Love every part of my experiences here! The office staff are always so friendly and helpful with questions. The NP was great with my oldest for their first ever visit and listened when we felt she has endometriosis. Dr. Knapp always greats you with a smile and I’ve been very comfortable with him between my check ups and my pellet insertions. The vibe of the office is between fun/relaxing/informative. You will love it here!

I see Dr. Knapp as my GYN. He is very friendly and to the point. He takes the time to listen to my concerns. He is the only GYN that has given me answers and a diagnosis. I was convinced I would not be able to have children prior to seeing him. We just started medications this past week to assist me in getting pregnant. Overall, the office is clean. The staff is polite and accommodating.

Horrible! Called because I was having issues. Never called me back. Called again they said Gene left a message..she did not. They do not care...secretary didnt seem concerned either. Do not reccomend. Update...then Gene calls back to lie and said she spoke to me...the nerve.. so if u spoke to me why would u tell the secretary I actually spoke to that gene left a voicemail. So unprofessional. They seem like they are only concerned about money.

Suellen is the best. She answers any questions, skilled and makes you feel comfortable the moment you step foot in the room. Everyone that Ive encountered in the office is so friendly and very professional. I recommend them to those who to ask about facial treatments.

Dr. Knapp and his staff are absolutely incredible. The office is so clean and comfortable. They are super organized and on top of everything. Dr. Knapp took his time to address all of my concerns, talk about my options, and educate me on what the next steps are to establish a healthy lifestyle. 10/10 recommend! Super excited to try the services offered at the med-spa!

This review is in reference to the OBGYN. I was hung up on twice and when i nicely stated i was disconnected i was rudely spoken to and told that she (Gene) didn’t hang up and kept saying hello which was not the case and not how you speak to anyone no matter what the issue is. But to also see someone else left a comment and stated they were hung up on as well at a different time speaks volumes.Had a visit, was in the room undressed ready for my exam then was asked if i wanted to pay out of pocket because my insurance wasn’t active. I could have easily paid, however i had just received a new Insurance card in the mail and was assured i was covered for 2024Updated review, my insurance was/is active and i was treated rudely for nothing not to mention embarrassing. I don’t even want to reschedule at this point even though both Dr Knapp and the NP are really nice. I’m just over it and will look for another practice and inform those I’ve told about this place who would have paid cash and not had no issues with insurance.

Dr. Knapp and staff are very professional. My husband and I are using the Biote hormones. Our love life is outstanding. Our inflammation in our joints is just about gone. My brain fog is 98% gone. I do have ADHD so I don’t expect miracles for complete clarity. This therapy is a mid life game changer!

I’m a regular for Sue Ellen and she is just fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She will always make her best recommendation, listen and address your concerns. I recently got a facial from Tara as well and I am not a big skincare girl, but LET ME TELL YOU - life changing. She was so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. She took her time to fully examine my skin, asked about any allergies, and current products I’m using. I recently got off of BC and have had horrible acne (something I never suffered from before). In one facial she completely changed my skin. All of the acne has dried up and my face is healing. She recommended a cleanser that I purchased at the med spa and started incorporating it into my skincare routine. I can tell she genuinely cared for me and my skin and wasn’t just pushing a product. This product has actually helped heal my acne and I will be listening to any recommendations she has in the future! If you’re not a skincare girly you need to check her out and you’ll be converted lol :)

I got hung up on twice by the two different people on the GYN side while discussing appointments. The second person slammed the phone shut when I said I was unable to wait until January as I was having an urgent issue and would have to go somewhere else. Seems to be very poor customer service to new potential patients.

Not just for women - great experience today! Haven’t been to get a massage in over a year, and could feel my body thanking me before I left… got some major knots worked out, feeling looser, and am walking away with better posture.Rachel was precise with getting to the problem areas, and was thorough in working them out.Now it’s back to work and in comfort for the next few months!

I’ve visited twice for Botox. Suellen is terrific! She friendly and puts you at ease during your service. The office staff is great as well. The office hours are convenient and the location is great. I can’t wait to come back and try out the other services.

Today, I had a facial with Andrea and it was amazing! The office was clean and inviting. The ladies at the desk were pleasant and welcoming. Andrea did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She also explained what she was doing for my skin and why. I got the hydra facial & added a jelly mask to go on with the facial lights mask. The whole process was delightful and Andrea took extra care to customize the formula to my skin. I left feeling and looking glowy and hydrated! I will definitely be returning!

My chiropractor referred me as I was in desperate need of TLC and a massage. I looked up the website and was blown away by all of the services offered. I love that this practice is divided between medical and spa services. My massage was amazing. Marie was the professional masseuse who took care of me and she literally read my mind through the entire session. I am forever grateful to her. The folks at the front desk have a smile and are generally happy to see you! I’ll be a regular no doubt. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely love this office! Both the med spa and Dr. Knapp’s staff are incredibly personable and professional! The office is neat, clean, and doesn’t even look like your typical drowsy medical office. I am a very long time patient of the owner, Susanne. She is the absolute best! She takes the time to hear and evaluate each patient. She has the ability to make everyone feel like family. I dont normally write a review on the places but Oleigh deserved it. I have been going to OLeigh Spa for about 10 years and now I am also a client of Womens Wellness. I am glad that I can get a massage, facial, Med Spa treatment and Medical Services in one place. The staff are all very kind and friendly. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing friendly, professional customer service experience then I recommend that this is the place to go.

Everyone from front staff to suellen are magnificent! Ive never been treated so well, and the results were beyond anything I couldve imagined. Ive had a scar on my lip since I was 4 I never had lips , having so many autoimmune diseases I take multiple immunosuppressive chemo agents which deteriorate cells. Today my lips are so full I wear lipstick now and all the sagging in neck and face is gone. Im 47 and I loook so much younger , thank you so much suellen for your humor and incredible bedside manner your amazing artist.

Sue Ellen was AMAZING! Made sure I was comfortable with the pixeling by starting off with a less intense session. The staff was super polite and kind. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment and already referred a friend! Thank you guys!

Ive been a client of Womens Wellness (and dont let the name fool you - there are male customers as well on both Dr. Knapps and the med spa sides) for a number of years now, as a member of the Happy Faces package program.Without exception, every member of the staff is courteous and friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I have a bad habit of asking a lot of questions (sometimes too many) about whatever treatment I’m considering but everyone is very patient, making sure I have all the answers I need.I’ve given gift cards as holiday presents in the past and they’ve always been appreciated; everyone who’s gotten one has enjoyed themselves the same way I have. I guess my point is (and I do have one), in a time when so many other options have been severely limited it’s a really nice way to get away, relax and just treat yourself to a good time.

This review is for Oleigh laser hair removal and NOT for Dr. KNAPP and his staff I think they are fantastic and worth a five star rating. But I had the worst experience with the laser hair removal service which left with me burned and scared. As a woman of color I asked very specific questions and was informed the process would be easy and painless. The representative even claimed she dialed back the intensity of the machine but that clearly was not the case and I left with a zip lock bag of ice which I needed for over 3 hours. I contacted the office the next day to advise of my experience and the very present and painful burns but got absolutely NO acknowledgement or even a apology. Ladies of color be warned I would not recommend this procedure from OLeigh Spa.

I was not sure what to expect from this business, I arrived for my appointment they had my paperwork ready. I sat down and within 5 minutes they were calling me back to the service area. She explained the procedure, the side effects and what to expect after each treatment. She did a trial treatment on me for free to make sure the treatment would work as we proceeded to the next step. They were friendly and professional and really laid back. I have another appointment in 4 weeks looking forward to having the procedure, and hopefully getting positive results from the treatment

I have been going to Sue Ellen for almost 10 years. She is great! The place is very clean and gives off a very cozy vibe. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I was super nervous about getting Botox, having never done anything like this before. But Suellen put me at ease with her expertise and conservative approach. It was a great experience and I can’t wait for my final results in a week or so!

If you havent had the pleasure of going to Womens Wellness Spa, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. As a licensed esthetician, this is the spa I go to when I need a treat! They offer so many great services and usually have a monthly special. Also the staff couldnt be nicer or more accommodating. Times are stressful so take time out for yourself and get a facial and massage! Youll love it :)

I love going there they are awesome people I have never felt so comfortable in any Office I’ve been to except that one. They are so friendly I felt like I knew them for a long time. I have been using Womens Wellness and Medical Spa for several years, and couldnt be happier. Dr. Knapp and Suellen Scheiner both keep me healthy, and in great shape, not to mention the wonderful friendly service I receive from the rest of the staff. I am an active energetic 74 year old that can attribute a lot of my success at staying fit to the Biote hormone replacement I get from Dr. Knapp. Due to the benefits I receive from it I am able to work out on a regular basis at my gym keeping up with cardio, and resistance training lifting weights, keeping my body strong and in good shape. Suellen keeps my appearance at its best with fillers, and heat treatments. I am always amazed after my treatments at how I look. When people ask me how I stay so youthful at my age I always recommend they check them out. No matter what you are looking for it is a great place to start since they offer a wide variety of services delivered professionally and with individual care.

Lovely and relaxing treatment room. My massage therapist listened to my requests and really focused on addressing each one. It was a very good experience and I scheduled a second treatment before I left.

Ive been seeing Marie for a few months now. Shes amazing. I get a 90 min massage. If you are stressed or have a few aches and pains. You really need to see her. She will massage the aches and stress away to the point you fall asleep on her table.

My mother in law goes here frequently for facials/ treatments and has nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. She treated me to a PRP facial, Botox and lip fillers here and was I was absolutely amazed at the facility, the staff (Suellen and Dia were A++) and the results from the things I had done! I live in Arizona but will continue to come here for all my skin and cosmetic upkeep.

Never again! First time ever Juvederm and Botox. Painful and swollen, very noticeable! Botox wasnt bad, Juvederm treatment all wrong! Upper lip is huge and swollen! Bottom lip is flat. Most of my face is sore and hugely swollen. Didnt give after care instructions or what to expect. Yes, my husband noticed, but is loving and polite enough NOT to point it out. I dont recommend going to this MedSpa, its a joke!

All of the staff was so kind and helpful! SuEllen patiently answered all of my questions and helped recommend the right procedure for my skin concerns. I am seeing results already and already have my next visit booked!
