I will never forget the experience I had when I was 17. These monsters are all “pro choice” “your body, your choice” when it comes to killing babies, but when your parent brings you here and you clearly tell the ultrasound technician you DONT WANT TO PROCEDE with the procedure, then “pro choice” is NOT respected. I requested to see the ultrasound and the tech actually dismissed my request. I came to this place only to ensure I was pregnant because of a faulty pregnancy test after a gynecologist suggested coming here. After dismissing my request, she examined and shoved something painful in me and I believe at that point it was too late to save my baby (I was anxiously speechless). I wouldn’t wish this feeling on my worst enemy. To this day, I still feel the effects of this extremely inhumane experience. It’s been almost 9 years since the procedure. The technician claimed to be from Colombia, probably in her late thirties now. Even if you’re pro choice, it’s impossible to believe you’ll be in “good hands” with people who go against your will. Please reconsider not only this place, but your decision. Your child is what you’ll never get back after undergoing such a traumatic experience… I struggle with the memory of this EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I had a great experience getting my d&c this morning! I got there a little before 8 am because I read it gets really crowded and wait times can be long if you go later on Saturday. Glad I did that! They had a few employees outside the front door to make sure you get inside ok just in case protestors show up. When i went there was just one crusty old old old lady holding up a picture of a baby, not really affecting anyone. Once inside everyone who worked there was super chill and nice. They had the movie Clueless playing in the waiting area just before you get the surgery so myself and all the ladies there were watching together, laughing, and just hanging out. It made the whole thing seem like no big deal which is ideal - no overthinking or spiraling while watching people go in/waiting for your turn. Surgery itself was super quick (deep sedation was amazing, highly recommend, no pain or anything after) and they discharge you quickly. I was in and out of Pilgrim in under 2.5 hours total from check in to discharge.

I would love to thank Pilgrim for helping me out of situations when I needed it the most. Your nurses and doctors are always so professional and knowledgeable! Always worth the wait, if there is one thing I would change; it would be the annoying people invading your privacy going in and out of your establishment - I know you guys have no control o er them… you guys are the BEST in the business!

Johana has the best customer service she gave the southern hospitality feeling from the moment she started talking to me to finish . & even though I don’t remember the others too well because of the anesthesia BIG SHOUT OUT to crystal , anel , Lise & lane & yazmin !!! When I tell you they ALL took care of me like they knew me . That really matters & I didn’t think it would be important until now. THANKS LADIES !UPDATE : huge shout out to Dr Kaganuskaya, the anesthesiologist, she was extremely warming & made me feel safe

I had a good experience here during this difficult time. Everyone was very nice to me. The nurses and doctors were great and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate them for choosing this profession to help women.

I had a surgical procedure over a year now and i was unable to leave a review then and life hit. i’m going to leave it now. let me tell you, i’ve never felt so individualized in my life! unfortunately when i was a lot younger i had to go to englewood and the facility felt cold, uncaring, there were people filming outside and uploading to YT. here i experienced NONE OF THIS. very discreet location, the staff is BEYOND CARING. i remember prior to being put to sleep a single tear fell cause i felt so guilty but the anesthesiologist asked me if i was 100% sure of what i was doing to which i said yes when i awoke the nurses were lovely again i was met with MORE CARE. i didn’t feel like a number more of a person with a need. no one rushed me or judged me. in fact the woman who took my blood was pregnant and even made small talk with me to take my mind off what was going on. everyone from the doctor to the receptionist took the time to basically hold my hand and talk me step by step through everything .. i am unsure how ANYONE has had a bad experience here. this is a very big decision someone would make in their life and the staff here at this facility definitely made it a nonjudgmental environment! i appreciate every single person here and plan to send something to express my gratitude soon!thank you again pilgrim medical center!

My GF had a procedure done in April. Everything went well with the procedure and what not but we are still having trouble with billing. We paid their $3k cash price due to our insurance not being fully activated as we did not have the physical cards yet. This was fine as we were told they take our insurance and we would be refunded once the claim is put through. This was fine as the procedure needed to be done asap. They finally ran the claim with insurance and it was accepted/covered according to the insurance company. For some reason I have yet to receive a refund of any amount. When I contacted the office I was told that they cannot refund me as the insurance company only paid a portion of the bill and they need to be paid the full amount. On my claim it says they paid out $1k and I was charged another $100 deductible after a $2k plan discount. Is this even legal? Do they charge my insurance for other random stuff in hopes to make up that loss in revenue? Will I ever get my $3k back? How long does this process take? If I paid $3k and the insurance reimbursed $1k then shouldn’t you give me back the $1k at least until the rest is figured out?

After getting a surgical abortion I was experiencing some side effects that were very concerning so I decided to come back to get checked, the doctor seemed like she was in a rush after asking a question. Every time I had a question she was right by the door getting ready to leave. After I had her tell me what was wrong she proceeded to tell me that I would need another surgery if my side effects didn’t go away. After I already had surgery a couple days ago and have been dealing with major pain and discomfort since then. I felt like the doctor felt careless towards me and my issues I was going through something difficult. Please whatever you do, do not come here and save yourself from this place, I repeat I do not recommend coming here

There are better places where you will not be harassed on your way in. Security sides with the forced birth protesters. Don’t make this procedure any harder than it has to be, book it somewhere elseEdit to respond: The security I am referring to is hired by your company and spends more time inside than helping anyone. Ive actually witnessed him tell people who are escorting women away from the protesters to leave and then turn around and be very kind to the people harassing your clients instead

I had a negative experience. Giving 1 star for the friendly ultrasound tech and pre-op nurse.Apparently I got sick while under anesthesia. I wouldnt have known this unless I asked to speak to a doctor after the procedure. I woke up and my eyes, nose, and throat burned! The nurse was cold, short, and seemed impatient with me. I asked to speak to someone else and she got the anesthesiologist who told me what happened during the surgery. Im confused and surprised why that happened as I followed instructions to not eat or drink past midnight.I called the center later on today with more questions but the nurse on the phone seemed impatient and annoyed which prevented me from asking more questions.Ridiculous, and if I need follow up care, I will be going to a different place.

This place is amazing, from the minute you enter the door until the time you leave you can feel the professionalism and empathy of the staff, nurses and doctors. When a women goes thru this situation, (whatever the reason) is a thoug position to be in. The professionals of this place make sure you are well taking care of and they treat you with respect and dignity. I cannot thank them enough for the care they provided.

I was at this facilty and all the nurses made me feel very comfortable. My nurse angie and my doctor that assisted me the whole procedure made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. The facility was very clean and i recommend it to anyone whos going thru this difficult decision.

I had the surgical procedure done today and have nothing but great things to say. The staff were so so kind and warm I have to say I was very nervous going in but they were very informative on what would be happening step by step. They really listen to you and make sure your concerns are validated and resolved. Very professional and clean. If I could give more stars l would, just hours after I feel great.

Went in too a long time but they were very nice informative and caring. Once it’s your turn everything moves fast. You have two options depending on how far long pill or surgery. I chose surgery and I had no pain and went to sleep fast. The anesthesia has you woozy but other than that I’m glad I chose them better than planned parenthood. Hope this helps another woman faced with a difficult decision.

Very slow. Was told to come in for an 8am “appointment” if you could even call it that. Didn’t leave until after 1pm. Dr Jenkins was extremely rude and inconsiderate to my situation, he made me feel horrible. I honestly would have left if I didn’t already pay. The nurses were very friendly and much nicer though. Overall not a horrific experience but if I ever had to go again, I would look for a different clinic.

Had a procedure done today, and I was very satisfied with the entire process and staff. There was one nurse named Angie, she was AMAZING, very caring, she made me feel comfortable, she kept me at ease, she was just wonderful. Angie, thank you for being so amazing to me. - Dante

This is such a fantastic establishment if you need a procedure done! They are so empathic & make you feel extremely comfortable! All the employees were outstanding & very polite. If you have the chance of going here you have to ask for Chrystal J. Very very helpful & a caring soul! 10/10

Since my wife did not want the child, they went to this company and prevented my 1.5-2 month old baby from being born upon my wifes request, without my permission, approval and knowledge. Im not a father anymore.

I had a panic attack as I have anxiety and I wasn’t allowed to bring the father even though I’m not supposed to be alone in groups.Don’t apologize like your company did anything to accommodate my mental disability ,when I even told the nurse I was having a panic attack and she didn’t do a thing. If you can make accommodations for physical disabilities mine shouldn’t be so hard. he wasn’t a ride he’s the father of the child !!! I can’t be alone in groups and when I made my appointment by call the nurse working could have done her job and say it had to be done alone!This place is very unprofessional and unwilling to help or make simple adjustments for people with disabilities. DO NOT GO HERE!!

They are extremely professional here the doctor is the best a sweetheart. I actually had a problem with the other staff at another clinic and he made it right and apologized on their behalf. Gave me the the discount that I deserved and apologized more than once for the incident I am extremely pleased with them. I give them 10 stars if I could. Haven’t personally utilized their services but they get 5 stars for dealing with the Anti women protesters. If it was really about their beliefs they’d protest the adult store and the dispensary on either side of this office. Instead they just harass the women trying to receive healthcare

Awesome! The staff was very nice and cooperative, felt safe just experienced chills but soon as the medicine kicked in I havent felt a thing!! Felt like a normal person !! I recommend this place for any person who is nervous about getting it ! They gave me clothes because I was soaking wet !! AWESOME I RECOMMEND A HEATING PAD ! just WONDERFUL PEOPLE !! I wish I can give more stars thank you guys !!

This clinic was very efficient. No long waits. And the nurses/doctors were very nice. I didn’t feel like I was being judged and I got through the procedure with no hiccups. Thank you for making a difficult time bearable.

Lazy and minimal staff located at a nondescript building.The customer service is similar to the DMV in speed and efficiency, even making an appointment expect to wait for multiple hours after opening time.A nice feature are the dispicable old people guilting young women at the entrance to the building.Their confusing billing schemes and multiple card charges have me convinced this place is only concerned with hurding people through like cattles and Id highly recommend getting imaging work done elsewhere so they cant fudge the number and end up charging you an extra few hundred dollars.A terrible experience that the location does zero to help facilitate.Edit: after looking online at insurance coverage I see this place doesnt accept Medicaid (which they conveniently leave off their website!)Planned Parenthood does offer coverage and would be a better alternative to this sketchy establishment

I went here for a surgical abortion. I first went to a upscale clinic in morristown recommended to me by my private doctor, but I was past 16 weeks and that facility wont go past 16 weeks. I called several facilities and Pilgram was the closest one where they could take care of me at past 16 weeks. My private gyn recommended a place down by Cherry Hill, but it was too far for me to travel. I regret that decision.Compared to the other facility I first went to, this place is a dump. It is hard to believe this is a medical establishment at all. I felt like I was going to catch hepatits just sitting on the exam table. The doctor was a creep, but the nurse was nice and she told me he specialized in 2nd trimester abortions. I should ahve left, but I wanted to get it over with.I left in a lot of pain and wound up needing to go to the local ER. He left parts behind and I was told I could have bled to death if I had delayed going to the emergency room. When they called the clinic to get information on me from the ER, they refused to provide any information and the doctor wouldnt speak to the ER doctor.Terrible place. Go anywhere but here, it worth going to Cherry Hill or one of the clinics in Manahttan that do 2nd trimester abortions before going to these butchers!

I had to get a medical abortion and Pilgrim Medical provided excellent medical care and service during what was a horrible tragedy in my husband and my life. We are grateful that they were an option for us in our time of need.

You get exactly what it is you are paying for. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and professional, the process was quick, discreet, and left me with all the information I needed. I would recommend this to any ladies in need of an affordable womens clinic.

Do not come here if you want to feel safe they have security but for no reason he allows the pro lifers to harass pregnant women super disappointing I have a video of him acting super unprofessional

Don’t go here go to planned parenthood. This is really a waste of time. They lie and state they can provide birth control after follow up. Three hours of my time was wasted and I couldn’t get anything for my records that I received and abortion here and did a follow up here also.

Worst place ever!! Got here at 8:40 am and its not 10:01 and i havent been seen yet. All they care about is MONEY and being that i wasnt paying in cash literally everyone went b4 i did. They dont make you feel comfortable at all. And to top it off as i was walking in the DUMP there was an old lady outside trying to talk me out of a decision that was hard enough to make..i would NOT reccomend this plaxe to anyone!!

Horrible and hope they soon are shut down for good bad services no class nor respect or patience with services provided and a very distributing atmosphere I truly wish I never stepped foot in such disgrace however things happen and you have to handle them... However hospital are more suitable...this place is a nightmare

Dr.Jenkins is a great obgyn and Dr.Ray is friendly snd super reserved.Nurse Lorin was amazing .By the way they are not an abortion clinc only they actually an office...i really love how they treat you.Also they are super non judgemental and safe,clean, quite , office.

They almost killed me i just got out the hospital i lost a lot of blood had 4 blood transfusions and 2 major surgeries after they left stuff inside me

Hello, this is not the final determination for this review as I am planning to come soon, I would like to know if it would it be allowed now for more than 1 person to come.

My girlfriend went here to get the surgery and kept telling me just how sweet and warm all of the staff were to her.

Just wanna say the staff there are great everyone was pleasant nice etc made my situation relaxed.

Horrible someone went into my wallet and stole my money. My personal belongings was collected by staff members. I’m appalled by this situation it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Nurses and staff were ok ...did their job well ........after I got the medication I had to wait 3 hrs I felt like I shouldve been laying down but instead they had me in the waiting room for 3 hrs

The staff was amazing and made one of the hardest days of my life much more bearable.

I have excellent experience with all the staff who work there, especially with Johana, she is very sweet and very attentive, in addition to her excellent treatment of me, the nurses also have excellent work and professionalism, as do Dr. Yahav and Dr. K.

The truth is that they are all very professional, especially Claudia and the doctor who performs the surgery, thank you both for being so professional ♥️♥️
