The staff here rocks. Everyone is very accommodating. The NP was a good guy. Very friendly, very thorough, I have a nasty earache and he was very gentle and careful to make sure he didnt make things even more painful. If Im in need of fast convenient medical attention, this is my go to place. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Stay away!!!!Where do I begin my gosh. I came about a year ago because I had experienced really bad vertigo for the first time and the Dr was really short and condescending stating I needed to loss weight or else I was really going to be screwed. However I decided to give them another chance. My toddler had a really bad infection and due to convenience I opted to take her there and pay out of pocket because there was a problem with her insurance coverage. From the moment I called till the moment I decided to walk out the receptionist was extremely rude and even screamed at me after I tried to give her my Debit card saying wait dont give it to me yet...And I went on saying you dont have to talk to me that way. I understand everything will be a separate charge, I work in the medical field and I know that when people need to be seen, they come in vulnerable, you really dont need to be rude. She proceeded by saying I am just trying to explain the different pricing. I sat down and another mom was agreeing with me that they are rude all the time. I feel bad for those other patients that dont have a choice. if I am paying out of pocket, or anyone for that reason, especially the medical field you need to be humble and be a patient advocate. After consideration I walked out with my sick toddler and went to haven Urgent Care in Rancho, what a difference and what a relief!!

Walked in for treatment after signing in they took me in within minutes. Took care of me really well all the girls working were extremely nice and professional. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to

Had to take covid test for work. Was such a good experience. Was in and out within a hour. No all cases will be the same. Staff was nice and Dr was nicer! Thanks!

This is by far the best urgent care especially with the video visits. Drs are very thorough, they listen and have patience especially with the little ones. Making an appointment is easy and quick. Never had a problem with any of the staff everyone is very kind and professional.

Went in for a UTI, scheduled an appointment online, went in and waited less than 30-min.Everyone was so kind, caring and patient. Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the doctor, just that she said she was the PA for the day. I truly wish she could be my primary care physician, she made me feel so comfortable while at the same time she was honest with me. Thank you all.

The doctor who saw me, Daniella I believe her name was, super professional and kind! She walked in the room with a positive and welcoming energy. I instantly felt as I was in good, and understanding care. Check-in was quick and easy!

Terrible place. Front desk people are extremely rude and have no professionalism. I’ve been calling to send over my records to my attorney since april and it’s already august 17th and still haven’t gotten nowhere. This place is so disorganized and misinforming the doctors are mediocre. But the staff? horrible. To top it off the place is filthy. Instead of the front desk people sitting on their a** all day they should maybe consider cleaning around or organizing. Never coming here again.

I was checking Urgent Cares since the one I would go to before closes weekends now and I found Above Urgent Care and they have an option for virtual appointment which I chose and was the best! Hands down great place! From checking in to the video call! Found my new go to Urgent Care! Thank you for the service today!

The front desk was very profesional. The PAs, Mds, and assistants very knowledgeable. I have been coming to Above urgent care for the past 4 years. They have never turned us away.

Did a great job with my 1year old. Had taken her to the hospital and they didn’t give me anything for her. Stated she just had a cold but went to this urgent care after a day of her fever spiking and they checked her and noticed she had an ear infection that was not caught at the hospital.

Ive had great experiences here so far. All my family has had good experiences. But for reasonable urgent care reasons like infections or cuts. Any life emergency reasons, would be better to go to ER. Doctor Ashish is professional and truly cares about the condition of his patients. He is a great doctor and also asks to see you again to see how you feel after. I recommend this Urgent Care. Only thing I would say is that the inside of the building needs more color, it feels a bit sad. It would be great if they added more color.

Honestly, the front counter service is terrible. The ladies always have an attitude when I go and take my daughter. They look like they do not enjoy their Job and do not want to be there. They need to hire people who are happy to assist and help others because apparently the people that they have in front don’t. The doctor was very informative. Nice and helpful if you don’t Want to customer service don’t go there though. Save yourself the time.

Wait times in the room was excessive I had to go outside and ask when I would be seen. Not sure if they forgot about me. Everything else was fine would recommend this urgent care with the new management they have now.I’m

I took my 6 year old there had a fever and stomach and eaace all she did was give me a note and sent me to the Emergency room where I waited 5 hours for my daughter to be tested for the flu,COVID and had x-ray done and she was fine all they gave her was something to help with upset stomach. I normally go to this urgent care but I think someone else is in charge and they are not good . Everyone who works there is very nice and friendly and the place is very clean .

Dont go to this shady place!! They promised me a refill and charged me for insurance & literally saw me for 2 minutes and Never even Provided my rx fill!!People get busy working and dont time to babysit staff to do their job! It was also dirty. Old dirty looking carpet. I THOUGHT I WAS IN TJ for a sec.

My son had a bad ear infection and was screaming in pain for almost 2 hours and the doctor came out and was so kind and helpful and helping him calm down and the doctor that ultimately saw him in the room was so thorough an got to the root of the problem and diagnosed the ear infection almost immediately they even offered him some ibuprofen to help ease the pain so I could get to the pharmacy . Im so grateful to this urgent Care.🌺

PA was very thorough and communicated well. Wait time upon arrival was minimal, with longer time of 25 minutes in exam room waiting for the PA. Overall good service.

My mother went to Above Urgent Care because she was in severe pain after having a procedure done, her face was swollen she was in pain and the Rude Dr Bhalla dismissed her concerns she had a throat culture done and after 2 days no results were given, she got worse and went for second visit where he admitted having the results giving her a shot of antibiotic because her infection hit worse and gave her pills to take even though she can’t swallow due to a super swollen throat and face, he was too busy negotiating the price of strawberries with a vendor to care about his patient, she went back to UC today was seen by a different provider that took really good care of her gave her another antibiotic shot and anti-inflammatory shot because she’s not ok and told her if in 4 hours she keeps feeling worse will need to be admitted to the hospital. This provider cannot find the Lab results in my moms chart how convenient for the other doctor who neglected to care for her the first time, Dr Bhalla needs to find a different line of work clearly being of service to his patients it’s not in his Oath as a doctor.

Horrible service! Do not waste your time. Was told that they take my insurance, found out a month later that they do not.I called to dispute it but their billing department never answers or calls back. I asked to speak to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold each time.Additionally, the doctor just sends you to the ER with out any type of check up.

Negative stars if I could. Booked an appointment for 6pm. At 6:45pm, we were still in the waiting room, despite assurances that we were next and should not be long 15 mins prior. When I asked again, the nurse standing by finally informed us that there were 3 patients in the interior waiting room. What? Does this mean we’ll need to wait for an hour after we can invited to go inside into another waiting room? We only saw 1 patient entering.After 50 min of waiting, we left! Never again!

Needed to get my daughter and myself checked out, went here and was greeted with such friendly staff, I was in and out with an hour. I have never been happier.

Been here once due to being sick but the 2nd time I Was in a car accident on Friday and began to feel the pain on Sunday /Monday and was told they still accepted my insurance and showed up and was denied medical treatment because their “policy” was for me to use the other parties insurance but knowingly that they can just send the bill they still denied me services and told me to pay 250 out of pocket just to be checked. Never again will I go here.

I have a 12:15pm appointment and I got there 30 minutes before. Almost two hours after that (2:00pm), I haven’t been seeing my any doctor. Extremely long waiting hours which I don’t think are examples of good quality attention for patients.

Horrible, their appointment booking doesn’t work so i sat there for an additional 2 hours past the time I booked the appointment for. The front desk people were incredibly unprofessional and rude. There was no doctor that saw me and they didn’t prescribe anything after dismissing my symptoms and only saw me for about 2 minutes. I immediately went to another urgent care and they diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed me medication. This urgent care is an incredibly waste of time.

Been to this urgent care in the past and the last two times had bad experiences with the male doctor there, this time we got a new female family doctor and we loved her! She was really professional and she was able to help my daughter with her ear infection. No one likes urgent cares especially when their babies are sick but we liked the hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism. Will Deff come back to this urgent care whenNeeded.

Went into for my hand and Dr Bala was not friendly, Amongst other things I was not happy with his attitude and service especially because I dont speak very well english. Questioned my medical decisions and even my primary doctors. Who does he think he is? He didnt ask if he could touch my hand just went In grabbed my hand abruptly when I was in pain. The place is dirty, this is supposed to be a medical facily that should be crispy clean. That place needs bucks of sani wipes. The nurses and staff were nice.

How does a medical facility not have back up supplies or extra batteries to provide treatment? Wasted my time sitting there in pain, only to be told sorry the device we need ran out of batteries so we cant do anything. The dr was very apologetic and upset with her staff for not having the supplies she needed, but I still will not be going back.

Amazing experience. I was a little worried due to some of the reviews but I needed attention ASAP, and this was the most affordable out of pocket. Went in at 5 pm on Thursday and the lobby was empty. The receptionist attended me very promptly and gave 2 forms to fill as new patient. I waited for about 15 min when I was called in by a nurse that did such an amazing job. She took my vitals and took me to my room where I waited for 5 min for PA Rita Farr. It was unbelievable how quickly she knew what was wrong with me. I couldnt move my neck or left arm due to INTENSE pain, it reached 9/10 in pain level. I almost past out before seeing them due to how painful it was. I couldnt do anything, not even sleep or eat. By the time I made it to them l, I was on day 5 of trying to walk it off with a 3 day migraine from the body stress. In my assigned room, Rita told me to do certain movements, then proceeded to observe my back and neck. She pressed firmly into one section of my back by my left shoulder blade and asked me if thats where the pain came from, I told her not quite. Then she moved her hand and pressed another section and SHE FOUND IT! I hadnt been able to locate where that horrible pain was coming from, and I really tried, by massaging and doing slow exercises. When she pressed, my whole left tricep got a taste of the pain. She concluded what it was, resulting in muscle spasms that were getting triggered by just talking and breathing. She directed the same nurse (Dark, brown, wavy hair with glasses and on the short height) to give me two shots and Rita prescribed me 2 medications. The nurse was amazing in giving me the shots, gave me heads up and was quick and gentle. I left the urgent center, and by the time I got home, about 15 min later, my pain was at level 2/10 from the shots. I am forever grateful for this center, the PA, and the nurse. I was at my last source of energy. Thank you so much for this amazing service and experience, I am forever grateful.

Receptionist very RUDE ! The hospital told me the urgent care should be trained for my minor cut! They are unprofessional no help

I went early morning for my daughter she had short breath and cough, she wasn’t able to sleep at night, I googled for urgent care and I found only this one open 8 am, I didn’t wait so much as urgent care do, and they give my daughter everything thing she needs to be fine, I really loved this place I felt like I’m home with my family very friendly professional helpful, I suggest it highly recommended. Please patients in general don’t be upset from any rules there they just do their jobs.Thank you so much to everyone there from receptionist to nurses to doctors, my daughter now is fine and healthy.From my daughter Amne and me god blessed you all.Happy holidays.

The girl in the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. Also I went to get an X-ray for my son because that’s one of the services they say they offer on their website, and that was just false advertisement. Would never go back. No wonder no one was there when we went.

Do not recommend !!The place is filthy. Carpets, floors, and bottoms of the accordion doors are dirty and stained. The care is sub-par. The staff is inept at best.Very disappointed and therefore will never return.

Very nice place. Took me in quickly even though I was a walking. All staff where pleasant and attentive. Not that I like coming to urgent care, but would definitely come back to this one if need be.

The doctor is good, but the staff is disorganized. I went in to have two types of tests done. After a few days, I get the results of one of the tests, and I ask the staff about the other test. They confirm to me that the other test has been ordered and tell me sometimes it takes a while to receive results. After waiting two weeks for the result of the other test, I contact LabCorp and discover that they never actually sent in the other test. I contact Above Urgent Care and they tell me I was supposed to take a paper they gave me to LabCorp myself. This was never communicated to me, not on my initial visit and not when I directly asked them about the second test. Meanwhile I have been feeling unwell and unable to receive proper treatment because I don’t know what’s wrong with me. And now I have to go to Labcorp and wait even longer. If the staff had bothered to communicate with me, I would have had my test results by now.

They don’t take the most common credit cards

Very friendly staff and excellent follow up. I had concerns about not getting my daughters covid results back in time for school and they were kind enough to follow up with me and put my mind at ease. They said if I didn’t see the results on labcorp that I could call their office and if they had them first. They would give them to me sooner if they had them in. However they did say it can take up to 72 hours. I ended up getting the results on labcorp the next day and had them in time for school.

Easy booking an appointment, lots of same day appointments available, great location, spacious waiting room, good doctors!

Found them through a Covid testing listing, did not know I could make an appointment online, and the front desk girls did not have the professionalism to tell me that my walk-in appointment time was 6.5 hours later from my arrival time : and I had a 102 degree body temp during 100 degree temps outside! Here we are 4 months later, getting sick again, and their website is not fixed so that you are unaware that the rapid antigen testing is not available. They need to fix that before someone like me with an 80 year old parent living with them who just wasted 24 hours waiting for their appointment when I could have made an appointment elsewhere has an issue with our parent dying because I lost the opportunity the day before to take a different appointment elsewhere.

Hands down the best urgent care. They’re fast, thorough, and always friendly. I made my appointment online through the Solv app, and was able to even change my appointment time because I got there faster than expected. When checking in, you’re handed a tablet to do all your paperwork which I prefer. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. I highly suggest making an appointment or at least going in the morning as I know from past experiences they do get busy later in the day.

I’ve been the twice once for Covid testing and after I left within 30 min a PA called and asked me about what I had done and I told her I did 2 at home test both neg and employer wanted pcr testing she reassured me that most likely this to will be neg and it was. This time was for an infected wisdom tooth. Made an appt at home got there and was called right in. MD saw me face to face. Gave me antibiotics and I was on my merry way. Front end staff as well as the MA’s were kind, courteous and professional. I too am a MA. Nice to see professionalism in an UC setting Keep up the good work

Dr. Carlitos Chen was knowledgeable, skilled, very personable and friendly. He also patiently answered all my questions. My daughter was at ease during anesthesia injection and while he skillfully and quickly removed two deep splinters with a scalpel. thank you, Dr. Chen!

I have been coming here for a year now and very happy with the service. The front staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Its very easy to book an appointment online. The phone lines are hard to get through at times, but other than that this is good place and Id recommend to friends and family.

I wouldnt refer my worst enemy here. I should have looked at the reviews before I came. I came to get a Covid test and they ask that you provide an email address to get the test results 72 hours later. I tried to get my results through their website that they recommend and it didnt recognize my email address so I called the office. I called several times and could not get through. It gives you a recording and doesnt even ring and tells you it cant complete the call, you Cant even leave a voicemail. I thought maybe it was busy so I decided to drive by to see if it was busy and there wasnt a single person lined up at the door. I wanted to go in but thought just in case I had it, I shouldnt go in and decided to wait one more day. I tried again the following day both the website and I called over 15 times and the exact same thing. At that point I felt i had no choice but to go into the office. When I arrived there wasnt a single person once again. I called 1 more time thinking that maybe they would answer since I was in the parking lot but nope! No answer once again. When I went to the front desk I told the woman at the front desk I had called several times the day before as well as today and her response was we had over 200 patients yesterday. I called her out on her lie and told her I drove through the parking lot yesterday and they didnt have a single patient. I dont appreciate you lying and its very unprofessional of you to do that. Why would you blatantly lie? And on top of that, why Cant I access my test results? She got very embarrassed and started to stutter and shamefully tried to change the subject and said she will get my test results and I finally got them. Come to find out the reason it wasnt working on the website is because they never even bother to enter my email address. I am just shocked by the the conduct and lack of integrity these medical professionals have. What type of psycho blatantly lies to your face like that ? That woman at the front desk is a serious pathological liar its almost to the point where its very uncomfortable and creepy. Do yourselves a favor and take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the Urgent Care in Upland off of Foothill. I promise you its worth it. This place is complete trash, unorganized, the staff is incompetent, are pathological Liars, and unknowledgeable its very scary as well as concerning that there are people like this in the medical profession. What a shame especially during the pandemic.

I was very pleased with my visit to Central Urgent Medical Care. It was my first visit and they were busy with a few other patients but the staff seemed to get everyone in and out in a reasonably amount of time. The PAC knew exactly about my condition and the rest of the staff was great. This establishment is very sanitary too.

Well trained, friendly staff, clean office and low wait times make Central Urgent Care a good place to go for minor injuries and illnesses. My wife cut her thumb rather deeply last night, and we went to Central Urgent Care as we thought it needed stitches. The physicians assistant diagnosed and treated her quickly and thoroughly, and the entire visit only took about an hour from sign-in to exit, and there were three patients ahead of us. Very efficient.UPDATE: My daughter and I went to Central Urgent Care today via Lyft ($13 round trip) on 4/12/19 and were turned away as they didnt have a doctor on staff. This seemed strange, as it was only late afternoon. Good thing Life Point Urgent care was open. Its about a block south of Central Urgent Care on the same side of the street. So my sick daughter and her disabled dad walked .2 miles and were seen at Life Point.UPDATE 2: My wife and I decided to give this place another try (5/16/19), as its the closest place to home that takes our insurance. I called before we left @ 730 PM to confirm they were open and accepting patients until 8 PM. The recording AND the receptionist confirmed they were taking patients until 8 PM. We arrived at 740 PM. via Lyft ($13 round trip--again) and were told their doctor was under contract and could not work past 8 PM. We were turned away for the second time in 34 days.We wont be going back unless its a last resort.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THE AUDACITY OF THIS PLACE! My husband and I stopped in for a quick COVID test back in November 2020 where they told us our insurance would cover it or we could pay out of pocket ~$100. Fast forward to this week, we received notice in the mail for $6900 EACH of claims they made to Kaiser for 12+ services we did NOT even receive. They are trying to bill us for antibody tests, injections, counseling, etc. We werent even there for 5 minutes and we even administered the COVID tests OURSELVES outside! AND we had to call to receive our results and never got them in writing like we were promised.I have tried to call them MULTIPLE times and have left MULTIPLE voice mails to their billing department with no response. I cannot believe this and see insurance fraud written ALL over this. I will be reporting them if this is not resolved in the next few days.Long story short, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I drove from southern chino to visit this office because it said they saw patients up until closing time which is 8 pm . It’s the main reason I even considered this place as I was just barely going to make it . So I get here (I’m parked outside) and the desk lady tells me, “I’m sorry , we just took out last patient” so I said that the reason I drive out was because it says they took patients until closing time which is 8 pm and I was here at 7:45 (doors would be locked if it was closed) now I can understand that it can be rude to show up close to closing time but this is an urgent care clinic where sick people come for help. It’s not a burger stand where I’m keeping people from going home just because I want some French fries . She told me she was sorry but they got someone with a laceration so they weren’t taking anymore patients . She wasn’t rude about it or anything but clearly didn’t understand that on the website it says they take patients until closing. She didn’t even ask why I wanted to be seen 🤷🏻‍♂️Not rude or anything but they don’t follow the policies they advertise . Disappointed .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The front desk staff was rude from the moment I walked in. Waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. When I finally got called back the took my vitals and the nurse was asking the normal questions. I finally got into my room and the girl said the Dr would be in within A FEW MINUTES. AN HOUR goes by and not once did the Dr even come in my room. On top of that no one even came into my room to check in on me. I finally went back to the front desk and said what the hell? She said it was a busy and there were a few people in front of me. I walked out! Obviously they are seriously under staffed and need to hire more help because that was just completely unacceptable. Horrible, horrible office.

Needed a last minute sports physical and was able to schedule it late at night for the next morning. Medical Assistant was very nice and professional. The PA connected well with my daughter. Thank you both.

Yes there is a long wait, but I like the doctors there. My husband and i have both been there, and both received excellent care! If you dont want a long wait, go to an urgent care that does NOT accept medical. They have so much time on their hands theyll tell you all about there vacations, and their families... Dont listen to reviews written by impatient, grouchy people. It is the flu season after all.

My mother was treated very poorly. Staff including doctor are very incompetent. How do you try sending a patient home without explaining their diagnosis? Then belittle them when they have questions. Very unprofessional very unethical. I understand it’s a busy profession, but you’re dealing with human beings who are sick and in pain putting their trust in you. Have some compassion be caring. Inform your patients, they shouldn’t have to be googling their diagnosis while leaving your establishment. There might be some good staff there unfortunately my mother did not encounter any.

Do NOT take your COVID test here. My girlfriend and I came in for a COVID test and it was great at first. The service was fast and the receptionist told me that the service was covered. 2 weeks later, both of our insurances had a claim for $2700 and $2200 on top of the (covered) COVID test. We didnt go past the receptionist or even saw a doctor. I tried calling their Billing department, but no one ever answers. Im not familiar with the process, but either Dr. Jane Himmelvo or their Billing Department seems really shady.EDIT: Thank you for the response. I went in and got this cleared up. However, it did take a while to get this cleared up.

This place must be a scam during covid times. Two of us took tests, both have yet to get results a week later. Not in the system at all, when we were told 1-3 days.Worst part is their phone goes straight to voicemail. Have called dozens of times, with different phones, from multiple people that have gotten tested there. No answer for 3 days straight. Nothing. Pathetic service all around.Also, they do NOT follow HIPAA standards!!

Awful, I’ve been trying to call for almost a week now to pay my bill. I am unable to get anyone on the phone. The number listed takes you to an automated recording with options, but whichever option you choose either takes you to dead air or nobody picks up. I’ve left countless voicemails for the contact number listed on the invoice. I’ve spoken to a third party for billing and they are unable to process a payment and unable to get in contact with anyone at this location. I’m amazed at how unprofessional this establishment is. I would not recommend this place.

This place is garbage. Under staffed. Unprofessional. They dont pay attention to the answers I give to their questions. They sent my daughters prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after confirming which one it should go to. Most of the signage is in Spanish. This is not right, as our family is English speaking Americans, and we should absolutely be able to read any and everything at a doctors office we are depending on for care.Never coming here again. I do not trust their services treatments or expertise. This is a hole in the wall urgent care straight out of mexico, and its a disgrace that my tax dollars pay for this.

Similar to others here, I took my wife in for a COVID test that resulted in over $3000 of charges to my insurance. Yes - this is insurance fraud, plain and simple. As others noted, all attempts to contact Above Urgent went directly to voicemail. The only way we even got the test results was by driving over to the office and demanding them.This place is clearly exploiting the pandemic and must be reported. Contact the CA Attorney Generals office to get information on filing a complaint.

This office is incompetent. Was seen on Friday went to get X-rays done said it would take 2-3 days for results. Called Monday to verify if results were in and the said no but they will call me as soon as they came in. It’s Wednesday and no call. I call in they say they do have results and I have to go in and wait 3 hours to hear results. When I contact X-ray place the said the results were sent in on Sunday. I ask the receptionist why I was told they weren’t in and she says that she can’t speak for anyone else but it’s protocol to check the fax and maybe whoever helped me didn’t follow protocol. So it’s been 3 days and only one person knows how to follow protocol. That is the worst service I’ve ever received. And to top it off the report I received was signed off by the doctor with a note stating to call patient for pick up on the day they received them.

DONT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE! Stay away. There are alternate places. I went there to get a COVID test I needed for travel. There was NO social distancing, no instructions given on the nasal swab test, a busy receptionist that was just processing people through. I was afraid that this was the place I would GET infected. You are told to self swab and leave the kit in a tray and given a piece of paper that says that you will receive a MANDATORY (their cpas and bold) call within three hours. If you dont then call a given number. Well I did not get the mandatory call. I called the number maybe 10 times over the course of the day, No one is available to answer your call. I went in person to find out, because I really needed the results in the 72 hours they promise to board my flight. Did not get any help and again felt that I might get infected with the swarms of people piling in in the evening. I gave up and went and got a rapid test somewhere else. I could not just stay in the dark, no communication and no help.

Horrible service. got a covid test, never saw a physician. My insurance was charged $2750 with my out of pocket at $398. A bunch of unfounded charges. They dont answer the phone to question what was exactly charged. Total rip off. And I was never able to get Covid results either. DONT COME HERE!!!!!

I called to ask if they accept CHAMPVA and the lady on the phone almost sounded disgusted, “oh No we don’t accept VA” I corrected her and said CHAMPVA and she came back with, “ no we don’t accept any type of VA.” On their website also says we don’t accept Medicare and medical. I think that’s questionable as choosing to be discriminatory towards what they feel is the lower class. As they don’t advertise on the site no VA types either

The front desk lady is sweet, but I had to wait almost close to 2 hours in the back room. When I got fed up, I walked out the room & the nurse that was seeing me was playing on her phone when she said she’d be back to my room in 10. I had an ugly pain that day & I wanted to find out what it was before I went to the hospital. They take too long....

I was seen quickly, unlike others Ive gone to. The reception staff and medical assistant were nice and smiled. The doctor, on the other hand, was rude, condescending, and never smiled once. He didnt tell me what was wrong with me. He just wrote me a script and kicked me to the curb. Glad I live out of state, so Ill never have to see him again.

Furious. My husband and I were both told they take Blue Shield over the phone and at the counter... and that the COVID test was covered (we wouldnt have to pay anything). We both had claims submitted to our insurance for around $2700 and Blue Shield only covers a regular amount. They are charging a CRAZY amount, and then they dont answer calls - it goes straight to VM. My insurance rep tried to call as well. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE!!!! I am being responsible for something like $1,850 with good insurance!!!! HORRIBLE...Feels like a terrible scam.

Except for the doctor, everyone there was rude, did not smile, and did not show even an ounce of kindness or sympathy to anyone they spoke with. I sat in that waiting room for 2 1/2 hrs before being called. Then another hour waiting in one of the back rooms. I work with customers on a daily basis and my company would never put up with this poor customer service ethics. The other Central urgent care in Rancho Cucamonga is the complete opposite. The waiting time is short and the entire staff is so kind.

Very disappointed, I accompanied my husband to a consultation, which we paid for because we are not sure, we left there with a note for the pharmacy, we went to the pharmacy, left the prescription, then the pharmacy called us to tell us that they could not give us the medicinebecause the doctor forgot to put the date of the day my husband was in the urgent care, I call the urgent care I ask them to call the pharmacy to confirm the prescription and they tell me that they are very busy, so I go to the pharmacy for the prescription , to take it to urgent care and correct it, upon arrival the urgent care is empty, the receptionist is not busy, because they are like that, she could make a call and solve it in 5 minutes, and I regret not having taken a photo of the room waiting was empty

I took my adult son there a couple months ago, YES, it was a long wait (Hes got Obamacare) But, he was seen and well taken care of. My private insurance costs me almost $6,000/Year ($4,000-Deductible and $163-Monthly Cost). If I could quality for free government Medical and save thousand$, I wouldnt mind the wait.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had Covid Symptoms and needed a work note. Got on a 5 minute zoom call with a doctor who proceed to print out a generic article about Covid 19 regulations that could be printed out by anyone. 1 month later I get a letter from my insurance. They Charged me $900 for this Zoom session. This place is a complete scam, they do not care about us, all they care about is putting money in their pocket. They are a disgrace to this community and embody everything wrong with U.S healthcare system. Do not support this urgent care.

I wish there was less than a one star rating I could give this place. I got 2 covid tests here, something I do quite frequently and normally costs me nothing. Not only did they give me and several others false positives, but now we are being charged thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) with a laundry list of services we did not receive. I believe there is something fraudulent happening here, if something similar has happened to you please get in touch with me, I’m seriously considering filing suit for these exploitative practices during the middle of a pandemic! It depends on the staff. Today it sucked. Normally your in and out have been waiting for 3hrs. The girls in the front was very nice. Ronnie the guy in the back was very rude. So like I said it depends on the staff. Some are better than others.

Never got my covid test results. turned out they spelled my name wrong. had to come back in person to get answers (nobody answers the phone). Ive been quarantining for two extra days because someone cant spell.if youre getting tested here, be prepared to advocate for your own results.

Great urgent care my children suffer from asthma and this facility always helps us in those moments of urgency.

My wife was involved in a car accident and was in pain on her left shoulder. After her initial visit and a few days of being on the medication that the Doctor order she is feeling better and the pain is almost gone. I am happy with my wifes experience here.

Don’t come here. Doctor didn’t check my daughter but came in with a prescription in hand? It was a longer wait than it was seeing and talking to the doctor.

These people charge you $120 to see a doctor then they give you half of a diagnosis. Then they say you need more tests. Then another person comes in and asks you for more money, then you have to pay them to get the tests and diagnosis. Then they under prescribe your medicine, I believe this is done on purpose. They refuse to give refills. This forces you to go back and pay them another $120 for a fallow up in order to get better. They are scammers.

I have come here a few times for my kids and they used to be very good. Now they are slow and the front desk girls are rude! They are on their personal cellphones and don’t seem the least bit concerned about your needs! I’d rather drive further and get better service.

Awful experience I went to urgent care because my son s eye was red and swollen from the outside of the eye NOT inside his eye and Doctor just said he had a pink eye and that it was a viral infection. He prescribe and antibiotic and unfortunately it burned my sons skin because he did not had a pink eye nor a viral infection like he said. This was a Bad experience next day took him to the hospital and neither they knew what to do. Sometimes its not what they think it is and they prescribe thinking it will make an affect. Thank God I went to Tijuana Mexico and like always the Doctor across the border took care of him

I have gone there 3-4 times to basically have as many answers as I did before I came. It’s like they are afraid to prescribe anything and will divert you to the ER if it means they have to do more than just give you a general lookover. X-Ray and EGK are always unavailable. I had one of the P.A.’s basically try to make me feel like a hypochondriac for coming in, then 24 hours later going to my primary care doctor to get prescribed an antibiotic and told I had bronchitis. Save yourself 2-3 hours and some money, wait for your normal physician or hit the ER...they are going to send you there anyway.

TERRIBLE! Took my three kids who were sick. I waited 2 hrs to b called and 35 mins in the room but you know what forget that. I was seeing by a student alone. Hmm ok it’s cool I was student before doing my hours too so I was not mean about that I guessed the Physician would walk in later but guess what he never did! The student was bad said my son had red in his ears and throat. The others one nothing. At least I figure bc guess what??? No actual official paper with diagnostic nor the PA walked in to talk to me about the findings a student did. I was in such a hurry and upset I didn’t talk to anyone I grabbed the RX quick and left. (That’s bc I told them I had to leave and the girl just gave me the papers and I took off) anyways as I am reading the RX they didn’t prescribe nothing for the ear infection. WTH!? Horrible horrible horrible.

Waste of time. Online they said they offered rapid covid testing, which is not true. I scheduled an appointment for rapid testing and was not informed of this until I came in. Now most other places who do it are filled up, so I cant make another appointment until tomorrow.

The service was very quick and efficient! I was a walk-in and was seen immediately. The PA that helped me was amazing! She was very kind, warm, and caring. I would definitely recommend this urgent care center.

So I brought my two-year-old in today to utilize the Urgent Care part of this clinic..I mean most receptionists are a little disconnected from the patients anyways but this one in particular ...was doing the most...As we waited, My 2 year old felt cold so I asked if we could wait in the car she said that was fine that it would take about half an hour so a little bit later I see my daughter trying to fall asleep in the car and I asked the receptionist will be possible for her to call me when its my turn and she snickered and said no we dont do that....( keep in mind that another reception is at the same location has done this for me already.) I asked her if this was her own personal decision or a company policy and again she snickered and said no I dont do that.I didnt say anything at the time because honestly Im still waiting for my daughter to be seen but this is a very unprofessional behavior. Im a worried mother and I dont feel that my request was anything out of the ordinary. Thats the problem with people nowadays they have very little empathy for others. They see us all like IEHP cattle​...They have no reason to accommodate anyone

Nurse practitioner Alfaro is incredibly rude. She walked out hardly saying what my diagnosis was. She said she would be right back. Instead sent an assistant in with a prescription. When I asked what it was for ,(because NP didnt even tell me I was getting meds for anything) the NP came in defensive and told me I was not listening. But its ok, Ill repeat myself was her response. Then tells me I have not one, but two conditions which she never mentioned during the exam. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional.

Been sitting in the waiting room (with four other people) for an hour and a half. Just got put in a room, and the NP tells me it may be awhile, there are two or three patients ahead of you. Seriously? Its already been awhile!And, there is a sign attached to the door where the nurse meets you ... Technology must be turned off beyond this door. Really? You are going to make me sit for three hours and watch bad infomercials on the provided television? I think not!!!

Worst place ever they are very rude there especially the dr. And they take forever i should of just went to the er .... I took my daughter and the dr. couldnt even tell me whats wrong with my baby or what she had so I ended up taking her to my Doctors the next day and she had hands and feet virus she had blisters in her mouth . and the dr. at this ugernt care didnt even tell me nothing. First time coming to above Urgent Care Center and the front desk young lady was the most nicest and kind and pleasant person ever I even told her that we need more personalities that we need to have at our front desk medical field when I went to the back to get my grandson and daughter their vitals the nurse there was just as sweet as apple pie when they placed me into the room the doctor came and she was just amazing very concerned about my grandson falling sent me to San Antonio ER to get his X-ray of his head I would recommend anyone and everyone to go visit that facility very nice staff very clean everything was in place very organized thank you for taking care of my grandson and my daughter

There’s something quite fishy about this place… the ART tests are hand-written which invalidates them for basically any legitimate setting and the PCRs are done by yourself in the car, also invalidating them from any accountability… it has also been a week and I am yet to receive results of my test

This place is closed one day a year: on Christmas. They’ve got to know that the next morning is going to be busy, right? Well, there are literally 14 sick people waiting outside in the cold 25 minutes after opening, and the door is locked and no one is in sight inside. Called the Rancho location to see what’s up and they were shocked to hear what’s going on here. Are these the kind of irresponsible people you want treating your sick child? NOT ONE OF THERE STAFF HAS SHOWN UP!!

Came in for an arm injury. My elbow-forearm was swollen, they took x-rays and said it was fine & to come back 2 weeks later if it still hurts. So I came back 2 weeks later & they took x-rays again & said I have a radial fracture! They missed it on the first x-ray! Put on a splint...then I went to the Orthopedic & he said I didnt even need a cast or splint since by now its already going to heal itself. NEVER GOING BACK. waste of my time and money!

I came her last night and they say me experiance was ok came back today becuase the dr in training said to come back if it got worst I came back and they game me a hard time. They did not have a real doctor or PA see my kid not only that it cost me $100 and they didnt give her any prescription.

Super fast just seeing if you use apps to make an appointment and check in also instead of making you fill out the forms by hand and worried about if your handwriting is legible or not they give you a to fill your forms out with all the bass are very courteous and polite the nurses were very gentle and considerate and you hate getting shots like I do then then youll be pleased to know that they are very good Im getting shots as well I made sure there was a painless as possible

Our son had an extremely high temperature and we walked in on a Sunday to see one person in the waiting room, but the receptionist said 4 hour wait!! Not very urgent. Another place nearby had 10 minute wait. Never returning!

My Experience was unbelievably unpleasant... I was not feeling well and the only place that I could get an appointment was this urgent care in Montclair my husband and I drove from San Diego and got to my appointment time 10 minutes early....When I went in to the facility she told me that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours I asked her why I made an appointment and she said It’s just the way it is because I felt really sick there was no way I was waiting 2 1/2 hours so I told her to cancel the appointment and that I would go to the ER she had an attitude didn’t seem to care never apologized and I actually felt like she was bothered That she was even at work I would never recommend this place

Unprofessional company has no way to contact them. Their phone system doesnt work, it wont even ring before it hangs up. No way to reach company unless you drive up in person. Very suspicious and unprofessional company with literally 0 communication, do no recommend.

I specifically told them I was allergic to a medicine multiple times. Then when I go to pick up my medicine the doctor prescribes me the medicine I am allergic to. I tried calling them multiple times to let them know so they can send a new prescription but they never answer their phone. Worst experience ever.

They never answer the phones. Ive literally called more than 10x times straight for 3 days and the call forwards to voicemail. This is an Urgent Care which means they should have a receptionist answering all incoming calls. Worst service.
