I came here to get fingerprinted for a new job. My appointment was at 2 pm, and I arrived at 2 pm. Ten seconds after I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. The guy fingerprinted me on the scanner and re-printed a few fingers that werent clear. The whole experience lasted a total of eight minutes. The two staff members that I met (the receptionist and the fingerprint guy) were friendly. Im not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, so I felt compelled to leave a positive one.

I came here to get fingerprinted for my new job, a few days ago. My appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I signed a clipboard with my name and then sat down. After a minute or two after I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. A employee fingerprinted me on the scanner and re-printed a few fingers that werent clear enough. My whole experience lasted a total of 15mins. The employee that fingerprinted me was very friendly. From parking in the parking lot and leaving EMSI, I had no issues.

Ive watched this waiting room fill up and empty 3 times without being called. I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment. I was told I was unable to make an appointment for preemployment drug screening. I understand theres appointments but you need to slip in the people you told to walk in as well. Quite annoyed.

Absolutely terrible! I came in for a medical exam when enrolling for insurance. The technician couldnt figure out how to work a blood pressure cuff, miscounted my heart rate TWICE, and almost wrote my information down incorrectly on the form (luckily, I was able to correct him). I requested that someone else take my blood sample because I was extremely uncomfortable with him doing it. Even the other technician was atrocious, but fortunately she got my vein on the first try. She just spilled my blood all over the table when removing the needle from my arm. My half-hour appointment had turned into an hour long ordeal by this point, so as soon as they said were all set, I left quickly. I was about 3 minutes down the road when I got a call. It was the technician asking me to come back because she forgot to have me sign some forms. Ill definitely be reporting my experience back to the insurance company I was applying with.

I went for a walk in TSA pre check appt. I was the only one waiting for that, and it look over an hour and twenty minutes before they acknowledged me. Meanwhile about 20 others had come and gone for other walk in services. Once I was called, it took less than 5 minutes and then the gal selected her own survey responses about my experience. Definitely shouldn’t be advertised as taking walk in

Most of these reviews were horrible, so I was a little nervous coming here, but I had to come for a random drug test assigned by my employer.Let’s be honest, it’s just a drug test, so no matter what they do, it’s not going to be some incredible experience that I’m going to rave about. However, I still gave them 5 stars because there were no bumps in the road or hiccups within the process. Everything went as expected and I don’t see anything they could’ve done to make the process more seamless. It was just a very smooth process in general. I was actually the only person in the whole clinic at noon on a weekday, so everything went super fast. I’d have no problem coming back.

I usually dont leave harsh review, but today is a rare exception and everyone should know it. Have you ever been to a place where you were treated like trash? If so, this place beats it by a long mile. The employee (especially the lady at the front window) would do THEIR BEST to make your life hell. The way they talk down to people is so shocking and the sad part is...they dont even realize it or care. I will let my employer know NOT to recommend or use such hellish company. If you value your time....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

If I could give zero I would. Receptionist had me wait for an hour and a half for tsa precheck while 8 walk-ins went during that time. I was there early for my fiancé’s appointment and when I asked why she couldn’t have gotten me earlier she replied because I already had an appointment and wouldn’t allow me to go as a walk in. Don’t waste your time here for pre check. Go somewhere else that values your time.

I go here regularly on a random drug and alcohol screening program related to aircraft operations and I don’t have any major issues. Yes, sometimes I may need to wait a while but never unreasonably long and yes, on a rare occasion, I may have to deal with a less-experienced agent but, overall, it’s so rarely there is a problem I can’t even get to 4.5 stars. So 5-stars it is!

I had a drug test here and it went exceptionally smoothly! I was in and out no problems! The ladies were wonderful and had no problem answering any of my questions! You’ll have a great experience trust me!

Provisions Health is a GREAT place to work. Looking for to new things & the new services that we will be providing the the former owners did not! Check out the pictures of the newly remodeled lobby!

They didnt bother to mention the ACTUAL requirements needed to get precheck after you get married. Brought all the documents that was listed on the website but didnt realize there were exceptions. Wasted time and money.

All of my information went to the testing facility incorrect... how is that possible where they have to call so you can correct even just your name?!?! Make sure you verify your personal information before walking out... you might not be so lucky to get a follow up call.

Worst pre-employment screening Ive ever had. BOTH nurses had a nasty attitude the entire time.

Not worth the trouble to pee in a cup. Go where you’re cup of pee does not come with an unnecessary attitude.
