My experience was difficult in the aspect that I had to cancel with them a couple times on my behalf and the staff was very understanding and helpful. They answered my questions and did their best to work with my schedule since I had to travel up there. The staff is friendly and the Dr is also friendly. I cannot complain about my experience. **I borderline harassed the staff when it came to scheduling on a Saturday and the receptionist did not go off on me or became rude, she was very understanding of my circumstances and went out of her way to find a solution. Very humble people who understand their patients. I recommend ❤️ also the Dr was very pleasing, she treated me well, she did not disregard any of my questions or concerns. She made me feel comfortable while getting my blood work done. Also, she got my blood work done on the first try. 😎 great hands!

They are kind and listento you. Be sure your good that they answered all your questions they be sure you dont need something else. And its quick and (clean place) id recommend family /friends

I have been a patient here for a while and always had a great experience. Ms. Helen Mboh as well as the girls at the front desk are always polite, professional, caring and very good with children. Today, I brought my grandson here. I called this morning and was able to make an appointment for just a few hours later! I highly recommend!

I called to set up an appointment the receptionist on the phone were very unprofessional they didn’t even let me talk they told me they were going to call me back with my results, but I have not even been seen. And I have not received a call back from them

Staff is friendly and helpful. It took a while to get my insurance straightened out but they were patient and got it fixed for me. Otherwise the appointment was quick and efficient - just the way I like it. The waiting room is small and there was a lot of coughing by others, so wear a mask 😷

The front desk lady was very friendly and had a great attitude. She helped me go through with my paperwork and made sure to inform me of what was going on. The Dr was very friendly and helpful especially with my little one being there with me. Definitely will be my go to spot loved the environment!

I had a terrible experience yesterday. The receptionist were friendly but the “Dr.” Or whatever she calls herself, was I guess, in a bad mood. She acted very nonchalant towards me and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and like I was wasting her time.I’m not sure if she was having a bad day because I’ve been there before and she was just ok, not the best nor the worst.But this last visit, made me not want to go back again, which I won’t. I was told that, that’s how she is but I can’t deal with an individual who treats ppl like that, especially in the industry she’s in.*side note* I still don’t know if I have the flu or a cold or if it’s just my allergies. I guess since it’s not Covid then it’s not a big deal to her. Smh

Both the receptionist and the provider took great care of me. Super kind and attentive! I was told that “if this is important to you, it’s important to us.” Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience with this clinic and doctor so far. Funnily enough, many of the negative reviews on here were the main reason I decided to bring my children here, because the reviews made it clear to me that this doctor is great, and the reviewers are unreasonable---just pay attention to how ridiculous their complaints are.

We had an awful experience today. My son dislocated or broke his finger. We go in they dont look at our son or his hand. They send a referral for him. We go to the hospital. They have sent a referral for his foot. 3 hours we have been at the Dr office and emergency room and no one looked at my sons hand. The doctor a possibly African lady was so rude. We tried to let them know the hospital received a request to exray his foot not his hand. Instead of being helpful the doctor was rude and insisted she sent the correct paperwork, instead of just looking and seeing the error. So several hours later we need to go back to the doctor to get the right referral for the xray. Shame on her and her rude attitude. We will never go here again.

Ive been coming here since I had my first child in 2013 and the staff have always been so friendly and caring. I have two children now and Ms.Helen Mboh is the only doctor they have ever seen. And they just love her and love coming here, unlike children huh? Shes loving and caring and alwayssits and talks with us and never in a hurry. Anytime Ive ever called they have gotten me right in. There are very prompt in reminding you of appointments. And even upcoming ones. Everyone always have a big smile on their face and always so happy. I would recommend them to anyone I know! My children and I will remain coming here. God Bless You all!

I loved this place and the people I’m freshly 18 and they helped me get insurance when I had no clue what I was doing really sweat and helpful definitely recommend

If I could give Zero I would. Treated like I was a hypochondriac with my children. Constantly asked if I was on birth control and things which was irrelevant because the appointments were for my daughters. I found out they were putting my information as far as birth control on my childrens charts! Completely messed up my childs shot records. When my youngest got her shots shed be bruised for two weeks. The overall manner on how I was treated when simply even bringing up things for my children to be noted just in case. I will never bring my children here again.

Staff at the office were very nice, but my complaint there was:1. Charge too much for what I received in care, which was nothing.2. Weight scale has not been calibrated in a long time.3. I had a co-pay, because I pay for my insurance instead they charged me, for the full office visit.4. First office visit $90.00 and if one decides to go back again, will be charged $70.00, for nothing.A friend recommended them, and one would think maybe get a discount, but no! I will never go back again!!!You all are very friendly, and nice people, but I felt you charge too much!

Helen and staff were very generous and welcoming. Went into great detail with what was going on and very thorough during exam! Definitely will be making my primary from here on out!

Worst clinic ever. First off i waited almost an hour to be seen and it was not busy. I took my 1 year old in due to fever and possible strep, from being around someone with strep. They did not test her for strep or anything. They did not even take a look at her throat. They said they didnt want to put her through that, i understand she will not be happy with that being done but i want to know what is wrong with her. Four days later after being on antibiotics for strep, she is still running a fever. I took her to another clinic , and they test for the flu, come to find out she has flu B. If they would have tested her should could have gotten on tamiflu. Terrible experience.

Very nice and polite staff. Waiting time is a bit long but very caring staff that seems to really value their patients.

I love my family at the doctor’s office. We even have my own room. LOL They have super amazing staff. I love them so much. They help in so many ways it’s amazing.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now Dr. Helen Mboh Is very awesome and she is nice patient and takes her time with everything I bring all four of my children here and she is extra patient with each and every single one of us I appreciate her so much big thumbs up thank you

They said they dont take my insurance and then they billed them anyway. I paid the entire office visit of over $130 then I get a statement from my insurance that they filed the office visit anyway. I really didnt like the care that she gave. The doctor was not friendly even though we paid so much.

I have been searching for months for a good family doctor thats not looking to rush us out and cares about my family where we can be permanently I informed the lady over the phone of all theses things as I am searching around and she we only have a nurse practitioner thank you goodbye so I will not be taking my family here, but for future familys looking for a family doctors and shopping around make sure you train your over the phone staff on how to draw clients in as we are the source of your income so maybe try being nicer and explaining your Dr office better than that

Only becouse I can not give it less... I tried for 3 weeks to get my son a nebulizer( has had one since birth) and was told he did not need one he was faking it.!!!! When I found another Dr found out this clinic put my 12 yr old son( same one) on a medicine not approved for any one under the age of 18!!! So there is that.! Also told me that my son( same one) was lacking discipline and needed a firm hand ( my child is asparagus)

HealthWatch is a diverse and accepting clinic devoted to providing efficient and compassionate care. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient. Everything available here from family planning, immigration exams, vaccinations, physicals, wellness checks for children, drug screening, to COVID screening.

So after I rated them with one star because of their unsatisfactory practices they sent me a letter saying that they would not see me anymore which was perfectly fine with me because I had already chosen another doctor I wouldn’t waste my time going here they never answer their phone or get back with you with test results I had to personally go pick them up myself and nothing was explain to me that’s why I gave them one star

The doctor is never in the office when you need her. When you make appointments you dont get seen at your time 2 hours later and when you need a referral for something it takes a whole month this is a very non-professional place I wouldnt recommend for anyone

I paid almost 700 dollars for immigration exams and the provider doesnt have time to reprint me the some papers that i need wow as soon as i finish this exam inwill be done! will never use this clinic again

Came in with my insurance & tried to charge me full price for the visit. Why I would I pay them $90 if my ER copay is $50 & office visit is $30. They are straight b.s..

Staff members and Dr was very helpful and I love bringing my kids here for there Dr visits and recommend other family members and friends

They make you pay to know whats wrong with you. If they find anything wrong. Doctor dresses unprofessionally and dont do anything but tell you that nothing is wrong. Clerk at the dest worst Attitude ever.

It is a poor doctors office, they turned me down, today because they said I had 3 no call or shows which is incorrect because aint been there in 1 year till today, I have made one appt w/ them did not show or call, but other than that have not scheduled, nothing with them Helen is a unprofessional phyiscan, she doesnt help you with your physical nedds, she did not me a year from today, would not give me my referral forms or anything, will suggest no one go there, because you wait a long time and too be seen too be turned away for your medical needs, than the Hispanic staff dont know what there doing, they act like they dont understand, any English which is bad for her practice, Helen is rude and very unfriendly, and the Hispanic staff as well, very unprofessional doctors office, hope they shut this doctors office down and they turned me down because of my race, and would not see me today for my medical needs,

Very professional and rude, Im giving 1 star because I cant give this place a -5Doctor Esme Wilson L. the most disrespecfull and rude doctor that I have ever see and talk to.If you want to waste your time and money go here she totally can help with that and get nothing fix.

The clinic is always clean.The receptionist is always helpful.The Dr is always knowledgeable and pleasant.I recommend this Clinic.

I visit this clinic for first time and is really good they have fast appointments and Ill keep it as my provider.

Dr Helen was awesome and was very helpful with information and it was sweet all the nurses said bye to me when I left.

This quack wanted me to come in every 90 days for a simple, uncontrolled antidepressant prescription (an SSRI). Thats robbery.

Refused to see me because I ask for a receipt when they ask me for money because I have full coverage Insurance and should havent been charged for anything

Very very bad experience in this clinicTo begin with, they didnt take the blood samples correctly and we had to go backThe day they called us to pick up the results, they called us at 11:00 AM and the person who delivered them arrived very late and they also lost the influenza vaccine record. If I could give them a -0, I would.

I like going there because I dont have to make an appointment for when my baby gets sick and then they take care of me and the doctor is very attentive to the babies.
