Always a pleasant doctor that addresses all questions accordingly to concerns. Very straightforward and informative. I had already done a successful treatment with him and the experience was wonderful.This physician is beyond amazing, he did an HSG exam on me and it was pain free. I was so worried because I had done a couple before at different hospitals which were very painful. When I went to see him for my HSG I was so nervous because I had forgotten to take the ibuprofen prior to procedure, the nurse that assisted him was very nice and attentive, he was very gentle and I didnt even feel the caterer or dye at all. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Kapfhamer was amazing. We left another fertility clinic after a horrible experience, so we came in with skepticism. He was quick to ease our anxiety and is so personable. He wasn’t quick to push for IVF (which is probably where the money is at) and after one round of IUI, we got pregnant! Highly, highly recommend the personal and professional manner in which he conducts his clinic.

Dr Kapfhamer and the rest of the medical team at CRM are fantastic. They listen, answer all of our questions and are very good at letting us know what to expect. When we have questions or concerns outside of appointments, they are always patient and happy to help. After failed transfers he walked through everything that we learned from that cycle, discussed any adjustments he recommended if we wanted to do another cycle and asked what we wanted to do next. There was never any pressure. The great care continued after we got a positive pregnancy test through the ultrasounds to ensure all is good before referring us to our regular OB/GYN. You couldnt ask for a better medical team.

Everyone we’ve encountered at CRM has been fantastic. This is already a process filled with much nerves and uncertainty. The staff at CRM has been wonderful at communication, professionalism and kindness to help mitigate such feelings. Whatever our outcome in this journey, we just want to express how well cared for we have felt. Thank you, CRM
