Gerten Urogynecology

I saw the PA - Jenna Stilwell. While the wait to get into this clinic is a tad long, it’s WORTH IT! Jenna was the most kind, thorough, informative, calming presence of a human being. Go see here and have your mind blown in the best way. I only wish I could have found her sooner!! All the praise.

When I called I was told in no uncertain terms Dr Gerten only accepts online forms. So I get the forms online and the first thing it says is if you have trouble just come 25 minutes early to fill out a paper application. So that was a lie and a contradiction right there. After filling it out there was no send or submit button just log out.I am disgusted they would be so adamant about getting my e-mail , but no way you can e-mail them! If you try to hit reply and send them something it doesnt go thru. What else would you expect. ? NEVER AGAIN!

Met with Dr. Garten for an initial visit prior to surgery. I have never visited with a doctor who was so thorough. She explained everything in great detail. Wrote down information and instructions and explained as she went. Took time to answer questions and reassure. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Gerten is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Her team is exceptional. From the first appointment all through surgery and aftercare I felt supported and “in the know”. Highly recommend this team

I came many miles see the NP and when i got to the office, i was told that the NP was not in today. So i was not seen. Also the entire time, the receptionist didnt look me in the eye while talking to me and other personnel were gossiping. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Ill never return.
