I found this place through Rupa and am SO impressed. The staff is friendly, responsive, kind, and caring. They took care of all of the details for me. Im impressed with all the services that they offer but will definitely return because of the level of professionalism that I received. I highly recommend them. P.S. They also didnt collapse my vein like other labs.

Amazing place with great parking. I came in for drug panel testing for work. They were excellent with explaining everything, completing paperwork and turnaround time was FAST! I also purchased B12/ lipo package and plan on returning for DNA healthy weight loss testing/ report. I love this place. And the staff is totally amazing.

Dr. Adam had my 16 year old son very comfortable while getting his blood draw. Also I am glad to see that they are giving STDs discounts to college students as well.

This is my second year visiting this Anylabs facility. Yes, they do all kinds of tests, testing is done by Quest Diagnostics. So, results are true and accurate. The price is very competitive.Anylabs in Newark is clean and well maintained.During my recent visit, the person in-charge (technician) was smiley, nice and helpful. However, she spoke Spanish and no English! I could hear only Yes or NO!

Wonderful to work with them. They guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible. The blood draw was painless. She is really good. Never felt it. It was far to go but so worth it. Thank you for making it an easy process.

The whole thing was super sketchy.I called a couple days ago to ask if AnyLab took my insurance, The receptionist over the phone said I dont know, I would have to see it, despite me having told her my insurance and plan specifically.So when I arrived this morning, I asked again if they took my insurance. Again the receptionist said I dont know, Id have to look at it when I tried to give her my insurance card she said no, told me I had to sign in and fill out the paperwork. So, I did, and then I gave her my insurance card and ID.She made a copy and said I owed 59.98 I asked if that was my co-pay. She that was the admin fee, when I asked AGAIN if my insurance was paying for anything, she said I dont know. It depends on your insurance, she said this after having made a copy of my insurance card and ID.

They were very helpful with the options for the tests and knowledgeable. I have an issue with needles and they were very receptive to making it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Ownership failed to send the correct paperwork to Quest. I personally visited the location in an attempt to resolve the issue. The issue was finally resolved after I had to pay an additional fee for him to fix his mistake. I highly recommend avoiding this shady and deceptive company.

My appointment was for 9:00 am. I was seen promptly. Office was very clean. They were very helpful & professional. Since I am traveling back home to Canada they helped me find all the information I needed. Received my Rapid results very quickly. Also received my PCR test results very quickly as I promised. Can’t thank them enough for the great experience.Highly recommend them for your testing needs.

Traveled to ALTN,in Newark, in a pinch. My local ALTN has shut down w/o notice.The staff at the Newark location provides the same services and were friendly and professional.

Went for my appointment yesterday and it was great! Both the gentlemen and the woman were very professional and nice. He was able to answer all my questions. My husband went with me and he did not have an appointment but decide on the spot to have some test completed. This was no issue and we were still in and out within 20 mins or so. I would recommend Anytime Lab to all my family and friends. It was great to be able to pick and choose what test I wanted verses having a primary do it for you. I was surprised that I received my results the next day! Still waiting on my hubby’s but he had more test completed then I did so it’s expected.

I love Any Lab Test Now in Peoples Plaza. For an uninsured person like me, they do a great job with minimal fuss and affordable rates.

Altn’s staff are the nicest , most caring people in any lab test setting! I have various health concerns, and they always have great suggestions. Also there is no one more fair when it comes to pricing. I have been using them for 4 years and have never been disappointed because I couldn’t afford my tests . I use the ALTN in Bear , DE. , even though I moved farther away, and there are closer ALTNs , but nobody beats Adam n his staff at friendliness and affordability!!!

I’m a government healthcare and social service professional. I’m appalled by the level of service I received today. I’m not one to ever complain and I’m very understanding. The facility is scheduled to open at 8am and I arrived at 8:35 and the operation wasn’t open instead a piece of printer paper written with “I’m running late come back at a later time” had been written on it taped to the door. I called to inquire about the opening time a male of South Asian orMiddle Eastern decent had told me “come back in 10 minutes I’ll be ready”. Once I came in his attitude wasn’t appropriate for a professional service and continued to raise his tone. He wasn’t prepared to operate the technology to get required documentation and spoke to me as if I wasn’t intelligent. I highly don’t recommend this service to business or community vendors seeking drug screenings for potential employees. I am upset and traumatized by my experience and won’t be using the services at this facility again.

This was the best experience I have ever had. I am terrified of needles but i didnt get the normal glare. I was treated incredibly and with extreme compassion. I would seriously recommend for anyone!!

Customer service kinda sucks. I’m here now. Not another soul in the building besides staff. Yet the guy at the front counter had me have a seat when I entered. Now he’s pacing around, getting water from the water cooler etc. I’m in no rush at all, but can’t help but to notice this poor customer service.

I goto this place for blood draws every year and they are great! Results are super quick as well! This last appointment was a room full of people and I was in and out quick! Very professional and handle their patients with care!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a Covid PCR test for travelers at a price tag of $150. At the test side they tell me if I want the results before the flight (next day) I need to pay premium at a price tag of $240. I should have walked out at that moment, but I decided to pay. Here is the biggest frustration:I got the test results about a couple of hours after the visit. AT THE AIRPORT, they did not accept the test because there is no QR code on the paper with the results. Called the lab and they have the balls to tell me You should have asked for it. For crying out loud, I am not the one selling lab tests for travelers, so how should I know?! and they finish it up with we are not a traveling agency so it is not our business.To summarize:- They rip you off with an overprice test- They fail to give results complaint with airport regulations- They dont take responsibility for their actionsAt the very least they should have paid for the hotel for making me miss my flight

I went in to get a lab test after not feeling well. I made an appointment when I arrived and was greeted promptly while gathering my information I actually passed out. I have to say he treated me as if I was his family member. Took my vitals and offered me a fan, I soon felt a little better he made sure I was well enough before we proceeded. He recommended two types of tests due to my symptoms saying first type has been known to be negitive I also took blood test which said was more accurate only after he made sure to make sure I was ready and feeling well. After tests he offered me an Uber or for him to call me a friend to pick me up he was worried about me driving. After making me walk the hall many times to ensure I was ok to drive he let me leave.Well as he did say my one test did come back negative, however the other was in fact positive. Due to my symptoms he knew exactly what he was talking about and what he was doing, this was my second time to this lab and have to say its rare to find a business to treat you well and like a human beingThank you again for taking care of me Anytime Labs peoples plaza Delaware

I had appointment on 3/25/19 @ 7:30 am (1st appt of the day) I did not get the name of the gentleman that took my blood but HOLY COW he was amazing!!! I have been donating blood every 8 weeks for the past 2-3 years (through Christiana Care) & it tends to result in black & blue marks on my arms as well as a few blown veins which hurt for weeks after! This was such a pleasant appointment I wish he could take my blood every 8 weeks through Christiana Care! This guy had a wonderful bedside manner & skills that match no other! I’m just sorry I never got his name because I would like to ask for him every time I need blood taken!!!I will be back!!! Thank Thank Thank!!! ❤️ 😁

I have an international flight and needed COVID 19 PCR results fast. They are one of the only labs in the area that are open during the weekends, huge if you’re traveling and need to get results within a 72 hour window before your flight. The staff was informed and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

I love Any Lab Test Now! in Peoples Plaza, I have my weekly blood work done here and theyre awesome! I hate having lab work done but I find myself looking forward to my appointments here(I do early morning appointments, I love Jah, shes the best!). They have great hours, not to mention theyre fast, theyre friendly, theyre efficient, and there are so many convenient options for receiving my results. They offer a wide variety of tests(its crazy, every test you can think of and more; allergy, thyroid, pregnancy, paternity, hormone, food sensitivity, drug, etc..) without needing/requiring a physicians orders/referrals or insurance, and they arent ridiculously expensive, unlike Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. Couple of months ago I went there for few information of the tests I needed. The medical assistant, I believe her name was Maria, was very helpful and patient. She gave me all the information I needed. But, unfortunately, they do not take any medical insurance. So, went elsewhere.

I love coming to this facility to get my blood work drawn. They always take great care of me.

Ive had a lot of blood tests done the past couple of years due to chronic illness, so Im pretty familiar with the process of being stabbed and sucked dry of my blood. To start off with, I was in a bit of panic because I had two blood test kits that needed to be drawn and mailed to two different labs (Galaxy and MDL). Both LabCorps and Christiana Care Lab told me they couldnt do it. I called Any Lab Test Now, spoke to the front desk who verified that they could do both kits, and drove straight there. The lab technician (Irphan, if I remember correctly) made me feel very comfortable, used a smaller needle because I was worried about how much blood he was drawing (since Im a small person), gave me a water bottle afterwards, and prepared the kits to mail. THEN he spent over half an hour working with me to get one the labs to email over a Fedex label so we could mail the kit (because it hadnt been included in the kit). It was a little bit stressful for me, but the lab technician was so kind, very helpful, and reassuring. Thank you so much!

Overall experience was great! I had blood drawn & I was in & out within 15mins. The office was clean and takes great precaution for Covid and other things.

Schedule for a appointment and when I arrived to check-in, I was told to sit down and that others were before me, after waiting for a little while I inquired about the time to wait, I was told about an hour (!?!) and the others who were waiting in the small lobby in my opinion were visibily mad. Why allow for online appointments, but not keep to the times.

Went there for a blood draw for food sensitivity test. They were quick, efficient and friendly. It was a good overall experience.

I trained and worked in the health field and there was no t a lot of sanitation. I was trained to wash hands before you put gloves on and after you take them off. The lab tech didnt. You are suppose to take gloves off after you handle any type of specimen. The lab tech didnt. I have been in enough labs to know that you dont put any type of specimen out in the open and on top of the desk where the sign in sheet is. ITIThe lab tech did not take gloves off before he started typing.

Took a drug screening which took 15 minutes. Super fast and results were printed and given to me before I left.

My results were lost, so I had to come back and redo the test, the tech made me feel uncomfortable, & in the end my results were inconclusive. Beware.

I went to the Peoples Plaza Delaware location and was greeted with a smiling face by our two wonderful Turkish girls, Ayse and Ayse. I felt like I was in Turkey. I was very pleased. It was not the American system we are used to, it was like the Turkish system you know. Now my only address is to have a blood test every 3 months.

I took my mother to have her blood checked at ANYLABTESTNOW (Newark location) and Irphan was very professional (in taking blood and it didnt hurt at all) and friendly. Before knowing ANYLABTESTNOW, my mother had blood taken from another provider and always came home with a blue and swollen arm. My mother doesnt have insurance and needs routine blood checks every 3 months. ANYLABTESTNOW is very affordable and does not require a doctors letter for blood checks etc. THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We needed tests for 7 of our employees with immediate results to be able to enter the refinery in Delaware City. Here they treated us and gave us results immediately. We arrived at 11:00 and at 12:30 PM we were returning to the refinery with the results. Very good and efficient service.

I went to see how his health was, they are very friendly people. Who know how to do their job with low prices for those who do not have health insurance. I recommend it to everyone .
