I have nothing to say but good things about Revibe of Oklahoma City. Everyone is very nice & all seem professional in the way they handle their jobs. I was put at ease & carefully given very plain instructions on what I needed to do. It is so nice to be treated in that manner. See you again soon. Thanks!!!

Terrible experience. They switched pharmacies and ever since the injection sites were becoming irritated for weeks every time. Im pretty sure they receive contaminated testosterone. As soon as you run into issues, they are not helpful and just tell you to wait it out without ever inquiring what could be causing it on their end. They dont offer any post cycle therapy which is not recommended regardless of what their medical professionals say. If youre going to a testosterone clinic, this is the one to avoid. You can buy testosterone from the street, and inject it yourself. All they are is a middleman with no support. I had to depend on my bodybuilder friends instead of the actual Drs and staff. Lame staff

My first visit was today and I learned more on my first visit than I did for 8 months at a different clinic. Super friendly and broke down all the information in a easy to understand way. Im very excited for my future with revibe. Awesome people.

I came here due to symptoms of low T. I did their free consultation and did $500 down for their TRT program. Once the testosterone results came back, my numbers looked great, so I decided not to go forward with the treatment.I did their cancellation form immediately and waited three weeks for a refund. I finally had to do a charge back because they werent refunding the money. Revibe contested it and told them I owe $301 for their free consultation. The only documents I signed and had was a receipt for payment on their treatment program. Do not waste your time or money here. I guess I should have noticed the major red flag when their tech helping me told me I started TRT just because I work here.

It was initial consultation and the team was fantastic. They were prompt and attentive to my concerns and questions. Jennifer explained the treatment process and all the positives and negatives associated with it. She was honest and open about everything. Sarah made me feel comfortable when I got there and was amazing with handling the paperwork involved. I am just starting my treatment but I feel confident I’m in good hands with them.

I love the friendly staff in the office and that I can call and talk to a person immediately. They are quick to answer all my questions. I feel great and look much better than I did before I started coming here. Originally, my care physician told me I probably should get T injections because my body quit producing any. I tried two other clinics before I found Revibe. (Revibe can add other medications to help the T work.). The other two places didn’t care enough to ask me if I thought the T was working or if I felt better after starting therapy. They just wanted my money. I recommend Revibe to any man that wants to feel better.

Professional and helpful. I love that it was no nonsense and got in and out quickly and I’m on treatment now and feel better than ever.

You can eat healthy and still be fat. Dont settle for what a common dr tells you. Come see the staff in OKC to get real results, speak to real people and start feeling better.

Initial visit went great. Professional yet laid back atmosphere which was a big plus. Instead of giving me what I wanted the PA gave me the option of a plan that better fit my unique situation and explained in detail why. This is very reassuring and an awesome first impression. No need to go anywhere else.2 month update:My symptoms have improved exponentially. I was a little apprehensive going in because I knew this was a big decision and more importantly the provider you choose is paramount to a successful treatment plan. Im really glad I chose Revibe. Theyre there to answer your questions and promptly address any concerns you have in the process. I initially went in because for chronic brain fog and this has subsided but as I go along Ive noticed other things have improved.-skin is better (I was always dry skin)-more ambitious outlook overall-a general increase in enthusiasm-increased mass (Im eating alot more)-positive body composition changes-improved libido-decreased anxiety-noticeable increase in strengthAlong with proper diet and exercise this treatment will make the sky the limit. Thank you to Jennifer and her team for giving me back my life in ways I didnt even realize were still possible.

Nothing but good things to say about Revibe. The VA wouldn’t even look into my test counts, Revibe said bring it on and got me started about a year ago. In that yr, I have gained muscle mass, self confidence and a general over all better out look on things. Iv suggested Revibe to a few friends to just check test level. Staff is extremely friendly quick to the point with genuine well being for their patients.

Our experience was great. Right when we walked into the door we were greeted with a smile by the two nurses in the reception area and they were very friendly plus the PA and the counselor that we are working with are great as well. I would highly recommend them for their service. Hopefully the meds work as well as the service.

I have been a patient of Revibe for about 5 years and they have been amazing. Today I was in an accident and they stayed late to help me. They were so courteous and helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone. Not once in the last 5 years have I had a bad experience with them, and today was the BEST

I feel a lot better since starting the program here. I’ve found it to be affordable and effective and the people are friendly, interested in my treatment, and provide good advice and guidance. That’s pretty a refreshing difference from the more “assembly line” treatment I’m used to from the other healthcare providers in my life.

Tim walked me through the whole process was incredibly informative as was Demetrious the PA as well. Pretty affordable considering what’s out there very hands on id definitely recommend giving this clinic a try.

This is an unprofessional organization. The environment is odd and the staff is not representative of a professional medical environment. The feel is of some back alley abortion clinic instead of a cutting edge medical team specializing in mens health. I have had issues with the billing matching the products received. When discussing the issue they kept repeating themselves saying, do you ever run out of injections. I kept trying to explain that I have and the invoicing has never readjusted. He raised his voice so loud that the people in MY office said, What is he made about. RUN, RUN, RUN

I was considering this place for my husband. After reading reviews on BBB and here I will not waste our time or theirs. Someone compared it to a cattle herding! Many of the five star reviews look fake. And then the CANNED responses from the clinic are evidence of their lack of personal caring. On the BBB complaint responses they even say snide things about their customers!!!!! I recommend you avoid them like we are! BEWARE.

At first this place was great. I received excellent results and benefited greatly from my visits and medications. Then No fault of universal mens clinic I experienced cardiac difficulty and was admitted into the hospital. After a consult from my cardiologist I was told that I needed to hold off my treatment until My cardiac condition could be stabilized. I notified universal mens clinic of my situation and even submitted the necessary paperwork per our contract to stop the automatic financial withdraws from my bank account until a resolution can be made to my medical condition. Two months latter they ran my payment anyway withdrawing the payment from my checking account. When I contacted them to ask why they informed me that they had tried to contact me but I failed to respond back so they withdrew my payment anyway in breach of the contract that they drew up that I had signed. My medical condition has still not been resolved and yet they have continued to debit my account despite our contract. They do not follow there own rules so useAfter my review Tom called me and refunded the money back into my account. As soon as I get my Cardiologist to clear my medical condition I will definitely be resuming my treatments. I highly recommend this place to anyone experiencing issues.

When their products didnt work for me i requested a refund. That was over 6 weeks ago and still no refund. They tell me check was sent from Hawaii and could take up to 8 weeks. Be very cautious when considering using their services. Will post more reviews as i wait for check. Over 2 months and still waiting.

Met with Dr. Arakaki. Grate guy. My 3 follow up appointments were with dr. Farrow... well I’ve still haven’t met or seen the guy and don’t have a solution to my problems. I’m out thousands and have nothing to show for it. I stopped the program after 6 months because I wasnt getting the help I need.

I have been a patient at Universal Mens Clinic for over a year now and have been extremely satisfied with the care and treatment Ive received. As a working father in my mid-30s, I did the typical new dad thing and stopped going to the gym and let my diet become poor. As a result, I ended up overweight, constantly fatigued and lacking the energy I needed to perform my job as an employee and more importantly as a father and husband.The testosterone replacement (Low T) therapy Ive received at Universal Mens Clinic has truly been life-changing for me. It gave me the added boost of energy I needed to initially get up off of the couch and get back into the gym. As I saw the weight come off and my energy levels improved, I also changed my diet thus completing the trifecta needed to see some real positive changes in my physique.Im back in the gym 3-4 times per week and I have the strength and stamina to compete with some of the twenty-somethings that workout alongside me. Im also fitting back into size 34 waist pants, an added bonus. Most importantly, I have the energy to come home from work and pick up and play with my kids and to spend time with my wife without feeling tired and run-down all the time.Lastly, unlike some of the other Mens Clinics here in the OKC metro area, the providers and staff at Universal Mens Clinic are exceedingly friendly and professional, not to mention their clinic is run in an efficient manner. I constantly hear your advertisements on the radio and frankly I’m tired of it: I’m sick of hearing the talk of “face diapers” in regards to masks, especially when this is a medical business, I’d expect more professionalism from doctors and people in this business and before I’m met with a response of “Well, our doctors don’t make the ads.” Again, I hear them all the time, I’m sure they do to.I’m tired of this business pushing an “alpha male” stereotype and making men that actually do show emotion seem like weaklings that have a medical problem. I would much rather deal with professionals that care how their business is portrayed than with “Oklahoma alpha males.” I hope you people take a really good look at your marketing because I can’t imagine ever wanting to come to this business if I ever do develop the medical problems you work on.

Everything started off great the online interview was especially nice I even paid $1000 upfront for my $5000 treatment plan came in to have blood drawn and since I have gout I ask to have my uric acid tested which only requires checking a box on the order form it’s nothing special and I was willing to pay any additional cost. with that’s where the trouble began I quickly learned that these people do not think outside the box they are programmed to run on a specific set of instructions and that’s all they can do I warn people to stay away from this kind of a healthcare practice I am a 25 year veteran healthcare provider and cling to the old school principles of individual doctor patient relationship that are unique customizable and individual for each patient I refuse to be treated like livestock this clinic is a livestock clinicI bet I can predict the response, saying that it’s not within your scope of practice. But they were never asked to interpret test results. Ordering test from the lab does not require exclamation of those results it’s simply not at all they could order the results and just include it in my results. especially if it is pre-arranged and agreed-upon before that no interpretation is necessary. They were only asked to have the test ordered in the lab. I know the normal levels because I have my own history of 50+ years I just wanted to test Not asking for any prescriptions or treatment from it So I could avoid another needle stick in potential for all of the things that could happen there.so there you go universal men’s clinic With all your effort to follow your rules you have to just put a patient correction former patient in jeopardy by requiring them to submit some more testing when you already have the materials to perform the test. back at you what do you think now
