I called before hand for information before i went and they were very helpful. I went in at 1pm for a walk in and was greeted in the most polite way by the nice lady at the desk. I felt very comfortable and not stressed at all for such a serious appointment. I filled everything out and was called back within 10 minutes. Got all the information i needed, tested and was out the clinic within an hour. Was told about state programs for funding so i didnt have to pay for anything. My doctor was very attentive and funny which made it less stressful. Was a very pleasant experience and i appreciate everybody who works there. Thank you!!! Will be going back for all my future testing and check ins.

I regularly go to Red Door for check ups and such.Ive always had great interactions.The folks up front are always exceptionally polite, discreet, and helpful. And the doctors/nurses are all that, and actually listen & respond to questions.Ive never felt like the doctors were being condescending here.Scaling pricing is also great.

I was thrilled to see a clinic with such great reviews and was greatly disappointed today by the actions the clinic took. My significant other and I both travel for work but we called to see if we could make an appointment for him today while we were in town to deal with an urgent matter. They didnt have any appointments for today, but we were told we could bring him in for a walk in appointment before 5 pm and it would just be an hour wait or so- so he drove 30 minutes to the clinic and was told they cut the walk in time to 4:35pm today. We just called you before driving all that way. This clinic just greatly disappointed me.

This clinic has saved my life for free so many times during the darkest days of my addiction. A true gem of how government funded health service should work in this country. Walk in, pay nothing, get cured, get thousands of dollars of medication for free. I don’t see how anyone could speak poorly about this clinic. For those with no resources, as long as you go Mon-Fri during business hours, you can get everything you need - for free. If I ever make any money I am donating it back to this place.

ALWAYS helpful ; the phlebotomist for my blood draw when I visited sometime in April 2020 was not successful with the syringe. Had to see a different medical professional in a different room for a successful tube of blood to be obtained.

Discreet, personable staff are always available to help answer your questions and perform necessary procedures within the scope of your visit. They conduct a thorough review with patients and their medical needs or concerns while keeping in mind the sensitivity of certain symptoms and their treatment.

They set me up with a provider that was not in network with my insurance. $400 to get tested. They do not answer calls/inqueries/emails/mychart messages for financial assistance or ask how this happens/how it can be avoided. I have UHG insurance so Im not sure why they would be out of network, but I wont be going here again.

Was there to get sti testing. Wanted to get tested for uti and trich ad well, provider didnt want to hear anything about it and wouldnt test me, which is contrary to what their website says. Thanks.

Professional, discreet, no wait, Im usually out of there in 10 minutes. Quick services. Go in the main entrance and tell security your going to 4th floor. Take elevator to 4th floor then see receptionist. They will direct you.

I wouldnt suggest walk in or next day appointments - very regimented. Its not like Red Door of the past. Even though its more expensive Minute Clinic is probably better.

Walked in for regular testing - in and out within 45 minutes. Professional staff and a very nice facility. Pricing was reasonable.

Very knowledgable, professional, discreet, in a serene environment. Results for your HIV test before you leave!Only downside: no pap smears done.

They do truly amazing work for anyone who doesn’t have insurance!

I went to this clinic and went for birth control and a pregnancy test and was called a week later saying I had a sti and I went to my primary doctor and got re test and and all my test was negative so be carful and get second opinion for any positive results

These people arent paid enough for the great work they do. Top quality people. No judgement just help for people who need it most.
