Horrible Service!I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for 2p.I arrived and checked in an hour early then sat in the waiting room until nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment time and still have not been called into meet with the nurse.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.1st, they gave my mom and me a hard time just to sign in. Had to register 4 times. Ok, whatever.2nd, they asked to speak only to my mom since she was the patient but cant even assist in helping her sign in or explain anything, knowing they are also bilangual. Yet they told me to sit down that I couldnt help her sign in. Ignorants.Anyways, whats the point of you guys having staff if yall are not going to be helpful and get everyone in & out in a professional manner. If you dont want to deal with customer service, go do something else.

(Edit-“most of”) The workers need to be investigated!!!I went up there Friday no cars (except employee ones) and when I walked in there was. NO ONE THERE so I walked up to the window for help and one lady ignored me flat out. She was facing the window and I stood there, the two others had me wait until they finished their funny little conversation before one opened the window and asked what I needed. I was there to get a free sti test done, and she told me they were done by making same day appointments and gave me a slip and told me to call back Monday at 8.I didn’t think about asking why they didn’t just take me then since, again, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE!!! But I left anyway…Fast forward to Monday I call at 8 to get the test The first call I’m told to hold and I wait the call drops (mishandling on my phones end) so I call back. Idk if they saw my number and thought I was calling back to skip the hold (trying not to make assumptions) but I wasn’t.They didn’t say anything to me the second time just rang for a full minute and then quick silence and then hold music.I was on hold for 7 minutes… and when she finally picked up she changed from a cheery tone to a flat one ..ok what ever. I asked for the appointment and she told me they were all booked up….. how?? It’s right after 8.Update: before I publish I called again to get my questions answered of why we can’t do walk ins and why if the building is empty we can’t just be seen. I was met with a nicer worker so for her I will say they deserve at least one star. She said they fill up at 8:10am. Mind you I was on hold 7 minutes. But I digress. I was told these things:•the 63rd location has more availabilities•the nurse stops taking walk-ins after 8:10am I believe•to call directly at 8•when I asked about why we couldn’t walk in if there is no one there. She said it’s because usually their back end is full if there is no one on the floor.•she asked my age, I’m 26, idk what role that played but there is the information as I have it.

The wait time is horrible. I had an appointment at 12:30 and its 2:15 and still havent been seen. Id leave but my kids need this vaccine for school. It ridiculous

I ve been calling them at 7:55 for10 days trying get an appointment for a std testing. They never answer. And when they answer around 8:05 they said they booked for the day to call back the next day. The next day I call back the same scenario since 10 days. And when you try to ask questions they put youoyou hold and leave you there until you hang up. I am just gonna give up and find somewhere else. Just to let yall know that they are a***holes in there.

Every experience Ive had with this center was disappointing and unprofessional!! Every person who has helped me at the desk has been rude and denied me services. Im assuming they are administering services to their friends and family members and people if their kind only. To my understanding this is free services to whomever needs it and I havent felt secure with this center. Its a shame!!! And Im always having to wait over an hr to get birth control!! Pitiful shame!!!

Nurse Angela is God sent. Ive never met such a selfless human. Always willing to assist. More blessings to you girl

It’s impossible to even get in to this place because of how they do the phones. This isn’t a way to actually help people by giving out raffle appointments that are literally impossible. Show some compassion.

I don’t understand why there’s even a point in making an appointment at this location. Had people come in behind me only having to wait 15 minutes, but I had to wait over an hour passed my appointment time.

Went there Wednesday to get my TB shot for work. Got there at 10:30, didnt get called to the back until after 12:30 even though they supposedly stop giving shots at 11. Was supposed to go in today to get my reading and since I couldnt make it there right at the exact time I got my shot 2 days ago, I have to pay another $20 and get another test done. TB readings can be done 48-72 hrs after the shot, so why can they not still do a reading?!?!

Called at opening everyday for a couple days and was told every single day that all the appointments where filled by 8:01 how does 8 hours worth of appointments fill up in one minute if you only have max 4 people answering calls.

Cannot ever get appointments accomplished in a timely manner. There have been times I’ve waited four hours for tb test documentation.

Clean and friendly. Wide range of services. It does take a long time but it is worth it. Very well run with knowledgable professional staff.

4:27pm on Jan 10th, 2020 I called this location, the lady that answered was very rude. If she doesnt want to work she should quit and stop making free money. Lazy lady.

Worst service ever, ladies always on the phone and not taking it personal with client. Client on phone listening on window clients info. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Been calling daily at 7:59, when they do decide to answer it’s always sorry we just finished booking for the day. Every single time!

I took my son for a TB test. They were really nice and took care of us in a reasonable amount of time.

Waited for 3 hours and the moron behind the counter kept saying Youre next. Maybe hire someone who understands English?

I had a Covid test and no results after 7 days. Results are now worthless!

The wait is ridiculous. I waited 4 hours just to get called.

1 hour just to register a vaccine and then another hour to give a vaccine
