We had such a great experience and pleasant rapport with Dr Hasseler (really a wonderful person to work with, knowledgeable, informative, and caring) that it pains me to write a negative review, but issues with the front desk cannot be ignored.I understand that there is a policy about being late. We left our house an hour early to be on time and yet we were still stymied by unusual traffic issues along our route. And so, we were, unfortunately, a little over ten minutes late. Too bad poor traffic was not our only problem, we had to deal with the front desk.Instead of greeting us right away, they continued with whatever busy work was in front of them. Instead of listening, they judged. Instead of showing compassion, they lectured us on policy. Instead of balancing the emotionality of the situation, they were on a power trip to rival Nurse Ratched. And so, we were turned away; for a consult, I can’t imagine the frustration and hurt if this had been any kind of procedure.Now, we have a lot to think about. Is this the kind of experience we want in a vulnerable moment? Is this the attitude we want to face every time we come for help? Is this the kind of clinic we wish to continue to trust with our medical care?We only hope you can learn as much as we did from this encounter.

Dr. Grajcyzk is truly one of a kind! Her holistic approach perfectly aligns with my needs, and I couldnt be more grateful to have found her. She goes above and beyond to ensure Im receiving the best care possible and genuinely cares about my overall well-being. Ive never had a doctor who takes such a comprehensive and compassionate approach to my health. Im incredibly blessed to have met Dr. Grajcyzk, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist who truly prioritizes their patients needs.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have always had a positive experience. Ive held appointments with a variety of practitioners and everyone Ive interacted with is wonderful and makes me feel comfortable. I had a c-section with Dr. Jessica Grajczyk over a year ago and she made me feel so confident about everything during my pregnancy and delivery. Another person that stands out is Megan Johnson. The cons for me are the paid parking and that its not closer to where I live.

I cannot recommend a doctor more than Dr. Grajczyk (I have referred many friends to see her)! She has always made sure I am getting the answers and care I need and I am confident I can trust her . I have also needed to see other providers from time to time and they are all great as well.

When you move to a new city, one of my least favorite things to do is find new doctors in the area. So 4 years ago when I moved here I came across OGI in my research and Ive been a patient here ever since seeing Dr. Schultz. I have recommended her to many friends because she truly is THEE best!For some reason its really hard to find a doctor that you feel really comfortable with and can fully trust. Dr. Schultz really takes the time to get to know you and make you feel as if youre not just another 30 minute slot in their schedule.

I’ve been working with Dr. Rice since before I had my daughter in 2015. I absolutely love Dr. Rice & her staff — 5 stars! A pleasant atmosphere and very attentive. You can tell that they truly cares about their patients.

I am very sad to say that my treatment from this clinic - even though I have been a patient for 8 years, was terminated due to an account going to collections. We had some difficulties with our insurance company. I called and spoke to someone at the clinic when this was happening. Now they are calling me a liar. I am trying to pay my bill but it is not good enough. The care is wonderful, my doctor was wonderful, but the immense stress I am feeling about being shut out with no option to return is absolutely awful. I have had a lot of problems and now I need to see other care. I asked what I could do...pay ahead, whatever to get my hysterectomy scheduled - but no, once you are shut out you can never return. I am devastated as I had many issues with the doctors I saw before Dr. Baker. I love and trust this clinic. I have referred numerous people to this clinic. However, sadly there is no loyalty back and no concern for the stress it will cause to have to find care elsewhere. I understand it was our issue and not theirs, but to cut all care forever is extreme. For a place that I thought cared about me as a patient and a person, this is heartbreaking.

My wife went through a full fertility testing with that company. I was supposed to get a referral to another clinic for a fertility test myself. They were prompt to request the payment for the testing but havent been able to send a referral. Its been now 3 months since Ive been trying to get it by calling them every other week.They seem as unprofessional as it gets.Addendum:It took roughly 4 months to have this practitioners sending the right paper for a test on me. The test was finally done and I was told the doctor who requested the test would either call me or my wife. Its been months... are there any ethical entities in Minnesota that could audit that company? After reading the other reviews, Im estonished to find some 5 stars here and there...

Pros: The doctors and nurse practitioners are wonderful and never made me feel rushedCons: Literally everything else. I had issues with: scheduling, med management, getting test results in a timely manner, referrals, getting thru to a live person in urgent situations, communication with nurses, etc.I stayed with OGI for my second pregnany bc I loved my doctor and was hopeful that the office side of things had improved over time - sadly, it did not.

My husband and I have gone here since before our pregnancy and all the way through it and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! Everyone was so nice:-). Our birth team was amazing and supportive of the way we wanted to do things and great support when things went differently than planned. Our doctor was joy Hassler and she was so great! I recommend this place and its staff to anyone, nothing negative to say about it!

They are amazing! Dr Brown and Dr Reese were my doctors and I absolutely loved them. The clinic truly cares about you and your baby’s health during pregnancy and after. Their PAs are great too-Susan is my favorite PA there but they are all fabulous!

I have been seeing Dr. Rice for 4+ years now and she and this clinic are amazing! The staff is friendly and warm. The office is calm and inviting. I have recommended this clinic to many friends who are starting families or just looking for general care.

This is my first experience of being a mom. I chose Dr. Rice as my provider. Me and my daughter nearly lost our lives because of her carelessness. We had to go through lot of complications, mental, physical and financial stress as she couldn’t make the decision on time. Thanks to Fairview NICU team because of them my daughter is alive.

Why is it so hard for the Edina office to keep staff? You guys had a GREAT TEAM when I was in charge of front desk. My entire team was amazing!!!!! Administration is terrible! I hope the physicians start paying attention to this problem. I hope patients start to take notice an say something. Good luck OGI you need it.

I’ve had a lot of meh experiences with gynecologists and Dr Rice is one of the few I’ve felt I could actually talk to and she’d listen. Not only that but she is straight with you and gives you logical advice. I recently moved and I am not looking forward to finding a new doc!

Went in today to have labs done and 3 receptionist were not wearing masks. The masks were around their chins. I mentioned my concern and they had said because there is glass in front of them they do not need to wear the masks. They said if I have concerns about it, I should bring it up to my doctor! This clinic is INSIDE FAIRVIEW SOUTHDALE HOSPITAL! I am so disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism and awareness.

So beyond frustrated. Have been waiting for results from lab tests done over a week ago. Every time I call Ogi I get passed around to multiple people then eventually put to voice mail. Whats even more frustrating is the clinic I got the labs done at faxed over the paperwork multiple times to which I confirmed had the correct number. Oh did I mention the labs were done in the building right next to the clinic.

They billed from two different companies calming they were in transition. Did not send correction but instead a new bill so there were multiple open statements for the same thing. Billing is a mess as it is and they complicated it even further. Testes were also run without consent or knowledge of what was covered.Will not return.

Was a new patient yesterday and saw Dr. Hasseler. She was really great, they were prompt and thorough. I am glad Ive found a new doctor to go to for womens health check-ups.

I went through a full examination for almost a year and no result. Doctors do not know how to treat at all, they just do everything in a row. I wasted my time at this clinic. I dont recommend going here

I saw doctor Thayer and she was really rude and told me me and my husband are not compatible this is why I can’t stay pregnant not willing to help me get pregnant don’t go here all they want is money they don’t care about goals of conceiving

I have been seeing Dr. Rice for 13 years now and she is wonderful. Always listens and actually cares. Amazing

Me and my wife went to see doctor Haakenson for treatment. i will not recommended to anyone to see this doctor, worse doctor ever, she never cares about her patient, she also prescribes her patient to wrong medications. Worse doctor ever.

So incredibly happy I stumbled upon OGI! The best experience and support every time I am in! Highly recommend.

Dr. Stephanie Rice was wonderful throughout both my pregnancies.

Love Dr Hassler doesn’t rush you and really listens to everything you say. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

DR. K Schultz is the BEST!!
