I moved to OKC almost a year ago... I was a patient at duke University hospital for 23 years which is a very prestigious hospital and I have nothing negative to say about them . But from the moment that I walked in to diversity there was a sense of comfort Ive never felt.. from the reception.. to Travon... The rock star that no matter what mood your in can make you smile laugh . And feel at ease . To my incredible. Warm. Caring personable physician Jewelle Scott.. Ive had many doctors over the years but none actually listen to my needs and concerns and its detailed with this much positive feedback as she does even down to the phlebotomist that are so gentle and 99% of the time you never even feel it when they draw blood. Diversity isnt just a place where you medical care is addressed but truly is a place that feels like home. This by far is the best health care Ive ever gotten on so many levels and I truly believe they are a benchmark of what health care should be all aroundRon Clements

I asked for a pregnancy test they said since I had Nexplanon, I don’t need it. Almost every time I’m there I ask for them to check my vitamin levels since I’m a vegetarian and every time I call them I normally have to leave a voicemail and they never respond to those last voicemail I left my dad died and I told that in the voicemail and I asked if they could call me back to reschedule my appointment and they never did. There is only one good upside about this place and it’s Travon Stephens he is the nicest one there

Had an appointment for over 3 weeks just to find out I need a referral, why wasn’t this told to my prior.. zero concerns for people health !! Frustrating and depressing. Thanks for nothing

Great Staff! The Nurses and Doctors made us feel like family. Dr. Deanna is the most personable, caring, educated, and a great problem solver!! She is the BEST health care professional out there. If you have a health problem she doesnt stop until she can fixed or until she knows you are nice and healthy again. We love the New Norman Office!!!!

Ive been searching for a primary care physician on and off for years and have had so many bad experiences with judgemental doctors. A friend of mine recommended Diversity Family Health and Im happy I took his advice! Everyone here is so kind, knowledgeable, funny, and upbeat. They all make you feel very comfortable and relaxed so you can talk/ask about literally ANYTHING. My Nurse Practitioner Jewelle actually took time to talk and get to know me and learn about my health. This was by FAR the best experience Ive ever had going to the doc. Thank you to all the staff that works here! I will recommend Diversity to everyone I know.

As a trans person, I have gotten used to having bad experiences at even the most welcoming clinics. At Diversity Family Health, I can actually say they ARE welcoming. I actually looked forward to going to the doctor and I felt relieved and happy and cared for the whole time I was there. Serina is hands down THE BEST physician I have ever seen. Trans people, look no further. Here is a doctors office that not only wants whats best for you, but understands trans healthcare and believes in you as a human being. I couldnt ask for a better doctors experience.

Very welcoming safe feeling environment. Was nervous the first time going in cause Oklahoma isnt exactly know for its pro LGBT status but Ive never felt unsafe or judged here

Diversity Family Health is AMAZING! The medical team and staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. They are really there for the patient and want to help them any way they can.

Good place for STI testing, PreP, and HRT. The staff is knowledgeable in those areas and respectful.Would recommend going elsewhere for any other health concerns you have, though.

There ok but dont expected getting in unless youre schedule a week in advance thanking of switching physicians because this there good place for idi and meds tho if youre sick.

My partner and I have felt very welcomed here. Grateful for everything yall do 🌈💙

Im not impressed at all. My provider doesnt seem that concerned. I have yet to have what I would consider a thoughal examination.
