NextCare Urgent Care Montgomery

Absolutely the BEST urgent care experience that I have ever had. I highly highly recommend coming to this Urgent Care. I had no wait time and the front desk receptionist, Brittany, was efficient and kind. My kids were crying and they were all so nice. Dr. John Davis and his assistant, Sean were incredible! They truly care about getting you better quickly. I will forever be coming to this urgent care when needed. Thank you for the amazing experience and making me feel so much better! God bless you all!

I go here for all my unscheduled medical needs. I can get in and out in less time than I sit in the waiting room at my regular doctors office. As well as I can actually get an appointment when I need it and not 3 weeks down the road. Always friendly people and they genuinely seem to care. I have been going here since about 2015.

Was having back spasms that took me two hours and help from my daughter to get out of bed. Made the appointment for asap, got one right away. Checked in, and was seen within 10 minutes. All was completed and medication ordered at the pharmacy. Quick, efficient and friendly. Perfect.  I definitely recommend this facility

I’d crawl over broken glass for my family to have John Davis treat them in their time of need. In 46 years I’ve never met a physician so incredible, kind, knowledgeable. Our paths crossed by the grace of god. John Davis, thank you for being such great man and treating my daughter.

We booked an appointment at 9:15, we werent out of there for about an hour and a half. We filled out paperwork online and then they made us fill them out again in person, When we finally saw the PA, she was in there for 2 minutes, didnt even talk to my little girl who is 7, made zero attempt to connect and dismissed us. Terrible bedside manner., bad customer service. We are new to the area, so maybe this is just normal here. Otherwise I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. We would not return based on this experience.

Needed to get a TB test for my new job and the scheduling was so fast and easy… the receptionist was able to answer all my questions and was able to get me In the very same day at a time that was convenient for my schedule!! The office was very clean and everyone was very kind and welcoming… wait time was a breeze but I was also the only patient at the time. I highly recommend this place due to same day appointment, cleanliness, kind staff!

Awesome staff, I was greeted by Meagan very quickly and professionally. Sean showed me to my room and he makes you feel very comfortable, he is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. John Davis quickly saw me and was attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. I was a walk in and it only took about 45 min total. Very fast service and great staff!!

Easy to download app and schedule. Forms were easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and I was a first am appt. Level of care and bedside manner also excellent. Love that they took our insurance. It was a no hassle process and they took great care of our 5 year old grandson. Very happy.

Awesome experience! I went in for a swollen bee sting and the doctor on duty instantly knew it was a brown recluse spider bite! He took care of me right away with the shots and needed medication straight to the pharmacy. Dakota at the front desk was welcoming, sweet and got me checked in with ease. It was Father’s Day Sunday and I was so grateful they were open and happy to take anyone who came in that day. I definitely recommend them for a local urgent care!

I underestimated my drive time and ended up having to call to see if I could move my appt to a little later time. They said no problem and got me fixed right up. Once there, we were only in the waiting room about 10 min maybe. And once in the room, the PA, John, came right on in. He was kind, friendly, and very informative regarding my daughters diagnosis. I scheduled at this location by accident, not realizing it was almost an hour from my home, but after such a great experience here, I didnt even care anymore. I def recommend this place!

Booked appointment on line, no wait, quick x-ray. Less than an hour in and out for a broken leg. Sean and Stefanie were so nice and helpful and made a pleasant experience of a not so pleasant injury.

I had a very pleasant experience at NextCare. The staff was friendly and the service was very prompt, yet thorough. My doctor was kind and he addressed all of my concerns.

My son had not been feeling well and woke up with a very high fever. Next Care was able to quickly get my son seen and the antibiotics needed for him to make a full recovery. Very happy with the service and will use them whenever our primary care physician is not available. I would recommend Next Care!

Amazing experience, had to get my son a physical for camp, went to a doctors office and was told 160 today, called next care and it was 20 dollars for a camp physical.Walked in, and was done within half an hour. Absolutely amazing and kind staff.

Dr diagnosed me with bacterial infection.  Medicine was super expensive.  Got worse.. Ended up at the ER and was told it was viral and the meds prescribed from urgent care would do nothing.  My dad also went there about a year ago.  He was given a steroid shot.  We ended up at the ER and was told a95 year old should never get one.  He fell and broke his back.  Never going there again.

Made appt online and was seen quickly. Front desk and medical staff were friendly. The care provided started my road to feeling better that day.

NextCare in Montgomery, TX is easy to schedule or just walk in, needing immediate care, they have always been my urgent care of choice!  Staff is wonderful, they are efficient and always quick to provide the care needed!  In addition we always have prescriptions ready at our pharmacy quickly as they send them right away!  Highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

Clinic folks are friendly, moved to exam room quickly, with nurse and doctor listening and understanding my frustration with OTDs. I was out in 10-minutes with 3 prescriptions and a shot. Within hours I felt better.

My wife had a bad experience last year but this was my first time there and my experience was great! The lady who helped me even printed my insurance card for me because I hadn’t received mine in the mail yet. Great customer service and was in and out within an hour.

My daughter woke up with an ear infection. We walked in and were seen within 45 minutes. Got a prescription called in and on our way. The online check in and portal made things easy and we knew where we were in line. The staff was great!  Definitely recommend!

Wait time was quick! Jayln was great! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Testing and needle pokes didn’t hurt at all! She has skills 😌

Great experience here. No one in waiting room when I arrived. I checked in with Dakota and filled out the paperwork, which probably was the longest part of my visit. Vuressa called me back and was very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. They administered a breathing treatment, answered any questions, and sent me on my way to pick up some meds. Would return if needed and would recommend to anyone.

Best urgent care I have ever been to. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all so welcoming! Quick and fast if I may add.

Dr. examined my son but never told us what was wrong. I had to read discharge papers to even know she wrote him a prescription. Knew from Rx that he has arthritis.

I went to urgent care as a walk in.  I did not have to wait long before they were able to see me.  the stafff and doctors were very helpful and  knowledgeable. Diagnosed with vertigo and treatment recommended during visit was not ordered.  Could not get response from clinic rest of the day (during business hours) and no response the following.  Went back in person and was told would have to come back the following day to see doctor again.  So have to spend 3 days dizzy and nauseous due to their poor service and errors.  Doctor on call today wouldn’t just write the prescription for ear drops, not talking about controlled drugs, ear drops.  Also charged $210 for visit and my insurance is no deductible for urgent care.

Weve used this location several times over the years. Always super friendly, takes our insurance & takes the time to talk to you. Highly recommend if you cant get to your primary care.

Had a cough for 2 weeks. The doctor heard my bronchitis immediately and gave me shots of steroids and antibiotics. Sent home with great prescriptions and feel 100% better today!!!! Would highly recommend this clinic. They’re always friendly and accommodating!!!

Dealing with a sick baby for close to two weeks after seeing his regular doctor we still didn’t have answers. Took him to NextCare and Mr.John Davis took care of us immediately and knew exactly what was wrong. I’m so thankful for them!

Setting up the appointment was simple enough, care at the facility was not so as I had an appointment but still had to wait half an hour for a room and then another half hour to see the doctor, then less than five minute talk and out the door without a real check up or diagnosis. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Waited an hour, I had no appointment. Just to find out itd be better for me to see a primary doctor or clinic. They were very nice though.

Needed to have a physical performed so that my son can participate in SAC Camp. The right, timing and location were good so we booked the appointment and had the physical completed in about an hour start of booking to exiting the clinic. 👍🏾

This office is great. They are always ready to help. They answer your questions fully. And explain what is going on and what you need to do to feel better . The front desk is friendly. The MA.is professional and friendly while they are getting your vitals and taking your history. The PA. Is great. Timothy has Autism and they are so patient with him. And they make sure Tim and I understand what we need to do. I really appreciate all the effort everyone puts forth to make him feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you for the opportunity to thank everyone who participates in his care. We will continue to use this office 😀

I had a great experience. My wait was minimal and everyone was friendly. Sean also gave me a pain free blood draw that didn’t hurt. I would definitely recommend and will return.

Next Care Montgomery is the best most competent staff of anywhere I have ever been. Online appointments work great.

The entire staff at this urgent care was amazing and so kind! The doctor actually listened to my concerns and helped me so much that within 24hrs of my visit I felt like a new person. I will go here for now on for all my urgent medical needs and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I was in this area for an event and had to come in. The front desk receptionist was very kind in walking me through how to get the information to get treated. Dr. John Davis was kind and very effective in telling me what was going on. I would highly recommend.

Jalyn and Stefanie Krejci, FNP were so nice and professional. They smiled and had a great bedside manner. They listened to me and got right to the point. It was recommended that I have an strep test first rather than testing me for a bunch of possibly unnecessary things. After the strep test was negative, they asked me if I wanted an Covid and flu test, I said yes (which were negative, too). Aside from feeling bad from a sore throat, the visit was very comfortable. I will return the next time I’m sick. Stefanie knew I felt bad, so she prescribed so medications to help ease my symptoms. I appreciate that so much!!

I am so sick. I have been to two next cares. I have the same problem my wife had, she came home with. She got steroids, antibiotics. Me nothing, except a nausea pill. I havent ate in 4 days.

Sean, gave me my Injections and read me perfectly. It was over quick and virtually painless. This is my closest and go to spot for urgent care. Its always my first recommendation.

If all health care experiences were this good life would be infinitely better. I am sicker than a dog, went in coughing, chills the whole 9 yards, and they LISTENED to me. They were nice, and above all, I didnt feel like I was being interrogated, just treated. My visit was quick, but it never felt impersonal, inpact I felt like both Doctor and nurse were really eating attention and hearing me. Being sick is miserable, but at least this experience wasnt. Ill be back for all my urgent needs for sure!

The staff at Nextcare were awesome! The front desk, Ashley was so pleasant and professional! The doctor was so professional, caring and listened with patience and genuine concern. The medical assistant had a pleasant attitude and is good with IVs. I also appreciated the care that Christina provided. Great staff! I would recommend making an appointment online and completing the paperwork prior to arrival.

I brought my daughter in a few days ago when she injured her arm in an accident. I was so frantic that I could barely form coherent sentences. On the way to NextCare, I called and spoke with Ashley, who was an absolute godsend. She helped to calm me and informed me that they had an x-ray machine on the premises, so I got there as quickly as I could. There, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive.

Great visit. Got me in quick and nurse practitioner was friendly and thorough.

The staff was professional and yet delightful. I was in pain and they still made me smile. The provider was courteous and knowledgeable. After talking with me and truly listening to my concerns. Then he examined and we talked again. I agreed with his results. I started to think the shot for pain and swelling wasnt going to work. I was still in pain, but while getting out of my car i was not saying ow. Thank you Jeff. I felt very comfortable with you.

Quick and easy visit. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The doctor listened to me, did an evaluation, and then prescribed an antibiotic. This is the only urgent care Ill go to.

Very little diagnostic tools are available at this location. Charged a small fortune to tell me to go get care elsewhere. Will not return.

NextCare at Lake Conroe (Montgomery), Texas is very convenient for me when I fall ill and need a quick diagnosis and medicine if needed. They are near my home, take my insurance, and are always friendly and professional. Will continue to use this facility in the future!

No one seemed to have a very good attitude on my visit.except the front desk. The nurse and apparent doctors seem to have been having a bad day. There was absolutely no one in that clinic when I went for my appointment. The symptoms I put down would have warranted a test for the flu or other things. Yet all the doctor did was look at my nose. Check my lungs and give me A. Shot of cortisone. Is with the flu on the Rampage and the threat covid still in the air. I think more should have Been done. I felt like cattle with an. I dont care attitude of people around except the front desk. Keep the same people you had the last time. Ive come in there and get rid of these. Especially that doctor. And a footnote why dont they have change for money. They did not have change for a dollar bill and they said they were gonna bill me twenty two cents thats crazy. And totally uncalled for. Next care has always been my go to place to go. In case I cant get a doctors appointment. But I doubt Ill go back to this location after this incident. Unless I hear changes. And seriously, I dont know that youre gonna do anything about it. Reading the other reviews ive read . Lets try taking healthcare dead series from now on please

The staff was friendly and I was pleased with how quickly I was seen by a doctor.

I made my appointment online. Once there, Melinda promptly greeted me and got me checked in. Christina was great about not making my blood pressure go up by getting me on the scales. Dr. OBrien was kind and considerate as he quickly diagnosed my problem and my need.The clinic is clean, professional, kind, and considerate. I actually felt more like a regular patient than I do at my doctors office where Ive been going for almost 15 years.

This is a online doc appointment! I thought there would be a real doc there! No you have to download a app to talk to the pa so you can get any help! Sure the meds work but at the price I pay I believe I am old fashioned and expect a in person doctor not a telemedicine doctor! All I can say is that everyone was nice but the doctor was on a video call to see patients! So I will find a emergency room doctor that can see eye to eye with!

We had an awful experience here!! The “doctor on call” was actually a NP (nurse practitioner)-in training. She dug around in my sons highly infected foot and claimed nothing was wrong, yet we ended up in the hospital for antibiotics because he was septic!! When actual care and doctors is needed don’t go here.! Do the drive to Memorial Herman in the Woodlands or Baylor Scott and White in College Station. You are going to end up there anyways if you start here.

I love that you can wait in your car and head right to your room. The staff is so professional and courteous. It’s quick in and out and you’re on your way to feeling better!

Came in figured I had the flu or strep. The nurse said it’s prob the flu we had 19 positive case just last night. He said I’ll swab you for all and Covid. I said I didn’t want to be swabbed for Covid. He said he would just do flu and strep then.  Then we he came into  the room he took two swabs in my nose and one I. My throat. When the doctor came in she said you have Covid.  I was a little shocked since I had no idea he swabbed me for something I asked him not to.  So as far as I’m concerned my health rights were trampled on. I have always highly recommend your offices to many including my family which being their children to you. Not so sure how I feel going forward. For your employee to be sneeky and do what I ask him not to do is JUST WRONG!!!If he had wanted to say I really think you should, or something like that…. But I still have rights.  I feel this was very underhanded

I’ve been here a couple times in the past month. They take great care of you and are very kind Especially Sean.

Don’t go here! Complete waste of time and their prices are ridiculous, even with insurance.When I walked in, I was given an appointment time and was not called until an hour later. Together it took about TWO HOURS from the moment I walked in! There were only 4-5 other people ahead of me with multiple nurses on staff.When I was finally next to be seen, I overheard the front desk man say he was on the phone trying to verify my insurance. I had been waiting so long that I just asked to self pay and was told it would be $350 just to be seen + any tests would be extra. Excuse me? I have the money but that’s just ridiculous.I want to do business with a clinic that’s respectful of their clients time, keeps a sense of urgency, communicates effectively, cost effective, and are empathetic to every client!THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!On principal and self respect, I chose to leave.Minute Clinics and other Urgent Cares are more cost effective, more empathetic, and more respectful of their clients time.

My experience here was great. We will be using them from now on!

The place was clean, the staff was great, they handled everything with professionalism and grace. I was a walk in and they got me back within 15 mins. The consultation took less than 10 mins. Melinda was very nice during the check in process. Christina was very patient with me (I was having trouble talking). Tina was also very nice and straight to the point.

My wife fell on the tennis court and had several injuries: thumb, wrist, elbow, and thigh. We went to this facility. They took several x-rays and then we waited for them to be read. The report was that she had two fractures around her thumb. We were advised to see an orthopedist. We made an appt with an orthopedist who asked us to bring a CD with the x-rays. We called NextCare and they said they would have a CD ready first thing the next morning.On our way to the orthopedist, we stopped to pick up the CD. There was no CD. We were told that it was not possible to make on until the next day. When I said that I was promised it would be available and that our appt was in 45 minutes the desk lady said, Yeah, our customer service sucks. She had a terrible attitude. Then another women came from the back and joined in. She called me Baby. I told her not to call me that. When she did it again I slapped the counter and told her to not call me that. The first woman threatened to call the police. At that point I was getting pretty upset and left.We went to the orthopedist and had more x-rays taken. They concluded that there were no fractures.NextCare - rude, didnt keep their word, incompetent at reading x-rays.

Great overall experience. Well versed and knowledgeable. Very personable as well.

I had been bitten by a dog and went in for care. Every single person in there from the intake receptionist the nurse and the Doctor were Wonderful!! So nice, professional, Fast and Caring. I was taken care of so well I really just wanted to hug them before I left.

Having a video visit from the comfort of my home while I’m sicky is 10/10 recommend. My visit was only 15 minutes and my medication is sent to my pharmacy and work note is being sent to me! Nothing compares!!

Im not much of a review giver but ive never had any problem here! Ive always been treated kindly here along with my family and kid! Id like to commend everyone here for always being a great caring person it means alot to be able to go to a place like this!

Sean was an amazing nurse who gave the best shots. They were fast, considerate and concise. Will go back anytime for medical needs.

Everything you want when you need help in a hurry. Very easy to schedule online and once you get there everyone is polite, qualified, and efficient. Our insurance works here as well as it does anywhere else and instead of having to wait 2 weeks to see my GP I can see these guys with a few hours notice. Our whole family goes here now for anything thats not routine.

Sean, medical assistant was quick, pleasant and professional. Tania, PA, is always professional and knowledgeable; in the past diagnosis and treatments have been always accurate.

This place was absolutely awesome. Inside and out from the front desk to the back room and out again.I took my grandson around noonGot home & school called to p/u my grand daughter whom was very sick. Needless to say we had to go twice in the same day.All these workers we great with my kiddos. The lady up front managed to get me in ASAP, make all of us very comfortable & kept us postedAs far as progress towards getting in a room. I am very dumb when it comes to cell phones & computers, she helped me scan thru the cell phone scan every bit of the was most helpful. The young lady to did the triage Was very knowledgeable , very informative and explained everything to the kids prior to doing anything. She was for sure a people person. When the Dr came in he was very quick to diagnose the kids illness, checked them outAnd as a matter of fact he spoke to the kids as well as myself, Explained everything the way we could understand.We did have a bit of a wait, they were extremely busy, but worth the wait!This whole group was exceptionally tops in my books! I have been to this location at least 6 different times and every time the service has been incredible.Now days this is the first & only Urgent Care I will go to.All these people deserve anAttaboy for a great job well done. A very pleasant visit, thorough and efficient!! I was greeted at the front desk by Melinda, checked in, and immediately brought back for screening. Jocelyn was extremely friendly and welcoming and professional. Dr. Obrien was very friendly and helpful.5/5 Stars!! Highly recommend, will be back for all of my urgent care needs.

The staff was amazing, they made me feel comfortable! I made an appointment and was in and out within the hour.

Definitely not urgent care. They told my wife shes need to wait almost 2 hours to be seen and that she could wait in the car and check in online. Then they werent able to pull up our insurance (we found them through our insurances website) so I said lets just pay for it and deal with the insurance later. Then they told us itd be $350 to get checked out plus any additional tests/x-rays.

I made an appointment and was in and out with quick service and prescriptions. Treated with kindness and concern.

Very unprofessional. I went in at 9:00 AM, there was one person ahead of me. The receptionist was rude, told me to scan a QR code and sign in electronically. I did and filled out a 1 page info sheet. I sat down and waited 45 minutes. The person ahead of me already left. I walked to the desk, no one was there, I said “Hello” to try to get someone’s attention. A voice hollers back saying they will be right there so I waited. I could here people hanging out chatting. The receptionist comes back out and proceeds to tell me she was eating her breakfast. Then tells me I need to fill out paperwork. I could have been doing this while I waited 45 minutes but she was too concerned about eating her breakfast. There are way too my other urgent care clinics for me to accept this treatment. Plus, their office visit along was $155 for self pay. Needless to say I left and went to Family First Urgent care where the fee was $95 and the staff and doctors are great.

The staff are great. Always professional, kind, and courteous to each patient. They take the time to listen and ask questions to treat my family, but somehow get us in and out quickly. Of course during peak COVID testing times, it runs slower, but that is expected. My family appreciates them.

Ive been here numerous times. Doctors have treated me well. And I get the care I need, quickly. Definitely recommend.

Great urgent care. Went on a Sunday and there was no waiting. Was tested and given results promptly. Prescriptions were ordered and now were feeling better. Facility is clean and has everything to take care of your needs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would use them again. Convenient location on SH 105 and Lake Conroe.

I love this office! The lady at the front desk is awesome, and both the nurse and doctor that I spoke to today were super nice and friendly. The wait time was very short (I was in and out in 30 minutes or less), the waiting room is clean and theres even a screen that shows what order youre in so that you know approximately how long your wait time is. Im very glad that I came here and Ill be coming back here for any further urgent care needs.

I have been to NextCare Urgent Care several times over the years. The staff has always been courteous and professional and taking care of my needs.

Had a great experience at Nextcare today. I had dreaded going since I’ve been really sick for almost a week. Promptly gave me both flu and Covid test. Both negative! 95% accuracy. Was headed to pneumonia but shot and meds should make a difference. Great service, didn’t rush and very attentive.

The staff was so kind and courteous. They offered me water and the wait was minimal. Dr. O’Brien was very attentive and took the time to listen to me. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility.

I have been visiting NextCare for the past 7 years and they have been very professional and my wait time is no more than a few minutes. Staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed. I would highly suggest.

Melinda and Sean were so great, made the experience extremely easy and enjoyable (given the circumstances of having the flu).

Ive been using this urgent care for our daughters for years. Only due to the hours, Ive had to opt to use others within the past. Only due to the hours! The staff is very hospitable, comforting, and helpful. The doctors have an amazing knowledge for their patients needs medically, and an abundance of compassion for their emotional needs, and they sincerely do care.

In, told me what I had, out, and it didn’t break the bank. I could not have been happier with my visit everyone there was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I don’t necessarily want to get sick and have to go back, but if I do, I know I will be treated well.

The receptionist was pleasant to talk to and very friendly. She said walk in is welcome but the wait is an hour. I got in and the process was smooth and quick. I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was great. Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The service was quick and outstanding. My experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Then to top it off, I was helped out to my car because I had an issue packing all my stuff while on crutches. I just wish I had gotten names because the staff is phenomenal! Thank y’all so much! I came into the office at 8:45am and literally was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone in the office was super nice. The nurse practitioner was very sweet, caring and helpful. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Ive had to visit this place a couple of times within the last few months. I hit them up tonight at 715pm knowing they close at 8pm. I have honestly never had such great customer service ANYWHERE that close to closing. If I hadnt read the hours on the door, Id have had no indication that they were closing anytime soon. As always, I didnt feel rushed, they were very courteous, they answered my 5 million questions, explained each prescription to me, and were very friendly throughout the visit! I did wait in the waiting room the first time for a tad over an hour but I also walked in and was the 3rd or 4th patient there. This time, I waited about half an hour and I was able to wait outside the door in my car, which was appreciated because my kid was sleeping and I didnt want to have to wake him too early. They just sent me a text when they were ready for us!

During these busy and stressful times of the pandemic, the staff was calm, professional, and caring. They all tried their best to maintain confidence in conversations while keeping distance from everyone. The volume of walk ins was steady, while fitting them around appointments. They handled it with kindness and I appreciated it. This has been my familys go to for years. Thank you!

The people who work here are always so nice and friendly. It’s an urgent careSo of course you have to wait but I have found in comparison to other urgent cares around this one is by far the best when it comes to waiting times. Will always come here when I need a dr asap.

Had to take my son in for a Covid test. Made an appointment online. It still took them 2 hours to get us back (thus the 4 star rating) so pack your patience. Walk ins were told it would be about a 2 1/2 hour wait so really, there wasn’t much difference. You can wait in the waiting area or your car until you are called back. The staff was very nice despite the amount of stress I’m sure they are under.

I did not catch her name, but the lady that greeted me at the window and took my intake information was very nice. The other lady that took our payment when we were leaving was also very nice. This was my first visit to an Urgent Care facility, and I am really happy with the ease in which I could schedule an appointment online, fill out the intake paperwork, and be seen by the doctor, all within the same hour or so. Dr. OBrien was pleasant and helpful. This was quite a contrast as what I have experienced at my family physician (make that ex) where they are rude and pushy among other things. Urgent Care is very considerate and convenient. They actually see us as a person, not just another claim coming through the door. Urgent Care and specialists have made me rethink how I obtain medical care. I am very happy with the care I got at NextCare. I will definitely return when the need arises.

I bring my kids here for after hour needs and I’m never disappointed. We hardly wait and the staff is always so great. They know what they are doing and explain everything before and after. The front desk staff is always kind and professional as well. Their xrays and labs are quick and don’t take forever which is convenient for a mom of 5.

I was very pleased with the entire staff. The lady at the front desk was well organized and helpful. The techs were kind and fast. The doctor was soothing. So, so much better than an ER.

The doctors here sincerely care about you and your children. We have been given excellent care here for minor to major emergencies!! Im very happy with this location they listen, they understand and you will get the help you need.

The staff and doctor were very nice. The waiting room was clean and there was hand sanitizer for everyone to use. They sent me texts every step of the way to let me know how many people were ahead of me and when I could go in to see the doctor. Their organization was very much appreciated.

Needed a rapid Covid test for return to work. Made an appointment online and got tested today. Although we waited about 30 minutes past our appointment time, the staff was very polite and apologetic about the wait. Ive waited much longer than that at our regular physicians office, so 30 minutes was fine. Great bedside manner and answered every question we had.

Went to UrgentCare tested positive for Covid they gave me a steroid shot and a zpack and said they would call me in cough medicine. Still havent called it in been having horrible cough attacks. Luckily I had some left over from another time I was sick. I feel worse than when I originally went in. You call the number you get a call center they never give calls back to you. Dr in the office was awesome but what Im going through now and call center will not transfer 0 out of 5 stars.

Had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Lovely service from the front desk lady to the doctor. Wait was long but not their fault. I was in and out within an hour and half!

Came here last night at 7:30 pm was met with bare minimum politeness older woman with curly hair upfront asked if we had an appointment because they arent taking walk-ins. I didnt because my toddler just injured herself... isnt that what urgent care is for to be seen in an URGENT MATTER?! I asked if someone could at least look at the injury and acess if I was overacting or she needed to be admitted to an ER... the curly haired woman couldnt even be bothered to get up from her seat, thats when a younger lady with long blonde hair came to the front she was also polite and gave us suggestions of where we could go to get treatment. Once we went to the ER without prompt the ER Doctor stated that this could have been handled at urgent care.

I’ve been here twice for my kiddos, and they have been great each time. The staff was very polite and very patient with my VERY miserable 7 year old. We got there about an hour before closing, so it was getting late, but they treated us like we were the first patients they had seen all day. Highly recommend NextCare 105-Conroe location!

I was sent here for workers comp because I needed stitches. They are very unprofessional. There were only 3 people waiting and it took me 3 hours to see a doctor. I had no feeling in the area I cut and I addressed it 3 times on 3 different days. They blew it off without wanting to run tests. Said Ill be fine. I asked to see a specialist and they got annoyed at the request. Finally saw my specialist and he said they I had severed my nerve and tendon and lost my feeling permanently. I have to go into surgery now to get a cadaver nerve. The surgeon said I should have seen him within the first 5 days and he wouldve been able to reattach my nerve. If it wasnt for me begging for a specialist I would never get my feeling back. They do not know how to treat or diagnose and they dont care about your well being. Never go here.

The staff actually listened and solved an issue that was dismissed an another urgent care last week. They were the efficient and effective!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in online and wait time was minimal. Once I was in a room the PA was with me almost immediately. Super friendly and thorough. The best part was they accepted my insurance. I would definitely go there again.

I went to this location almost a week ago. I was prescribed antibiotics and went to go pick them up. They hadnt been called in, I went the next day, still nothing. I called and they assured me it would be called in, and to this day they still havent been called in. On top of that, when I got there they asked if I was pregnant and I said I dont think so my husband and I are going through fertility treatments at the moment. They ran a pregnancy test just in case and the doctor walked in and said congratulations youre not pregnant.....do not recommend, seek care elsewhereI still dont have antibiotics

Easily booked an appointment online and got the app set up. All the nurses and doctors I spoke with were helpful and courteous to my reason for visit. I had tried other urgent cares in my area but they didn’t accept my insurance and this facility does, which made the whole process much smoother ☺️

Always ease of getting in and out. They’ve always been extremely nice with me and my family, we will continue to use this facility, and Tania is always there, she listens and we’ve never had an issue with her! She is laid back and so sweet. When you are down and out, this place will take care of you!

Everyone was extremely kind and patient. They listened to me even though they probably already knew what I was going to say. That kind of care means a lot. I highly recommend coming here. The doctor explained everything so clearly and I felt confident in my care level.

I went to urgent care for cough, sinus and nasal problems. No fever, was treated quickly received a steroid shot and prescription. Just a few hours later I am better. They know what they are doing, would recommend them when you can’t get to regular doctor.

I’ve been using NextCare ever since they came to the area. I’ve never had a bad experience! In and out quickly, professional attitudes, and caring providers! The whole family uses them and we won’t go anywhere else! The “make an appointment” feature is an added bonus!

Very friendly and helpful, they do take walk in’s but it’s better if you schedule an appointment to be seen faster. I’ve personally done both ways and the appointment guarantees you getting seen on time

There are not enough words to describe how well run this clinic is. The FNP is the best out there! Staff is amazing, facility clean, and care is quick. Never hesitate to go here for care when your PCP is unavailable. Love this place!

Great service and took care of what I needed instantly

Had to take my 4 year old to have her ears checked for infection - she was off the charts upset in pain and I was frazzled to say the least. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful and got my little one feeling better fast! Thanks to everyone at Next Care - I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I visited Nexcare for the first time yesterday. My whole experience was great, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Me being a very inpatient person, it says a lot that I am giving them 5 stars. The doctor was thorough and listen to what I had to say. The staff was excellent from when I walked in the door until I left.
