DLO Moore Patient Service Center

Wouldn’t take an appointment for pre employment drug screen and just stay in the waiting room for almost an hour with one lady ahead of me. No other patients there and the lady ahead of me finally called. A few minutes later another person tried calling me back but told me she didnt do drug tests so I had to wait for the one who called the previous lady to be done to get called again. What was the point of checking in at the kiosk and starting I was here for a drug test? Ridiculous time wasters. If you have a choice where to get your testing done avoid this place. It sucks.

Came here for my 5 year old daughters blood work. She had a lot of tests ordered and I was really worried about having to poke her multiple times. The girls did great, they were patient with her and she didnt even cry! Awesome experience, would definitely recommend

Amazing experience, got me right in- no wait at all. Hailey did the easiest, most comfortable blood draw I’ve ever had and was incredibly professional!

The staff went over and above for us today at DLO! Came in a single mom of twins for blood work and the girls were all so helpful and compassionate to my boys and helped in every way possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Wish I could give more stars. Thank you again for your exceptional service!!

I was just here with Madison. After having the worst day, she was a breath of fresh air. So kind & friendly, and wonderful at her job. A lot of people have a hard time with my veins but she was quick & painless!

For someone who is in the medical field it’s always nice to go in to a nice place where you feel welcomed. The facility was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. I had the pleasure of having Ashley as my tech. She was warm and inviting. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Nobody likes going into a lab to take any kind of test and the staff there gave an unparalleled experience. Thank you for your service!

I needed bloodwork done for my endocrinologist and this company is the one they work through. I made an appointment, but they also take walk-ins. Making the appointment was super easy. The building is super clean and bright and had a directory that was very easy to navigate. We went straight up to the lab and checked in on a tablet, which was also very easy. Almost immediately they called me in, took my ID and insurance, printed my lab order, stuck me, and had me out in less than ten minutes from walking in the building. The phlebotomist was very friendly, quick, and efficient. I had a great experience here, and will definitely continue using this lab whenever possible.

I had blood drawn at this location today. As someone who is tech savvy, I enjoyed using the tablet to checkin. I can understand those who arent as comfortable using devices to want a more traditional way of checking-in.Getting the blood drawn was quick and simple, and for the first time in my life I had not even a pinch of pain when the needle pierced my flesh.Kudos to the nurse who drew the blood, top marks!

Great experience. I’m terrified of needles but Madison made my time here extremely pleasant. Really professional and talked me through the whole process. I didn’t feel a thing!

Arrived at 8am for drug test for new employment. Staff pulled me back and said are you here for Drug screen. I said yes she said well we dont start those until 9am. I explained to the employee it stated on website they open at 8am. She said well on our door there is a sign that we dont do drug screen until 9am. I said I guess Ill have to wait. She said yep and took me back to the waiting room. Giving me plenty of time for this review. I also posted a pic of said sign on the door to help others not have to wait an hour bc it was not mentioned on the website.

Cherry was amazing, personable, and professional. It was the fastest anyone has ever drawn my blood. She is great And wonderful asset to DLO.

I called the DLO Corp Office and a very nice man helped me set up this appointment at this location in Moore. He said I could have them run my Medicare and my Supplement Insurance when I got there and they could make sure the Blood test my Dr. ordered were covered.Nobody there had answers to ANY of my questions so I ended up not feeling like the People working there knew what they were doing and I got up and left before my blood was drawn. I’ve had to have 21 Surgeries so far and I have a Primary Doctor and 5 Specialist so I’ve had lots of blood drawn and needles stabbed into me for numerous reasons. I’ve even had Plasma drawn a few years ago and I have scars from that now. But I’ve never been to a place that made me feel like they did not have a clue as to what was going on until this place. I told them I will find somewhere else to go and walked out. Now I will have to go through the fasting all over again. They need more competent Staff and they need to get a hand sanitizer that isn’t like smelly Water.Don’t go to the Moore location. Go to DLO at 3421 24th Avenue NW, Suite 109Norman, OK 73069. They have been Great!

Dont go to this one. Nurse Rachett will use a garden hose and a compass needle to get that blood. I have good veins and have Never brused, she poked me Friday and its still sore on Tuesday. I swear she broke the needle in my arm, it HURTS. B.

Takes way too long to get anyone on phone. My Dr. Office sent over a order to get a PSA test and they said they havent received it yet. So I called my Dr office and they said it was sent and its on their screen. That DLO has received it.

Awesome experience!! They were very efficient and professional. Madison did an outstanding job!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Nobody to check in, extremely long wait times. Ive been here four times longer than the kiosk said my wait time would be, and still not even seen a staff member. Avoid this place like the Rona.

Do not answer phones. My labs were faxed to the wrong location. No one answered the phone so I could have them fax to the correct location.

No wait, super fast, and very clean! Highly recommend! Convenient now that the bridge is open!

Sat in the lobby with out anyone checking on the waiting room for 45 minutes. A lot of wasted time with out anyone getting helped.
