We had a successful pregnancy in 2019 on our 3rd IUI cycle with CRM, now were back doing IVF with CRM. The nurses, lab techs, are all great. The embryo transfer felt special - they gave keepsakes and had screens in the room that made it feel like a meaningful moment rather than a medical procedure.

Dr Damario is great. Hes calm and patient and makes sure he answers any questions you have. The rest of the medical team is amazing as well. My only frustration I have with CRM is their billing department, which Im learning already knows things that arent covered by your insurance, is unwilling to bill things correctly, and doesnt tell you until youre in progress in a cycle with them. Im not sure when Ill find out the actual out of pocket cost, but the bills keep coming in with no acknowledgement of my up front payments even though I paid $800 over my out of pocket max up front and another $400 for the 2nd transfer. Everytime I talk to the billing department they just say the charges are above and beyond what I paid them. Id give a lower rating but dont feel that is fair to the amazing medical team.

Dr. Damario is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns and helped me understand my body. My husband and I are now parents to our first born son who just turn 2 yrs old.

They were so friendly and kind, My doctor and the nurses was so supportive 💗 💖 💓.

The team was great and they made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of.
