Hardest thing for someone to go through is fertility treatments. Having a baby should be so easy and it is for so many people, but for those who struggle I’m so incredibly grateful that I have CCRM and Dr Batcheller! Dr. Batcheller is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. Her smile is genuine and she wants us to have a baby as much as we do.

Highly recommend!! She is different than most doctors in the best way because she orders lots of tests to get to the bottom of your situation, listens to your concerns, is very knowledgeable in nuanced cases, etc.With chronic illnesses it’s always a fight to get doctors to order lab work, so I researched for hours on what lab work I wanted to ask for, but Dr. April automatically ordered more testing for me to help me get to the bottom of it. (So I had no reason to worry!) I was so relieved that I found somebody who listened to me instead of downplaying my situation, and used her deep knowledge and applied it to my specific nuanced situation. (if you’re like me you’ve faced many drs who just treat you with the same standard protocol that doesn’t fit your case at all).She’s given me hope in working with conventional doctors who have to fight the system made to keep people sick and on prescription drugs.

No, no, no. Anyone but her. Shes rude. Her staff also says shes rude behind her patients backs. The facility says one thing and she says another. Pick somewhere else other than CCRM. Youll be treated much better and not talked badly about when you leave.

It was the first time I met doctor April. She is a nice person. I met before her two other fertility doctors. One of the other doctors, I did not continue after first meeting, because she was talking everything negative. I have one child now, and I believe if Allah say I will have more children.I do not know why, but I am happy with her. We liked how she was talking with us. I hoping a good result insha allah.

Definitely do not recommend dr batchler. Go to anyone else but her. She’s rude. She talks behind her patients backs. She looks at you and just judges off the bat and if you aren’t small like her, she won’t help you.

Exceptional care. The staff is incredible. I cannot thank Dr. Batcheler and her team enough for the great care, compassion ,and love!

Our MD was so warm and welcoming.She did a beautiful job easing the anxiety around the process.
