We cant say enough great things about RMIA. Our experience with them so far has been incredible, from receptionists, nurses to Dr. Jensen.From our initial call with Dr. Jensen I could immediately tell that she had fully read our case. (Which I havent always experienced with new doctors, I feel like they wait for you to tell them again in person) She has explained all of my complicated medical stuff so well that we fully understand everything.We also LOVE her nursing staff. Michelle was always so nice and very patient during ultrasounds.Kari (could be spelled Karrie or Carrie) was my all time favorite nurse. She was with me during all my IVF checkups and on egg retrieval day. Shes so kind and patient and took amazing care of me when I was feeling so terrible from anesthesia.Will update more after we get completely through the whole process, but weve been so impressed so far!Highly recommend RMIA. We mainly were at the Woodbury location, however Edina staff were great too.THANK YOUAna + David

This is our experience and the rating has mostly to do with Dr. Jensen and the poor communication. Itll be long but for those choosing between IVF clinics I hope it helps. I waited a year to write this to make sure not all IVF clinics were like RMIA, they arent.Here is a bullet point version:Pros:1. Overall kind staff, lab ladies were the best!2. Tina! One of the RNs who was always there to save the day.3. 20% off for teachersCons:1. Dr. Jensen, she shouldnt be allowed to work with patients (second to last paragraph for why).2. Communication. They have changed to having teams, so hopefully it got better? It cant get worse than it was.3. Cookie cutter medical plans.Once you get past the waiting period you get your first appointment, which isnt an appointment. It is a $400 sales pitch on why you should pick them and what the IVF process is. A few weeks later they go over your records and have a real appointment talking about your plan. This is roughly a 2 month process, at least it was for us.During these appointments you will be promised everything you ask for. Just know that you wont get any of that. This is a one size fits all clinic.The first in person appointment with the nurses was great. All the nurses were very kind and the one who explained the medication schedule was great! It was all downhill for there.Each following appointment we were told different information by each person we talked with. Dr. Jensen says one thing, nurse says Jensen changed her mind, and so on. Communication was terrible and the nurses, although kind, were clueless outside of their scripts (this doesnt include Tina who is amazing!). At no point were we able to contact Dr. Jensen about anything.Went through the retrieval process, terribly confused on why our numbers were so low and why we couldnt up the medication, never got an answer. Got a few eggs and ended with two embryos (the next clinic we had 9). Of course we wanted to proceed to transfer as soon as we could and because of that they refused to have an appointment to go over the retrieval process we just went through (which we were scolded for twice by one of the nurses).We told Dr. Jensen some of the meds were going to cause problems, migraines mainly. We knew this from using them with our infertility doctor. Pill vs gel suppositories and oral estrogen vs patches. We were told we could only use the brand and type they said, Ferring products, no deviations.Transfer time came and all went well. We waited for results and we had a chemical. Then we get to do our after transfer meeting to see what could be done better and what went wrong. I was at the first half of the meeting, which went fine. After I left is when it went terrible.Dr. Jensen started personally attacking my wife. Told her she wasnt mentally healthy enough to do IVF. She told my wife our marriage was going to fail and we should wait to be parents. Told my wife that I was abusive to the nurses and was not welcome in the clinic. Obviously I wasnt, I just questioned... well everyone, due to conflicting information the whole time.If you get someone other than Dr. Jensen it might not be too bad but she is something else. CCRM was our first pick but the 20% off for teachers was too hard to pass up. We regret it immensely and ended up back at CCRM.

RMIA is amazing! Dr. Jensen is a wonderful doctor and helped made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Not only that but she explained everything in ways we would understand. She even came in to do the retrieval when she was supposed to be out of town. She told me she wanted to be there for me. ❤️ I can’t thank her enough! Dr Stassart was also great as he did the transfer. He made me feel very comfortable as well before doing the procedure. I enjoyed the short time with him. Everyone at RMIA made me feel so at home whether it was through email, a phone call or in person. I miss everyone so much! The IVF process went by so quick for us. Everyone was there when I needed them. Our son is now 5 months and he’s doing great! We also just celebrated 19 years of marriage. It was so great to attend their annual IVF party last month. It was great to have Dr Jensen meet our son and also thank her in person! We love RMIA and have been recommending them to friends and family that have struggled with infertility. We will definitely return in the future when able.

My husband and I went to RMIA (both the Woodbury and Edina locations) for IVF after trying for 3 years to conceive. Dr. Stassart is great, and did a great job really explaining the process to us. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly, which is nice when you have to go frequently for ultrasounds, etc. our first round of IVF was successful and we welcomed our sweet little girl 3 months ago! We definitely plan to go to RMIA again in the future if we still arent able to conceive on our own and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

What a wonderful place! After not being able to find the answers we were looking for with our local clinic, we decided to seek out a specialty fertility clinic. We are incredibly happy with the staff and our experience with RMIA! Everyone was super friendly, caring, understanding and compassionate our whole journey! We ended up doing IVF with one retrieval. We were able to get three normal embryos out of our cycle and are currently pregnant with our first transfer! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back when we plan to expand our family!

I cannot recommend RMIA strongly enough! Every single member of the staff treated me with such genuine kindness and care. After working with the team for 8 months, I felt like I was visiting with friends every time I went in. I cannot express what a gift this team was for me in such a difficult time! Dr. Jensen was a dream to work with; she is so personable, articulate, and always clearly laid out the options for us. We felt like we had a lot of voice in our process and are now so grateful to say that we are pregnant, after numerous rounds of IUI. We can’t thank RMIA enough!

We have been with RMIA for over 6 years now, slowly completing our family as we are ready, currently working on child #3. We transferred from another twin cities clinic and the difference has been night and day. The clinic staff here is wonderful... organized, thorough, cohesive, easy to reach and on top of their game. Dr Stassart’s vast experience in the field and true passion for what he does is apparent in every meeting. Before, we felt like a number... at RMIA we feel genuinely cared for and in the best of hands. Easiest 5 stars I’ve given!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences at RMIA. After years of trying to conceive, we are now on our second pregnancy via IVF/frozen embryo transfer - both of which were successful on the first try! The staff and doctors took very good care of us and because of them we are on our way to having the family weve always wanted.Prior to RMIA we did several unsuccessful rounds of IUI at another fertility clinic. I wish we would have gone to RMIA sooner!

It is thanks to RMIA that I now have two beautiful children. Everyone at RMIA was very kind to me and my husband. We could not have asked for better care. When we got pregnant, the entire staff was so happy for us! Dr. Stassart is an amazing doctor! :)

My husband and I had our first consultation with Dr. Jensen yesterday and we had an absolutely incredible experience. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Jensen was so informative but also kept the appointment light hearted. We are so excited to start our journey with the help of all of the wonderful people at RMIA. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor. Thank you Dr. Jensen, you made such a good impression on us and we cant wait to work with you!

My husband and I LOVED RMIA! The Doctors, nurses, and receptionists were amazing! We so so thankful they helped us bring our sweet baby boy into the world. We are forever grateful and would recommend the clinic to anyone dealing with infertility issues in hopes to grow their family!!

I am currently 37 weeks with my second son thanks to IVF at RMIA. I also did IVF at RMIA with my first son as well, who is now almost 4. When my husband and I decided it was time for a sibling, there was no question where we would go. Dr. Stassart is amazing. He is so very caring and made me feel like I was his only patient. His staff really cares and they are always on their A-game with calling about med changes/monitoring/etc. I dont live in the cities and they were very accommodating when it came to me doing ultrasounds and blood tests at my local clinic over 3 hours away from them. They made a very stressful situation (ivf) as easy as possible. I had no complications and have walked away with one AMAZING, smart and beautiful little boy and cant wait to meet my second in three weeks. I cant say how happy I was/am with RMIA. They make miracles!!

The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because getting started with this clinic can be a frustrating experience! I was told that I needed to fill out online paperwork and that they would then contact me for an appointment. After waiting nearly a week, I finally called them only to be told that I would then have to get my records sent from my OBGYN before scheduling an appointment. All-in-all, it took nearly 2 weeks and multiple phone calls on my end to finally be able to schedule anything.Once I was scheduled, though, I had a fantastic experience! Dr. Jensen was amazing, and the nurses and front desk staff all went above and beyond to answer my questions and to make my husband and I feel valued and as comfortable as possible.Dr. Jensen treated me with kindness and compassion. She took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and to discuss all of the options available to me. She never once rushed me, and she really made me feel that she cared. I am very grateful for the care I received from her.

I cant emphasize enough how AMAZING RMIA is. The entire staff is incredible. Infertility is such a crazy roller coaster of emotions and can be a quite costly venture (time, money, emotions, your body, your marriage, etc.) Everyone from the reception staff, to the nurses, to the ultrasound techs make you feel like a person and they take their jobs and your individual situation very seriously. Dr. Stassart truly is one of a kind. Hes probably one of the smartest people Ive ever met and he really knows his craft. Im so thankful he chose to dedicate his life to infertility, because of him (and his incredible staff) I have the most incredible daughter and am looking forward to being able to grow my family.

We cant thank RMIA enough for their help in creating our family. Dr. Stassert and his entire staff were amazing through the entire process - very honest, supportive, and realistic. IVF is a challenging process - financially, emotionally, and physically and they help you through all of those elements. Id highly recommend them!

After multiple IUI and IVF attempts in india, We decided to give a final shot to IVF in US. We researched, attended the free IVF Seminar held by RMIA and decided to go ahead with our final IVF attempt with Dr. Stassart.He is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have come across. No false promises just facts is what you will get from him. He always took the time to explain the process and honestly was more optimistic about my chances than myself. Also, a special mention to his staff - they are caring, understanding, helpful and sensitive - -and I have been to both Woodbury and Edina. Never had any problems with scheduling or anything. I could always call the Triage and they got right back to me and answered all my questions patiently.To be honest, this was the most stressfree IVF procedure and I couldnt believe it when I got A positive pregnancy test for the first time ever! My daughter just turned one - and I am grateful and forever indebted to Dr. Stassart and his staff for their warmth and care and for giving us the joy of being parents!

Dr. Stassart And the entire staff at RMIA was outstanding! After years of trying on our own we decided to seek help and the staff made everything so easy and they were so supportive every step of the way. I can never thank Dr. Stassart and his staff enough for helping us welcome our baby girl to the world!

Dr. Stassart was amazing. The nurses were so great about calling and keeping the timeline on track, checking in on medications, etc. We have a boy/girl twin. I would recommend them over and over again.

Everyone I encountered at this facility was very kind to me and dedicated to my cause. I have only been there for about a month but I am very hopeful thanks to them. I will leave another review in regards to if I get pregnant or not.
