Super friendly and kind staff. My tester was very gentle and informative. My only complaint is a woman there who speaks very loudly. I shouldn’t hear such loud gossip from several doors away. Her volume and voice is tensing while doing something that is already awkward for some

I have had nothing but problems as has my partner with nap. Not returning emails phone calls. Not notifying us of results for almost 2 weeks before we made multiple calls. Took months for my partner to even get any inclination that anyone had received his multiple calls and papers to get on their prep program. Switching case management to them was a hell in itself. Their case managers have been rude and unatentive and took me 3 weeks to get a call back on an important issue. Took my partner 6 or 7 months to finally get into their prep program. Good luck getting proper and timely communication.

I mean what can I say about N.A.P. If you ever worked with them before then you already know how amazing they are. I got paired up with Sandra and I couldnt be more pleased. Shes a wonderful non judgmental professional down to earth easy to talk to kind of person. Rite down to the healthcare.( I cant remember her name I do apologize) but she to was awesome. I thank you for everythig you all have done and forever grateful! Thank you all for being amazing!

This has been my go-to place for testing for 5 years! Least clinical feeling clinic Ive ever been to. Everyone who works here is trained to be professional and theyre extremely knowledgeable about non-mainstream lifestyles. The support they offer is great and affordable. I only have experience with their testing service but I would go to NAP for anything else if I had to. Thanks NAP!

Appointment was easy to make online, staff were very friendly and helpful. They had covid procedures that ensured all were kept safe, while STI/HIV testing is kept accessible.
