Went in for a thyroid panel, whole thing took under 15 minutes, most of that was filing out forms and waiting. Everyone was super nice. Good experience overall.

Appointment was easy to make online and select the labs I wanted. They sent a reminder txt with the address.There was ample parking around the building.The front desk got us through in a few minutes after filling out some minimal paperwork. The lab draw went professional, fast and easy.Overall great experience

The lab person was extremely good and testing went fine.However this lab is doing work for multiple labs with different names the signage was confusing. The results were not sent to me because they had my email listed incorrectly. When I had called the lab to ask where results were because I hadn’t received them they had multiple systems they had to check in and couldn’t find my records or receipt. Then I was given a phone number to call that then referred me to another lab which actually had my results and told me about the mistake. This was for tests that are needed asap but it was delayed for way too long and created a rabbit hole which took lots of time to follow up and find myself.

Awesome folks at front desk as well as the testers. Had a wonderful experience that saved me a few hours. Definitely would return

Sorry didnt get to write anything in at the moment I left the review. The staff was exceptionally kind I have a lot of piercings and tattoos and stretched ears so Im not used to people in the Midwest being so genuinely kind hearted towards me right of the bat. Their u.a. testing prices are super affordable. The male(Im female) who took my sample from me made me feel very comfortable and was professional. If youre in need of a place to go for soemthing like this, this is definitely the place. I appreciate everyone who worked their that day, you were all very amazing and made my experience easy and enjoyable.

Always very kind and helpful. I drive approximately 80 miles to get my serum tests from ARCpoint and they always have the tears done within 1 hour (which is fast) so I don’t have to sit around and wait all morning with nothing to do and I can get back home.

Fast and kind! I got to see my results and the staff was so friendly! It took about 5 minutes total and the process is very easy to get going in store if you can use the self sign up! Any bad experiences here would have to be on the customer.

As I walked in I was greeted by a very nice Lady. I was not even there for a long time. I was called in to get my fingerprints and I was out. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes!

I have used Arc Labs on more than one occasion. The owner is AMAZING and so is the staff. The work quick and efficiently and make sure everything is done by the book. I really wish my words could express the extent of which this place has helped. You guys are amazing and Im so thankful! Keep up the great work. Great customer service. Personal doctor sent me a specific test kit and I needed a facility to draw my blood and send the kit back to the lab. Called and made an appointment and when I arrived it was a simple check in and waited no more than a couple minutes to be seen. Friendly staff and doctor. I highly suggest using them. Professional, friendly and very good service.

They ladies were very nice that helped me with my fingerprinting. The machine on the other hand froze up and had to redo a few times.

Donna was so gracious and helpful. She welcomed everyone, was knowledgeable and calm as the waiting area began to fill up and then empty as the clients were professionally served. We were there to get our TSA pre-boarding passes and Shane did a wonderful job of collecting everything from us that was needed. We had never been finger printed before and Shane had a nice, polite yet professional manner about him. We were very impressed with our visit!

Even though I didn’t make an appointment (I didn’t know I should make one), they got me in. The phlebotomist was excellent. My eye drops were ready in 3 hours. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was very pleasant.

Greeted me when I walked in. Signed in on the kiosk sat down 5 min later they called me back! Did drug screen and was out of there. But not before the front desk lady thanked me for coming. Very friendly and quick service there I give them two thumbs up!

I left a message early in the morning for an appointment at noon, I was called back shortly after that confirming my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the paperwork was ready and I was done within 10 minutes. I appreciate the excellent service.

We have been a client of ARCpoint Labs for nearly two years, utilizing the lab for blood draws in making Serum Tears for my mothers vision problems. Serum Tears has proven to be a near-miracle treatment. After six months, my mother required new eyeglasses due to the major improvement in her vision. Her old eyeglass lenses were too strong and needed to be adjusted to a less corrective level, and there has been additional improvement since. My mother will soon turn age 107 and the care and respect shown to my mother during our appointments is wonderful and very much appreciated. And, Ive witnessed this same excellent service displayed with all clients. ARCpoint is conveniently located and rovides a wide array of services. I had set up a screen at a different facility and arrived by 9:00 am. There was no one at the front and you were to check in at virtually. They had no availability for the whole day. I made arrangement to go somewhere here instead. I called in advance to see if I would be able to get my drug screen. They had no problem getting me in. When I arrived, everyone was polite and friendly. Got in and out very quickly.

I have been getting serum tears for a few years now. Always had a great experience from front desk to lab. Very professional and friendly people.

I had a very good experience getting blood work done in a timely manner! The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me!The only thing that would be helpful is to maybe get a text to let me know when my serum tears were ready to pick up. I was told they would be ready for pickup at 4:30 so I came back at 4:00 hoping they would be done early. I was told they were actually ready at noon. If I had known that I would have come back earlier and picked them up to avoid rush hour traffic.

The email with the QR code didn’t come through so they couldn’t register me. The gentleman and receptionist looked at me like there was nothing that could be done. I told the receptionist I would just schedule another appointment in the office and they both seemed surprised that I was going to sit and do the whole process again in the office. Once completed I was able to go ahead through with my appointment. Other than that, all is well.This is definitely something that can happen to someone else and it would be nice to be told of other options if it happens to someone else. Hair testing with follow on confirmatory testing. Scott and his team were exceptionally helpful in getting my sample taken and submitted. Additionally they were able to get me follow up information on my sample in a timely manner. Overall very appreciative of the work and the customer service.

Fast and easy check in. Very polite respectful. Even when we showed up 15min. late ( due to a flate tire). There pricing was fair in my opinion. Same day results ( for the test we had performed) . Would definitely recommend services for anyone needing personal testing.

Unfortunately, they had to draw blood in three different places as it just wasn’t flowing well. I believe that was just a fluke and do appreciate the concern and consideration with which I was treated. The serum eye drops feel amazing. They are much more comfortable than the Restasis drops I’ve been using. I have a good feeling that it’s going to make a difference. Thank you!

Obviously hate having to do drug tests, but this was one of the better facilities. Polite/friendly staff, quick, and clean (unlike a few other facilities in Omaha). No idea if the doctors that call after the test are associated directly with the individual facility, but he was nice, not demeaning when you test positive for a prescribed medication, which unfortunately isnt always the case, and the turn around was fairly quick, took it on Wednesday and got the call on Sunday.

They get me in on time or early and get my lab work done quickly.

And this was a walk-in visit, not scheduled. Everyone in the lobby was registered, and taken care in just a few minutes. I had to get a drug screening for clinicals. I was easily able to make an appointment, I arrived early since I didnt know the check in process, the staff was friendly and professional, I had complete privacy during testing. Everything was explained and always had an opportunity to ask questions.

I was told it would take a half hour to do my testing…. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! And the workers there are SO NICE! Great service and great business!

I am in the process of starting a new job, and came in for a drug test. Several things, the staff is absolutely phenomenal and extremely helpful. That was one of the quickest appointments Ive ever had. The waiting room chair didnt even get warm before they called me in. My appointment was at 1p, and I was back in my car by 1:08p.

Everyone was very professional except your receptionist, she was rude to your staff and in doing so rude to your customers, I expect your front end person to be respectful, what I witnessed was unprofessional and demeaning to your other staff. Your other staff were very kind and helpful and very professional, I just loved the kindness and concern they showed to me. And they were very prompt in doing my lab draw and in preparing my eye drops, you have very kind knowledgeable and professional staff. It just takes one rude person to undermine a customer experience and your receptionist was such a person. For the last 4 months, I have been sending my employees and new hires to ARCpoint labs. Every one of those that have gone, comment how nice the staff are, how fast they get you through and how clean the facilities are. I also had the opportunity to go just this week and I agree with their statements. I get reports quickly and when I have questions, there is always a friendly voice on the other side. I would highly recommend to any person or company that is in need for Drug Screening.

Ive never had to do a hair sample for a drug test, and was under the impression it would be a small amount of hair. But now I have a line of hair missing from the crown of my head and Im definitely not happy about it. Definitely need a new way to do hair samples especially for women with long hair.

I would recommend this lab to anyone, I chose it based on the hours they are available ( more than any other lab offered for me to chose from). I walked right in & they offered to print out my forms by forwarding the email which was also VERY convenient! I have been an RN for many years & I have never seen such an efficient process!!

When I set up the appointment, over the phone, the gal was very helpful! The front-desk staff was very friendly when I arrived. (I needed help checking in.) On the iPad, I would suggest changing “Employer” to “Prospective Employer.”. (That was confusing, as I listed my current employer, instead.). The only thing I would recommend is to tell the “customer” what happens after I submit the sample.. In other words, where does the sample go? When will the results be in? And, how will I be notified?

I was in and out very quickly. I don’t have experience in doing drug test and could have used instructions on what to do before entering the bathroom. Thank goodness it all turned out well.

Very convenient process! Wish I would have done this sometime ago. My contact person was friendly, helpful and got things completed quickly. I went to the ARCpoint office on 1/14/22 and received my TSA (KTN) number already on 1/16/22. Great turn-around, I wouldnt plan on this happening all the time, I would be safe and plan on the 5-10 turn-around mentioned.

I was very impressed with the quick response I got asking about the labs I wanted and price. I was also impressed with the price for the labs. I had been quoted by several other places about $800 for labs that were $250 here. The staff are very professional and kind. The phlebotomist did a fantastic job. One poke, quick blood draw.

I attended with my BF and child to get tested, the staff were nice. The experience overall was good. I don’t have anything bad to say about the experience itself. One thing that is very upsetting is since being there I have noticed the negative reviews on here. And though my personal outcome may or may not have been good, I wouldn’t want anyone to think that me as an individual or that other people would put negative reviews there unless there was an actual basis to it. It seems like a lot of trouble to go to. Someone that wasn’t happy or competitors I assume. I know how important a business’s reputation is and reviews are important. Word of mouth and referrals are an integral part of small businesses. I would hope that the reviews are based on real experiences that would allow other people an insight to the services being offered. I would be extremely upset if someone were to accuse me of having posted a negative review, Just as the establishment would be upset to receive a review which they think they didn’t merit.

Scott and the entire staff at Arcpoint were helpful and personable. Scott patiently answered all my questions beforehand and worked with me to devise a workable plan for my needs. Their services were rendered quickly and professionally. 5-star service...I gave 4 stars because I was disappointed that they did not accept Medicare and BCBS supplement to help offset the cost. Beyond that, however, I would highly recommend!

Needed a drug test for employment. It was short notice and they take walk ins. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my results.

Went along with my brother to get a drug test done for his new job, the lady at the front desk had a lot of attitude that wasn’t needed. She seemed annoyed the entire time we were being helped, and she also had a lot of other attitude towards the people that were also coming in. I don’t know about any of the other staff because I stayed in the waiting room but I don’t appreciate and am not impressed with the welcome crew.

Scott and I think his name was Devin were amazing with my son. My son was nervous and had a lot of questions and both of the them were very patient with him. They were very kind and knowledgeable of what was going to happen and what the process would be after they were finished with their part. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone

I arrived a few minutes later than my scheduled time but was worked into the mix with very little waiting time. The technician running my tests was very deliberate, thorough, and pleasant to work with.

It was a great experience. I got an appt within an hour and the process was quick and easy. Rsults came back in .5 hr. Staff was friendly, helpful and thorough. Nothing negative here.

Went in for a drug screen without an appointment. Check in took less than a minute. Was in and out within 15 minutes of arrival.

Told to arrive 15 minutes early for TSA PreCheck appointment and I ended up dying in a full waiting area for 1 hr 15 minutes. Once called back it only took 5 minutes to complete the appointment. Not sure what was taking so long.

I had to get a PCR Covid-19 test before traveling. The location and service were excellent, the answer arrived very fast. However their price was very high (the highest) which I feel there is no reason for it. I used their service as I was out of choice.

We needed a to get a rapid PCR test because Walgreens failed to send in the sample we took 72 hours prior, leaving us stranded as we needed it to leave the country. Luckily, we were able to get into the lab, get a test right away and by the time we arrived at the airport (35 minutes) the results were sent to us and we made our flight. They were kind, accommodating and made things easy for us. The price was steep, but that is the price you pay for reliability and peace of mind during this pandemic.

The company called ahead of time and set my appointment up..when I arrived and I gave my name she responded like she didn’t know what was going on or couldn’t find my name then a guy came from out of his office and told her what was what while I’m standing there still wondering if I should sign in or not then after her told her whatever she then wanted to get apologetic..my point is..if the guy hadn’t came from out of his office she would’ve turned me away..the lady in the back was nice though

Staff is amazing! They are professional and courteous. I contacted this lab due to concerns that my grandson has been exposed to drugs. Since there was a civil case established, CPS has not intervened. As expected the hair follicle test came back positive. Due to this lab being accredited, the results are admissible in court. I am giving them 4/5 stars as there was a paperwork hiccup that delayed the testing.

The entire process was extremely easy from calling to book the appointment to receiving the results. Friendly & professional staff. I would definitely use their service again if need be

We (my company) have been using ARCpoint Labs for 2 years now and have been very please with their service. They are prompt, informative and very good at customer service. We highly recommend them.

Worst experience I have ever had. The COVID-19 test came back negative. However, Scott called me and stated the specimen got contaminated by one of his employees. I told him it was not acceptable. He offered to give me a partial credit first until I mentioned I would file a complaint with the CDC. Then he offered 100% reimbursement. This is beyond unacceptable, we decided to go there toGet a faster results so we could return toWork. This delayed my husbands to be able to return to work. Lastly, they don’t scrub your nose well enough, they only do the tip of the nose. They should go far back, or at least half way your nose to get a good specimen. I haven’t used this place for any other thing other than COVID test but bad experience with them. I will never come back again. I truly believe that CDC has to be made aware. Will never come back here again. I would not even give 1 star.Regards,Luis S.

Under staffed facility. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. TSA precheck is a joke. Much angst in the waiting room. I was 2nd in line for tsa pre check, told it would be 45 minutes. 3 1/2 hours later, the owner came out and said the fingerprint machine was down. Terrible way to run a business.

Small waiting area that is impossible to maintain social distancing. It was standing room only when I went to my scheduled appointment. I had to wait over 35min before I was seen. What is the point of an appointment?
