Mantality is the third place I have received TRT, and they are by far the first (best). They were the first to educate me, the first to inform me of the potential side effects, and the first to demonstrate they care and are passionate about their patients. My first office just jammed me with a ton of testosterone and almost killed me. My second office wouldnt treat me and I had to practically bribe someone to find out I was experiencing some negative side effects. At Mantality they progress your treatment and go over all your numbers. I have had zero negative side effects since going here and for the first time am feeling like my normal self. Its quite possible going here has saved my life. Also, the staff is extremely friendly welcoming, and accommodating. I look forward to seeing them each week for my treatment. I have been a patient of Mantality for several years and I can state at FACT they have saved my life.I was whipped all the time, no energy, my recovery was horrible and my care factor for things that matter, was almost nil. Had a meeting with Tara, we discussed some issue, they set me up with a blood panel and, in sense, did a complete once over to find out what could be causing all this.My testosterone came back at 128! For a many my age and build, I should be 850-1000! That is a problem! The treatment program was SPOT ON and in no time I was back to myself, turning the clock back years on how I felt, my mental quickness and my sex life.With their treatment comes a great monitoring program, with blood panels to adjust treatment to maintain maximum results. Well, in the summer of 2016, my PSA suddenly spiked from 2.2 to 4.25 in a 13 week span, call that the canary in the coal mine, but they (Mantality) was concerned and suggested I might wanna see my regular doctor to get this checked out.I did and it was cancer, because of the early detection, that I would NOT have known on my own, Mantality got me proactive with a my health and a year later, I was near cancer free, having battled stage 3 Colo-rectal cancer.After treatment, my chemo and radiation left me very weak and not feeling manly or having any energy at all. My test showed that the radiation had knocked my numbers down to 100!We set forth a treatment program and with the watchful eye of Mantality, my stamina is better now that it has been, every bit as good as it was prior to cancer.I feel I really owe my position in life, my health, energy and dad, husband and employee that I am, all to the great staff, from the wonderful ladies up front who always great me with a smile and respect, to the nurses, Tara and Drs on staff, Kevin, the owner and founder, every thing I am. They should be proud of the jobs they do and the lives they have saved, including my own.

The process has been great. I honestly did start feeling better in a very short amount of time. More energy and that has really helped with weight loss (over 50 pounds) The staff is great always on top of my treatment program.

Great staff, They customized my treatment to fit my lifestyle. I havent felt this good since high school. To any guy feeling like they are losing their edge or sluggish or unable to perform at the gym like they used to, you need to call. I have sent many guys in that were mainly nervous thinking it would cost to much. These guys take insurance and for the guys that dont have insurance they worked treatment around their budget.

Excellent staff from the receptionists to the doctors! It is evident from day 1 that they are there to help and get every client to operate at peak performance. They know my name and I consider them friends. Cannot recommend them enough!

Highly recommended - they dont just ramp you up to 100 right off the bat and see what happens. Everything as far as dosage and schedule is based on your blood work and the results youre getting. This way you get actual results that are lasting and effective for the long term. I recommend them to anyone who has any issues potentially related to low T, low energy, overweight etc.

After 5 years of a good experience with Mentality things went a different direction.Two weeks ago in my weekly appointment I was informed that my insurance coverages had changed and the protocol that the insurance company wanted Mantality to move forward with would not be very favorable for me. The staff member handling the insurance offered to continue to treat me with the same protocol that they had been doing on a cash deal. I told her I would like to visit with my insurance provider before deciding.I contacted my provider and was informed that they had no changes and to let Mantality know to continue to file the claim and they would cover it.My provider is BCBS of Missouri. After contacting other clinics in the area they told me that BCBS Federal were the only provider that they were experiencing any issues with and would honor any other BCBS companies.Today was my weekly appointment. I went in for my injections and had a visit from the same staff member. She gave me a 29 page document that she claimed was the new rules from BCBS. I told her my provider stated they had no changes and to file the claim as usual. She refused and denied me treatment.I left, went to my car and reviewed the 29 page document. There was no mention of BCBS in the document. It was simply a generic form of the typical procedures for administoring testosterone (confirmed by my physician).I returned to the clinic and ask for documentation correlating with BCBS.The response was less than professional and rude. She wrote a website on the document and told me that is where I can find it after saying Jesus Christ, do you want to come back to my computer and look at it.I feel the right process in this situation was to continue to treat me and file the insurance.Both my insurance agent and physician found this rather odd.Be careful!

Have been in the program for 3 months. Regaining muscle mass and definition. Feeling better than I have in 20 years. Mood, concentration much improved; any depression symptoms eliminated. Intimate activity has peaks and valleys. If those get smoothed out, I will be back to give 5 stars. I recommend that anyone invest in the initial lab workup and consultation so one doesnt make a hasty decision without objective metrics. Recommend for any male 50 and over.

Response to Mantality,My husband was your patient. And I gave you one star for not just the treatment of him but also your treatment of me.I did try and talk to you all. I spoke with the receptionist and asked her to please have a nurse call me so I could ask about medication instructions. It was not made clear on what was suppose to happen at the appt. She said you all were really busy and she could email me, I said no, this is important and I dont think its appropriate to do this in email. So instead of having a nurse call, she has an office manager call. Might I add this office manager was rude and inappropriate. I told the manager right off that I asked for a nurse. The manager said that she could not speak to me because I wasnt on my husbands HIPPA. I said hes right next to me, he can give verbal concent, she no, we dont do that. I explained to her that Im his spouse and the law says with verbal concent you can speak to me, she said no. I asked why are you calling, I asked about medication and you are not a medical professional so you are not able to say what we should do. She got even more rude so I handed my husband the phone and I couldnt believe the things I heard this woman say. She blamed my husband for the issue that your medication caused and gave medical advice telling him to stop all medications given to him from Mantality. She is not allowed to do that. We had no issue until this manager called, then when I call Mantality back they wouldnt answer the phone. My husband said you all have caller ID and told me to block my number. So I did, then the receptionist answered, unbelievable! I asked her why she would have an office manager call for medication instructions and she said, Im not discussing this with you and told me a office manager was handling it. I said fine but we still have no answers on how he should proceed with medication, she repeated herself and hung up. This is disgusting, and as soon as my husband has a health issue this is what you do. I will be reporting your company as I am well aware that you can not do things like this. Fyi, email should not be your primary form of communication, things can get lost in translation. And if you have time to read, and respond to an email, you have time to marke a phone call. Its clear to me that Mantality needs to change how they do patient care. And by the way, you dont give an injection and then have a nurse come in to check on the patient. A nurse should be checking on the well being of her patients then doing the injection.

Go in and get a blood test today. The test is way more than just testosterone. They detected something that would not have been found anywhere else. My insurance covers it as well. I pay more to get my oil changed.
