Always a wonderful experience I love my doctor and all of the staff who work here. They always make me feel so welcome and are always friendly. I was a little worried when they moved locations but I love how they’ve decorated this new office very peaceful and relaxing ☺️ Can’t recommend Equality Health enough!

I had a great experience while being checked out, the doctor was truly amazing and answered all of my questions. My only issue is that a day or two after the testing I developed a severe sore throat due to the throat swab test. I called to see if it was normal and they stated to just take some allergy meds. I took the meds but around 3/4 days later I couldn’t eat or drink anything due to my throat being extremely sore. I looked in my throat and there was indeed a sore. I called and called to get in touch with someone and left a voicemail with the nurse and never received a call back at all. I ended up going to an urgent care because it hurt extremely bad. It’s been a week still with that sore throat but now I’m currently in antibiotics to get ride of it. Overall the service was great, I only ended up with that severe sore throat due to the throat swab testing, but all is well now.

If you need a family clinic, I highly recommend Equality Health Group. These people show they care about me and have made a huge impact on my life. I love these people here

This is the best place for a low cost (free with any type of healthcare insurance) sexual treatment center. From the owner Cody and his magnificent healthcare team. You will feel very invited and comfortable! No judgement being passed here and it’s very private! So give em a call for your next clinic visit! Upscale comfortable environment! You will fall in love for sure!! I have!! I only come here now!

Compared to other places, this is not just about the money with this health care facility, it is about the care and longevity of the ones they rake for. They truly do show they care about others wellbeing over their own. Thank you guys for helping me with the furniture, you are awesome!!(:

By far the very best facility for these type of services that Ive ever seen in my life. From the time you step out of the elevator into the reception area you are greeted with a sincerely warm, welcoming smile that immediately makes you feel more comfortable. The entire staff is well trained and very knowledgeable. You never have to wait long to be seen and you will be in and out in less than an hour in most cases. It is obvious that everyone who works there truly cares about each and every one of their clients. I had the pleasure of meeting Cody, the owner of the facility in person, and even he went above and beyond to make sure that I was ok and well taken care of. Where else can you go where everyone from the receptionist all the way up to the owner of the facility go out of their way and get so involved in making sure that you are okay? I guarantee you, you will not find better treatment or, staff anywhere else. After reading this review ,if you choose to go anywhere else, it should be to mental institution because you would have to be certifiably crazy.And to everyone of the staff, thank you so much for the level of professional and personal care you have given me. And to Cody, you are a true blessing. Thank you so very much.

I cannot express enough my absolute shock at the level of patient care and affordability this clinic provides. By affordability, TL;DR this place is somehow really nice and also free???My health insurance had expired in January, and I’m in the midst of figuring out what’s best for me right now as I’ve stopped taking a large amount of medication, though the need for healthcare does arise.I live out of state in Hawaii, and travel half the year - it’s normally difficult to find rapid care on the go at an affordable price while uninsured. I walked out of my appointment today for suspiciously FREE??I don’t really know why it was free. I still can’t figure out why it was free. They don’t even ask for tips??? Flabbergasted. Beyond comprehension.You cocktailed a penicillin shot with lidocaine and gave me the smoothest and easiest antibiotic shot I’ve ever had in my life. This shot normally feels like a rock being injected into your muscle, and my experience here was absolutely pain free. And my injector was really cool. And you don’t want ONE DOLLAR.Round of antibiotics for a week for $12..???You took me in quickly and gave me treatment from an injector and a prescription from a doctor with pills in a bottle, all of which costed $12????? With the in house pharmacist???This place is legendary. However you’re doing it here, keep doing it, because the world is legit a better place with this clinic.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this clinic. The staff is super professional and kind, absolutely no judgement when getting treatment or preventative care. They even provide help for those who need insurance. Out of the two queer health clinics in the city this is the clear winner who cares about their patients wellbeing and financial security.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere! The staff was so sweet and helpful! I felt so comfortable in there. I don’t even have insurance and can’t afford it, and they helped me with that too. 10 out of 10 recommend!

They were great. Clean office, everyone was friendly. Was in and out in a hour. They will explain everything to you and treat you right. They will be my regular place for anything non emergency. Recommend to anyone. A big plus they support LGBTQ
