DLO Gaillardia Patient Service Center

*3 hr glucose* come here I was told the chairs are the most comfy. We are here for a while after all. All the blood work I get done here is efficient.

There was a bit of a wait due to dr not having an account here. The staff working at the DLO was very kind and working as fast as possible to get all the information needed from my DR. They were very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend this location for all bloodwork needed!!

I had a great experience with Tamara this morning. I have huge anxiety around labs and have to take a strong anti-anxiety medication for it. She was very understanding of my situation and was lighthearted to keep the mood up. She was gentle and extremely quick. Next time I get labs done I would definitely love to have Tamara do them again. She is great at what she does

The experiences Ive had with both of the ladies here have been great. Theyre both very professional and get you in and out. They make sure you understand what labs youre having done and even went the extra mile to contact my nurse for me to get orders for additional tests. Ive been nervous both times going in because of previous bad experiences getting labwork done elsewhere but they are very good at what they do!

We had a scheduled appointment this morning at 9:30am for my 4 year old son. He was super nervous and pretty terrified. I forgot his paper lab order but I let the young lady at check-in know that I had someone send me a photo. She handed me an email address to send the photo too. I emailed the photo & then waited. Over a half hour & I am still trying to entertain a 4 year old in the waiting room. No one had been back at the window since we checked in. I randomly checked my email. The facility emailed me to let me know they cannot open photos & I need to resend as a pdf. I am baffled at the absolute lack of communication. It takes 2 seconds to VERBALLY let me know that you cannot open an email so I can fix the issue. I find an email response while I am physically in the waiting room with a terrified 4 year old incredibly rude and lacking compassion.

Had to sit here for 3 hours for a glucose test while pregnant. They have the most uncomfortable chairs. Youd think they would have a decent chair at least for those who have to sit here for extended periods of times.

Terrible customer service! Ive heard millennials have no social skills but she really did not no how to help someone then tried to get a patient to resign in that had just walked out from getting blood drawn. Crazy world we live in now!
