READ ALL REVIEW!!!These Drs and their team are absolutely great, they treat you like a human, go figure, im a man and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!!!!Update, they decided to lie to me and tell me their provider had an emergency, same excuses they used 5 TIMES!!! to reschedule me, I even asked if I needed to look for a back up dr, they said no we got u, well I ran out of Medicine thanks to their lies! That’s how people end up back on, or on the streets doing fent. I don’t sue but I believe what they did is borderline malpractice!!!Use to beThe Best!

Scheduled a nexplanon removal. Earliest date was kind of far but I made it work. I was traveling over an hour for this and they randomly sent me a 9 page document to fill out before the appointment which I had to do while driving since no one told me ahead of time. Also I had to pay $200 instead of $150 that it says on the website which sucked because I was already driving so far for it I wish I had a more accurate price since we are in an inflation. Did get some attitude about not having the paperwork done ahead of time but everyone still was nice to me especially since I was late

I just had my appointment this past Saturday. At first I was very skeptical. Appointment on a Saturday, place was packed, women in recovery leaving and not returning, lost nurses, confusion in names, protesters, women screaming and crying in the lobby etc. seemed strange. Turned out to be great. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I did have about a 5 hour wait, but was allowed to go outside and even run to the store across the street, they called me when they were ready for me. It made my wait so much easier and more comforting than having to sit in that small room all day around so many people. I was able to talk to my support person, and even mental grasp things much better with the freedom they allowed during my wait. The nurses and the doctors were great at comforting me and reassuring me I would be fine. There was also a student, or intern, with the doctor. He was amazing. Tell him he’s going to be a great doctor! Also, the security guy is very set on his intimidating persona, but he actually seems like a pretty nice guy.!

Beautiful establishment and staff. From the beginning the security guard was very protective and caring! The front desk staff is very very kind. Sweet individuals. You may see many reviews of a long wait and I do have to agree but they do prepare you with an advance statement that you could be there for about 5 hours depending on what you need done. I rather spend 5-8 hours with a caring staff than an establishment that wants to rush you in and out just to get more people through. Thank you very much to everyone that works in this building! Please continue the great work!

My doctor was very kind.I was impressed with how intelligent, and empathetic they were with me during my appointment. The environment is welcoming and I felt cared for and safe.Its unfortunate that the reversal of Roe vs. Wade has impacted our community and country to such a harrowing degree.Trust Women provides vital services to our community. They are intersectional, so no matter your background or how you identify they will treat you with respect.

I had a surgical procedure done. I was nervous going in, but the staff talked me through the process before I arrived and calmed all of my fears. My appointment was at 1pm, and my procedure took place at 5pm. Monitored recovery was only an hour on site.The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so warm and caring it was unbelievable. They will sit and talk with you, feed you, comfort you.... more women need to know how easy and not scary this procedure is. The procedure itself only lasted 5 minutes and the medical staff was extremely understanding and comforting.Afterwards, I had only a little bleeding and no pain. More than anything I feel relief. Im so happy that this facility exists, because you really can Trust Women to take care of you and your needs.Thank you to everyone involved!! 🥰

First I talked on the phone with the most lively and friendly lady named Jennifer, she made me feel so comfortable before I even made the appointment, she is so sweet and for the subject I felt absolutely no judgment, she had such a kind soul and really knows how to connect.Then I get into the appointment and the wait was of course long but it Seriously didnt feel like it, even though I was clearly nervous everyone was very kind and caring, like they can connect with anyone it seems and make you feel as okay as they can. They talk to you like a friend, I was extremely impressed with everyone and how they handled everything. You ladies are Seriously amazing and I greatly appreciate all of you for what you do and being here for all the women who made these difficult decisions. Definitely highly recommend this place above all others.

The folks who work here are some of the most caring people Ive ever met. I brought my headphones and a warm blanket from home to help with my anxiety, and the ladies who work there allowed me to have them with me at all times. They were so accommodating. My visit was about 5 hours long, but it seems reasonable considering how much testing and counseling they had to fit into that time. Overall, I had a calming experience. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much, Trust Women.

The times I’ve been here have been so awesome. Some days the wait takes a minute. The staff is phenomenal, always caring and answers all the questions, and very calming and they so have great personalities. They put time and effort into their jobs and care about the women and it shows. They make you feel safe and right at home. They stay with you and make sure you’re comfortable. Best women I’ve ever known. Even the security guard is a doll. He’s a sweetheart.

Everyone here was wonderful. They were very caring and nice. The process took a really long time but there were also a lot of women before me. They offered food and drinks often. They were the type to that you could trust telling anything and would not judge you. They made sure I was alway comfortable and taken care of. Some reviews say it’s a “hole in the wall” but I really did not get that impression from the facility. Sure, it was a little underfunded, but for the most part, it was a really nice place and experience.I went in at 15 weeks. The procedure was very expensive but I expected it to be more. On a scale of 1-10 I’d say the pain of the procedure was about a 6 or 7. The most painful part was probably the medicine given to dilate my cervix but the nurses offered heating pads in the recovery room so those definitely helped ease the pain. Recovery didn’t take too long.

I could not have anything better to say about this clinic. Not only are they supportive but every single nurse/doctor/counselor were so nice, understanding, and patient. I’ve never felt more listened to and cared about. I am so grateful for this place and their employees.

Everyone that worked here was amazing!!! They were so caring, kind and made sure you were okay at all times. It was a super busy day but they kept great caring energy through it all. No judgments just people who are here and understand why the decision you made is what you made. I loved everyone I came in contact with they are all angels.

This clinic is very respectful and courteous. The staff working here are always kind and supportive. Dr. Arrowsmith is very empathetic and cares very much for her patients. I generally hate doctors and hospital settings but I feel very comfortable coming here and would recommend to anyone. I’m very thankful for their transgender services.

I would like to start off by saying that I would HIGHLY recommend Trust Woman South Wind Womans Center in Oklahoma City. Not only because the ladies at the front desk were kind, but also because the nurses literally held my hand and talked with me during the surgery and the doctor makes sure you are fully aware of what he was doing before beginning anything. Everyone at this facility knows and understands how scary this experience can be and make sure that youre comfortable. Even going as far as bringing you a blanket, chips, water or juice and talking and sharing stories with you. This was my first time ever doing anything like this and although it was an emotional situation the experience here made a world of a difference. I went from being scared and nervous to laughing with the staff. If need be I would definitely go back, but plan on never doing so because it is hard on the heart especially if you love children. I for one was just not ready yet, I am young and unemployed and thought it was for the best and the woman here(staff and other patients) understood that and were not judgemental at all.*To the staff at Trust Woman South Wind Womans Center I hope you receive and enjoy the thank you card I mailed should be there in about a week. I appreciate all that you ladies and guy did for me.*

The staff was very helpful, polite and caring especially going through such a horrible situation. From the first phone call through the after care I felt very well taken care of. They listened and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Dr. McNicholas was absolutely AMAZING! She coordinated with my Drs and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. Checking on me continuously throughout the entire process. She definitely made an extremely difficult and sad situation as easy as possible.

Honestly I never thought I was ever going to go through an abortion. It was a very emotional experience for me. I considered all my options and I tell you I never thought I would have the support and comfort from the amazing staff from this clinic. Honestly I cried from all the emotions and had my hand held through the whole experience. I had my questions answered and I also was often asked if I needed anything to eat or drink. I was so lost in my thoughts while I was there but I was honestly so grateful that I wasnt alone. The staff here are amazing and so sweet. I recieved a follow up call and was asked how I was doing and if I am okay from the staff and it surely let me know that they care. I really want to say thank you for helping me and guiding me through this experience.

The staff here were some if the nicest women Ive ever met. They were extremely helpful and informative and they do their best to console you and help you if youre scared or experiencing a lot of pain. The procedure is painful but no operation isnt. They do their job to the best of their ability and Id trust them with my reproductive health.

First appointment is gonna be a little slow but my second appointment they got me in right away. They definitely know what they are talking about and make sure you are comfortable. Recommend this place if you are transgender or wanting to get on hormones. I am not very happy that I can’t get my medication that I need though. They tried calling and they never seem to answer.

The staff and environment was super nice and amazing! The only downside was my appointment had to be rescheduled when I came from Texas :(. But that’s alright, they provided me gift cards, doctor notes, and support ! Love this clinic!

The staff was the most and best supportive! Which is the best that I could have hoped for. They are non judgmental, real, kind and genuine. They do their best to make to best out of a scary situation for any woman. 5 stars all the way. I came to them based off of reviews and I did not regret it. I would highly recommend over Planned Parenthood anyday!

This was a very hard experience that I never thought I would have to go through. Dr. McNicholas and her staff made everything extremely comfortable and were very helpful and empathetic from the moment I walked in-from receptionist down to my nurses in operation room. Thank you to everyone for making this experience the best it could have been. These clinics have a bad stigma but being there I understood that every woman has a different story and you never know what they are going through. Dr. McNicholas is a brave woman for choosing this type of practice. Thank you and thank you again.

Terrible facility. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the doctor tell one of her associates.. “she’s been here before so I don’t care if she has to wait. As well as yea she’s been waiting so long, I hope she just leaves. They are extremely unprofessional and talks about their patients consistently. Its because they’re the only AB clinic in OK and use that to their advantage while basically bullying patients because they have no where else to turn. It’s abuse of their authority. I would not recommend any one go there.

The individuals of clinic of Trust Women are very professional and kind. The office is clean and at a comfortable temperature in case of a long wait. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put my worries to ease. I just moved to OKC from TX and I’m glad I found this location. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for resources with a professional attitude.

The women at this clinic were by far the most amazing ladies I have ever met in my life. They made me so comfortable and they were so positive. I can not thank this place enough. I can not thank the beautiful souls that helped me through a rough time. You all are amazing women. I am so thankful for you all and this clinic.

I wanted to give this place a good review. I started coming here for HRT because of many recommendations I’d heard, but by the time I got here a new doctor(Bridget) had started working. Everything seemed fine, except for the fact that they weren’t able to draw my blood first appointment because of my veins rolling. The trouble started later.It became a game of phone tag every time I needed a refill. I would call the pharmacy, they would fax the doctor, I’d wait a week with no response, to which I call the pharmacy again. They say they’ve sent the fax, but the doctor hasn’t responded. I call the clinic, they ask if the pharmacy has the correct fax number(they did) and then to tell the pharmacy to resend the fax. So I do. And I wait another week. I’ve been late on my injections multiple times just because of the difficulty it takes just to call in a refill.The last straw was just a few days ago. I call the pharmacy, ask for a refill on needles, syringes, and the bottle of testosterone. The doctor only responds to the testosterone and hypo needles, and ignores the others, leaving me with a bottle and no way to inject the medication after it’s drawn up or a syringe to even draw it up with. I’m discontinuing my service here and if you’re a trans person, I suggest you go somewhere else as well(I’ve heard good things about Fulcrum Clinic).

Coming to this clinic I read the reviews first to make sure I was making the right decision. After my operation everything was fine for two days then I was out in the hospital because the clinic incompleted my surgery and made me hemorrhage and I had to have an operation at the hospital. I called the clinic and the manager was always out and would never call me back to talk about the problem. Once I finally got ahold of the manager she was not caring about it at all. I asked for my money back because now that they did not do the surgery properly I am going to have to pay $7,298 worth of hospital bills. When I called the front office to ask if the amount of blood that was coming out was normal she told me to get my iron checked. (Iron has nothing to do with your blood levels and the blood loss.) The manager took my name down and said she’d contact her CEO regarding this and I have not heard back since (2 weeks ago) . 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place at all.

Worst place ever. They said 150$ for the ultrasound. We had to pay deposit 650$. They made us wait an hour after the appointment time to get the test done which is only 5 minutes and they charged us 350$ instead of 150$. They kept asking my wife to do another test so that they can charge more money. We said no, we just want the refund back. They said ok they will refund the 300$. It took them MORE than 1 hour to get the refund. The cashier kept saying she needs the key from the manager to open the drawer. Meanwhile few others people paid them the cash. She kept saying she have to wait for manager. More than an hour to get the refund that is terrible

My experience at this location from the start has been amazing, and I couldn’t ask for better. I’m transitioning, and wouldn’t be where I am in my journey today without all the very special people at Southwind Women’s ~ I usually can’t stand going to the doctor for checkups and whatnot, but I actually look forward to scheduling follow ups here; knowing whenever I come that I’m in a safe environment, that’s inclusive to everyone and does everything to the best of their ability to make sure I’m getting the care i need. Dr. Arrowsmith is doing phenomenal work, another honorable mention should go out to a nurse named Mia, & Raven, not sure if she’s a nurse or not (both awesome by the way, give them a raise). Incredible people over at the women’s center!A couple things I will say about this location: 1) I called earlier and whoever initially answers the phone needs to work on rapport. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she sounded pretty uninterested and transferred me immediately, basically in the middle of me talking... just said “hold on”, and then I was transferred to someone else, thank goodness, who helped me out tremendously today by dealing with pesky insurance.2) Let your patients know when we check in how long we’ll be waiting please, instead of just making us sit there forever. I scheduled an appointment for 11AM and wasn’t able to see the doc until 12:30PM... c’mon guys.. the doctor explained she was double booked, but like, this is something the front desk needs to let everyone know, in my opinion.Other than that, SouthWind, keep changing lives and thriving as a company. Y’all are doing great!

All the staff I spoke to were extremely understanding and kind. I definitely recommend this place over planned parenthood if you are deciding between the two. Trust Women also got me in for an appointment much quicker than Planned Parenthood was able to, which is obviously really important in these situations.

Absolutely horrible! I am posting for a friend. We were trying to find any place that has availability. Even if we had to drive up from Texas. After being on hold and giving all of the information they gave a date 2 weeks out. My friend then asked of they have a sooner date, that she would prefer any other time. The lady just said okay well bye and hung up the phone!!!I think my friend dodged a bullet! She wont be going there that is for sure!!! This is why I moved from Oklahoma to Texas. The amount of absolutely ghetto unprofessional people is over the top!

The doctors, nurses, even front desk workers are all really friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. They give you pricing up front, which is nice. Takes a while to get an appointment (at least for birth control) but I have no desire to go anywhere else.

All the nurses and doctors were very friendly and the receptionists were friendly, since they helped me and everything went fast and without complications. its a safe place, clean, and discreet. I recommend it

It was a better experience than I thought. They offer you snacks and juice so you can have something on your stomach. During my procedure they played michael jackson for me so I could relax and calm down. The nurses and doctors were very caring and made sure I was in good condition before I left.

Never imagined Id ever find myself in the position to need an abortion, and I was absolutely terrified when I showed up for my appointment. All the staff members were friendly, nurses held my hand and wiped my tears through the short procedure, made me laugh when it seemed impossible, answered all my questions, provided follow up care, and I felt like myself again by the time I left to go home and move on with my life. Id absolutely recommend this clinic without a moment of hesitation.

Kind and caring staff! The facility was clean and well kept. Even during an anxious time for me they supported me and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services!

The nurses and Aerosmith are the best! Christie is my fiancé’s and mine favorite nurse! They are so sweet and caring. The facility was clean and nice. The only issue is the receptionists being rude and lack of information before appointment. (If you’re worried about them working with your insurance they won’t tell you and the price changes with ever appointment)

I would give 0 STARS if I could. This place is absolutely awful. I called and scheduled an appointment in early March, and was supposed to get an IUD last Monday (4/2/18). I called at 11:30am to see if they had my IUD because they had to “order” it. They said no, sorry it’s in Kansas. What good is it doing there? I don’t understand this issue. I was like okay let’s reschedule for next Monday (4/9/18) at 9:00am. I go to OSU and life in Stillwater, so I stayed with my Grandma on 4/8 so I could make my early appointment without getting up at the crack of dawn to drive all the way there. So on 4/9/18 I called the clinic to ask if they had it at 8:30am. My appointment was at 9. They said they did not know if it was there and to just come. Got there, pulled into the parking lot and went to the door. It was locked. No one wanted to let me in for my appointment. An employee came and let herself in and left me standing outside. I called and said yes the door is locked. They said “go to the front door” but there were no other doors in sight. They kept me on hold for 5 MINUTES before deciding to come let me in. The lady that came to let me in looked like she was wearing pajamas. He ridiculously patterned pink pants dragged on the floor. I said “sorry I didn’t know where the front door was” and the lady said with a SERIOUSLY RUDE TONE, “that IS the front door.” Then, I walked in and they said “go over there to that desk,” and this lady told me that my IUD wasn’t here and that I’d have to reschedule. The nurse practitioner that was gonna give me my IUD wasn’t even working today!! They knew that and DID NOT EVEN CALL. I am NOT going to this place as I don’t feel comfortable getting ANY procedure done here. These people can’t even wear professional clothes to work or order an IUD. Do not recommend at all!!P.s. I work at a pharmacy and a girl dropped off some prescriptions from here and I asked her how she liked it. She said just to get an exam and labs took 5 HOURS.It’s not just me who has had a bad experience.

They’re very friendly. They give you full support through out everything. But my appointment was at 10am and I left at 8pm. Be prepared to spend your whole day there. If wasn’t for the friendliness of the staff, I would’ve left.

I went on 2-2-18.. Everyone was amazing and kind and went put of their way to make sure i was comfortable in a uncomfortable procedure. The doctor and her stuff where amazing. Thank you for making a hard time a lot less harder.Also for those who might have an issue with the security gaurd going through you purse/bag.. Please remember he is not trying to be personal he is trying to make sure to keep you and everyone else and the staff safe from people who want to bring harm to others.. I wasnt bothered one bit him russling through my purse... Because everyones saftey is important in the choice they are making.

The working women in this clinic are extremely nice and non-judgmental. My experience, although extremely long (8 whole hours at the clinic) was exactly what I had hoped for. Calm, judgement free, nice staff. I do have a couple things to say that I was not told before having a surgical abortion/would like to tell others considering or going through with an abortion. #1 DO NOT WASTE 150 DOLLARS ON ANESTHESIA. Absolutely not worth it. The procedure is way too short to be put to sleep, so instead you just have a spinning room while the procedure is being done. And it maybe makes the 7 minutes feel like 3 minutes. But YOU WILL BE AWAKE NO MATTER WHAT AND YOU WILL STILL FEEL THE PROCEDURE. Just something I really feel they should let patients know as they could save some money on an already expensive procedure. #2 The pain directly afterwards and for the rest of the night was almost unbearable. They only prescribed 800 milligram Ibuprofen and that did not do it for me. Everyone experiences pain differently but I was really made to believe that the pain would feel like a bad period but that was NOT the case for the first night. Nonetheless these were personal experiences and this clinic is AWESOME. 👍🏻

The staff here made me feel so comfortable. I literally haven’t felt that much support from random people ever. I didn’t feel judged for my decision. They also had all types of snacks which were comforting

Today is 11/7/2017 I went into this clinic on 11/3/2017 Here is my entire honest experience.When I found out I was pregnant I was absolutely terrified, I am 26, using birth control, and have to wait until I am 31 to get my tubes tied because I am not married and I do not have children. Which neither of those things I want for myself however no Dr in this state will accept that you as a woman do not want to be a mother or a wife. The pregnancy hormones really confused me and complicated my decision I have never been pregnant before and did not expect it to be so intense. On top of all of the confusion and fear I already felt there is a slew of prolife organizations, videos, and stories online that try to guilt and shame you out of abortion. I made my appointment here two weeks in advance to give myself and my partner time to think. I changed my mind 7 times per day, even though I know what I want it was still very hard for me. On the way to the clinic I was terrified I didnt know what to expect and I was filled with anxiety. The outside of the building is really plain and almost hidden in plain sight, the parking lot was surrounded by a huge privacy fence so you cannot see the street and no one from the street can see you. There were no protesters outside that I saw and even if there were they are not allowed into the parking lot so you are protected. We walked up to the door which was locked, an armed security guard let us in to a small room with him, on the other side was another locked door to the lobby, this security measure made a world of difference to me. No one can get in without going through him.The nurses and reception were all really kind and understanding. When I got into the exam room a nurse came in to talk with me and she was really down to earth she shared with me her experience of being a parent herself and I told her all of my fears around it, she helped ease my anxiety just by having a real conversation with me. I felt like I was talking to a real friend that I had known for years. My anxiety and fear was completely gone. I was shaking from nerves in the lobby, I was laughing in the exam room. Do you know how amazing that is? I had some more time alone in the exam room and solidified my decision once and for all. That I dont want to be a mother, I might not ever want that, and that is okay. The Dr came in and did an ultra sound.A counselor came in next to talk to me and explain everything about the medical abortion I was about to do (which are the pills) what to expect, and how to take care of myself after. She was really informative and talked with me candidly about everything.My Dr (Amanda) came back in and explained to me the pills she was giving me which was and antibiotic, an anti nausea, and the pill to stop the progression of the pregnancy. She explained my prescriptions which was one for nausea, two for 800mg Ibprophen, and a third for actual pain pills when the cramping started for the 4 I was instructed to take the following day. She made sure I knew how to take all of them properly.When I left I felt true real relief that I had not felt in over a month.The next day I ran into problems with my local pharmacy refusing to fill my prescription for the pain meds. I called the 24hr emergency clinic phone number they gave me and the receptionist connected me directly to the Dr Amanda I had seen the following day who was already in another city at the time, however that did not stop her from making me a priority. She was amazing! She jumped through hoops and found a different pharmacy near me to fill the meds. She personally called me back three times to make sure I got what I needed on time. When I got to the pharmacy the pharmacist even commented on how amazing she was when she called them personally too.I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Even if you just want someone to talk to about your choices and options. They will help you do what is best for YOU no matter what that is. They will support you the whole way and they will not pressure you in anyway shape or form.

The staff here is amazing ! They are caring and funny as hell! Even though this has been a rough day, as was everyday leading upto today, I am walking out of here, happier, healthier and knowing I have the best support from all the ladies here! Thank you Dr. and all the staff !

They dont always know if protesters are outside their gate but if they cause you distress or they are blocking you from entry or inside the gate or parking lot, speak to staff.That being said I am a man who comes here at least once a month for hormone treatment and only saw once, 5 protesters at a time with signs. The staff is great and sensitive. And this place helps so many more people, its not just an abortion clinic, abortion is just a service thats less than 1% of what they do.Thank you for reading.

This place has helped me out with a couple of different things, and I greatly appreciate them! Everyone on staff, knows what they are doing, are super helpful, and genuinely nice! I felt very comfortable and welcome here! I would recommend this place 100% of the time!

This place is not an abortion clinic. It is a womens wellness clinic. Yes, abortion services are provided here as well, but dont let that discourage you from seeking general health care here.I had to have an assisted miscarriage through mifeprex, and they worked very well around my mental health concerns, and though a lot went wrong at home (My son was outside of the placenta, as it detached, therefore I had to see him, instead of the gestational sac) the doctor returned a call I made about it after midnight, just to check on me.This is a wonderful place with very caring, and open minded staff.

Everyone that I encountered was amazing!!! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure you were okay at all times. It was a clean and quiet place.

Thank you. Thank you so very much. This place is absolutely a dream. Know that if you go there, you will be waiting all day. Aaaaaallll day. Bring a phone charger and some books. Because Oklahoma is such a conservative state, you can’t really find a doctor to do this procedure here, so they fly doctors in. These doctors work tirelessly all day - and there’s only one. So that’s why.The nurses are superheros. They are by far the kindest, most encouraging, helpful nurses I’ve ever met. They are always smiling, bringing you snacks and juice while you wait. They converse with you. They accept you and love you.What meant this most to me was what they did during the procedure. I laid on a bed in a robe, and waited for the doctor. The nurse talked with me, laughed with me. The doctor came in and began the procedure.Know this if you’re having a surgical abortion around 13ish weeks: it is incredibly painful. It’s the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. The doctor said it’s comparable to giving birth (without drugs). The nurse grabbed my hand and guided my breathing. She kept encouraging me, letting me yell and curse - which you will need to do. As the procedure went on, another nurse came in and held my other hand, also encouraging me.After it ended, I shakily sat up. They helped me stand. They wiped blood off of me with a smile on their faces. They told me that what I did was extremely difficult, and that I am a superhero. A superhero. After what I had just gone through, that made it all better.The nurses deserve all the appreciation in the world. They deserve raises. They deserve the best benefits. They have such a difficult job and they are the definition of going above and beyond for their patients. They are role models.Thank you, Southwind Clinic. I have one semester left of college - student teaching.I have been married to four months to my wonderful husband.I do not have children.My husband and I are both Christians.When I got pregnant, my husband was so happy. I wasn’t really, but we were going to make it work. We don’t make anywhere near enough money to really support ourselves, let alone a baby, but we love each other and we were going to make it happen.Then we entered a horrible place in our marriage. We had problems that required insane amounts of forgiveness, love, patience, and also time. We both need time to heal. I have serious depression and anxiety. We were not ready to be parents.This was the best decision, the right decision for us. I don’t regret it a single bit. I get to graduate from college. Our marriage is now in a wonderful, loving, peaceful place. Things are so much better.As far as my faith goes, I pray about it every day. I thank God for His love and mercy and grace. And maybe, on judgement day, He will tell me I was wrong. And I will understand and accept His judgment. But until that day, I will continue to love Him and follow Him with all of my heart, even with my human, sinful ways.

Had a hard time emotionally and they were so fantastic towards me with them being so busy. Best doctors visit ive ever had and would love to continue through them!

CAUTION. CARELESS AND MONEY HUNGRY. They took my money before service, told me they couldn’t perform it, and now they to refuse to give me my money back. It’s been 2 months and every time I call, all I get is “I don’t know why it’s taking so long. I don’t know what to do.” So I’m thoroughly aggravated. I just want my money back since they didn’t do a damn thing for me.

I felt surrounded by people who understood my decision and made me feel so welcomed. They even gave me some cookies afterwards! I am so grateful for this place! Thank you

The staff here were very kind, they don’t rush you through anything and they patiently answer any questions that you have. Absolutely a caring, respectful facility with v ery empathetic staff. Wear warm socks and bring a bag for your stuff. Highly recommended for women who have to go through the process of abortion or iud insertions. Mad respect for the staff and mission of this place!

The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. They also were comforting and informative. Waiting is a little long but it’s understandable due to procedures.

This place was very professional and filled with pleasant people the doctors answered any questions I had and discussed birth control options with me. The only down fall is how long the wait is on the day of the appointment make sure your phone is charged or you have something to do.

The ladies here make you feel like you’re at home. They are so sweet, comforting, trustworthy, all of the above. The establishment itself is welcoming and so clean!

Called to make a appointment and am very skeptical to go.. Lady on the phone Annelise or something like that was very rude. Her job should not be answering the phones! Sped through everything didn’t give me much information. Hopefully the actually appointment will go better!

There are always a lot protestors out there with graphic signs showing the aftermath of abortion. They also preach to the men and women going in that they should repent and turn to Jesus Christ, talking about abortion is murder and sin against God. I felt like the staff only cared about making money and not really so much about the patients coming in.

I’ve always has a great experience here, they always use my preferred name and prouns. It’s a safe and inclusive location for transgender services.

They have a very supportive environment. The staff is amazing and polite. They respect you and your choices.

I took my wife here...and this a run down place in a bad area...they charged us for the pills even though its covered by our insurance....have been chasing them for a bill but they just make excuses and hav never provided it to me....very shady business practices

Securitys treatment of patients is enough to scare you away from this place, you dont even need to go in and sit an hour and a half past your appointment then get treated like a nuisance by the staff for asking about your procedure.

This is a good place to visit for HRT. A little long on wait times but I suck at being punctual anyway. Overall Id recommend it to others.

I come here for HRT services! Its pretty cheap (I only paid $80 for the visit), and the staff is really friendly and respectful.

Very helpful, facility is clean! The nurses care about you, absolutely everyone there is amazing!

Its hard to do, but these people respect your choice and dont judge you at all.. they dont force you to go through anything, instead they are there for you when nobody is and will do anything to make you feel comfortable and supportive.

I highly recommend this place yes the wait may be long but the staff are amazing they do all they can to make sure you are as comfortable as possible
