Do not recommend going here. I came in and checked in, got called back by Jade she was not very friendly to being with. She talked to me like I was stupid and made me feel very uncomfortable being there like I was a problem. Jade wouldn’t even take the time to call my Dr to ask for the code so she could draw my labs. I even offered to call them and she told me no that it would be pointless because we’d be going back and forth all day. She told me they could send it to someone to look at as well but told me that could take up to 2 hours. I am not from OKC area so I am not going to stay here for 2 hours just to see if she can get the code because she refused and had an attitude when I asked her to call me Dr to get the code. I will NEVER come back to this location. Go somewhere else. Hateful peopleUPDATE: currently on the phone with my dr and was able to get the code. Something SIMPLE that Jade could have done. But instead had an attitude about it.

When working in a clinic it’s easy to forget “what’s normal for you Is not normal for us.” Compassion slow down and at least smile. you see rude patients day in and day out that does not mean we have to be rude to a patience. First time visit.

I had a great experience here today. The check-in process was very easy and I was helped right away. Sydney was who I worked with and she was very personable, professional, and made the process super easy and efficient. I recommend this location!

If I could rate zero stars I would. The way this facility is run is absolutely horrible. From the way I tried to make an appointment online to checkin being an unmanned counter with an iPad sized computer to having confirmed a fax was sent and their system not receiving it. The staff - Kayla was great but the other woman on staff was not helpful and while I understand it’s not her call it’s whoever is in charge of decisions - I hope those people read these reviews as all of them I’ve seen are bad.This is 2023 - I should be able to walk in and show you my digital order from my doctor or email it to you and have it register. Or, mind blowing, allow me to upload at the time I make an appointment? I haven’t ran into such an inefficient system in a very long time.

Jacky was so gentle and kind with me. I have a needle phobia and a fainting disorder and she was so understanding and helpful and made my experience very comfortable.

The center has signs up for masks everywhere but there are patients in the waiting room coughing and without a mask. When I asked for the staff to please give these patients a mask the lab tech argued with me and kept deflecting the topic. I then told her to stop changing the topic and I let her know that I was not letting the issue go — she starting yelling for another staff member and asked if they had masks to give the coughing patient. Completely ridiculous to have to deal with this in the height of Omicron/pandemic!!!!!

Signed in on the machine and selected option to wait in car the estimated wait time was 12 minutes. It’s been over 2 hours and people that have just signed in was being seen before the people who chose to wait outside of the building. If that was the case I would’ve just waited in the building.

Do not recommend. This company is struggling to keep its doors open, I mean that’s the only reason I can think of as to why they would send someone to collections for $9.99 during a pandemic. After shuffling through all the paperwork and mail while trying to handle a death in my family, loss of a significant other and loss of my job I found what I now know should have been my top priority, this bill. I went ahead and paid it immediately. Now DLO can pay all their bills and employees with my $9.99.

Building has plain clothes guard who harasses customers when parking is full. Do not go to this DLO. Go to the one in Integris Building D
