Dr. Russell isnt exactly warm and fuzzy but he works hard to help find your cause of infertility and help get you pregnant. The staff is incredible. They really get to know you. Of course youll spend 2 to 3 or more times a week there but everyone is kind and always there to walk you through everything and answer questions. The patient portal is amazing youll always know your result same day.

DIRM made my dreams come true! Our little boy will be here in 4 weeks and we couldnt be happier. Other doctors blew us off and tried to nickel and dime us. Dr. Russell and his staff took the time to find our issue. After only three months of treatment, we were pregnant. I cant explain how incredibly grateful I am for a doctor that LISTENED and worked with us. Thank you for the greatest gift of our lives!

I started treatment here in January 2018. I did several rounds of clomid and IUI which were unsuccessful. When I asked 3 times to try the medication famera, I was told “no it won’t work, you should do ivf”. I have pcos but have nothing that would indicate I would need ivf. I was told “you will most likely never get pregnant with out ivf”. I had only been with the clinic 7 months. I decided to get a second opinion. The new doctor told me according to my charts, this clinic was never trying to get me pregnant Or they really don’t know what they are doing. He said they were triggering immature follicles for IUIs that would never be successful due to the immaturity of the follicle (less than 1CM)I left DIRM In august. I took a month off. By October 2018, The new doctor let me try a round of famera and I got pregnant the FIRST cycle with no iui. My son is now a healthy two year old.This clinic will “give you treatments” (which I put in quotes because they will make sure they are unsuccessful) until you are desperate enough to agree to ivf. They are about money and nothing else. I feel sorry for the women who don’t know any better or ask questions like me and are turned down. You will not have a voice in your treatment plan. It’s taken me two years to write this review because this whole process was so traumatic for me.

Great Doctor, they helped me all the way through the IVF Process.the crew was very kind and DR.Jeff is very considerate, compassionate and supportive.I will recommend this office to anyone!!!

Horrible office, nickel and dime you for some stupid, Administration fee. I have excellent insurance that covers 4 rounds of IVF completely and they still wanted this fee. Bedside manner is awful, waited over 1.5 hours for an appt. Only this long since I asked to make another appointment since I needed to be elsewhere 1.5 hours from the time I waited. They rushed me through and collected my insurance co-pay. I had one round of IUI, had useless blood work thereafter then realized (I realized) I was supposed to have another ultrasound the day I had the negative blood work drawn. I grew tired of the disorganization in this office and went to RAD years later. It was a much better experience and I now have a 11 week old baby boy!

Began the process in 2013 was quite optimistic. Took 16 vials of blood to see what the issues might be. Was told all looked good. My husband was also fine. Two treatments and no success after 8 months. We moved away and started the process in another state, blood taken found out I have all sorts of issues fertility wise. I’m pretty sure these issues were there in 2013 as a lot of the symptoms were. Needless to say I’m 45 and will not be able to have a child of my own, wasted my time and money. Thanks ever so much for the disappointment and wasted time.

Dr Russell and his team are the best because of them I am a father now . my wife had high risk pregnancy and we follow every instruction what Dr Russell told us to follow and now we had our son how was born on 28th of 2017. Best Christmas & new yr gift.Thank you so much Dr Russell

After 11 years of trying to conceive, I was referred to Dr. Russell. He discovered what other doctors did not and prescribed a plan of treatment. As a result, I am the mother of three beautiful babies. I have referred others who have had success. Thank God for DIRM and Dr. Russell!

First of all It is all about the money with DIRM there are several great employees there that care. but the ones that run the place its like the quicker we get them in the more we make. I do know that they do not make promises but as soon as your health benifits run out you dont hear anuthing from them, and then over a year later you ask me for a review the least you could have done after giving us so much disapointment would be to call and say i know that you benifits have run dry but hear are some options for you I mean i am not certian but I am guessing that some very nice people donate some of the left over eggs other fertility clinics do but as I said they knew that there was no more benifts so we heard nothing. as i said there are no guarantees and we went through a whole lot of heartbreak throughout the process I think we deserved better than the wham bam thank you maam we got

I was not allowed to bring my toddler son into the waiting area and was forced to wait in the hall for all appointments. Also once my insurance no longer covered my visits, the staff began treating me very rudely and was not helpful with transitioning me back to my regular OB.

I don’t have anything really to is that I had fun doing because long the way I was excited and when it gotten closer it was more exciting but my baby didn’t make it but I want to try again but it just cost too much. I wish they gave me 3 chances to try again. 😢 I love to try again when I come up with more money

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Receptionist, Linda, is always pleasant and greets all with a smile. Office is clean and presentable.

Amazing staff especially through difficult and sensitive situations. Both doctors and staff are responsive, understanding, caring and with great senses of humor.

Dr Jeffrey Russell is very good at his expertise. I recommend him. Also he has a nice and caring staff.
