Today I just did a walk in and had my TB test reviewed and I met Michele, another lovely lady that got me in and out. All the ladies are super sweet and efficient when it comes to your appointment times. Again I would recommend this location to any and everyone. So thank you again Adriana, Sophia, and Michele.

Marquis West was incredibly rude & disrespectful. Told me I had to get out & that he was on lunch, while customers were inside of the building. Told me I couldn’t sit down & that I had to wait. His tone of choice was out of line for someone working in a customer service position. I waited until 1 o’clock which is the time Wellnessmart, MD employees lunch is over. My APPOINTMENT is scheduled for 1 o’clock & I proceeded to knock on the now LOCKED DOOR (which should’ve been locked already if you were really on lunch like you said but that was a lie of course). I’m knocking on the door & he’s watching me knock. He ignores me, closes the shades, & still doesn’t come to door. While I’m knocking another employee comes out & let’s me know that Marquis West has these issues all the time & that people do leave a lot of complaints about him. She lets me know that she can help me get ahold of their supervisor so we can work something out. This is happening while I’m watching people walk in & out of the building while I’m not being allowed access because of Marquis childish ways. He ends up calling his supervisor Veronica on me to say whatever. I’m not sure because I’m still locked out while talking to his coworker, but she lets me know what’s going on. I knock on the door again because at this point it’s a supervisor involved & I want to resolve the issue. He finally answers & tries to say that lunch will be continued until 1:30. RIDICULOUS. I’m literally looking at the printed piece of paper on their door which is shown CLEARLY that lunch is from 12:30-1pm not 12:30 to 1:30. Veronica was no help at all & as her being the supervisor I was really disappointed in her actions. She told me I had to wait or there was nothing that could be done. Hearing that let me know that behaviors like hers & his are acceptable in such a professional setting. Very Disappointed, will never come to this location again. Marquis need to go ASAP. & if a business is going to have a schedule on paper shown to public, it needs to be correct or it needs to be taken down all together. Common sense.

Wow!!! Adriana & Marquis went above and beyond to help me today. Dealing with your own health can be stressful, but these two went above and beyond to make my customer service experience feel superior and I heavily appreciate them for that! I say maybe a raise!? lol but overall I would definitely get my medical work done here! 5 🌟

Amazing people at this location. They are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. All my services were done quickly and efficiently. It was very easy to book an appointment and reschedule if needed. I was a little stressed about parking the first time but realized that parking is easy and cheap around the area. I highly recommend coming here!

Staff is super friendly , quite attentive, and very helpful. I’ve visited with them a few times and found that having an appointment and being on time helped them help ME make the most of my time with quality service.

Sophia, Taliah, Marquis were absolutely amazing. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. They used sanitation and made me feel very comfortable about the cleanliness. I have been to over 30 places for background checks and TB for my profession and they all exceeded everything I have experienced. I will be recommending and letting my employer know how outstanding they were. I hope these 3 get the praise they deserve. Thank you all for a fast, easy, and honestly fun experience!

I did employer requested vaccination here. I was served very quickly, they have tablet based check-in then I quickly went in for the shot.Clean and white inside.Dont be put off by the ugly store fronts nearby.

Adriana and Marquis were fantastic! Marquis greeted me upon enter. Everyone there was so kind and professional. Excellent first time experience.

Greedy practices. If you take a physical with them, when done, theyll insist you pay again just so they can fill out a new form if you need a second copy of that form for another employer.

I went in for a vaccine shot. The women there were kind and friendly. They made my experience fun and I walked out smiling. Way to go ladies!

Ok so I spoke to someone on the phone there at a call center i get a price they say for signing papers $25 and now its different price when i go in and I said can I pay online or over the phone like the olden days they say no way and tHEY SAY the doctor would sign my papers for vaccine authorization I went to them I did i was told it had to be my primary doctor their doctor i told the lady i got vaccines from somewhere else she said be fine its a whole another you then turn around and do another just to get you in and up the price its whole another thing they say no so I go into the office. yall dont know if people are struggling with a budget they should say the full of what you as BE PREPARED TO SPEND MORE MONEY HONESTY IS WHAT WE NEED IN THIS ECONOMY PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING

I dont know if you have ever needed a Livescan Fingerprinting or TB test for employment but after 3 such job onboardings, Wellnessmart, MD was the most pleasant and smoothest encounter of all. The location is open 7 days a week, I just thought Id take a gamble and go on a Friday morning, I drove and found street parking. There are all kinds of tests and vaccines one can get with this corporation. The customer service my technician Mark M provided was invaluable. I do not need to go to the county public health center in the future, all my travel immunizations and employment needs can be handled here.

I don’t even write reviews, but I felt like I needed to because these women were so nice to me. They were so kind. I loved every moment I felt so comfortable being there by the end of it I feel like we were friends. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable I’ve never been comfortable during any appointment especially the doctors office. 🤍🤎

The woman that work there are angels. Hard workers, who are compassionate and genuine with the services they provide. Every time I have came to utilize services it has been a pleasure. The customer service is great. It is not a long wait. Staff communicate greats. Staff creates a cordial environment with great team work and collaboration. You should see them...... Better yet the next time you need live scan, tb test and etc....... Come see for yourself.

I had an appointment at 1 pm and arrived 15min earlier at 12:45. There was a note at the door with at lunch -back at 1:15pm. I patiently waited on respect for the lunch break andbwhen I went to the door at 1pm for my scheduled appointment Iwas told I have to wait for their lunch break to end at 1:15pm which is past my appointment! I asked for their help to please take me at scheduled time because of a flight I had to catch right after this and the answer was that I had to wait for the lunch. I am speechless with this behavior..Worst service ever, inconsiderate and provocative. Never going back and I wish I didnt have a flight to catch otherwise I would have left and gone somewhere else where they are not rude.

I was incredibly impressed by my visit to Oaklands WellnessMart when I was required to go in for a new employer. Celine - who was at the front desk, but doing so much more than simply checking people in - was an absolute delight. She was efficient, friendly, competent, and respectful even when confronted with agitated customers without appointments. She kept me apprised of where we were in my process, and managed my expectations around what wed be doing and how long it would take. I dont think its an overstatement to say that this is the best service Ive EVER received at a medical facility. Thank you!

I had to get a last minute procedure for a hiring status and the whole staff was really friendly from start to finish. They were able to write the referral so that I could ge that I needed.

This little facility saved my bacon. I needed a TB test to complete a job down in San Diego (Im in the bay area) and have no health insurance, so I always pay out-of-pocket if I need some kind of medical care. I had tried to get the test done at a couple different locations but one needed a doctors order that was not disclosed when I made my appt (what a joke), and the other had a broken refrigerator. I almost wasnt going to call this location because the google link stated ad. SO happy that I did. I forgot the young ladys name now, but she was great. I was in and out in under a minute, same when I went back to have it read. This was for a fee of 38.00 where the other two had asked for over 100.00. If Id have seen a doctor to get a note that TB test would have cost me about 500.00! Again, what a joke.I love this place! Great professional service for a reasonable price. Its what we should all demand from the medical industry.

I waited for over 2 hours when my appointment was at 12:00 for the clerk who seems as though he has no clue what he is doing to tell me to come back 40 minutes later because the doctor was out to lunch and I complied and did so out of being nice and understanding he can’t control the doctor actions necessarily but I came back and finally get all the test taken care of for my physical and then the clerk guy that conducted my physical tells me there unable to do it and unable to give me my results because they felt they couldn’t because the clerk assumed my physical was for a disability claim which is non sense because the employment physical cannot be used for that matter anyhow much less any other physical they offer for that matter…. So now I missed work because of the ridiculous time it took and I still don’t have my physical done and I have to make another appointment with a physician all for a PHYSICAL which is very hard to do with COVID going on. Overall I would not recommend this place unless your job specifically says to go there or you have absolutely no choice and have to do a walk-in which is no guarantee either due to their staffing of only 2 people! Basically exhaust all other options before you even consider coming here if possible!👎🏾

This place is amazing and convenient. Not only can you get a livescan and TB test, but they also have CPR and first aid classes, Travel consultations ans vaccinations, blood draws and STD checks, passport photos 2 for $10, work physicals, sport and school physicals, as well as USCIS approved immigration. I mean the list is long!!...the great thing is its all done by walk-ins and you can get in and out in no time...Its nice to be greeted by a friendly nurse and not a grumpy one for a Change lol...the nurse with the flower in her hair is awesome!!! Try them out!

Both times I have been here I have been in and out super-fast and greeted with a smile. I showed up all kinds of confused and Gabriel really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. He was so helpful and patient.

There was a dog running around in the office. It was sitting on a chair coming close to people and yes it was not on a lease. Some people might have an allergy! I really dont understand how they can keep a dog like this in the office just running around. Its just unprofessional.

Absolutely 5 stars ! I was waiting to get back my lab results ASAP, but I missed the staff phone call. When I called back, its 6:31 pm, and all the computers have been shut down, but Mark-the staff- still went through all the trouble and helped me out. Thanks.

Super clean place, very friendly and helpful staff. However, it is very slow. When I was here, there were only two people and as a result it took me over an hour to get a physical.

I’ve been here several times for finger printing and tb test. Often I wait 10-20 mins. But the staff are awesome.

You gotta train your people how to talk to people nicely I walk to the door there is no hour sign opening the door talking with rude language were at lunch comeback at 1

Arrived at 11am on a Sunday for my appointment and they were closed. Gave up waiting after 30 minutes.

Great staff and very convenient. I highly recommend them for travel inoculations and safety information.
