Michelle aka”405Lipinjector” is absolutely amazing! It was my first time not only with lip filler but with Botox and she made me feel so comfortable. For those scared of needles DON’T BE, better than my own dentist! Was so scared of it hurting, no even close to what I was expecting! Highly recommend her, she is amazing!

My husband has been receiving infusions twice a week for about five weeks so far. Everyone here is so nice and efficient. Dr Noel is brilliant and V is amazing at her job. Connie is one of the kindest people I have met. Highly recommend for adjunct cancer treatments.

My experience with Dr. Noel Williams started nearly 20 years ago. He and his well trained associates have helped me navigate peri-menopause, menopause at 49, a partial hysterectomy and hormone replacement. I have been receiving ‘five star care’ from Noel and his team for over twenty years now! I consider Noel as one of the greatest blessings in my wellness journey. Through the hormonal shifts of peri -menopause and now menopause, he has helped me become a better steward of my body. He and his caring staff have proven on many occasions when my body was in pain…that healing is continual and possible. One of the things I most appreciate about Noel is his continual yearning and seeking of scientific-based research. I remember my first meeting with him when he told me his desire for focusing on hormonal changes after child bearing was a result of seeing his momma suffer from hormonal shifts. When Noel enters the room, time belongs to the patient. He pulls up a stool, plants himself with his bright eyes and welcoming smile and genuinely wants to know what’s up with his person. This past week, when going for my annual, first thing he asked was about my knee. It had been over six months since he had seen me for hormonal issues but remembered that I still had swelling from a miniscus surgery far longer than normal. He got me turned in the right direction for therapy in August and remembered this in April! I also give him credit for finding the right surgeon for me over thirteen years ago for a rotator cuff surgery that went poorly first time around. I mention these two events because our bodies are not just one part to be serviced. He gets this! Being a student and teacher of yoga, meditation, and other fitness activities, I consider my physical well being, my mental well being and my sexuality as a needed passion this 66 year-old mover needs! Thank you Noel and associates for helping me listen with gratitude to my bodies’ journey. It is a journey I do NOT take for granted. And neither does this team!

I took my wife here to get blood drawn. Her appointment was at 2:30 and after sitting in a room for 50 minutes she finally asked a worker what the hold up was. After an additional 10 mins she was finally looked at. This would be reasonable if we were a walk in patient but we had an appointment. I feel that our time was wasted unnecessarily. I’m also getting texts from my wife as she’s in the room with the Dr. The Dr is doing a terrible job of listening and isn’t actually trying to help. Would prefer to work on Botox related patients I assume. The only reason we’re staying at this point is because the blood work is a necessity for her. We will not be coming back and hope you treat your future patients with more respect than you gave us today. Not professional. Also, it seems that you allow your drs to have air pods in their ears talking to other clients while actively taking a patients blood. What is wrong with you people?

Michelle, at Optimal Health Associates, has done numerous procedures on me, Morpheus8, PRP hair restoration, lip filler & dysport and every experience has been like having it done by a friend. She’s 💯 professional but with a personality that puts you completely at ease & that makes for a pleasant experience all around. All procedures have been worth the money and I will continue to have Michelle be my go to RN nurse injector.

I have been a patient of Dr. Noel Williams for at least 20 years. I was at the point of wanting a hysterectomy because of heavy periods, Dr. Williams told me about a procedure called Endometrial Ablation. I scheduled it immediately and it resolved all the problems. I have also been a patient of Dr. Ben Barenberg when years later after the ablation, I did need a hysterectomy and bladder suspension. This clinic is a go to for many more things besides gynecology. I developed some auto immune disorders and did the Ozone and vitamin IV therapy. It really did help the inflammation. I have referred many friends and family to this clinic. They are the best there is. I’m always amazed at all their new innovations. Thank you for all your expertise.

Early last year I started having unexplained infections occurring all over my face, hand, abdomen, thigh etc. I had to go to the ER each time to have these lesions lanced and do rounds of IV and oral antibiotics. I inquired why was this happening but my doctor said she just didn’t know, nothing abnormal could be pointed to in my labs or vitals.A friend of mine suggested I go see Dr Noel Williams at Optimal Health in Oklahoma City and inquire about Ozone therapy, she even called and made the appointment for me. I was skeptical that Ozone therapy could address my infections but felt I was out of options. I met with Dr Williams and he prescribed a series of Ozone Infusions. After the third infusion I was noticing some changes. First was my breathing (I am asthmatic). Having just moved into a small upstairs apartment I felt my lungs oddly having seemingly a greater capacity. My Pulmonologist bi-annual follow up was scheduled and they ran their regular breathing tests and told me (without knowing that I had undergone Ozone Therapy) that my lungs had greatly improved and we could cut my follow ups to once a year.Next thing I noticed was my knees weren’t sounding like bubble wrap or having the sharp pains I had grown accustomed to.I have not had a single reoccurrence of any infection since and I can say that my overall general health, energy levels and pain / inflammation has hugely improved and as a bonus I’ve dropped about 10 pounds.I was a total skeptic but am 100% certain that Ozone Therapy is no fad but a safe and effective way to address disease, inflammation and pain at the cellular level. All I can say is it dam sure works! Dr Williams is a very impressive, knowledgeable, caring physician, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get out of the rut of symptom treating. His entire staff is genuinely interested in you as an individual and takes a personal interest in your well being.

We talked about what procedures could help and procedures that would not give me the expectations that I was looking for.. I appreciate her honesty because I felt like whatever procedures I was going to do It wasn’t going be a waste of money, When I came back for the procedure, once again I felt very comfortable like we have been friends forever. She told me exactly what to expect and what she was doing while she was doing it. What really stands out is that she gave me her phone number that I could reach her if I had any questions which I thought was wonderful because I didn’t have to wait until the office was open. I have pelviç floor and Ani lavotry syndrome I have been seeing doctor beneberg for a while now just had my 2 nd round of boxtio for it before coming to this place so many other doctors looked at me like I was crazy that my anxiety was super high but every time I come in with ? Or issues they try and fig it out I have used there shock wave treatment and ozone air and it has helped a lot and there physical therapy next door vibe is also so good with there patients I cant find a bad thing to say about them over the years I have been coming they have a great staff and out side staff also

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for almost 25 years and have followed his practice as it has grown and moved from various locations. He, along with his physicians assistants, give outstanding care. Unfortunately there is a significant disconnect with office staff and getting medications refilled. Currently, I have been trying to get my hormones refilled for several days. I have never missed an appointment and just saw Abby on Monday with a promise to send my refills over to pharmacy immediately. Yet here I sit, no hormones and still waiting and wondering when they will finally send the refill approval to my pharmacy.

I want to love this place, but I just can’t! The waiting time is awful and it feels like they are pushing so many of their available products on you. I wait forever and then feel like my PA wants to barely talk to me. They always will not cover multiple topics in on visit making you come back over and over again.

Michelle is my go-to girl for everything facials, tox and filler! I’ve trusted her, and only her, for years and she’s always done amazing work. I made a new friend the instant I met Michelle. She’s always made me feel comfortable, and she takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I recommend Michelle to all of my friends and family.

This clinic is such a joke. I was told I would get my results within 5-7 days and I didn’t get my results until 3 weeks after the fact and that’s only because I called every other day. The nurse told me the doctor had my lab results but had yet to look them over before they could call me. She had those results for 3 weeks before she looked them over! A nurse even apologized for the inconvenience. Fast forward to my second appointment, the doctor ignored me while I was talking and started talking to a student which I wasn’t asked if it was okay to have a student during my appointment. I told her my issues and the doctor cut me off and told me to save it for another appointment which would be in 6 weeks. She was completely unprofessional and rude. Now my other issue is that they took my insurance and my debit card and still never billed me and I didn’t find out until 2 months later. Which is very frustrating. And I only found out about the bill after my great grandma sent me a picture of the bill they sent her. I never once put my great grandmas name or address on any paperwork. I have absolutely no idea how the clinic got it. But now my family knows about my medical issues. I would never recommend Optimal health to anybody.

Staff is courteous, professional, efficient and yet pleasant. I usually move through this practice with minimal wait time. Most importantly they were able to finally resolve a nagging health issue that my other provider couldn’t.

I have been going to see Dr. williams, Abby, Amy or Trish for years along with every woman in our family and they are all spectacular. Dr. Barinburg is about to do a surgery for me and he is so kind and intelligent. Every experience at this office has been excellent and thats saying a lot because nobody loves going to gyno, but this office makes it a flawless and comfortable experience.

I have chronic pain in the vertebrae of my neck. It’s difficult to treat but I’m fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Noel Williams and his amazing staff. I’m also seen by a neurologist and neuroradiologist neither of which have been able to adequately reduce the pain. He has thoroughly researched my chronic illness and found innovative ways to treat my condition without narcotics. I regularly have infusions, trigger point injections and other treatments to reduce pain and inflammation. I’m beyond thankful to Dr. Williams and everyone on his staff. I have had multiple concerns and after consulting with Michelle in a real deep conversation of what my concerns were but also how could or should I approach she then gave me her honest opinion on several ways to address and also was straight up front with what realistic results would or could be.. did not feel me any unrealistic lines like unfortunately other places do just to sell sell sell.. she is a blessing and truly honest inside and out.. she about helping u feel better in your own skin.. not see a patient as a checkbook.. she is a true Gem in this industry and there are others but not that many any more unfortunately.. would recommend her 💯 %🙌🏼

My care provider here is wonderful, but my concern is that I had a well woman examine and they billed my insurance for 26 lab tests for a total of $2649. Insurance discounted about $2100 of that but Optimal did two tests that were not allowed by my insurance, so besides my copay, I have to pay for those two tests with no discount from my insurance. This set me back another $160 in addition to my copay. They should not be doing lab tests on a well woman exam that are not covered. THEN when you contact them several times on their online form and ask for a call back about the charges, they never call you back.

I have gone to Optimal Health for over 5 years. Over the past year or so the interaction between patient and provider has declined. During my recent yearly exam I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes. It felt so disconnected and that I was just a number and no longer a patient.

I want to encourage anyone exploring aesthetics to seriously consider scheduling a consultation with Michelle. She is so knowledgeable and results are incredible. I followed Michelle from her prior employer because she is so good. Michelle has done lip filler, lip flips , Botox treatments on my forehead and completed Morpheus treatments. She goes above and beyond to ensure your fully informed of the results to expect. She keeps you informed of all specials and open houses. And makes sure you are comfortable in all procedures. Staff was very professional, but they wanted to run blood work on me. After paying $250 for the visit and $700 for blood taken within the clinic, Lab corp billed me on top of this fee. The lab was not identified as Lab Corp. Neither Optimal or Lab Corp would not respond to letters or voicemails. Now I have been sent to collections! This is another example of the unethical and corrupt medical practice.

I have been a patient for several years now, Dr. Williams is genius! He thinks outside the box and looks at the whole picture. I am happy they offer so many alternative options. I have seen several of the practitioners and they are all great, they take time to listen and care. If they cant treat you they know an expertise to send you to, my husband started going a few years ago, he had a back injury that the surgeons he had seen didnt give him a good outcome, Dr. Williams referred him to another specialist, he did minimal invasive surgery and now my husband is pain free and back to being able to do physical work.

I had a hysterectomy here. The surgeon left me open. I developed a major infection along w several blood clots under certain areas that needed to be disolved. Every concern i brought to them seemed to be dismissed as if I were emotional and dramatic ( i was traumatic). Noel was kind. He wasnt my surgeon. Ben was and every issue brought to him was dismissed everytime he was approached. I finally became so ill my white cell count was 14.8 not able to hold anything down. Thankfully i went to someone who cared and fixed what Dr. BENseemed to think was not his problem. I am a trauma therapist. We are taught to first do no harm.... i believe this is a ethical code that should be taken up my all medical personal as well. Noel is great but if you want zero bedside manners and lack of care.... Dr. BEN is the definition of just that.Update. Now i am unable to empty my bladder something that wasnt a problem before the surgery... they have continued to send bills for a botched surgery. They need caution tape outside the clinicContinued issues..... now the bladder sling wasnt placed correct. I have to have another surgery!!! WARNING THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE

Love this place. As a physician myself I appreciated a lot of things. The clinic was a well oiled machine, didn’t wait long for anything, all was in order, And I loved dr Williams and his NP. Finally someone who validates my symptoms post vaccine and actually has a plan to treat me, unlike the five doctors seen previous. If you’ve got something unusual going on, I feel like Dr Williams rises to the occasion and thrives on challenges. He combines both traditional and natural medicine and is not intimidated by going against the grain/popular opinion. This clinic thinks outside the box.

I saw Dr. Cassie Smith, endocrinologist, for HRT. She reviewed my labs and discovered that my hard to treat blood pressure is caused by a condition related to my adrenal gland. I am working with her and her PA, Phong Dang, to get my blood pressure under control and I could not be happier. I am a nurse and want everyone to know that Dr. Smith is worth the wait. She could have simply given me hormones and sent me on my way but she reviewed my labs carefully and cared enough to check me out further. I feel very blessed to have her and Mr. Dang caring for me.

I have been going to Abby Ronck for the past 3 years. I have always felt so incredibly comfortable and with her help we were able to find out answers to issues I was having and form a treatment plan. I have also been in to see other doctors when Abby has been unavailable and they have been fantastic as well. All of the staff has been super kind to me every visit. I highly recommend Optimal Health especially for teens who are a bit nervous about their first “lady doctor” (lol) experience!!

I went to Optimal Health for 2 visits. On my first visit I was taken to the exam room within 5 minutes, but then sat in the exam room 30 minutes past my appointment time before seeing the doctor.I just came back from my 2nd visit where again, I was taken to the exam room within 5 minutes. This time I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before I walked out. The nurse was very friendly when I told her, and she printed my labs for me.Ill be finding another doctor, I can begrudgingly accept 1 time, but 2 out of 2 shows me a pattern of not meeting appointment times.

I have gotten 3 Biotene pellets with Optimal Health. I am on week 6 of non stop bleeding and cramping. My PA there sent me for ultrasound and did biopsy. I received a call from clearly not a nurse. I was told all my test where normal. I was instructed to keep track of bleeding for next 4 weeks and follow up. If i continue for 4 more weeks that will make a total of 11 weeks bleeding and cramping. I feel like a number. I will be finding a new Dr. I will not be returning to Optimal Health.Update: After bleeding 12 weeks I went to a real OBGYN. I now need a complete hysterectomy! I have now heard many people call this the rich wifes clinic. If you want a Dr for real female matters please go to a real OBGYN. If you want to sit in a Drs office with 50% of women that look like freaks due to all the botox and collagen, this is the place for you. If you want the cell therapy and iv infusion give them a try. This office seems more like a plastic surgeon office. Its a money making machine run buy uninformed Drs and PAS.

Terrible experience. Long waits, not a friendly or helpful staff member in the facility, and nothing gained from the appointment. I had blood work in October that its January and I have yet to receive the results for, but you better believe they are mailing me weekly for their $25 that insurance didnt cover. You call and are never able to talk to a human, you then have to fill out a request online that never gets acknowledged. Not surprising though because I filled out my new patient paperwork beforehand online and they couldnt find it, never received it, and said their website is notorious for losing it. You would think if that was the case you would have the office manager look into. I was not impressed and wont be returning and will warn friends and family to steer clear..

I see Abbie Ronck, PA, and she has been such a blessing. Very knowledgeable, thorough, calm, and understanding. She was able and willing to help me through some difficult things that other doctors have not. I love the office, too. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful, from nurses to receptionists.

Definitely the best place to go if you are looking for some insightful knowledge. I recommend abby. she did great with figuring out what is wrong, and she wasnt judgmental about it!

I went to see a doctor from Optimal Health because of a pituitary tumor. 1st - The doctor I saw was 45 minutes late and probably would’ve been even more late if I hadn’t left my room and asked some assistants who were just standing around talking and laughing. 2nd - The doctor didn’t have any of my medical records. Not the lab work, Ct scan of my head, MRI of my brain or the MRI of my pituitary. 3rd - They did lab work again. This is understandable and I’ve been through hell and back when it comes to medical stuff so I know that drawing my blood should not take over 2 minutes. The tech inserted to needle and missed. Instead of taking it out and trying again, she just moved around till blood started flowing, and if you’ve ever know what that feels like... it’s not a good pain. 4th - This doctor prescribed me a medicine without knowing what the growth/tumor even was. There are 2 possible types it could be. Yes, I know one is very common but I always get the rare disease and my lab results didn’t even match up to be that specific type of growth. She even told me surgery is not the way to go because most likely it will have complications. 5th - I’m having extremely bad reactions to the medicine she prescribed me. More pain than I was already in. 6th - I’m now going to OU medical, seeing a neurosurgeon that specializes in these types of tumors. This type of surgery is actually common routine for neurosurgeons. 7th - Did I mention I’m only 18, had a surgery within the past year to get an organ removed from a rare disease? Or that I’ve almost had Graves’ disease? And many more problems, trust me I could go on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More of a Botox clinic than a doctors office.

If you want to be treated with disrespect, unprofessionalism, and rudeness this is the clinic for you!I have never been impressed with his clinic. I came here for after being diagnosed with a thyroid issue. The very first time I came here I had the impression that there is very little true care for the patients. Bedside manners are poor for the simple fact everything is rushed. Have a question well be prepared to be told, well we will address your concern at the next appointment.I am trying to have my labs sent to my GP and the woman on the phone was very rude and very inappropriate. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes with out any contact other than the automatic voice answering system, I finally reached a woman. She told me I needed to sign a medical release form . I told her I live about an hour away. She then said my doctor could send a request form via fax. I asked her if she could email it to me to sign and she replied very snarky that she could not.I just wanted to clarify a few things with her before we got of the phone. I let her know I would need these by the 18th. She said it would be 7 to 10 business days regardless. Its the fourth today. She could of said yes, mam they will be there before the 18th.I said I had already been on hold what felt like thirty minutes, which is just an expression of speech. (Who on earth would really wait on hold for thirty minutes) She proceed to correct me and tell me that it had only been a little over seven minutes. I said mam I understand that, it wasnt literal. It was still a long time to be hold. I understand its Monday after Christmas and New Years but I had already been on the phone with my other doctor. I have their fax number if you want to send that form to them. She told that they where ones that would need to send the form not them. She did not give me the fax number and gave me attitude getting of the phone.So I call my doctor back and while I am hold again with optimal health.I had Optimal Health on my husbands phone because the hold period is so long.They answer very rudely and proved my point. She said HEEELLLOO, this BECCA Optimal Health. I said yes, I am need your fax number she did not give area code just number really fast. She was on speaker my doctors office could hear her.Safe to say my doctor knows not to refer patients to this awful clinic.There time will be more important than that of their patients. You know the ones with real medical conditions.This is what is wrong with Americas Medical System. YOU ARE A SERVICE NOT a luxury service but a basic human right service.

The doctors are nice and the building is brand new but the rest of the staff are so completely rude. Anytime I’ve been on the phone to either schedule an appointment or to get test results back-everyone has an attitude.I did 4 different thyroid blood tests, when someone called to tell me the results they said 3 were fine and 1 was high but they were unable to tell me which one was high! I had to find the piece of paper that I received when I got the tests, call back, READ the 4 names of the tests to them, and that was when they were able to tell me which one was high.... completely unacceptable.

Went for a 10:00am appointment, Im diabetic, sat in the exam room more than 40 minutes, got up and walked out. The PA hasnt done anything for me that I couldnt do for mysel. My PCP can write Rxs for insulin, I can adjust the dosage, been doing it for 9 years. Why should I pay $45 copay for a specialist ?

These heartless people care more about profits then their patients. They refused to bill for a surgery and demanded payment upfront. I was told this after scheduling surgery and was told by Kim that I would be able to work something out after bringing up my concerns about this policy. Now I get to be in extreme pain for longer all because money is more important than actually being a good doctor. Was also told by Stephanie that if I didnt pay my part which I was trying to negotiate to something realistic the Dr would be doing the surgery for free unfortunately for her I know people in medical billing and how that is a complete lie. Standard billing practice across the country is allowing the patient to be billed after either with a co pay before or nothing upfront and you pay once billed. The fact this company doesnt honor or is even willing to negotiate is their choice but its not ethical. Go somewhere else if you are in pain and need help.

Porsha Richardson should be the measure that clinicians model their practice after. The combination of her vivacious personality and depth of knowledge is a rare treat in an industry that filled with impersonal care.When you add Porsha and her nurses assistant Nicki together, they are a force for change in making sure you receive the absolute best care available.This level of care comes at the premium of time. I have spent as much as 45 minutes waiting in the lobby just to go back and that much or more to finally see Porsha. Optimal suffers from a time management problem.While the staff is efficient and apologetic, they could not possibly work faster than the frenetic pace they are already trying to keep. Optimal would do well to reconsider the patient to clinician loads and hire to prevent the amount of time a patient waits. Healthcare is not going to get easier, fabulous clinicians like Porsha and her team are rare to find and should be supported to continue to provide the best possible care.

Long wait time and they are disorganized. The front desk tried to charge me $100 upfront without even verifying that I met my deductible. On top of that, $100 is well over my copay. I scheduled a second appointment to get a procedure done, but I showed up and they said I was only scheduled to discuss lab results and if I wanted the procedure I would have to schedule a third appointment = $$$. When they did my blood work I just wanted to be checked for vitamin deficiency. She asked if I wanted STD screening. I told her no because I was celibate. She requested it anyway which meant...you guessed it, cha-ching...more $$$. The nurse also erroneously wrote I had herpes. Smh. Someone please recommend a good medical staff for me.

I have becoming here for over a year and just recently had my doctor changed facilitys so they provided me someone which I was ok with but I have to take injects every 2wks and this doctor said she did not have anything open until a month so I went and go and made appoitment. I finally get to go to this appointment which I havent be able to get my infections in over a month now. I call to tell them I am running 5 mins late then they tell well you caint come in we have to reschedule you because we have to out of the office early today. I then asked well how long is it for them to just give me inject they said it take 5 mins so literally there was no help I find this ridiculous and I will never be going back to this clinic .

This place is amazing. Helpful both on the phone and in person! Dr. Williams knows his stuff and is so laid back and easy going I’m not nervous or irritated by his knowledge and my lack there of. The office is clean organized and if you get confused on where to go , someone with a smile always helps out! I love this place and I’m very picky!

Prepare to wait 10-15 minutes to even get someone on the phone. If youre calling to get results, good luck. The first 5 times you call youll just get an answering machine. Also, youll probably see a different doctor than who youre scheduled with and whom youve been seeing for some time.Each doctor Ive met with has been nothing but amazing, the rest of the scheduling staff - not so much.

I wish i would have found this place years ago. I see Christina, the P.Aand she is awesome. She spends much more time with you than a doctor would. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I like that everything is in one place.....lab, mammograms,etc.Ive had to wait 30min.once for an appt.,but shes worth it!

This is where i take my wife and we use Michelle who is hands down the best! Weve had other work done by other popular Physician and none of them matched what Michelle does.Rockstar! 🌟

Can i just say that dr barnberg and his staff is amazing! I have been struggling to find a decent dr and one who would listen and get me the right meds. It took them 1 day to work with my insurance to get my meds where other drs told me they couldnt work anything out or just wouldnt do it.

Rating the Aestethics department for the IV therapy because I had an appointment booked weeks in advance - then was kept waiting for two hours - after they already charged me.

Nice people & very Friendly but my wait time was HORRIBLE! I was there almost 2hrs before I saw a Dr.... However Porsche Richardson was GREAT! Very Knowledgeable and helped me a ton!
