This place is ridiculous. Staff is slow, rude, talk amongst each other like no one else is around, why make appointments if you sit 20 -30 minutes past your appointment time?! I am taking my family out of the clinic.

After almost a decade of knowing I need a psychiatrist, I took my GPs referral to their psych and scheduled a visit once we ruled out a thyroid condition that runs in the family. They ran through a checklist, didnt ask a single personal or backstory question, and then said well you havent lost your job yet so it cant be too serious, try listening to binaural beats at work.General care has been as much as a poor person can hope for, but that wont help if I end up shutting down to the point where I cant feed myself.

I had an appointment here once to meet online with someone who could prescribe me a medication and they were late to call me into the room. There was no one working that day who had the password for the computer that was needed for the appointment. This was close to the time the clinic closed for the day so I was unable to get a prescription. Luckily I was not charged for the appointment. This doctor was a very busy person and was too booked for me to reschedule.

My wife requested a check-up two children for camp. When asked the cost of the check-ups at the appointment, the clerk said, she did not know. Auto mechanics provide estimates, Doctors do not. Since Minute clinics have summer specials for $35 each for check-ups, we expected a reasonable but far smaller bill. Our bill was $427!Both children are and were healthy before and after the appointment. This was just a camp physical. Maybe it is their sliding fee system, that discounts people without insurance. Our insurance reported this clinic is out of network and paid nothing. If you report having insurance, maybe the charges are higher to pay their bills on those with insurance. I dont know, but I am quite upset about a $400 bill for a camp physical, sign off.Im going to consider this a donation to help other people who dont have insurance - but we wont go there again.

Since when did coughing become abnormal?Came here with my 59 yrs old mom with my lil son whos 9 months old in my arm and had the most embarrassing welcome ever by the clinic staffs. The worst of all was the inept so-called manager. They emphatically said that when youre found coughing you will be sent home no matter what the level of cough is. I asked, dont we humans have lungs? Oops they are not that professional to know that either.Hilarious clinic ever!

To really get to know central avenue clinic as they really are you have to go there more than once. I have been there multiple times and the first impression seems like they have an attitude, but they dont. They have a lets-get-down-to-business attitude. Which, to me, means theyre doing their jobs. They made an effort to get to know me and my family. They dont chastise me for not following directions, they know me by name, and they assure me, even tho it may be a waste of their time, that nothing is wrong and they check me and my daughter just for peace of mind. So I enjoy this clinic. Not because its cheap but because I truly believe they care

Found it very difficult to work with their billing department, and they dont follow up with what they say they will. After working with my insurance company discover my invoice was nearly 3x higher than what it should have been due to clinic billing errors (not insurance)

It sounds like the only trouble you may have at this clinic is if you probably have insurance and it sounds like it wouldn’t be government Sherance it sounds like it would be employment insurance that would be bad the bill would be more or something I hear however a lot of people suffer from not having insurance and yet could have a really good job well here’s the thing this clinic It sounds like the only trouble you may have at this clinic is if you probably have insurance and it sounds like it wouldn’t be government Sherance it sounds like it would be employment insurance that would be bad the bill would be more or something I hear however a lot of people suffer from not having insurance and yet could have a really good job well here’s the thing this clinic has a sliding scale fee which means you pay a percent of how much you make per visit and if you are somebody that does not get sick too much or has a need to see the doctor a lot this is actually perfect if you have a child that’s fairly well Doesn’t have to do a lot of care this is perfect for yearly exams and random ear infections etc. this is a great clinic branch Sheridan Central or Fremont for people that need the special type of help with costs Every clinic to me could do something better or worse when it comes to care for a patient is not the clinic is more so what doctor you see you have options to choose who you feel is best for you many blessings to all reading

What bad customer service, for them to ask me what is happening if they dont want to know and have no intention of helping. I was responding to the man who answered and he hung up on me, even though I called several times and they no longer answer. And its not the first time.
