Dr. Thomas C. Lee, MD

My experience with dr Lee is like no other he was very kind , patient, empathetic and always listened to anything you had to say now that I’m pregnant again I’m stuck with a dr that is extremely rude due to living in another city. If I had dr Lee as my ob again I’d gladly drive an hour just so he can deliver my third pregnancy!

Absolutely horrible experience. Besides the rude ( probably partially because they’re overworked) front office staff, the doctor rushes, doesn’t remember or really listen, and did a procedure on me that he wasn’t supposed to—I later learned I wasn’t a good candidate. It totally made sense when I came back for my post-op check up during which he spent all of literally 2 minutes with me while I explained that the procedure made things worse. Well, this was at the height of Covid and his waiting room was PACKED with people and I noticed a lot of cash-paying pregnant patients. Really made me think he only did my procedure for the money. This place sucks.

If I could give this place no start I would !I never saw the doctor just the nurses some where nice but the one that attended to the patient in the room had absolutely no discretion and was very blunt about things. I guess it can be good sometimes but seeing how it was my first pregnancy I thought I would be treated more mindfully. the wait time was 1 1/2 just to be seen for 5 min. Finally the day of my labor came and this man I’ve never seen before comes in and tells me he’s my doctor and was going to deliver my baby!. He was only there for no longer than 20 min. As soon as I had my son he left leaving me the nurses and if it wasn’t for me speaking up I would’ve bled out. Something he Should of caught! they had to call him back in from who knows where Because no other doctor wanted to attend to me. My poor husband and mother watch hopeless as he BUTCHED ME...I will forever be traumatized.Now that I’m at my second pregnancy their were some issues with my insurance but was still temporary cover.. so I went to see where I was in my early stages of pregnancy. But I come to find out they don’t want to take my insurance after all and billed me for over $800 after only going to 3-4 visits...DO NOT GO HERE!

If you enjoy poor bedside mannerisms and like to be man handled without care Dr. Lee is the place to go!!

I would never recommend this Dr.This office did not properly take care of my pregnancy.I was a high risk patient with a rare blood type, they had my due date wrong they claimed I was 19 weeks, did not give my RoGam shot in time resulting to me having a still born that same week which the nurse from Pomona Valley hospital told me that my son was actually 22 weeks.Then Dr. Thomas T Lee claimed that I lost my son due to the umbilical cord around my sons neck which was false. I had two witnesses while delivering my son and they both said he did not have the Umbilical Cord around his neck, and that his skin color was fine when delivered.Never trust this doctor.

My experience here with my pregnant fiance is very similar to the other reviews on here. We had an 8:30am appointment and were not seen for nearly an hour and a half, meanwhile there was alot of cash-paying Chinese (immigrant) pregnant women who were coming in after us and they were seen within 5 minutes. I definitely dont recommend coming here unless you are a cash-paying Chinese person, otherwise you will get a secondary treatment and have to wait for everyone else before you get seen. I repeated saw people who were not Chinese having to wait a long time. And this doctor didnt even allow me to accompany my pregnant fiance inside the room, Ive never seen this kind of treatment at a doctors office.. all I can say is Wow!

Had an appointment, people who came in after me ended up going before me, and they didnt call me in until a little over a half hour after. They had trouble with my medi-cal, asked for a referral when they already had it faxed to them, and they scheduled my appointment because they already had my referral (unorganized). They had the wrong information as in where I got sent for blood work and urine sample (had my name under a file from a place i have never even heard of). They asked for urine, didnt even put my name on the label and tried asking for ANOTHER urine sample. The staff wasnt very welcoming. I didnt even see Dr. Thomas Lee himself even though he was the Dr. I was supposed to be seeing. I seen him attending other patients that were asian, after that didnt see him at all (by the looks of these reviews, he might really only attend the asians who wave cash only in front of him). They tested my urine THREE times and didnt understand why the tests came out negative, so I had blood drawn. The doctor checking my stomach wouldnt let me speak, I had to keep repeating things twice because she wasnt able to let me finish or she couldnt multi-task (couldnt write and listen at the same time), and she couldnt say if I was pregnant or not (maybe due to saying my bladder was in the lower right abdomen instead of above the pubic bone) This was all really upsetting for being a new mommy. Im starting to believe all these bad reviews, and I recommend not wasting your time at a place that only listens if you wave cash in their face versus Medi-Cal because its for poor people. I am a patient person and my patience ran out with this office on my first visit.

Horrible experience. Went for my first prenatal visit, never even saw the doctor, only the nurses. Began bleeding the next day and when I called I was only told we cant help you no advise or help whatsoever. Later, got a bill for my first visit. All of my bloodwork charges were 3 times the cost of the other doctors I saw that week, and I was charged $1,200 for a test I was never told about and isnt even accurate in the first trimester. Will never go back, and I highly recommend not wasting your time.

Dr. Lee is always overbooked, more than 40 patients in the afternoon alone, and never on time. You need wait about 3 hours for a 2 mins talk. He took too many Chinese pregnant women to deliver American babies. He received thousands of cash easy money from these Chinese women, so treat insurance patients very bad. I doubt about his tax report about these cash. The most worst part of delivery your baby by Dr. Lee is the highly risk of your cut infection. Several women waiting in his office complained that they felt very bad hurt on their cut even after two weeks of delivery. But Dr. Lee just ignored them and blamed on the bad-luck patients. So, only if he is the only OB/GYN doctor on the earth, you choose Thomas Lee.

Horrible service. If youre pregnant you wont even meet Dr. Lee until he delivers you. Huge issues with Medi-Cal and the billing department. The nurse are horrible. Reception is horrible. They treat patients like they are cash cows! No personalized service during your pregnancy and not once has my appointment ever been seen on time. If youre pregnant find another office you will not be satisfied.

My pregnant wife and I just came back from this horrible and unethical doctors office. We first called them to know if they will receive our MediCal insurance, and they said Yes, please come to verify our situation. So when we arrived the following day, as soon as we told their nurse at the counter that we have MediCal, she rejected us and told my pregnant wife -in a horrible EnglishChinese accent- that MediCal is for Poor People, so the doctor wont accept our case. Seconds later, the same nurse added that maybe we are rich, but MediCal card is only used by Poor People...Not only Dr Thomas C. Lees office insulted us, but also discriminated us. Has Dr. Thomas C. Lee forgot the Hippocratic Oath and/or Osteopathic Oath he made when making his White Coat Ceremony at Medical University? If he forgot it, then this is a good chance to remind him that: I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures [that] are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism. and I will be mindful always of my great responsibility to preserve the health and the life of my patients, to retain their confidence and respect both as a physician and a friend...Doctors offices like this one should be kicked out of our country. These are the ones who put Money Cash before Health, who put Discrimination against Serving society, who put Uneducated Illegal Immigrants with Money in their pockets against American Citizens.Dr Thomas C Lee should really ask yourself Am I really contributing to American society? Or taking advantage of it?

I went to visit Dr. Lees office in Upland and it looked like a crack house inside and outside. The carpet had huge black stains, the office walls were dingy, and the paint was peeling off the doors. I didnt dare go inside the exam room. I refused to be examined at the Upland office, I was honestly afraid of touching anything in there. I want to give the office half a star but, the staff is so nice! I have an appointment next week at the Montclair office, fingers crossed.

After each check in, the doctor has to wait for at least one and a half hours. The doctor always forgets things and has to remind him every time to remember. The doctor cant answer questions patiently every time when he goes to see a doctor. Even if the answer is in a hurry, I have to change doctor!

Dr. Lee has a lot of experiences and is kind to patients. He answered all my questions with details and gave me more suggestions. The staff in the office are willing to accommodate my request even though I change my schedule many times.

I have four children under his care and it was top notch. All OBGYNs are busy so you have to know that going in but otherwise I was given the best of care and I had twins and then two other babies.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Always Im a hurry, doesnt stop to answer questions. Had me come in to the office, pay my co pay wait for over an hour to tell me something he could have told me over the phone and rushed out. Had a procedure done here and it was most painful thing ever. Please go somewhere else.

Had an appt and was 1 min late, and sign in well others have come and gone before me and they came in after I did. And now its going on 1 1/2 hrs and still waiting. What is the point of having an appt? If you cant get in when u suppose to and u have to just sit and wait til your called.

The absolute worst!! Last straw was when she wrote my prescription and it just said 1 vial... No milligrams or anything the pharmacist though I wrote it myself!! Even I know that medication needs a dosage !! I dont feel like writing everything that happened up to this point but please take my word for it and go elsewhere

Dont go to this Doctor once you see them they send you everywhere check this and check that. if you have pay cash you get treat first class.

Thomas Lee sees patients as if they are rushing to catch a flight. He has no time to answer patients questions and instead asks patients to check online. Thomas Lee was impatient with his patients and was not a trustworthy doctor.

I do not recommend him, look for another gynecologist, there are many better ones than this one, he has no human quality, he only cares about money, he gives you a 2-minute consultation, in a hurry, always in a hurry, that is not a consultation.
