I am so grateful to have this Urgent Care right down the street from me. I was able to set up an appointment quickly, (I could have walked in after about 14 minutes) that is amazing! I have been here before and they had all the info on me. Wonderful, caring professional people! I was seen in 4 minutes, had 2 tests done and results for one in about 10 minutes, and was out in about 25 minutes. A prescription was called in and I was able to pick it up at the CVS a block away. Test results arrived in my e-mail in 2 days. Thank you for providing this exceptional care! Please do not ever move away! Ann Blood

I recently scheduled an appointment online and was pleasantly surprised by the minimal wait time. The staff were both friendly and professional, and the doctor was absolutely awesome. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend their services!

I have been to this facility several times in the past year. They are professional and as important are quick and on time. If you make an appointment, you never sit for more than 5 minutes waiting. Kudos to you.

It was easy to reserve a space online (understanding I might have to be patient if a more urgent case came in at the same time). It was also easy to register online and upload my ID and insurance info so that I didnt have to fill out paperwork when I got there. And mostly I appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of the medical professionals, who expressed genuine concern and sensible options for treatment. I havent been that sick in a long time and felt truly heard and supported.

We are travelers from Malaysia. My daughter has a cut on her forehead due to flying object on a road. We went to the urgent care and the health provider seen her and treated her for free because they don’t want us to pay high cost for such small injury. They are so kind and nice, even gave us free antibiotics cream and bandage and stickers for the kids! They are very professional and nice, strongly recommended!

The visit was easy to schedule, we were a little early and got to wait in a very quiet waiting room, all the stuff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We got a diagnosis a prescription and felt very good about choosing this location!

The staff is friendly, the doctor is super competent, the facility is clean, the wait time is small, the tests are done within minutes and you leave with the results. Whats not to love?

Five-star service! This was my first visit to Dignity-GoHealth and the service I received was first-class. It was my son who had previously visited Dignity-GoHealth who recommended I go. I let him know how pleased I was with his recommendation. My appointment was for 4:24pm and that is when the nurse helped me with my paperwork. Upon completion, it was about five minutes before I was ushered into an exam room. The nurse reviewed my medical history, took my blood pressure and temperature and about five minutes later the doctor came in to discuss my symptoms. This quality of service is incredible.

I had an injury , I didn’t know if I needed stitches , It was around 5:30 pm most urgent care was closed. I went to Berkeley urgent care they were closing in 30 minutes and they turned me down. They said we can’t take anymore and I called dignity health Piedmont. They were fantastic. They were open till 8 PM so they took me in thank God, I got in there, I didn’t need stitches but they patched me up so I thank them very much

The care provider was good and professional. The one star is for the incompetent receptionist (bad attitude and wears glasses). Could not even do a simple thing as to enter the right pharmacy and I had to make multiple calls and wait an extra 45 mts to get it routed and filled.

Had a wonderful visit at this urgent care facility on Piedmont Ave. My son had conjunctivitis and we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. We were seen by Elizabeth who was not a doctor but understood how and why our son caught the virus. Overall, a pleasant experience, but didnt receive a physical AVS. I also checked online, and our profile didnt have an after-visit summary to check on the treatment plan.

$$$ !!! BEWARE of scam pricing !!! $$$I went here and asked for a rapid strep throat swab test because I had known exposure and a sore throat.I asked for an estimate using my insurance and they said they couldnt give me one. Yes, I should have left right then but I assumed the price would be around the market rate of $25 - $50.They billed my insurance $709 for an in-network visit that lasted ~10 minutes!!I worked with their billing support rep and escalated all the way up to their executive team, but they all swear that me paying an hourly rate of $2,800 for a nurse to perform a swab test is correct.This is a morally reprehensible company.

I just had a bad experience here and I will be avoiding this place in future. I walked in and two nurses were in plain sight of the door and deep in conversation. I waited to be checked in and thought maybe the nurses were waiting for a receptionist to arrive to take my info but after 5 minutes they were just deeper in conversation so I interrupted them to ask if they were still taking appointments. Then one of them started to look into it for me but she got interrupted so I left for Sutter walk in care in Temescal and got the treatment I needed. I felt blown off and they were very unprofessional.

Good urgent care. Have a severe cold/chest congestion so made appointment here to make sure not pneumonia. They did a chest xray and check up, no pneumonia so they prescribed meds for cough and congestion. Care given by Anthony and PA Ashley was friendly yet professional. Facility was clean and modern. Reception by John was excellent. Free parking in the smallish lot. All thats left is for me to take my meds and get well.

They provided quick support and help. Knowledgeable and well trained staff! Friendly atmosphere!

The nurses and doctor were very nice. We were admitted as soon as we got there, no waiting and left after 20 minutes. Our prescription was already sent to the pharmacy and was ready for us when we got there.

Easy to book, same day appointment, open in the evening, quick treatment for my daughter. Glad there was a pediatric option at this location. Been here a few times before as well and even if some visits have been a bit quick and short, the PAs and NPs have been reachable for further help afterward.

I was quickly seen here by the doc for a cat scratch on my eye, she was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She did some quick checks and was able to rule out any serious issues.

I like the ease of getting an appointment to be seen right away by a physician & there isnt any long waiting time at the clinic.

My daughter was dealing with a really bad sore throat all weekend and her doctor’s office was closed. I called the advice nurse and was advised to head over to urgent care so that she could be swabbed for strep. I filled out the form online for an appointment at the Piedmont/Oakland location which was super simple. We arrived on time and she was taken to a room within 5 minutes after arrival, swabbed by the very friendly assistant and was seen by the pediatrician 10 minutes later. We were in and out in less than 25 minutes. Unfortunately, she tested positive for strep, but the entire experience at this location was very stress free and it really helped that the staff were all so friendly. We will be returning if she’s ever in need of urgent care.

Everyone from woman at the front desk to the NP or PA not sure which one were incredible nice and helpful.

Update 2024: since the nonprofit that owns them blew an unconscionable $35 million a year on CEO salary they unfortunately didn’t get around to building an IT system that retain ANY information (allegedly). As a result you have to fill out ALL the paperwork every single time you come through the door even if it’s your 30th visit. In the past when I pushed back the receptionist just did it (while giving me dirty looks). Today, however, she flat out refused, so I walked out. I know of at least 2 other after hours clinics that have a functioning IT system within a mile radius. The NP care here is fine, so if you have the spare time to do data entry as a free gift to Dignity Health (ProPublica tells me they’ll put their savings to great use, like a new yacht or something), go for it.These guys are GREAT! I went there for a sprained ankle and was 5 minutes over their cutoff at night, but they took me in anyway, giving exceptional care, including X-ray and providing crutches. I was out in 15 minutes with a diagnosis and a healing plan. Really awesome. Jasmine, Monisha, and Lauren were also kind, funny, and incredibly compassionate. Really as best an experience as one could hope for whilst writhing in pain… On a different occasion other team members were also great with rapid COVID PCR for my too-young-to-vaccinate toddlers, coming to the car to reduce the risk of infection. Really awesome care, attitude, and service. Thank you!

Our son was suffering from what turned out to be the flu. The PA assigned to look him over was excellent. Her examination was very thorough and professional. Her research, diagnosis and advice was spot on as well. I really felt like we were in great hands.

I was able to book same day appt, and quickly. They use advanced machine to detect Covid and like the other person here already said, my PA had the medicine ready (and for free!) after I tested positive. The nurses were also friendly.This place will forever be my urgent care as long as I live in Oakland.

Tried to slice my finger off while cooking the other evening, and had to find a urgent-care that was still open. This place was open and glad that it was. The staff was very professional and attentive. I thought I would need stitches, but they opted for surgical glue. Done and dusted with a medical goody bag for any needed touch ups I was on my way much better off than when I arrived

AMAZING service. I needed stitches in my thumb and almost passed out, but the staff was super professional and assuring which helped to calm me down. Jasmine was diligent in her work and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Honestly the whole staff was thorough in their work too. Totally would recommend this place. THANKS JASMINE!!

Very caring and professional staff. The place is clean and they respect their clientele. They are thorough and informative. They always let you know where they are and what they’re thinking. They also ask a lot of questions of you, so they have a pretty good idea of what you’re thinking and what you’re feeling. I highly recommend them. I’ve used them four times. I’ve been very satisfied every time.

This was a very efficient and pleasant Urgent Care experience! Jasmine, one of the PAs was so kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and comfortable as she explained what was going on. I have often had experiences where doctors hurry me along or are dismissive/ cold. Jasmine was the opposite. Thank you!

I was seen very quickly, the staff was friendly and caring, the doctor was very reassuring and advised me on my condition in a way that was thoughtful and easy to understand. Dr. Miranda has a great bedside manner and I appreciated his care, knowledgeable advice, and friendly attitude. He didnt just brush me off or condescend the way some doctors do. If you need to go to urgent care, I recommend going here!

My pediatrician at UCSF could not see my daughter until the following day. They did recommend being seen at Dignity Health Urgent Care. Gave them a call, was able to get an appt and be seen. Office was nice. Staff was excellent. Pediatrician was great. Filled my needs perfectly and couldn’t have asked for more.

I didnt have to wait long during intake, and when i was brought into the room it was very quick as well (around 1:45 pm on a Wednesday). Plus, my tetanus shot didnt hurt at all! The staff was friendly and let me have a lollypop even though I am not a kid, haha. The only thing that irked me was that the intake paperwork has a space to put preferred pronouns, but it seems like the staff doesnt actually read that part, because they definitely didnt use the ones I listed. Overall I would recommend it over other urgent cares I have been to.

I went there on a wednesday at 7pm since all other urgent care places in the area were already closed. saw a bunch of cars double parked with blinkers on, and figured the parking sitch would be rough. but lo and behold, there is a parking lot in the back! several spaces were free so that was super convenient.the staff were friendly, provided timely service, and were quite knowledgeable. i hope i dont have a reason to go here again, but if / when i do, i will absolutely consider seeing this practice again.

Broke a toe, and wanted to verify it was still in position. Walked in 9am to an empty building and was immediately greeted, then immediately checked in, and then Coral saw me in minutes.Kendall was the nicest radiologist tech I’ve ever dealt with, and she was also my receptionist.Coral was also very nice, and she explained things well. For me, this place worked wonderfully— able to make an appointment easily too!

We are so grateful for this clinic and Dr. Mallya’s care for our 2-year-old son! I called them at 7:25 PM and confirmed that I could bring a toddler in for a hurt hand/elbow/shoulder. We walked in the door at 7:49 PM hoping we weren’t too late to be seen. Dr. Mallya saw us at about 8:05 PM, showing care and patience the whole time, despite the overtime hours. She was so gentle and professional with our son and she fixed his nurse maid’s elbow within minutes. Smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. From worried to grateful. Thank you!

Jasmine really went above and beyond (and even worked after hours) to help me get the medication I needed (issues with the prescription and pharmacy). Beyond that, everything was fast, easy to schedule on line and a lot of empathy from the providers!!!! Thank you so much Jasmine! Your work means a lot!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice setup for getting Covid tests and the signs and communication from staff make it easy to understand what you should be doing.Ive also been here for urgent care. The front desk staff was very understanding and compassionate. They worked hard to get me care quickly. The treatment I received from the physician was effective and I left knowing exactly what my next steps were.

I had a positive experience at Dignity Health on Piedmont Avenue. Staff members were very courteous. I did not have to wait before someone attended to me. The Physician assistant was wonderful. She patiently listened to my problems and recommended a course of treatment. I would recommend this location highly if you need immediate medical attention.

Saw me same day within a few hours of calling. Ran their tests quickly, professionally, and got me my results very quick with a prescription to treat me. Stopped at my pharmacy on the way home with a positive test result (strep), antibiotics, and a feeling of being well taken care of

Coral Roper was so incredibly compassionate and competent. Being under her care made me feel better immediately. Also, the MAs were so kind and attentive to me. They kept my spirits up even though I felt miserable. Registering was super easy and seamless. Mill Valley seems to be a very busy location, but I could see that the staff was working really hard to keep up with all of the patients that were coming in.

I bring my kids to this facility because my experience has always been positive. The staff is always kind and patient with a positive attitude. They also have x-rays on the spot, which is a plus.

Not a long wait, especially if you make an appointment first, and fairly empty. Really friendly staff who are knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you can’t get an appointment with your GP immediately.

I made an appointment online, was taken into a room upon arrival. Provider was excellent... he was attentive, took his time with me, discussed different options! I had a follow up question after my appointment, called and left a message with the message service. Got a call back within 2 hours. The provider was better then my gp

I am so grateful for the team here! We had just landed from a cross country flight with a sick kiddo. They were able to get us in quickly, diagnose strep, and get us a prescription so we could get back on track. The entire staff and was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday after Thanksgiving at 10am and had a virtual appt at 12:30pm and meds sent in to my CVS within the hour. I was a new patient. Their reviews are high for a reason. Extremely easy, fast, efficient, well organized system, very virtual friendly, helpful staff who seemed to care and answered my questions effortlessly. They accept many insurances. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband, my daughter and I went together and we had the greatest experience. The registration process is very easy. The office and the testing area are both neat and clean. The staff is welcoming, respectful, nice and super efficient! All of that and our results were ready within minutes. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Easy COVID testing for Hawaii travel. We initially had rapid appointments from CVS but when we arrived they said they don’t do rapids.So instead, we were scrambling to find something so we came to this place to do walk ins. They got us in with little wait, took our insurance, and we had our results within 15 minutes. From there, they showed us how to upload them to the safe travels website.Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Specifically , the women working the front desk and the woman taking our test we’re all very nice.

The team here is great. they listened, explained everything in detail, and made me feel calm even though I was having an allergic reaction. hope I don’t have to go back but thankful they’re out there!

It was easy to make a same day appointment . Receptionist was friendly, immediately checked me in and verified my coverage. Without delay I was directed to a room and the nurse was right there to greet me and find what I needed. It was the most efficient dialogue Ive ever had with a medical professional. Within minutes the doctor arrived to confirm my Covid test AND this blew my mind, she already had the Plaxlovid in hand! I called this place several times today to see if they accept my insurance but no one ever picked up I finally went there later on in the evening and the receptionist; I could tell by her face that she was clearly not someone who is helpful or caring. She was pretty direct about the fact they don’t accept my insurance And didn’t really ask me anything beyond that; there was more than one receptionist and other people working there; and the lobby was pretty empty but yet no one could pick up the phone all day……I could’ve saved myself a trip if they could be bothered to pick up the phone every once in a while.

I usually never leave reviews ever but this was so bad that I have to let others know not to go here. If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I went in with symptoms of having a sore throat, runny nose, bad cough, migraine, and chills. It took forever for them to give me a covid test which Im pretty sure wasnt even done correctly. The doctor was busy helping 2 other people and seemed to not even care about me. My test came back negative which I suspected and then that was it. They ran no other tests and the doctor didnt even check me at all. Like he didnt look at my throat or anything. So now I have no idea what I have or if Im even contagious and will infect the people I live and work with. What negligent behavior. I cannot believe I basically paid a $50 copay to just get a covid test which I couldve done at home for free. Im so upset one of the nurses even had the nerve to tell me to have a good day at work as I left. Never coming back to this urgent care again which is a shame because its the closest one to my house.

I received prompt, professional, and caring attention at this urgent care facility. I was able to get a same-day appointment and walked out with a prescription. The clinic was ultra-clean and the staff was great.

Quality of the staff and service is great, but expect some big medical bills from them. After I talked to the provider for 5 minutes about my covid test results they billed me 300 dollars. They didnt tell me anything different that a quick google search would have provided. If they would have billed me for what they actually did my health insurance would have covered it.

I would like to thank Dignity Health for their quick response to our needs. Not only were we able to get an appointment overnight but we were able to have the test performed by a most friendly staff member. Nit to mention the results came back withing 10 minutes and that was amazing seeing as how my daughter suffers from anxiety so having to sit back and wait 2 or 3 days would have stress her so much.

They have rapid PCR testing available, that’s the positive. However, they made us wait 30 minutes to see a doctor because they were on their lunch break. If they aren’t seeing patients at that time, they shouldn’t offer appointments at that time. The initial staff was also rude.

The nurses and doctors were very helpful. They were organized and thorough and we got our Covid test results quickly. After we had an issue with the school not accepting the negative test due to the diagnostic code, the doctor explained the reason and sent a note to the school assuring them that our daughter had never been in contact with someone with Covid. The were wonderfully helpful with the frustration the situation had presented.

I found myself in need of a rapid covid test right before New Year’s Eve. Before Covid, I’d been several times to DH on Piedmont for urgent care in the past and had great experiences. I wanted to go right to them given the situation. My sister is having a home birth, and the family members who were going to help her watch her other children when the baby arrives were exposed. Being unexpectedly next in line to help, I had to get tested. With the stress on the medical system, however, I didn’t want to take urgent care away from sick people who needed care. Instead, I tried many dedicated testing facilities and hospitals first. The only appointments available for the first step before getting tested, which is the preliminary virtual screening, were well into the new year! With the baby coming any day, my last resort was to just show up at DH. I wasn’t expecting to have any luck because the line was long and they looked very busy! The signs said to even be in line that clients must have appointments. I’m not advocating breaking the rules, but since this was an urgent matter I jumped in line to try to speak with someone. Within 10 minutes, I was greeted outside courteously and helped to schedule an appointment by a staff member even after admitting that I knowingly circumvented their signs. They understood my situation and helped me make an appointment for the next morning. I showed up at the time they gave me, signed in, was tested and able to leave with my results all within a half an hour. The staff was abundant and made eye contact to acknowledge patients even if they couldn’t stop to help/answer questions. They were courteous and followed very strict safety protocols. Their testing was organized, straightforward, I felt safe and treated like a person and not a number. I’m grateful for their help and warmth despite being stressed, exhausted, and facing risks being there to help all of us. I am thankful to get access to care when many people can’t. I am grateful to have DH so close and accessible, thank you for helping me.

I was so impressed by the customer service I received by the staff at the Piedmont location of Dignity Health’s GoHealth Urgent Care. This is the type of business with heavy foot traffic and people in all state’s of health and stress where you would frankly understand if they were not helpful... however they couldn’t have been nicer and more friendly. I had made a mistake with my appointment timing, and yet they were so kind and helpful as they made sure our family could get the Covid testing we needed in the 72-hour window required for travel to Hawaii. Fast, friendly, convenient service, I will definitely go there again and recommend it.

Visiting from out of state and needed to get a rapid COVID test ASAP. Was able to book a test almost immediately at Piedmont Ave location online. They were open until 8pm. Nice, safe location. Easy and fast-just the way it should be. Results in about 15minutes. No money out of pocket -I just provided my insurance info. Thumbs up!

I went here a couple months ago after injuring my hand while skiing. Service was efficient and quality. They were able to get me an X-ray and a splint on the spot, without having to go through tons of referrals.Highest recommendations.

1. The staff is wonderful and will get you treated right away and this is the only reason Im not giving this place 0 stars.2. The billing department is AWFUL. I have insurance and they wrongly charged my credit card because they input my name incorrectly. I was treated over a month ago and they still havent rectified it. Ive called 4-5 times and sent my insurances EOB and I still have a ~$250 charge sitting on my account. I sent in an emailed ticket 13 days ago...no response. Everything according to them takes 15-20 business days to process no matter when you call and cant give you status on your ticket. No one is competent in that department. If you have to go here just make sure they dont put your card on file so you dont have to go through the labyrinth of their billing department.

If anyone is considering going to this urgent care for an efficient, attentive experience - I urge you to go somewhere else. I never write reviews and took the time to do this because the sheer lack of care and negligence I experienced here at Dignity Health Urgent Care. I had a serious infection for which I was prescribed an antibiotic by one of their doctors and told it was important that I start it right away because it would take around 48 hours for it to start decreasing the pain I was experiencing and it could spread to my kidneys. Not only did I write down and select my correct pharmacy in their system (which was less than half a mile down the road on 41st) but the doctor confirmed the address with me again as I was leaving. It was never sent to my pharmacy that day & my pharmacy still didnt have it the following day; also, Dignity Health DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND HAS A FULL VOICEMAIL so you will not hear from them regarding any of your medical concerns unless you physically show up to their office to ask the question and figure out their mistake. IT GETS WORSE. Not only did I have to go to the office to get an answer as to why my prescription was never sent, but when I arrived one of the doctors blamed the other for giving the wrong pharmacy and said hes made several mistakes and then proceeded to give me a sheet of paper with the details for the pharmacy they sent to by mistake & snapped at me when I asked to confirm. The pharmacy they sent me to was BOARDED UP AND CLOSED downtown and had been for weeks. It even showed up as temporarily closed on google. So then I had to do the leg-work of calling this pharmacy to see if they could transfer to an open location (with NO HELP from the doctors at Dignity Health) & I finally got my prescription and started taking it......and when I think my nightmare is finally over with Dignity Health - I get a voicemail from the Doctor 4 days later while Im at work letting me know he PRESCRIBED THE WRONG ANTIBIOTIC and that I now have to pay for and start an entirely different antibiotic that, again, has been sent to an unknown pharmacy that is likely closed. Again, no way for me to even get more information from this doctor regarding the voicemail, the new medication, or the incorrect pharmacy because he left the same default number to call him back at that DIGNITY HEALTH DOES NOT ANSWER OR ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE VOICEMAILS. I am a frequent traveler and have been to many urgent cares and have never experienced such medical negligence and lack of care in my life. I hope for the next persons sake that they dont have an infection spread to their kidneys due to the lack of Dignity Healths basic duty of care.

The females working there were great and provided a very quick test. We were worried about getting the test but it felt painless. One of the male employees working inside the building was extremely disrespectful. He made rude comments when I asked a simple question about the testing and the masks we needed to wear. Overall a very good experience with one minor glitch with the guy working inside the building.

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a pretty intense UTI. The process of scheduling and checkin was easy, and the providers treated me with care and respect.

This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. thank you so much for treating me with respect and so much patience! truly makes a world of difference how kind and organized you all are!

I went Dignity urgent care today for sore throat and have PPO insurance and Dignity health accepts that insurance. The lady in front told me that in order to be seen I have to have a credit card on file. This is the first time I ever heard that I need to have a credit card on file never before any were. I told that that is nonsense and I walked away. What happend if someone does not have a credit on them and needs to be seen and have insurance I drove 30 mins. for nothing and will never go back to Dignity health again. No wonder no was in lobby others are staying away from this place.

Ive never been treated so poorly by a doctor and staff in my life. The center was completely empty when I got there, yet they initially scolded me for coming in as I should have gone somewhere else for my needs according to them. From the clear racial bias and accusing me of essentially being a lying druggy solely for seeking treatment for my severe symptoms to the unsympathetic and frankly rude staff, I will never set foot in this location again. My experience at the Valencia location was much better and the complete opposite of this one where the staff was kind, empathetic, informative, and very helpful. I have never left a doctors office feeling offended before in my life and this office did a great job of making me feel horrible just for seeking medical treatment. Just wow.

Short wait, can pre-book a slot, attentive staff.

Visit was about as good as an urgent care visit can be. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the wait time wasnt bad (< 30 minutes). The costs for my visit seem a bit high though ($121 for a foam/fiberglass splint, $204 to apply the splint, and $337 for the 45 minute visit to the urgent care itself), but I was visiting from Seattle so maybe the costs in the Bay area are higher than Im used to.

Ever since COVID - this has been my GO TO location for CoVid testing - they are fast, professional, friendly, and you can tell they really care about keeping the community safe with COVID testing. Easy to make Appt online and results in 15 minutes with all documentation provided! Definitely recommend:)

I was able to get in same day and the staff was all very caring.

I walked into dignity Health on Piedmont with an asthma attack, unable to breathe well on my own. I was in desperate need of a quick 15 minute nebulizer treatment. Instead, the two ladies there that day whose names I will not mention, started to turn me away, saying they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go to another facility. Hearing my desperation, a male nurse with a mouth full of food, quickly eating between patients, (it was a packed day) came to the rescue with a solution! “No, wait, I have an answer for that”, he said. He and Gabriel quickly set up the nebulizer machine outside, put me in a chair and 15 minutes later I was breathing normally and didn’t have to drive around searching for another facility further jeopardizing my already compromised respiratory system. They acted as true hero’s with their ingenuity and sincere desire to help and it only took them a few minutes of inconvenience to get it done! Thank you Gabriel and man nurse who’s name I didn’t catch. I’ve shared my experience with my friends and family and now here, with the World Wide Web because it’s medical professionals like yourselves who deserve the recognition and praise in this unimaginable time!Tremendous thanks! It may have been minor to you, but I’ll never forget the two very polar opposite responses I got from the team, and your swift action to help me get better.Stay safe!

We visited Dignity – GoHealth urgent care this week (fifth visit in the past two years) and once again, the staff and provider were excellent. Each was welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Great doctor, she truly cared. Very clear.

I was scheduled for a Virtual Visit. I could not get online to their online Mend portal for a while. When I called my calls went to a Voice Mail that was full. I finally was able to get the app working and sat in the waiting room and no one ever showed up. The only extension that finally answered was billing, of course, and the individual that answered was in another state. I pre-registered and pre-paid and Im sure they are going to try to bill my insurance for a visit that never took place. So much for virtual visit. Never again.

Since 2020 I have visited Dignity health several times for COVID testing. Every time I was pleased with how professional, efficient, helpful and kind staff was. I never had to wait long and my questions were always answered clearly and respectfully. Thank you!!

The evening before my trip, I was able to book an appt for a rapid COVID test that met all travel requirements. Everyone was nice and helpful, and they provided the travel docs within about 20-25 minutes.

I had an accident at home, and hurt my neck. Went to Golden Gate Urgent Care the next day, and was in to see the doctor within 30 mins. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They had me treated and released in under an hour, and I was able to get pain medication directly from them, so I didnt have to wait for a prescription to be filled at a pharmacy. I highly recommend this place.

Rude phone interaction. Receptionist was nice (maybe because she’s new). Initially was going to be seen. Then some rude lady stepped in. Needed to be seen for ankle injury and they just kept saying they don’t accept my insurance (not explaining because they don’t take Medicaid).

The doctor was really nice, and happy that he was so clear about what the possible diagnosis could be. They were super Accomodating and friendly about my situation. Even let me leave my car there while I went to the ER.

The problem started with the first contact which was by phone and where I laid out exactly what I needed, which simply put was a doctor to clear me for cataract surgery. I was told they provide this service, so I drove to their Oakland location. I spent some time explaining what I needed again to the people at the desk and I was asked to provide ID, insurance and to fill out a questionnaire, which I did. Then I sat and waited. I finally was called into an exam room asked more questions and basics were taken, then I waited again. Finally a doctor came in and informed me that they DONT provide the service I needed. Aggravating, waste of time. The doctor hearing me complain provided me with a list of doctors in San Francisco we were in Oakland. I didnt know they were affiliated with UCSF so I was baffled by the push to San Francisco, now I get it.

Excellent service. Made a same day reservation, got right in to see the nurse and then doctor, and my problem was solved. While the procedure was not complicated, it was performed promptly and competently by capable and friendly people.

Excellent doctors who actually focus on the patient. Felt seen and heard. The whole staff was very caring. Great experience that really makes a difference when you feel your worst. Thank you!! ❤️

They don’t answer the phone, EVER. They don’t put their rates on the website for those without insurance. They boast affordability for rapid covid testing, and then since all info is HIDDEN, I come in person and it’s $300. If they put that visibly on the site ANYWHERE, because I combed through the fine print, I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming there sick and in pain. TERRIBLE

Everyone was kind but they sent me to the E.R. where the doctors there were dumbfounded that I was sent to them with something that should have been easy to diagnose. Get a second opinion before doing anything drastic.

My son had a minor head injury and I took him in to Golden Gate Urgent Care hoping to avoid the ER hassle. Dr. Connell and her staff were above and beyond what any mother or patient could ask for. Everyone is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (my son was scared and cried quite a bit). I truly must say, I have rarely been this impressed by anyone in the medical field. I am quite grateful that we found GGUC-I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

I called first to find out if they took my insurance and I was told to come on in. My insurance was accepted and there was zero wait. The space is very clean, immaculately so and I got exactly the care I needed. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.

I always come here for my COVID tests. The staff is awesome, I never have a copay, and they print out your results on the spot. Just call to make an appointment and check in, it’s too easy.

I had need for Paxlovid. Your urgent care was responsive. Stanford Health left me hanging and would have delayed by treatment by two days

Above and beyond care here! Quick waiting time, was treated with care, and at the end the dr even printed out the referrals she had for me and gave me a physical copy of my x-rays.

Realize this is an outpatient clinic and they are pretty limited in what they can treat. Both times Ive come with basic stomach flu symptoms only to be told that they cant even give us fluids and we should go straight to the ER.If you cant even treat for something as basic as the stomach flu whats the point? May as well have a big arrow in front that says, ER that way!

Very professional care administered here, especially during COVID. I had the rapid test done twice at this location and was happy with the service. Be sure to make an appointment for quicker service.

This is certainly not an urgent care. Walked in to an empty office to be told the next available “appointment” wasn’t for 5 hours. In the case of any urgency, please do not waste your time visiting this location. Staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful as to where else I could go for help. They also do not answer the phones

They could not have made it more simple to see a dr the same day, same hour for that matter. Nice and very clean offices. The dr and staff were very attentive. Great place to go when you dont have a dr or cannot get an appointment.

This place is a waste of time. Flu shot last year? Sorry, all out. Check a chest pain today? Spend half an hour signing in. Oh, they dont deal with chest pains or potential coronary problems. (The number one urgent health issue people suffer, right?) Go to the ER. Thanks for the prompt attention.

Expect to be price gouged for mediocre service.If you must go here be aware that they may order unnecessary labs (even if you know your own health history) and charge through the roof prices for said labs to the tune of $200+Investing in your health is important - this place isn’t where that investment is made.

My visit was handled by an attentive and responsive staff who listened, carried out all the procedures they thought were necessary,and provided the information and support I needed.

My visit was very quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a solution. The staff was friendly. They have a parking lot in a busy area with difficult parking. This was a pleasant experience given the circumstances.

Avoided 10h at the ER for a broken foot for only 1 here. They have a mobile x Ray machine that takes pictures in minutes. Nurse and doctor were instantly available every time. Just had to pay a small copay and got a walking boot set up.Never going back to the ER again for non life threatening injuries!

Really disappointed that after I made an appointment they said my apoointment is an hour behind when I walked in the door. When I asked why they didnt notify me by text the lady at the reception said they were swamped. Not great customer service

I had to get an emergency tetanus shot following an injury. I dropped in and they were closing but made an exception to see me and I got my shot. Quick fast service and caring staff!

They do not accept Medi-Cal / alameda alliance, which seems weird since according to my insurance I could visit any urgent care. I was told to go elsewhere.

This is a scam clinic.. they demanded I pay them $350 for a basic prescription because I was a new customer during an asthma attack while traveling.. do not use them.. then they try to sell scam insurance plans for a simple script
