The entire team at Kindbody Minneapolis were AMAZING!Dr. Balmir is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, and intelligent.We were treated with the utmost respect, KINDNESS, and didnt feel like just a number. Everyone weve encountered is friendly, knowledgeable, and great communicators.This incredible team helped answer my wife and Is dream of becoming parents after many years. We are so thankful and are forever grateful.

I highly recommend Kindbody, Dr Balmir, and her team!! It was worth every penny and every second we spent there. My Wife and I tried for years to conceive and finally decided to make the give IVF a chance. Everyone at Kindbody was so amazing to work with, everyone was so responsive, and knowledgeable. My wife and I just gave birth to our perfect baby boy last night and couldn’t be happier. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

The one on one consultation was very informative. After getting to know me and details about my lifestyle the nutritionist was able to make recommendations and a food plan guide customized for me. She was very personable and knowledgeable.

I have nothing but glowing things to say about Kindbody and Dr. Balmir in particular. Kindbody was my second fertility clinic. I left the first clinic because after a failed transfer and a chemical pregnancy, my questions and concerns were dismissed and there was no plan, or even opportunity, for discussion. I was a number, not a person. Speaking to a different nurse every time I called or went in – they didn’t know who I was or care to remember the details of my situation. I mention all of this to say Kindbody was the EXACT opposite in every way. Dr. Balmir is intelligent, kind, compassionate, supportive. What I appreciated most was that she LISTENED to me. She treated me like an individual. We shared in the decision making. It took me 2 years to get and stay pregnant – so there was a lot of discussion, pivoting, testing (and crying) and I always felt like she was 1,000% in my corner – wanting this for me as much as I did. Because I had difficulty getting and staying pregnant, she was going above and beyond for me to research protocols and talk to colleagues. The rest of the team was also incredibly warm and dedicated. I really believe Kindbody is THE place for personalized care. In such a delicate place in life to be struggling with fertility and needing to foster a real relationship with your care team – there is no other place I’d consider.

All of the staff at Kindbody MPLS have been so friendly and welcoming during our IVF process. Dr. Balmir is such a kind person. They do all of their procedures in-house which has been a breeze. I cannot imagine a better experience anywhere else!

My experience at Kindbody was truly amazing. The entire staff was amazing from the virtual consultations to the in person appointments. I felt seen, heard and supported. The location itself is aesthetically pleasing, convenient and it was a clean environment. Shoutout to my sonographer and the nurses they definitely stood out in my frequent visits. Dr. Balmir and her team led with excellence and that is truly felt. Thank you SO much for making my new experience informative and seamless.

I had a great experience with Kindbody, Minneapolis. I was able to have a successful pregnancy with the IVF procedure. They were very helpful and the communication was excellent.

My wife and I have wasted 8 plus months with KindBody EOS looking for embryo adoption. Without going into all the details I just want any family who is struggling with infertility to look elsewhere and save your time. Everyone is very nice on the phone, if you can get them on the phone. Weeks and months went by without a response from anyone in the company. The lack on communication has pushed us to look else where even while we were in the middle of a match.Please save yourself the heartache and time!

Dr Balmir and her team are absolutely fantastic! They truly care about their patients. I felt that every time I was in the office or even when I sent an email to the team. They answered any question I had and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. This team made a very emotional and sometimes difficult process as easy and comfortable as it possibly be. I truly appreciate this Minneapolis team and facility.

Highly recommend Kindbody and Dr. Balmir for anyone looking for IVF. They were very professional and empathetic as we worked through my fertility issues. It did take some trial and error in order to have a successful embryo transfer (as it would for anyone), but Im happy to report that the result was a healthy baby girl, born at the end of Feb!

I cannot brag Dr. Balmir up enough! From the very first visit to our last was nothing but an amazing experience. Youre not just another number walking through that door, Dr. Balmir truly takes her time with each patient and comes up with an individualized plan for you. Her patience and compassion she has made everything stress free and just all around a great experience. After our first round of ivf we were successful and now have a beautiful healthy little girl. We cannot thank Dr. B enough for everything shes done for us!!

There arent enough stars to rate how amazing Kindbody was throughout my fertility preservation journey! I needed to freeze my eggs prior to undergoing cancer treatment, so with a decision that needed to be made quickly I was so happy to find Kindbody. They made me feel like the top priority, were available to answer any questions I had, and was able to explain the process in ways I could understand. My care team was filled with rockstars that were able to get me my medications in an urgent timeframe and fit me in the schedule, but never making me feel like I was being rushed. The clinic was open early enough where days that I needed to go in, I could simply book an early appointment so I wouldnt have to miss any work. They were efficient yet thorough, and the doctor truly is there to help you. All of the correspondence is done right on your patient portal, which makes it the one stop shop for documents, billing, messages, appointment reminders, etc. Dr. Balmir and her team took such great care of me, and with something so vulnerable they handled everything with compassion and professionalism. Anyone who is undergoing any sort of fertility journey should absolutely make Kindbody their first stop.

I was told I’d get results Monday night or Tues morning at Kindbody Minneapolis . No one has reached out. Both phone numbers I’ve been given - NO ONE answers their phones - no one even returns messages, especially the 970 “ test results line, that no one staffs Nothing is professional about these people - and I’m still waiting. NO company should leave a customer this long without reaching out or answering any of their phone lines. I’m always told they’re “busy,” but they won’t be much longer the way they treat clients. This, especially, is not something one enjoys waiting for…they said results are in but they obviously couldn’t care less about scheduling this call they require - to a kindbody phone number that goes to voicemail after 5 mins of waiting every time - to get my results. Do it for you and your family - go somewhere else.

I give Kindbody 10 on 10 , they have the best doctors and nurses, they take care of their patients 100% very caring , so nice and friendly 🥰🥰

My family had a bad experience here unfortunately. I have a major insurance company plus additional coverage specifically for reproductive services like invitro, the staff didnt help explain, call or nothing before our first appointment. We thought we had coverage and we ended up paying out of pocket. We then went through Allina (surprisingly) and the staff was excellent in helping us find an Invitro specialist where we had coverage and actually helping us.

I love my personal experience at Kind body. For some years my husband and I have had many questions regarding our fertility but we were given few answers. However, kindbody has provided us with many answers and also given us lots of resources. I am so glad. We stumble upon them. From the receptionist Reem, to the sonkgraher Becky and also my absolute favorite person, Dr. Gupta. I can go on and on about how amazing and wonderful she is. Ive literally never felt so welcomed and cared for as I do with thr amazing team at kindbody

I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far at Kindbody. The clinic environment is very nice, and the staff are patient and kind. Dr. Balmir explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions. Lindsey, NP has also been super helpful via chat.

This clinic is the best! The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. The vibe is so much more comfortable and less stuffy than other clinics I have been to! There’s music playing and snacks…. How can you go wrong with a clinic that provides snacks (on top of unmatched customer service!)Dr. Balmir and Monica are absolute gems! The care they provide is like no other- they are invested in your infertility journey and have such wonderful insights that help you along the way. They both have put me at ease so many times and have been such a vital part in decreasing my stress on this journey!If your currently looking into a clinic to aid in your infertility journey, I would highly recommend KindBody!

I feel the need to post something here.I’ve heard from a couple friends now who have used Kindbody in Minneapolis. They both agreed that the facility is nice but apparently fees are not disclosed up front and can be significantly more expensive than the same procedures in hospitals. Also, they said procedures were coded in such a way as to extract more money.It seems like a for profit clinic. Patients beware - ask for costs you will pay out of pocket up front!

Im so glad I went and checked out this clinic! It was perfect. Great experience with all members of the staff, easy street parking, very relaxed and warm vibe inside. Its also very aesthetically beautiful inside which is a nice switch up from cold/gray hospital rooms. I would highly recommend Kindbody to anyone with a uterus!

Absolutely amazing experience. If you’re looking for a personal touch where you don’t feel like a number, this is definitely the place. Dr Balmir and all of the nursing staff made me feel comfortable through the whole process and were quick to answer questions for me, even after hours. Highly recommend this clinic over others that I’ve been to.

A wast of time. My girlfriend made an appointment with them and the Doctor told us what the next steps are going to be but we never heard back from them. We tried to reach out but cant get anyone to call back or email us on the questions we had. So we had to make an appointment with another clinic to get the ball rolling

Really warm and welcoming place — personable staff all around, easy parking, COVID-safe protocols. The physician I spoke with was empathetic and tactful about explaining the odds, pros, & cons of all the various options. What I appreciated the most was the quality of the information and the fact that the goals of the person with the ovaries in question is top priority — which can be a rare thing in the healthcare field.

Today I walked into kind body it was a beautiful sunny day an experience was nothing more than fantastic and phenomenal this experience personally changed my life I have never witnessed customer service this phenomenal extremely kind a young lady worked at the counter and her attitude her tone her whole personality and how she treated her job was nothing less than perfect if we had more kind people that work like this young lady The world will be a better place I personally vouch for this place

Friendly staff, welcoming and unique atmosphere (doesnt feel like a doctors office), very knowledgeable doctor who was personable and easy to talk to. For anyone with concerns about parking in this area, they have a ramp where they validate parking and there seems to be plenty of on-street parking as well.

We are PREGNANT with our first thanks to Dr Balmir and her amazing team. Every appt I had at Kindbody was caring, helpful, and reassuring. We are now half baked with our baby GIRL! We never thought this would happen for us and we are so greatful. We still have some embabies frozen and we plan do do this again in the future. Thank you Kindbody!!!
