Everyone is amazing! This is the first time I have felt this way about a clinic ever.Today there were kittens and I wish I could give at least another star for them! So damn cute! Even cuter than me! For real no lie!

I believe in The Aliveness Project and I believe in the work that Matt Hoppe and his team does. I would much rather give my money to a local business then to my general practitioner. I can’t say enough good things.

The Staff is amazing! The very best care from the most compassionate people Ive met in a very long time! I highly recommend Thrive for all of your STI and HIV testing and care! They are the best!

This is a great clinic. The staff is very professional and caring. Easy online scheduling.

Really sad to even have to write this. I love nonprofits and always have relied on them for my care. As a black transman I have so much medical anxiety. Nonprofits always have soothed that. Unfortunately I have not had more medical anxiety in my life. I have been repeatedly billed for services my insurance paid. My insurance has confirmed they paid the bill. Yet I have been billed for two different appointments with thrive. After the first one I was promised it would be sorted out. The person I talked to really calmed me down about it. Then I was billed again. I thought they just needed some time to figure it out but that hasn’t been the case. Its been three months and none of it has been sorted out. No one answers the phone when you call. I understand there is a very small team there. That’s why I chose thrive clinic. But this has been on ongoing issue since August. I haven’t been on prep for months because of this issue. Which is really unfortunate because thats how I take care of myself. This whole situation has been very disappointing and I feel the only way I can get someone to reach out to me will be leaving a review.

The staff and provider were all exceptionally helpful and showed great care to my needs.

Yesterday was my 90-day follow-up visit after starting PrEP and Dr. Hoppe and the staff were all wonderful!

Just had a great follow up PrEP here. The staff is always professional and friendly. They really put you at ease.My appoints have always started on time and been really quick. In and out in under 30 min. This is a great little clinic!

Kind, welcoming, helpful STI testing and sexual health services.The folks at the Thrive/TAP put me at ease. Would recommend the clinic to anyone looking to take care of their sexual health and wellness with regular testing, PREP services, etc.

There could be a great deal of stigma related to being a gay and getting on PrEP, but the staff makes the subject of my sexuality less the point and my staying healthy their primary goal.
