I am so grateful for the incredible support and guidance provided by the office staff and Tracey! They took the time to explain everything in detail, including the next steps and the medication and vitamins that will help make this process easier. They even offered printouts and price breakdowns! I was initially worried about understanding the process, but Traceys explanation was so clear and helpful. They will be with us every step of the way, providing guidance and monitoring our progress. I am so thankful for their help and support!

This was mine and my husband’s first visit to ACRM and it was absolutely amazing! Ms. Tracey Mendelsohn took her time and explained everything thoroughly. I’m excited to be going through this journey with someone so caring and passionate about her patients.

They are truly the best! Very personable, responsive, and great at easing all of the anxiety that comes with infertility. We wish we could see them the whole 9 months!

From day 1, everyone here took the time to listen and offered compassionate care. Dr. Long validated my feelings and listened. He came up with a plan and his staff executed beautifully. In the Bham office, the front desk staff were always welcoming. Cecily was excellent and listened to me even when our opinions differed.Tracey was the best! She was always able to answer our questions and calm our worries. 1 year after my first appointment I’m holding our 2 week old. Cannot thank this practice enough.

Tracey has been phenomenal throughout the process. My wife and I feel like everyone at the facility supports us on this journey and are readily available to answer our questions via phone or email.

Tracey is amazing!! She truly listens. She responds to all of my questions. I met with Dr Long and he is definitely a laid back man. Both are so encouraging.

Highly recommend ACRM. Everyone in the office is great. They are quick to respond with any questions or concerns you have throughout the whole IVF process. We are 10 weeks with our baby girl and happy we chose ACRM to help get us there.

Tracey was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and prepared for my first time doing IVF. The front desk was very friendly and my consultation with Dr. Long was great! He was very easy to talk to and answered any questions I had.

Never ever have I been more impressed with a doctors office! Ms. Belinda and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. They have made this journey (although still in very early stages) very welcoming, easy, loving and we can not wait to continue treatment with ACRM!

Amazing place. They make u feel warm and welcome. I have not had any services as of yet, just a consultation and basically getting a taste of what my journey may look like, but I am definitely looking forward to seeing the future with them. Glad I chose them to be apart of this journey.

She is so nice and very informative. She is very patient and all about the patient. They make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door until you leave. This place is amazing and I would recommend it.

Today we had our consultation with ACRM, we couldn’t be more pleased. We felt heard and had every question answered. The anxiety going into this appointment was really high. We left feeling confident in our plan and we’re excited to start the IVF journey with ACRM. I highly recommend this clinic and staff for fertility treatments!
