and then to the exam room. Looked at immediately by assistant, then doctor immediately thereafter. Lab work done and out the door. All questions answered and helped in a timely fashion. I also complimented the nurse assistant on her polite bedside manner….a big reason I don’t like visiting doctors is how so many look down on us. I didn’t get this here. I’ll be back should I need minor medical assistance.

Total mens is a scam, theres never a doctor only some a person wearing a white doctor outfit and the stethoscope playing like playing doctor whenyou were a childs when you go in everything looks all sophisticated, but dont be fooled They scheduled you appointments they draw blood never give you any results no follow-ups I can go on do not go there to this establishment it is a ripoff and a scam. Youve been warned!!!!!

Very easy in and out place. I scheduled my appointment that morning and was seen within an hour. Typically, doctors make you wait in the lobby well after your appointment time. I was seen right on time. The staff was very friendly. The location was easy to find. The cleanliness was taken seriously, and it shows. Will be back!

Found this place through Google search for COVID test. Excellent service! Pleased with the service and the way they have their system set up, from the appointment scheduling, to checking in and convenience of testing from your car, it was all a great set up. Very organized. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I needed Covid testing and Total Men’s Primary Care was a perfect choice! It was easy to register online and when we arrived we were tested within 10 minutes of our appointment time. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful! We had results in less than an hour!

Great place to get checked out when youre not feeling well or just to get your annual. Staff was great; took the time to get a full history. They explained in easy to understand terms anytime I had a question. Snacks in the waiting area were well stocked and the whole process was easy as can be.

Had to get a Covid test and was able to call and schedule same day! They accepted my insurance and in a little under an hour I left with my results. Everyone was very nice and facility was clean. I will definitely consider returning for any further needs. Thank you.

The staff was outstanding. My appointment started on time. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and answered all my questions. And the lab technician was so good at drawing blood. Im a whimp when it comes to that and they were very accommodating and understanding. Im definitely going back for future exams.

The online booking of appointments is very easy and fast. You can also complete your check-in information and upload your insurance card before your appointment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I waited maybe 3-4 minutes before being escorted to the exam room. I would not hesitate to go to Total Mens again!

Shortly after the visit I thought was great I received a bill for $99. I was from a said “TeleMedicine” virtual visit. For starters, the doc said I had to do this in order for me to get my prescription. Never did they advise there would be a charge to do what was suppose to be like a face time call. I signed on through the link they provided about 5 minutes early. Waited for about 15 minutes and the doc never showed up. Then to come and find they were billing me $99 for this missed service. I reached out to the billing department (handled overseas) who advised it would be taken care of with no problem. Roughly about a year later I start receiving text messages stating I have a pending payment for the same $99. I made many attempts to reach billing, leaving voicemails but no calls back. I called the doc’s office to question this who advised they were short staffed and would follow up within a week with resolution. No follow up made. I’ve called over 10 times now over the course of 2 months with no resolution. They connected me via email to someone higher above whose name I won’t mention stating he would resolve this for me. Never received an email back. A week later I followed up via email stating my dislikes to their lack of professionalism. I received a call back from this said higher up person to come and find out he oversees clinic in south Texas. Nonetheless, he promised he would follow up by end of day with a resolution- he didn’t bother following up. I finally receive a call from billing about a week after that calling back from a previous voicemail I left about a month prior. I found myself back at square one explaining the situation. Billing stated they would look into this and would follow up shortly with a resolution. Well, I’m still waiting here, and no follow up over a week later. A complete lack of professionalism and waste of my time still trying to lift this $99 (1 year and 2 months later) charge for something the doctor didn’t even show up for. It now just feel as if I’m getting scammed by this office judging by their lack of concerns.For your own sake, take your time to review your bill and good luck if you find yourself in my shoes!!

Made an appointment at the McKinney South location. Easy to schedule online and got me in quickly. Check in was a breeze and they saw me promptly and were very thorough. Doctor (Britt) was very knowledgeable, caring and diagnosed me in no time. I will definitely be going back there for my medical care.

I went in because I have a cold however, I’m having a baby in 2 weeks and I needed to know if my cold symptoms were COVID-19 related. In my appointment notes I put down that I was pregnant and as soon as I walked in, they put me in a room away from everyone else that comes in. I absolutely loved it! Also, my appointment was at 9:10 but they took care of me right away! I was out the door at 8:45!! They care about you and your health! I’m so glad they are in walking distance from me and that they are so caring! Love and recommend the McKinney office to everyone! ❤️❤️

I went online and set an appointment, they were able to get me in almost immediately. The facility is great and the staff is very nice. My appointment was with Brittany, she was fantastic. She listened to my symptoms and problems, then addressed the plan to make me feel better. Ill be going back next time I need a doctor.

Not a great experience at this location. I normally go to the location in Prosper but the location on El Dorado is closer to my home. I made an appointment late last week which was confrimed.When I arrived, I was told the Provider would not do it even though other locations do. Provider only does 1 injection per week (other locations do 2 or more). Today, 10/17, I made another appointment for 3:30 which was confirmed. At 4:00 pm, I was still waiting and finally left. They did tell me they were waiting for a room @ about 3:45. I dont mind waiting but 30 minutes is not reasonable. Lastly, this clinic has a service animal always present. I dont have any objection to service animals but this one roams all over the clinc and usually surprises you at the door as you arrive.

Not being a man, I was slightly daunted, which proved to be unnecessary.Our visit was an incredibly pleasant experience if you take away the fact that someone stuck a Q-tip up my snozzle.The facility was professional and clean, and the staff were delightful.If you need a quick, rapid Covid test done, where you receive your results in an uncomplicated format, you seriously ought to make yourself an appointment.They do have walk-in appointments available just not today.

I had to find a new primary care provider because I recently moved and Im very happy that I picked this clinic. Ive been here a few times now and every visit has been great. The staff is very helpful and I have not had any issues with scheduling appointments. The employees that I have interacted with are Amy, Victoria, Anna, and Brittany and they are all very friendly and courteous. Much better experience here than with my last primary care provider.

Went for Covid testing for me and my 2 boys. It was a pretty good experience. The girls working the front desk seemed preoccupied. They were not rude by any means, just focused on something else. The girls that did the testing were very nice. I’ve been tested before, and realized that not everyone does the testing the same. Even though I have had the test before, a detailed explanation of the process would have helped. I had a really nice conversation with one of the girls that did the testing. The test results came back quickly, like promised. The facility is nice and clean. I can’t speak to any other services offered by the clinic, but I would recommend this clinic to others for Covid testing.

Great staff. I needed to get a rapid Covid test done. The ladies were so helpful, kind and quick. They had me out of the office and with my results in 30 minutes. I love how they are opening their office to the community not just for mens health but for people to have more access to covid testing! KUDOS!!

Britt is a great Nurse practitioner! Good patient care and relevant info by all front and medical staff too. Her use of all of my lab data resulted in a totally different outcome than I was expecting but should result in much more effective outcomes with a lower side effect risk profile! Happy with her diagnostic skills and recommendations to do what is medically necessary (and most appropriate) to improve my lab results!✨👍🏽✨

I went in for an annual physical recently. Everyone was super friendly and professional. It really felt as if they rolled out the red carpet for me. The service was excellent and the staff took excellent care of me. I honestly look forward to going back again… and you don’t often say that about doctor offices.

I had a covid-19 test done at Mckinney location. Fast scheduling online. The receptionist was great. I had to wait less than 10 minutes for my turn. The nurse was very friendly and efficient. I was in the room less than 5 minutes. My test results were texted to me with 20 minutes. Overall, it was a very good experience. I will definitely use this location again.

We have had several exposures to Covid-19 and Total Men’s Primary Care has always been so great to get ya seen same day either by appointment or if non available to squeeze us in for a walk in appt. I’ve never spent longer than 5 minutes door you door for appointment times, they get you in and out and will text you your results so you can get home and get on with your day. It’s terrible times when we need these services but I’m so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness! We will be back for primary care services!

I noticed the Mckinney office the other day and thought that since I needed an annual physical anyway I would call and see when u could get an appointment. I got one that week! I did not expect that. My appointment time was spot on. No waiting forever in the lobby. Very thorough physical and review of results a week later with the same efficiency. Great place for those on a busy schedule. I noticed a lot of folks going in for Covid testing too!

Fast and efficient covid test, in and out in less than 5 min. Got test results before I got home. Staff was friendly, doc was great! They didn’t shove the test in the back of my brain like some places, so that was nice.

Went in to get a COVID test because I wasn’t feeling well. Registration is quick and easy-I did it on my phone right there. Both the antigen and antibody tests were done and I had my results in less than 15 minutes!The staff were very courteous and explained everything clearly.

My experience her was Fantastic! All closing employees were delightful. I did feel a little ignored for a moment in the beginning as I want greeted at the door, but thats a bias based on operations at my place of business. Everybody made the experience as quick, painless, and enjoyable as possible. The red head was particularly fun (sorry, I didnt catch her name.)

I needed a Covid test, and all of the pharmacies I contacted were completely booked for another week. I saw on FB that someone had gotten a quick appt there, so I looked into it. I was able to get an appt in two days, the test took just a few minutes and the staff was very courteous and professional. The only suggestion I’d have would be to have everyone fill out the registration online and then have them call when they arrive; instead, I filled out the registration but went inside to check in- then they told me to drive around to the door in the back of the building. (Seems like it would be safer for everyone to just call and pull around the back.) I will tell everyone I know to go, though!

Was able to get An appointment within 30 minutes arrived early front staff was professional and friendly filled out the paperwork for a new patient went into the waiting area was advised I can have a snack and drink that they had available. Within 10 minutes of my appointment time was called back for my test the employee that did the testing was really nice professional I would definitely recommend this place for any services.

The staff is courteous and efficient. They checked to see if they were in my insurance network first. Easy online appointments. Did not have to wait in the doctors room for long period of time like you normally have to. I was in and out under 20 minutes. They are my new healthcare provider. Today was my first appointment and the entire experience was great. I’m new to the area and needed a new doctor. I was seen right away per my appointment time. Also I didn’t have to fill out a lot of paperwork. Instead my medical history was gathered in person by the NP who took her time to listen and answer questions. Will definitely make this my new medical team.

I went to Total Mens primary care for both covid antigen/antibody testing and had a great experience from start to end. Staff was organized and super friendly. Would definitely recommend! The wait was not dreadful, I was in and out.

I went to the McKinney location to establish care as a new patient. The clinic staff was very friendly and accommodating and the new patient registration process was quick and paperless. My practitioner was very kind and spent a lot of time going over my background and I didn’t feel rushed at all, even though it was towards the end of the day. There was a nice snack bar with all kinds of snacks and beverages with good “guy shows” on the TV. Total Men’s is one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in years.

Not your typical office visit, great staff and I didnt have to wait in a crowded waiting room ( 1 min. Wait ). The waiting room was more like a lounge that had snacks and beverages. My physical exam was quick and very thorough. All of my needs and questions was answered. Thank you Total Mens Primary Care.

Excellent care, in my case I speak little English and they helped me through an assistant who managed to translate for me. I would really go again for my annual check-up, I recommend it 100%.

Second time getting covid tested at a Total mens, and again a great experience. Once I checked in, I pulled around back, they came out and swabbed me, and I got the results in an hour. Great service with friendly people.

I made an appointment for 30 minutes from the time I set it up online with minimal effort. When I arrived they had a QR code for their new patient form (not printed paper like it’s 1990.) I filled it out on my phone in a few minutes, and they took me into the exam room almost immediately after I was done. The test took 2 minutes and I was out. They text me the results in around 30 minutes. Couldn’t have been any easier or more efficient.

I needed a rapid covid test and am SO GLAD someone recommended Primary Mens. I would have never thought to come here. My nurse was great and I waited about 30 minutes or so for my results. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you need testing done.

I had made an appointment to get tested for COVID-19 when a co-worker was tested positive. The CEO and COO made it a requirement to get a test before returning to the office. At the work place we were sent links for suggested places for COVID-19 testing. I registered at Total Mens Primary Care at a location close to me. It was a fast and easy process to get registered, plus the appointment was very nice, and was handled by a very professional staff with a short wait. The test results was sent to me very fast like I was told. Fortunately the results were good which was also a big relief after being a little worried.. Thank you so much.

Great place. Stuff is very welcoming. Check in process is very fast and straightforward. You can fill out the new patient forms on special PC , which is awesome since in most places you need to fill paper forms with ink. Overall I’m happy that I’ve chosen this particular place for my needs .

I had an appointment where I had some blood work done, have yet to receive any call text or email from them. I had no insurance and I feel I was rushed out and not listened too. I also went to get a prescription from the pharmacy and they had put my date of birth wrong so I ended up having to wait an additional week to get the medication. It was 300 for no insurance and I feel they just took my money and ran. Im so upset and wish I had my money back so I could go somewhere else that actually cares about me

Completely incredibly experience. I went in for a Covid Test - literally took 3 min, and had my results texted to my phone within 20 minutes. While i was there they gave me a free testosterone test and will have the results in a couple of days.

Quick and easy! I needed a Covid rapid test, and CVSs were booked days out. My fiancé said he had gotten in quickly here before and to try it. I was a little uncertain if they would let women book an appointment, but it was no problem online, and there were two men and me and another woman in the waiting room, and no one said anything about it, so I guess it’s cool! Staff was kind and wait time was minimal. I made my appointment the night before and there was a lot of availability. And they had a location two miles from my house! Win win. And no Covid! ☺️

This covid has turned normal life totally upside-down.I came here for a covid test which, my indurance covers completely and, they charged me 20.00 new patient fee. Seemed very opportunistic to me.They did not offer a receipt, I had to ask for it.The staff was nice but, I feel like they are taking advantage of the situation. Also, it took over 40 minutes to get my results. Should have been under 20. And, no they werent overwhelmed with people when I was there. No walk-in you had to have an appointment.

Excellent service. I messed up the time, and arrived 15 min late.they were still happy to help me with all the documents, and I saw the doctor within 15 mins. It was impressive.

This is my second visit to Total Mens Primary Care. The staff has been amazing both times. I went in this time for a covid test after being exposed in my occupation. I was made to feel comfortable, and had the results back within 20 minutes. Id recommend this place for any of your primary or mens health care needs.

The owners should really consider changing the name of this clinic!! It is not for men only, & more like a spa than a clinic!!Ive gone twice. (I should have written this the 1st of February, but life got in the way.)1st - The provider (Brittany) and support staff are AMAZING!! They even have a beautiful clinic dog (Kelly) that greeted me at the door with a friendly tail wag!! The staff is knowledgeable, spend time with the patient, & Ive never asked a stupid question.2nd - There is an amazing waiting room completely stocked with protein bars, soft drinks, coffee, etc. All for the patients, at no additional cost.3rd- On Jan 31st, I got a LipoB shot. The PA was amazing. I truly didnt even feel the hip injection. (I have absolutely no energy, I want to sleep alot (in the middle of trying get a diagnosis) just completely lethargic.) The LipoB shot was amazing for energy!! The effects lasted a little bit over 2 weeks!! I really need to make time & set a regular schedule for this!!4th - I bit the bullet & got botox. I was beginning to develop what is termed angry 11s. I was really hesitant, weve all seen the horror pics of celebrities who have had bad jobs. The price was extremely reasonable, & Brittany was amazing. I (truly) barely felt the injection! The results are amazing!!I absolutely love the staff at this clinic (including Kelly!!) & cant wait to get my follow up LipoB & the rest of my Botox!Highly recommend!!

Hello everyone, I went in for my first ever covid-19 test and I had a pleasant experience. I was really nervous after seeing a video of the nasal test but my Physician quickly put me at ease and made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you ladies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A handful of visits to this location and felt like I found a good place. Was diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease in 2013. Brittany was great in the beginning and was willing to work with me on a few health issues. Always nervous when the practice has only Nurse Practitioners and MAs on site and one doctor is the provider over multiple locations, but such as it is these days, it will have to do.Flash forward to late summer and my script for my meds was denied. Post COVID times, struggling to find time to get in and see why. Got busy but finally get a Saturday appointment. Another Nurse was covering the practice from the McKinney North location.First she lied and said they never had a blood test drawn there, so I would need to wait to get that done. Was uoset when I didnt fast already, but no one directed me to do that. Fasting is not needed for the Thyroid test, but helps with other items that the thyroid affects. Ok, can do that another time, but need meds as stress is up. When I found out she lied about the blood test and indeed I had earlier in the year, she then told me I had to have another. Being a patient that wants to be informed, I asked why and she said, You dont need to know why?What?!?!She then back tracked and admittedly I raised my voice. Eventually I left and called the area manager Alex. He apologized and made all kinds of promises on how fast I would get my meds (that Tuesday or Wednesday). Here it is 13 days later and I still have no script and Alex has not returned my calls.My feeling is this is a simple cash cow and the patient involvement is simply to get the money, not help them medically. Use at your own risk.

Went in to get a quick covid test and experience was great! Quick and easy to check in. Front desk receptionist was friendly and medical assistant was amazing! Waiting room and office were very clean and they even provide snacks while you wait.

They do have a good physician working but make sure you know if your insurance will cover the visit. I was told mine would and after I left a received a bill that was far more than what I expected. I was told my insurance only covered a portion of the visit. So make sure you know what it will cover. Second thing is although I understood the concern of the physician I don’t see how someone could be when they received absolutely nothing other than being told you have high blood pressure and we can’t treat you. Also I’ve been checked following the visit and I do not have high blood pressure. So be careful.

Love the staff here! Been coming for almost a year now and the nurses are great as well as the provider Brittany. Everyone is very professional, caring and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Went there for a rapid COVID 19 Test. Registration was on my iPhone the night before. Showed up took the test and had my result in less than 30 minutes. Great experience! Recommended.

Great experience!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was next to nothing, and they didn’t leave you sitting in your room for an extended period of time. This will be my “go to” office for any of my medical needs.

The staff is prompt and very courteous, I was seen almost immediately upon arriving. The facility is clean and easy to find. The online check-in streamlines the entire process, everything was just so easy. They provide several different services so I will definitely be returning.

I went to Total Men’s Primary Care for a Covid test, check in was quick, the nurse saw me within 3 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. I got mr results back in 30 minutes. And, the snacks are awesome! I’ll go back just for the snacks!

Total mens is a really nice clinic and the staff is great. Nicole Ro has been especially awesome!Every time I need help she has gone out of her way to make sure that I am taken care. It’s a testament to her character and a privilege to her patient’s.TY Nicole!!

I made an appointment for Covid-19 testing online on Sunday evening and got an 8:30am appointment on Monday. I walked in, got tested really quickly, and got my results in 15 minutes. They are quick, easy and very friendly. And they take men, woman and kids for Covid-19 testing.

I needed a place to get covid tested. I had always assumed it was a doctors office for just men. I had read from other moms that they welcome ladies too. I was able to get a last minute covid test appointment for the same day. I stayed in my car to fill out the online paperwork. It wasn’t much. When they called, I drove around back and stayed in my car for my covid test. I went home and within 30 minutes they texted me my results. I would go back.

I went here for a Covid test, made my appointment online filled out the paperwork ahead of time and they took my test within 5 minutes. They sent me results within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!!

Outstanding experience. Was seen by MA Anna, and examined by NP-FP Brittany. Anna was great and a cinch to communicate with. Brittany was a pro and very thorough. Explained things where anyone would understand what she was thinking. Never talked over my head. Very kind and thoughtful. I’m sick and feel like garbage. Everyone at this clinic is helpful and kind. Already feel better after leaving.

First of all the clinic should be open if they dont have adequate staff. The people working were literally running in the halls from room to room. I was told I could sit in a waiting room that was not equipped for social distancing and was full of people- and also snacks, encouraging people to take their masks off and eat while sitting next to each other.I was charged 20$ because I was a new patient but I did not see a provider nor did I have any measurements or information taken from me. This seems fraudulent.When I got called to the room, the receptionist came in to swab me for my Covid test. She did not confirm my name or DOB nor did she have any way to label my specimen. Years of work in a clinic and a lab make me very aware that this is not ok. In the meantime someone else came into my room because she didnt know the receptionist was taking care of me and the receptionist told her I was asking for my specimen to be labeled. She basically told me off and was super rude and stormed out of the room. The receptionist labeled my swab with my initials and that was that.I was told I would receive a call in 15 min and I obviously did not. I called the office after 30 minutes and asked about my results. The receptionist didnt ask my name or DOB , again, and told me my results were negative. When I asked how she even know who was calling she told me it came up on the caller ID. Clearly this is in violation of HIPPA.I don’t trust my results form this clinic and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The first office in Alliance the medical assistant who examined me had no idea about my medical condition which gave me no confidence in him. I was then referred to the North Richland Hills office which started out ok until the prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy kept getting passed around. I recommend seeing an actual doctor not medical assistant that has to go through a doctor which all the branches of total mens primary has to go through.
